La ubicación es muy buena, el trato de las personas que trabajan ahí es muy bueno también, las habitaciones y el hotel son muy bonitas, la piscina y el buffet fantástico.

Nada en general todo estuvo bastante bien, quizás la de la zona fitness, es decir del gym, esperabamos un poco más, pero el resto perfecto.

El personal

Es un hotel viejo, aunque creo que lo van a restaurar. La piscina muchísima gente y no hay opción de una piscina para adultos. El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones muy regulero aunque majisimos las limpiadoras.

Professionality, cordiality, cleanliness, comfort. Great location near the sea , fantastic pool area and our sea view room had a great balcony ! We are sorry to have spent only three nights but wanted to also visit the southern beaches. The quality of food was very good but could have varied some more.

La psicina y el hotel son muy amplios. El desayuno muy variado y bueno.

Al hotel se nota que le falta un poco de reformas. Los armarios de las habitaciones no muy limpios. Los restaurantes a la carta no tienen mucha calidad en cuánto la comida y són bastante caros.

Obiekt miał wszystko czego oczekiwałem - czysto, w nocy cisza, pokoje dobrze wygłuszone, bardzo dobre śniadania - jest to obiekt 5-gwiazdkowy, więc wybór był bardzo duży i w żadnym momencie niczego nie brakowało, nawet gdy ktoś przyszedł na śniadanie w ostatniej chwili. Miejscami widać, że hotel ma już swoje lata, ale są to detale, które nie psują ogólnego wizerunku. Strefa basenowa bardzo przyzwoita, wiele leżaków jest od rana "zarezerwowanych", ale zawsze z łatwością można znaleźć kilka wolnych obok siebie. Hotel nie jest aż tak bardzo zatłoczony jak inne obiekty w sąsiedztwie. Troszkę zaskoczył mnie fakt, że basen wewnętrzny jest dodatkowo płatny, ale stanowi on część strefy SPA, więc w cenie są również sauny, wanny jaccuzi i kilka innych atrakcji (masaże są osobno płatne). W okolicy jest również dość duże centrum handlowe z supermarketem SPAR, gdzie można zaopatrzyć się w produkty spożywcze.

La piscina está bien y las habitaciones son grandes pero para ser un 5 estrellas está muy obsoleto, el mobiliario muy antiguo y estropeado, le falta limpieza. El buffet está bien. Yo le quitaría 1 estrella, el precio por noche demasiado alto para el nivel del hotel.

Deberían tener en cuenta que hay niños que quieren acceder a las actividades infantiles, entiendo perfectamente que por ser menor de 4 años no puedan acceder solos pero con un acompañante adulto lo vería totalmente factible. Otra cosa, es que las toallas en verano deberían de tener un horario más amplio y controlar que siempre hayan, ya sea entregando al cliente una ficha al recogerlas y devolviendo esta al entregarlas. Porque la gente le da igual usar una, dos u tres toallas con tal de tenerla siempre seca

Está viejillo para ser de 5 estrellas… aunque creo que lo van a reformar. Deberían de hacer una sepa uno de piscinas de adultos y niños. No hay calma. Y por último el bufet está muy bien pero estaría algún restaurante más abierto Por lo demás todo muy bien. Sobre todo la Dirección y e Todo el personal del hotel súper súper bien

Spacious grounds, good location, good gym

Room was filthy, not cleaned from previous clients which is not acceptable , plastic bags under the bed, a ball under the bed, pepperoni wrapper in the bedside table drawer so obviously not cleaned properly? It makes us question was the bedding fresh?

Fui por trabajo y hasta que me dieron la habitación correcta ya eran más de las 23 horas desde las 19:00 que llegué con lo que no me dio tiempo de cenar... lo pasé muy mal...

La atención, el trato, la habitación sucia, el baño con kk, hormigas en el mueble de lavabo, la habitación sucia, contraté una habitación de 3 y me dieron una de 2, tenían que preparar una de 3 que para eso tuve que esperar más de 1 hora... cuando enseñé las fotos y videos me dieron la razón, con eso me quedé... no vuelvo a ir a este hotel, pagué 360€ por unas horas horribles...

Great facilities. Clean public spaces. Great friendly staff. Lovely comfortable clean rooms. Fabulous lady delivered water to our room every evening.

