The room was absolutely gorgeous. It was super clean, with great facilities for tea and coffee with lovely Scottish biscuits. The view we had of Loch Lomond was gorgeous, with a balcony to sit on that was very comfortable. The room was very spacious. We had dinner that was delicious with lovely views over the Loch, as we had for breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The signage wasn't the clearest to get to the bedroom as it was in a different building. Maybe a couple more options for breakfast would be nice too.

Die Lage top, direkt am Loch Lomond. Wir hatten direkten Seeblick und einen Balkon. Die Zimmer sind schön gross und komfortabel. Das Bett riesig und sehr bequem. Das Bad wurde neu renoviert, mit Badewanne und offener Dusche. Das Restaurant hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den See und man kann dort sehr lecker essen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist der Hammer, zu dem kann man alles mögliche noch von der Küche frisch zubereiten lassen.

Die Möbel sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich auf den Gängen hatte auch schon mal bessere Jahre. Leider ist der Wellness Bereich nur mit weiteren Kosten und Vorreservierung zu benützen.

The lodge is directly on Loch Lomond and has beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable. I love that they had a nepresso machine in the rooms. They also provide fans to keep the room cool. The food at the restaurant was very good. The breakfast was excellent.

It was a bit tricky to find our room at first because we didn’t realize we had to walk through the spa area. The signs weren’t clear, but that was a minor inconvenience. The property was lovely.

Location and view is fantastic. The rooms were clean and quite modern. Plenty of parking. The hotel staff were excellent.

The bathroom light shone through to the bedroom. The breakfast was quite poor. There was a smell when you went into the hotel reception. The hotel reception was quite dated.

All as expected - location of hotel and views from restaurant were amazing.

I love that the property is on the beach and it is a private area accessible to the residents only mostly. They have a spa on site with very lovely staff working in it. The rooms were easily accessible and comfortable. The staff were really sweet overall and the breakfast was really good.

I didn’t like the food options in the restaurant for dinner. They were limited and not all inclusive.

Unfortunately, The Lodge on Loch Lomond was far from what we expected and was one of the more disappointing stays of our trip. The hotel felt tired and lacked the quality and atmosphere we had anticipated. Getting to our room involved navigating confusing corridors and rather questionable-looking doors, which didn’t create a particularly welcoming impression. The room itself was also disappointing, especially the visibly dirty air vent directly above the bed. Dinner didn’t improve the experience. When we asked our server for recommendations, they were unable to suggest anything from the menu, which felt surprising for a hotel restaurant of this level. The one genuinely fantastic thing was the view over Loch Lomond – absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, even that had to be enjoyed through windows with visible cobwebs. Considering the location and the hotel’s positioning and price level, we expected considerably more. The potential is certainly there, but our actual experience fell well short of expectations.

Friendliest staff you could ask for. Very nice to my dog also. View from rooms are simply breathtaking & really enjoyed evening drinks on decked terrace in our room. An easy access to the private beach where I had early morning swim. A perfect getaway

Cannot fault anything really!

The room, view and breakfast were excellent. The private beach was great too. The TV didn't work and we were there such a short time, no-one came to look at it, although we did report it. I don't think the price paid was worth it and I definitely don't think that residents should be asked to pay £20 each for the spa, especially at £329 per night, this is for less than 24 hours stay given the check in and check out times. Not sure we will go back at that price

The room was spacious, all the equipment worked and the bed was amazing. The view from our room was stunning! Overlooking the Loch. The resturant had a large variety of food on food, it was quality, tasty and reasonably priced. This also goes for the breakfast.

The only minor criticism I have is our room was located in another building about 2 mins walk from the reception. If the weather is poor, going between the dinning hall and your room could be an issue.

Location, cleanliness, staff. Room was lovely. Nice and relaxing wish we could have stayed longer.

Location is perfect and on nice days it’s beautiful, the walk into Luss is easy and a lovely little place to see.

The only issue we had was with the restaurant where we booked but asked for a change to the time, someone was rude telling us no. We got there later than expected and it was not full at all and easy to fit us in, no need to be a fuss on the time it seamed.

