My husband and I were very pleased with the helpful staff that moved us from the upper floor to the main floor when we were checking in. I enjoyed everything about this hotel and will be back in the future.

Everything was good. We had separate rooms so wished there was a comfy lounge with sofas, that's all. Patio had a lot of puddles to wade through. Dunno if that could be helped...

Lovely clean hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great to have breakfast on site. Plenty of foods to choose from, hot and cold. Love the pancakes. Indoor pool, sauna and workout area. Convenient location. Amazing restaurants near by. Wonder place to both start and end your day.

Comfortable rooms, comfortable beds. We were on the ground floor right next to the lobby and breakfast area, but the sound barely came through. Impressive. We walked all over Gananonque with ease from this central location. Especially close to the Pump House ice cream shop! Go for the Campfire flavour!

Nice staff, reasonable price, but the swimming pool was not clean. Breakfast was good but not enough space to sit, we had to wait couple minutes.

Clean and comfortable! Enjoyed being in a quiet end of the hotel. I asked for a room with a veiw and the accommodated us. The room had been updated and was everything we needed.

Accommodation was adequate for our one night stay. Rooms were clean breakfast was good.The staff were very helpful.Only criticism was that from about 9ish to 11 ish there were kids running around like lunatics.It would have been nice if a member of staff had a word with the parents .

We had a great stay here. The location is an easy walk to everything you need. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to cruise the 1000 Islands or check out local attractions.

-the room was very nice but the bathroom was very small and did not have body wash -the shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles were very stiff and difficult to get anything out -the location was very good

A happy place right down to the Breakfast Room....

We stayed overnight at Comfort Inn. The room was nice, it was well kept. However, the bathroom had grime and grit and you could tell it wasn't cleaned very well. A bit of garbage on the floor. The pool wasn't busy but a lot of young children yelling and screaming around 9pm, was not very interested in the splashing and screaming so we called it a night pretty quick. Chocolate bars in the vending machine expired a month ago. Breakfast had lots of options but the coffee was bitter and extremely hot. If you want a quick & easy overnight stay would highly recommend, but if you stay a few days would recommend somewhere else

The staff were friendly and helpful from the time we walked through the main door. Our bedroom must have been in the new part of the building. It was very clean and in excellent shape. The breakfast provided a variety of options. The only improvement we could suggest was the temperature of the indoor swimming pool. It was very cold! Overall, we will return to this hotel.

The place was generally good, near all the tours and attractions in Gananoque

We stayed twice in this hotel, we believe it offers the best tradeoff price quality. If we decide to go back to Gananoque, we will definitely stay at this hotel, we love it.

Great location, only a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were well maintained but a little dated. Breakfast was adequate but crowded. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Great location close to marina and downtown Gananoque. Breakfast was excellent too. Bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned properly but was clean otherwise.

It’s an old building and appears to be neatly maintained. Expensive for a basic room and extra charges for parking.

The room is clean and the staff are friendly. There is no hot drinking water available at all. One has to pay for the parking.

Clean and tidy environment

Room not cleaned, upon arrival there were dirty tissues on the floor by night table. The bathroom fan had a leak leaving a sewage odour when light was on. We used our cell flashlight to avoid a foul odour. The air conditioner was loud and seldom worked leaving a stifling room. Save your money!

Several hair found in the bathroom.

No view out the window..looking at a wall.. Customer service we forgot some clothes in the room and would not ship it to us at our expense we had to drive 4 hours to get the clothes

Like: clean and spacious room. excellent location, two short blocks to the waterfront in a quiet neighborhood. Indoor pool provided entertainment for kids. Dislike: the bedsheets are low quality micro fiber. The fan in the bathroom is clanky and loud.

Did not approve of paying for parking. Comfort Inn needs grab bars in the bathtub.

Expansive facility with modern features and within easy walking to historic 1000 Islands museum and charter boat tours.

The hotel accommodations and amenities were perfect. The location is ideal—just steps from the marina, waterfront, and downtown. The spacious parking lot easily fits trucks with boat trailers, which is a major plus for boaters. Highly recommended for anyone looking for easy access to the water and local attractions.

It was the perfect location. Staff was nice and accomodating. Kimberly l, who worked at the front desk was AMAZING. Kind, accomadating, helpful in every way. My son has food allergies she helped recommend some great places. She was a sweetheart. The location was so close to the beach and to the main street. Riva restaurent was right next door. It was perfect for what we needed !

It is very close to the cruise dock and shopping streets No elevator at this facility, hard to carry luggage’s up and down. But this very nice staff offered to help carry our luggages 2nd floor.

Bonus being next door to Riva restaurant.

The property is in a great location. Walking distance to tourist cruises and restaurants. The downside is that the walls are paper thin and my room needed a bit of dusting. The positive is that it was quiet after 10:30 and no one had a shower which would have been really noisy given the plumbing. Breakfast was average! Did not expect to pay $15 for parking!!! Not happy about that given the location!!

All good. One thing that was annoying is when you stay more than one night the keys have to be reactivated each day which didn’t make sense. Few other guests had the same complaint. They should fix it. Overall a very nice and convenient place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, and the breakfast was much better. Moreover, the parking was included. We were surprised to pay additional fees during our check-in. While we were booking the room, there was information about included parking

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the lake, which made it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. However, the bathroom facilities are quite dated, and the toilet is very low, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. Breakfast was rather simple and lacked variety.

On nous a facturé un coût de 15$ par nuit pour le stationnement. Je trouve déplorable qu'un hébergement de ce genre facture la clientèle pour le stationnement du véhicule principale. Il se fait plutôt rare de voyager à pied dans ce secteur... en plus que la photo principale démontre un beau stationnement mais quand tu arrive sur place, sors tes $$$ on te facture le parking. Désolant, je n'avais jamais vu ça, surtout venant d'une grande chaîne comme celle-ci.

The whole hotel was awesome accommodating and felt so bad for us we had that experience. The beds were so comfortable almoat wanted to take one home lol. Breakfast was very good. The pool and sauna were clean an awesome .We would rate this property 100 percent and we would rebook there again.