Unfortunately most days from 12 pm to maybe 5pm extremely loud music in the pool area with the pools taken over by the kids club. Amazing if you have young children but my children are now late teens and they found it quite irritating. A suggestion could be maybe for two hours a day that this happens not the full afternoon. As a result we started going to the beach and paying for beds but music could still be heard very clearly. This was the only down side of our trip.

The pool area was OK warm water.

Old! Poor maintenance! Miserable Staff! Don't bother this place is not worth the money it may have been nice back in the 80's but it not kept well, it should be a 3 star, rooms are old fashioned. Bed was grooved even had to share the terrace with 3 other rooms, what's that about! Not one member of staff looked happy or asked if everything was OK even when we left. At breakfast the waiter resembled quasimodo and shouted at his mate all through breakfast! They dont give a shiiit about the resident's. The cafe was worn out it needed a refresh a coat of paint as were the furniture all ripped and worn out.... Wot a load of rubbish!!! Don't waste your money.

Beautiful property, but let down by poor service, food, and Wi-Fi. My mother and I stayed here for one night. While the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with a great location, incredibly spacious rooms, and comfortable beds, the overall experience was a letdown for a 5-star establishment.

The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi, which barely worked. When I asked at reception, the staff was dismissive and rude, simply stating they didn't know why it wasn't working and that it "should be fine" (I've since noticed many other reviews mentioning the exact same issue). Additionally, dinner was a total disappointment. At 40 euros per person, the food quality was really poor and nowhere near 5-star standards. Beautiful building, but the management needs to address their service and dining.

La limpieza

Para empezar, cuando llegue me dijeron que tenía que dejar una fianza por si pedía algo adentro del hotel, que me parece fatal. En ningún hotel que me he quedado me había pasado esto, lo pedí todo incluido y resultó que era una pensión completa” que de completa no tenía nada, porque solo era desayuno y cena, aparte las bebidas tocaba pagarlas. FATAL ! La comida muy demandado regular. A mi pareja y a mí no nos gustó casi que nada. El desayuno era lo más pasable, de resto nada que ver. Decidimos probar restaurante asiático de ahí del hotel. Y que decepción. Muy feo. Nada bueno. La tv de la habitación no servía cuando llegamos, nos la cambiaron eso si pero bueno, para ser 5 estrellas como dicen que son. No se merecen las 5 se merecen 3 por ahí. Muy disgustado con nuestras vacaciones allí. No volvería nunca. Por lo que pagué me hubiera quedado en un hotel 10 veces mejor que este, DECEPCIÓN TOTAL !

Male i servizi della SPA a pagamento! Purtroppo, la struttura risente dell'età. Nei corridoi di disimpegno, moquette danneggiata e molto sporca. Alcuni tendaggi rovinati, strappati. In camera, molte piastrelle del pavimento lesionate. Evidentemente, urge un radicale intervento di manutenzione (imminente, per quanto sentito). Il ristorante, sia a colazione sia a cena, ricco di pietanze; ma, purtroppo, non tutte cucinate con attenzione! Per i turisti italiani, la nota più dolente è rappresentata dall'assenza di un servizio di show cooking. I maccheroni, gli spaghetti sono "abbandonati" nei loro contenitori così come i relativi sughi, alquanto modesti. La carne, mediamente, dura!.

Good location close to beaches and the local town. Spacious venue and rooms. Nice large swimming pool with different sections. Good selection of restaurants. Nice breakfast options.

Design feels a little dated and furniture looked worn out slightly. Insects present in the room.

Gute Lage unweit des Shopping-Zentrums Atlantico und nah zum Flughafen. Kein Flughafenlärm. Schöne Gartenlandschaft, nah am Wasser.

Die Beheizung der Pools ist für windige Wetterverhältnisse nicht ausreichend (ca. 26°C). Das Abendbüffet ist mit 42,- recht teuer.

Nos encantó todo. La amabilidad de los camareros en el buffet; en especial el de Mustafa y Cira. Muy contentos por haber elegido este hotel para nuestra babymoon. Además, nos hospedamos con nuestra perrita Snow y el trato es exquisito. Es el único hotel que hemos estado donde le han puesto una cama y bebedero/comedero. La perrita no salía de ahí de lo cómoda que estaba. Gracias y gracias por todo, volveremos pronto.