Beautiful setting on the banks of Loch Lomond. Extremely comfortable bed so an excellent nights sleep. Very relaxed calm environment with a small balcony to sit out and watch the activity on the loch. Good choice of tea/coffee and nespresso machine in room and a fridge with bottles water. Nice breakfast with fair choice of items. Lovely Arran Aromatics toiletries ( refillable bottle) but no shower cap, vanity pack etc. We had a lovely time although some feedback easily remedy in next section . Bathrobes supplied

Rooms nice but in need of a little TLC . Housekeeping in respect of cleaning lacks attention to detail, dirty water in coffee machine and black mould in water. Lots of dust on furniture. Bathroom had no bath mat for coming out of bath/shower although luckily floor was not slippy. Overhead fan in room we were unable to keep on overnight as the noise from it was very loud ( looked old) and room was warm. Overpriced for room as stated breakfast was free, so adding dinner on made it a very expensive overnight. Extra charge now to use the basic spa facilities which was free to residents before, treatments were very expensive to add.

The location was superb and the hotel very kindly met my request for rooms with a loch view, which was stunning and made our stay extra special. I wished we'd stayed longer so we could have enjoyed the view from our rooms and the beautiful location a little longer. The hotel sits right on the loch and the village of Luss is picture box pretty and just a five minute stroll from the hotel. The staff were friendly and accomodating and our room was very comfortable and clean.

My only real reservation was I found the deco in the room and in the restaurant/bar was rather tired and uninspiring for a four star hotel. I had expected from the star rating the hotel would have been more stylish We travel a lot in Europe, especially Spain, and there hotels for the price we paid here, are generally much more classy and stylish.

A localização é espetacular, mesmo à beira do Loch Lomond! O staff bastante simpático e pronto a ajudar. O quarto familiar, apesar de não ser enorme, é confortável e acomoda bem uma família de 4. Já a casa de banho é bem grande. A varanda e a vista para o lago elevam bastante a experiência.

The rooms are clean modern with great view. Breakfast was ok . Same strict atmosphere. So not much I did like on second visit . Plenty of walks around Luss .

There’s not as much love for ppl with dogs anymore. Felt scrutinised and watched . Too strict . Lacked the easy going feel . Last time we stayed we were offered scrambled eggs for the dogs . This time I got told off for petting my dog in the designated area. She apologised but it was off putting. The meals at the restaurant are pricey . The food is good but if I’m paying to sit in a designated dog area I need to be able to relax . My dogs are puppies so they aren’t quite there yet they try to get on ur knee .

They never bring to us a complementary water when asked and they only want from us to buy the water from the restaurant

From arrival to departure the hotel took very good care of us. Good car parking, friendly staff to great you at reception, offered to assist with our bags. Hotel room very clean and relaxing. Excellent coffee machine in the room, no faffing around with a kettle. Comfortable bed with nice bed linen. Good wifi, good TV with up to date apps. Lovely balcony with superb view of Loch Lomond. Quiet at night and very peaceful stay. Food at the restaurant is excellent and all staff at the hotel are very friendly. We will be staying here again!

I think the basic facilities (pool, sauna) should be included in the hotel price - not an additional charge. Also the mugs in the room were tiny for us tea lovers 🤣

The location was perfect, opposite the loch with its own beach area and easily walkable to the local beach and cute village with shops and cafes. We had a superior hotel room which was very spacious for four, and as we were on the ground floor had its own patio area and view of the lake. There are also hotel facilities for kayaks etc for the beach and a spa and local services on the other beach and boat trips etc. There is an indoor hotel sauna but also a fab local outdoor sauna at the other end of the beach. The food in the restaurant was great for lunch and dinner with good service and had amazing views of the Loch. Lots of parking and the staff on reception were lovely and super efficient.

Beautiful setting and views (including from bedroom), a wee private beach loch-side, short level walk into Luss (which has pier for pleasure tours and foot ferries). Great for dog owners (lovely welcome treats - thank you). Really great breakfast.

Extra pull out bed was lumpy. Recent upgrade to bathrooms (fab) forgot to install hooks for towels and robes!

The view really looks out over the parking lot more than the Loch itself. Interesting set up with one room having the shower/bath ensuite but without toilet facilities. The toilet was off the living room area for access by both bedrooms.

Location was amazing. Having a balcony was great

Whole place looked tired, needing total refresh. Carpets looked old or needing cleaned Food was ok but nothing special Breakfast, had to send back uncooked eggs 2 seperate mornings. Restaurant windows dirty covered in dead flies. Lack of attention to detail Ate in various restaurants in area all were much cleaner and just felt better Beach area private but looked uncared for, untidy, unsafe, concrete with bit of iron sticking out

Breakfast was tasty and well presented, with flexible timings.

