Leaking shower left water all over the floor (was fixed the day before we left) Not enough radiator space to dry towels, especially as you were encouraged to keep spa towels for the duration of your stay

It was quite with nice view and pleasant staff we enjoyed the food evening meal and breakfast was great service . Delicious and quick food. Your merlot wine went down well.

To remote had to eat in the hotel unless you drive into town. Which was a fair walk

Lovely room fantastic pool & spa, delightful treatments, wonderful restaurant with excellent food, breakfast choices were all delicious would stay there again

Only drawback was to switch the jacuzzi on was the other side of the pool so you had to get out of the jacuzzi to put it back on!

Breakfast really good , liked that you ordered , even continental, rather than helping yourself to food that the other guests have sneezed/coughed over ! And it’s was cooked well , not lying about for ages.

Unfortunately, the paint work in the whole of the hotel was “tied” and our bathroom sink (112) needed a couple of repair jobs. The bed wasn’t to our taste , too soft and bouncy, didn’t sleep properly.

Fabulous room with a great view. Lovely staff.

Food was a bit hit and miss. My main course was lovely but the mushroom tempura starter was just a pile of burnt batter with no discernable mushrooms.

What did I like? Everything, the whole experience was beyond expectation. The location is mindblowing, the staff are friendly, tge foʻd is to die for, the bar is well stocked and tge roons are of a very high standard. This is one of tge best and we will be back.

Are you serious? This place is hotel perfection.

The breakfast was really good. The only suggestion was that fresh fruit salad was available.

The decor was dated.

Loved it was right on the beach, the food was amazing, stayed as part of our honeymoon & the staff went out of there way to leave us a card which was lovely.

Was on the top floor, felt very dated, went to the pool & that also was very dated, some bits needs a good revamp.

Reception staff were fantastic. Jeffery at dinner was fabulous!

Pleasant sea front hotel, nice, comfortable clean and well maintained room. Excellent bar and restaurant with open terrace, when the sun shines.

Great staff! The location is just fabulous for a beach walk. I can’t recommend this hitel enough. Maybe just check there isn’t a wedding on if you want peace and quiet.

The setting overlooking the Irish Sea was great. The staff at Reception and in the dining areas were excellent - hard - working and helpful. Breakfast especially stood out as it was cooked to order with a great variety to choose from.

We booked our room based on measurements stated on booking.com ie 355ft². We don't like small rooms. We were allocated 315 - an attic room, with a sea view but measuring 143ft² plus a very small ensuite. We queried the allocation at Reception, and the response was that this has happened before with booking.com. It was suggested that the ensuite would be included by booking.com, so that was the difference! Clearly, not over 200ft! Fortunately, the receptionist was sympathetic and had a much larger room (234) available, which she moved us to at no extra charge. So there is a question regarding accuracy of measurements quoted. Maybe dealing directly with the hotel is the answer? PS the ensuite in 234 was minute with nowhere to hang wet towels or lay out toiletries.

The location

The noise. We went for the night for a break, with it being a spa hotel I hoped for some peace and quiet. We had someone next door to us in and out of their room; the door was so creaky. And then they had the tv on loud all night. We didn’t ring reception as we just wanted to try and get some rest, and they looked over worked. We left very early due to being exhausted and missed breakfast. I do feel like I wasted £200 for one night.

The location is great, right at the beach and (for us) at the end of the Offa's dyke path. It's a short walk to the center of Prestatyn. The hotel is old but quite well maintained. Good selection of choice for breakfast

It's a bit on the expensive side. The pool is ok but i guess it's old and for instance the hot tub needs some upgrading, it gave cold water.

I enjoyed the view very much, enjoyed our breakfast and evening meal, great staff very friendly people 👍

Some of the carpets are a little worn.

The doors to the lift next to our room where abit of pain only as they where a little noisy and awkward to her to the lift will luggage feel didnt really need the door there

Dirty corridors window was screwed down in the top floor room which was boiling up there adults swimming in pool when it was child’s swim so my autistic son wouldn’t get in that’s why we booked this hotel as it had set swim times

Love the position on the front though a little out of Prestatyn, the weather wasn't great on our visit so walking into the town in a thunderstorm wasn't great ...but that was our fault..The room was lovely n clean...plenty of tea coffee n water. Lovely little swimming pool, towels on request. Jacuzzi n sauna was a nice touch too. Bar area and dining room was bright and spacious. There was a good choice of breakfast as well as juices and cereals. Staff were helpful and friendly A big plus for us was the large free carpark across from the hotel. We have stayed here before with our children it was lovely to return to see it hasn't lost its charm.

Room was too small. No means to cool room down as sun was in room all afternoon. Bathroom was ridiculously small. Had better room last year. Very disappointing.

Lovely location right on beach. Great decor and good facilities. Breakfast was lovely but let down by cheap sachets of sauces on the table and no black pepper, etc. It's a shame as it let it down. Breakfast buffet selection could have been slightly more variationn on cereals and fruit, but cooked breakfast was very good.

See above. The little touches make a big difference, and plastic sachets are environmentally very bad and no need for them in hotel restaurants.

It was a beautiful hotel, very clean, the staff were lovely and friendly, the room was spotless and the bed was so comfy slept like a baby! It was peaceful especially being right on the beach. I will definitely be booking this hotel again!

Amazing hotel. Ideal location on the seafront with ample parking. Comfy beds with spacious rooms and lovely decor. Delicious breakfast with great options made to order. What makes this hotel stand out is the staff who are so welcoming. Thank you to the caring and kind Elizabeth who assisted my father.

We liked everything from the beginning to the end. The biggest bonus of this hotel was its staff. The people are simply amazing; the food is delicious, and our stay was everything we wanted to achive of a short break we had. Thank you all for your hard work

Bedroom hot not enough space

Staff very friendly, the food was excellent, location was lovely and within walking distance.

The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better. Appeared either short staff or lack of care also doors banging late at night or early hours. For the price charged the room was small and a double, banged into the dressing table a few times to get passed the bed.

Had a wonderful 2 days with Seaview room weather was fantastic we got to sit outside late in evenings admiring the view staff friendly breakfast lots of choice and lovely. The only thing I wish was in the room would be a mini fridge especially with how hot it was as they leave complementary bottles water which unfortunately were warm.

The blind in our room was broken and this wasn’t dealt with very well. I ended fixing it myself but apart from that lovely.

Sue at breakfast was wonderful - An efficient service with friendly smile. Lots of waiters / waitresses and all very busy and with good customer services training. All options were excellent quality and portion sizes. Particularly enjoyed the Eggs Royal, American Pancakes and Full English - THANK YOU Bar staff also exceptionally friendly and welcoming with great local knowledge. The singer Sarah Price was a FANTASTIC evening's entertainment. Finally a GREAT reiki session received from the Spa manager - very accommodating and deeply relaxing.

This is a very small suggestion - the stairs could do with hoovering; just a heavy use area as an observation. Bins were emptied regularly but this means a LOT of unnecessary use of plastic liners - perhaps this could wait until end of stay if bin was a little larger with a lid perhaps - to maintain high standards?

The location is excellent. We relaxed in the sunshine sat on the decking. Beautiful view over the beach. Food great. We will be back.

This hotel needs a deep clean. Our bathroom, sheets and towels were fine, but every other surface in our room, the hotel restaurant, the hallways, doors, walls, carpets, upholstered chairs- visibly dirty. Our room was too warm and smelled strongly of the food being served for breakfast.

We received a warm welcome on arrival, the staff were very friendly and happy to help. The rooms are clean, and comfortable . Food is good,. The pool and spa were also clean and accessible. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.