Having visited this hotel three years ago, we returned on the basis that the rooms were lovely and clean, the food was nice and the service impeccable. Unfortunately it seems this is no longer the case! Having to ask for robes and slippers (which should be in the room for arrival), towels to be left on two consecutive days and for the room to be cleaned isn’t what you expect at a five star hotel. Waiting over an hour for a drink in the restaurant (despite asking a number of times and the waiting staff forgetting to bring it) isn’t acceptable and neither is being handed a stone cold pizza which we paid for and was left on a table for 20 minutes. Other things we were willing to overlook (such as no table service for tea/coffee at breakfast and mediocre food) but the service this trip has been truly shocking.

Location, beach access and pool. The evening entertainment was excellent.

The rooms were not clean, the pool area did not have good toilets and were out of soap. The house keeping wasn’t upto standard. We often did not have towels and other amenities replaced in the rooms.

The view , the beach very close and the swimming pool heated

Too big, not easy to find a sunbed ( people used to reserve them very early in the morning pitting the towel on top of the sunbed), not easy to find towel for the sunbed. Plus not very helpful when I asked for some dayly trip advice. I had to help myself

People often say that you should not go back to the same hotel but this is so wrong. We have been visiting the Sheraton Fuerteventura Beach, Golf & Spa Resort for many years and we have never been disappointed. The whole experience from the time you arrive to the day you say farewell is so wonderful and refreshing. Even our Jet2 flights from Bristol on the 16 March 2026 were at times that are so convenient and easy. All the staff at the hotel are amazing. Professional, polite, friendly and helpful. This has been something that we have always experienced ever since we started our holidays at the Resort. It is a credit to the Management that this attitude of customer awareness filters right down from the Managing Director through to every member of staff that you encounter during your holiday. You are always acknowledged with a smile and a greeting wherever you are in the Resort I appreciate that many staff recognise us from our previous visits but the welcome you get when you arrive is genuine and sincere. We feel so at home at the Resort. For this holiday we were allocated a fabulous junior suite with views over the swimming pool and sea. It was very spacious, well maintained and comfortable. Our daily room service was impeccable and was always carried out when we were at breakfast, so our room was always ready and clean for the rest of the day. It truly was a first class house-keeping service. Breakfasts are amazing with an excellent choice. It was so pleasant to sit and relax with freshly prepared food and barista made coffee to start another day. Buffet dinners in Los Arcos are also very good with the emphasis being put on excellent quality food cooked extremely well. We also received an invitation to use the El Faro restaurant on one night and again this was excellent. The atmosphere here is much quieter, relaxed and refined. Perfect for a special evening dinner. We also used our invitation to the Thalasso Spa and again we found this to be excellent once again The free Wifi is of a very good speed and the evening entertainments programme at the Piano Bar was of a very good standard and enjoyable. We understand that the Resort will be closing for a refurbishment programme towards the end of the year and we will definitely return when it reopens sometime around may 2027 We have no hesitation in recommending the Sheraton Fuerteventura Breach, Golf & Spa Resort.

Hotel was great, amenities were great so were the staff and food. Only thing I would add was that the room that we booked deluxe with sea view was not as deluxe as was shown in the pictures but it might have been a bad luck. We will be back on Wednesday and hopefully will experience same wonderful service but with a better ( well expected ) room :-)

Just home from a fab few days at Sheraton. Our room was spacious with pool and sea views and got sun on the balcony large part of the day from the front and the side. The exterior and the gardens are amazing as is the pool area with comfy sunbeds that actually didn’t give me backache like most do. We rated the food and staff highly too. Was surprised to hear it is closing for 6 months for a refurb as couldn’t find enough areas to take this amount of time and really hope they don’t change the character of the hotel especially the outside that’s stands out for the right reasons in the whole area. We will definitely return if they keep this character and amazing gardens

This was our third stay at the Sheraton. The staff are amazing as always with the bar staff in the piano bar being especially excellent and attentive. Rooms are fantastic and the grounds and pool area always well maintained. Good selection for breakfast and we ate most days at the veranda bar at the pool. We were bed and breakfast only so cannot comment on the evening meals. Never any issue getting a sunbed even though the hotel was full. I have to give a particular mention to the guy who supplies the pool towels as I heard some people giving him a hard time when he was only following the rules. He was always respectful and polite where I would have struggled when being asked to change towels more than once per day. Would definitely recommend staying here as it’s a fantastic experience.