We had to report somebody smoking cannabis in the immediate vicinity of our family room, which the staff tried to respond to but they were unable to identify the source. I then had to report people on the beach area immediately outside our room lighting a fire at 4am, which again was unpleasant. The night porter moved them on. The hotel graciously provided a 20% booking cost refund but the experience marred our break.

The way the staff at the restaurant looked over me whilst I was trying to transfer money from my account to pay the bill I felt as though she didnt think I had the money to pay which i did didnt enjoy the meal at all and neither did my partner who isn't a fussy eater wasnt worth the money nearly £100 hardly ate any of it! I am so glad I didnt choose this venue for my wedding. Also meant to be 4 star all up the stair case was black scrape marks, the windows in the restaurant had cob webs with flys on and needed a good wash also when stripping the bed when leaving as I always do at hotels I noticed a rather big yellow stain on the duvet which wasnt from me or my partner i have stayed at lower rated hotels which are more welcoming and cleaner!! The reception staff where nice though.

The room and view was stunning. The food was amazing. Every member of staff was extremely friendly, helpful and cheerful. Can’t wait to go back and stay again.

Położenie na brzegu jeziora fantastyczne. Cisza i spokój. Duży pokój. Pyszne jedzenie w restauracji.

Przejścia korytarzami dosyć klaustrofobiczne i wąsko. Brak windy. Brak koordynacji między recepcją a restauracją. Na recepcji powiedziano nam że nie ma stolika, a w restauracji okazało się, że bez problemu. Cały obiekt jest trochę jak ze starego filmu: dla jednych urocze dla innych nie. Nam się podobało

Room 8 was uncomfortably warm no air conditioning Toilet wasn't flushing and the water ran all night also got locked in the bathroom for half an hour before someone came and got me out .Also arrived Friday and the same dog biscuits were still in the corridor when we left on the Sunday

Bit surprised that no USB sockets available in bedroom

The rooms were good sized for what we came to expect in Europe and they were clean. And I will say that the restaurant staff was not very helpful not very accommodating and the food was so so and very much overpriced for what it was.

I didn't like that everything seemed like it closed pretty early. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a joke. Just wasn't very well done.

Room wasn't clean, turned on fan and got showered in dust. This beach hotel does not have any beach towels.

Room with a view over the loch was large and comfortable. The fridge was very useful and we enjoyed drinking coffee from the Nespresso machine on the large balcony in the sunshine.

I wish the reception staff had been better trained in letting us know what to do in the area. They could have told us about the fabulous cruise round the loch. Fortunately we found it by ourselves.

Great room and view. Staff very friendly and helpful. The views and the loch beach were great with good safe swimming; not too cold. We were lucky to be there during warm weather.

Restaurant was a bit like a canteen. That may be as we were in the dog friendly area. The prices for drinks and food were very expensive. The food was good but not worth the prices charged. We noticed the same in all tourist areas in Scotland. We pay less in England, particularly for drinks, in comparable restaurants / hotels (we live in SE England).

Hotel room we had was absolutely lovely and very comfortable. One thing that i thought it was funny was that the bathroom didn't have a door, that was strange. Restaurant location was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and breakfast looking at beautiful scenery.

We hadden met 2 stel een suite geboekt, deze was niet geschikt voor 2 stel; eerder voor een gezin. Met name omdat je door andermans slaapkamer moet om in de badkamer te komen. Dit voelt heel ongemakkelijk. Daarnaast waren de bedden vrij smal.

The view from our room across the loch was phenomenal and our bedroom and en suite was large and comfortable.

The restaurant food wasn’t great and overpriced for what it was. Staff were a little distant and hard to get hold of.

the service in the restaurant was appalling and the food was worse. The room was spacious but badly designed there was a fridge with a glass door so the light was on all night and no door on the bathroom so the entire room steamed up when I had a shower

The view from the room balcony was incredible the hotel is in a beautiful setting and the room itself was really nice. We also used the Amber Rose Spa and enjoyed it there. We enjoy kayaking and paddleboarding and the hotel is in a perfect setting for this with a private beach and jetty to set off from. The village of Luss nearby is also lovely.

Room service stops at 2030 it wouldve been good if it went on a little later

晚餐的5分熟牛排略微有点老了，菜的咸度和甜度如果能再调整一下应该会更完美。