This is our second stay Sheraton and it doesn’t disappoint. Our first visit was November last year we had a lovely room on the ground floor. The room had everything you would expect of a five star hotel, the Terrace was big enough for a table and two chairs. This room was permanently in the shade which would be ideal in the summer. On this visit, we were in room 301 again another beautiful room with a very large balcony, which had sun loungers,chairs and a table. This room was South facing & you had shelter from the sea breeze. I cannot speak highly enough of every staff member. They were polite, courteous and friendly. The breakfast there were a vast choice of all kinds of food. I cannot comment on evening meals as we only stayed B&B. It is the 15 to 20 minute walk into the town, there is a large supermarket within five minute walk. The hotel is opposite a golf course and access out of the bottom gate brings you into the sea promenade. My Understanding is that the hotel is due to be refurbished in October of this year. We look forward to booking again when the hotel reopens. Thankyou to all the staff and management for another wonderful stay

We stayed here for 10 days in March. This is a big hotel at a fine location, but remember that since it is close to the airport you will hear planes flying over at low altitude. All staff were helpful and polite. We loved the breakfasts which had plenty of choice including fresh buns/bread, cheeses, meat and fish, and freshly prepared fruit and fruit drinks. We were grateful that 2 out of 3 of the outdoor pools were heated since we had a number of cool windy days with mixed clouds. Our room had classic cast iron furniture with a super king size bed and floor tiles, and a nice balcony. Tip for the top manager: next time you renovate the bathrooms please have shower rails installed in the shower that allow a hight adjustment of the shower head on the rail. This detail will especially be appreciated by guests who do not have an average height, and by wheelchair users, and is expected in a 5-star hotel!

We have had an unforgettable holiday at the Sheraton Fuertaventura … Everything had been perfect ( except for the weather unfortunately ) The rooms, the staff and the food are all first class! Our holiday was made extra special by a waitress in both the buffet restaurant and the El Faro … Naiara is a truly lovely person making every guest feel special and definitely goes the extra mile! Thank you Naiara we will never forget you :))

Everything about this hotel is proper 5 star. The food was amazing, varied choice that change every night, we never ate out of the hotel, it was that good. Rooms are spotless and spacious with the balcony (sea view) having the best sunrises. Staff were brilliant, Carlos on reception was amazing, the bar and restaurant staff work so hard to make you feel 5 star. The hotel never felt busy even though it was near full.

I stayed there via Jet 2 for 4 nights . It was a bit of bad start as we were not told that the hotel does not have drinks in half board package . The point was that we were not told and also they don’t give water even . Apart from that I can’t fault the hotel. It was great service specially libby at front desk. She is great and very helpful. Also was the chef at the restaurant who made sure my son who is peanut allergies was looked after . Thanks for the brownie. He was the happiest child . I could not have thanked Luke for that . The rest of the hotel is the best and up to the standard Will recommend that if you are booking by jet 2 check again on half board they Mis sold .

Highly recommended. The hotel is close to the airport but is the last visited by the drop off coach. You could get a taxi to save time but going by coach gives you a general layout of the town We were given an upgrade which was very of the hotel. If you wish to have a room with a terrace facing the sun you will have to contact the hotel and may be charged accordingly. To say our room is huge is an understatement and even has a Jacuzzi. What I love about this hotel is the attention to detail in every way. There is a spa should you wish to partake and quite a lot of choice. The restaurant offers a large selection of food options. There are other restaurants in the hotel but booking is required. Even though the hotel is in the flight path of planes landing I can honestly say that it didn’t bother me. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and always willing to help. There are various pools so even the smallest children will be catered for. There are outside amenities that you can use at cost in the local town

The hotel is nice but hit and miss regarding a 5* check in was good, a welcoming cold drink on arrival. The staff work hard, although I don't think there is a enough staff in the restaurant for breakfast, as we had to wait for eggs, there needs to be more staff on the egg station. The way the eggs were cooked wasn't good either, they were slimy on top. Many times the cups were dirty, and had to go around looking for a clean cup, expected a bit more for 5* The room was large, beds and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was also large, the shower was good, but was a bid grubby around the glass of the shower. Towels were fluffy, and changed every day. The hair drier was great. The sun beds were OK, and the towels were good and large which covered most of the beds. Plenty of beds. The gardens were stunning. The restaurant on the pool side was very expensive. On checkout, we checked the bill, and every time we ordered food or drinks there was a 1 euro charge for charity, so if you want a drink there's a charge and if you want a snack there's a charge, so be aware if you order daily there's a charge which can be quite expensive, but the guy on checkout did say we didn't have to pay if we didn't want to. Couldn't say no really.

Great break in a lovely hotel. Some minor issues, but can’t complain about staff who were great and tried to make everything work. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms (although it did take days to get the TV finally fixed). Great and varied food at the buffet (staff work like trojans). Mini golf is useless. Nice spa, but shame not given a free day as part of the break. Fun, and different, activities made life fun (aqua fit on bikes! Yoga on floating pads! Proper cocktail making and drinking). Was my birthday and a singing waiter turned up at our room with cava and macroons (shame I was out running, but the thought was great). Used the El Faro restaurant as a very special anniversary and the whole experience was fantastic and ever so well cooked; highly recommended). Personally, not impressed with allowing dogs in the lobby, who bark to the live music, but that’s something others may happily accept. Great resort overall with wonderful beaches and a long promenade. There is also a shopping center almost next door, which has a supermarket so you can get water (shame not ubiquitously available throughout the hotel though, apart from some at the lobby).

Room was well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of sunbeds. Food quality, choice and presentation was excellent. Bar service was prompt, efficient, polite and friendly. Reception staff were efficient and knowledgeable.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I am writing this review not to be unfair, but to inform other travelers and to make it clear to the management that the current condition of this hotel is simply unacceptable. The biggest problems are the very poor cleanliness, lack of management, and lack of proper supervision. Room cleaning is done only superficially; it often feels as though the floor is simply mopped while everything else is ignored. Used towels are left on the floor and not removed. The bed sheets, pillows, and blankets are not properly arranged and do not feel clean or refreshed. Even after housekeeping, the room does not feel truly clean, tidy, or ready for guests. The issue is not only that the hotel is old. The real problem is that there seems to be no effective management overseeing the staff’s work. Guests should not have to repeatedly remind staff about the most basic and obvious things. In my opinion, this hotel is not even at the level of a two-star hotel — not in terms of cleanliness, not in terms of service, and certainly not in terms of food quality. The quality of the food is far below expectations and nowhere near the standard a hotel should offer. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, and rarely have I seen a place this weak in cleanliness, service, and food quality. For this reason, I do not recommend this hotel at all, and I strongly advise other travelers to think carefully before spending their money here. I sincerely hope the management takes this review seriously, because without major improvements in cleanliness, food quality, organization, and supervision, this hotel does not meet even a basic acceptable standard.

Me esperaba más del hotel. Pensé que tendrías los detalles más cuidados, pero no está mal. Bueno los cócteles... Dejan que desear para los caros que son, tienen poco alcohol de dos que pedí, los dos estaban mal hechos.

Very clean and well looked after, kids club was great and breakfast was lovely aswell as the one Al a carte meal we had there, we loved sitting on the veranda for lunch or getting a takeaway pizza from there to take by the pool, The inflatables were great for the kids on the day that was on and micky mouse even made an appearance, very relaxed lovely holiday, situated on a gorgeous beach and short walk along to the spa shop for any essentials, we hired a car and our favourite restaurant was algo Mas which was a few minutes drive

Grosse, schöne Anlage, tolle Pools, sehr grosses Zimmer, super Frühstück, Nähe zum Flughafen.

Zimmerreinigung meist sehr oberflächlich und lückenhaft. Einflugschneise zum Airport, mehrere Flieger pro Stunde tief und laut über dem Hotel, was im Zimmer nicht so gestört hat, draussen aber sehr.

This was our second time at the Sheraton, and we enjoyed every minute! Staff are so friendly and helpful Aaron and all the entertainment team worked so hard, making all the activities so enjoyable. We joined in with yoga, fitness, aqua biking , shooting, tennis, and table tennis. There was so much to do that we didn't need to leave the resort much! We were bed and breakfast only(choosing to eat meals out and about). Breakfasts were still delicious, everything you could possibly want to eat. Evening entertainment was always fun, especially The Two of Us, who made it a party atmosphere.

Returned to this hotel after visiting around the same time last year. This is the first time I have ever gone back to the same hotel and I wasn't disappointed. Everything that was good last year was still good this year. The food (we were breakfast only) was plentiful and top quality. The staff were amazing, always cheerful and willing to help if required. A special mention to Aarron and the rest of the daytime entertainment team, they are the best! The rooms are spacious and well appointed, previous comments have said the hotel is a bit 'tired' in certain areas, apparently it is closing down in October for refurbishment. We will definitely be returning when it re-opens.

Found the Sheraton Fuertaventura of a high standard, rooms, meals and general hotel facilities. Staying just five nights, this was ideal for short break. 20 minutes from the airport meant transfers were hassle free and maximised holiday time. Beach and pool areas are very inviting and fairly sheltered from winds. 20 minutes walk along a lovely promenade into main CDF resort. Huge Spar supermarket and shopping centre five min walk into main CDF the other direction. Meals were of high standard, and although buffet, all guests adhered to the smart casual dress code which meant for a nicer dining atmosphere. Deluxe Seaview room was worth the upgrade, large balcony with plenty of sun, room and bathroom also spacious. Decor is traditional but seen no evidence the suggestions of it being dated/worn. Be good to see it after the refurb later this year. Staff, particularly bar, restaurant and pool area were highlight of the hotel. Earnesto deserves a specific call out for cheer.

Iam currently staying in this hotel. Good things first. Great hotel Great staff libby at front desk, everyone at restaurant and all the staff. Great food. My son has severe nut allergies and they are very careful with that aspect. I can’t fault them at all . Now the other side of coin, booked a package with jet 2 half board nd was told at check in t the hotel that no drinks allowed in the package. The worst part is that no water even. This is very strange and I don’t think I can blame the hotel for it , as it was jet 2 that mis sold the package as they did not mention in their booking. If they had I would have not chosen this hotel for that reason. I shall take this up with the jet 2 company, l thought they have taken my complaint but I’m sure they will do nothing with the complaint. Th is. Lot agin the hotel for looking after us but maybe you can look into this part of your package, atleast water should be served free with meals .

Lovely hotel in prime location with great staff. Warm welcome and a spacious suite with Marriott bed, linens and towels. Very good variety at breakfast with Jesus A1 for cooking poached eggs. Thankyou. Two À la Carte restaurants, Mediterranean and Thai are very good with charming service. A variety of entertainment for all during the day and evening. All of the staff are the USP of this hotel. The hotel is very comfortable is a bit dated, but we shall return before the planned refurbishment this winter. Recommend. Thankyou.

L’hôtel se fait vieux. Moquette couloir usée à la corde. Nourriture laissé à désirer surtout dans le restaurant. Sur la piscine.

We had a happy stay overall, with some safety issues that the hotel tried to make up for afterwards but did give us a bit of a wobble. The room was nice & ours overlooked the play park which was handy. Pools were pretty cold even in July. Spa was really nice, lovely heated pool. Breakfast was ok. It wasn’t the “wow” we look for in a holiday but it was fine and we all had a nice week. A few restaurants nearby for meals too 😊

Amazing staff, a beautiful resort, and incredible food quality. Special shout out to Chef Luca, who made me a cake just for me as I have a nut allergy. The cake was amazing, and I’ve never had such good treatment. I need to go here again. Great escape from the cold over in Scotland. The building itself needs to be refreshed but that’s why their closing in October for 6 months

Ontbijt, personeel, zwembad en tuin

Kamer was niet goed schoongemaakt met stof op de glas tafels en stof op de wanden en plafond. Gerapporteerd aan de receptie maar niets mee gedaan ondanks beloften. Het hotel is leuk maar heeft veel weg van 'vergane glorie'. Is ernstig toe aan een upgrade.

We booked a late Jet2 Holiday week away and took our travel agent’s advice and plonked for The Sheraton. It’s huge, nearly five star, comfortable, well equipped, plenty to do, well positioned in Caleta away from the noise. Apart from a spa, access to golf, pools, activities there is a calm serene stay experience. Our room was big with a nicely laid out veranda. Spotless clean huge bathroom with full bath showers and separate loo. Safe TV and good WIFi. The beds were very comfortable and the staff impeccable. We stayed B&B and the breakfasts were brilliant and as good as anywhere we’ve stayed 5 Star. We’d highly recommend Sheraton. We met people who’d stayed in adjoining near by hotels and by the sounds of it this one is the best. Highly recommended. Thank you

Large rooms, lovely bathrooms, staff in restaurants and bars fantastic. Pool area spotless, animation sports team very knowledgeable and professional not pushy.

Tad noisy early in the mornings where room above had babies/children 07:00 awake most days until they left for breakfast.

l'évacuation de la douche étant partiellement bouchée, nous l'avons signalé plusieurs fois à la réception sans réaction de leur part

le cadre, le personnel très accueillant tout en restant discret, le confort des chambres, les jardins très bien entretenus

L’aspect un peu vieillot (en particulier la moquette des couloirs), l’isolation phonique dans les chambres, le buffet du restaurant le soir (pas assez varié, les plats pas assez chauds), le salon trop petit pour avoir une chance de trouver une place après dîner.
