Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel ! ❤️ Tout était parfait : l’hôtel est magnifique, le service exceptionnel et le personnel adorable, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. Nous avons passé trois jours merveilleux et nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien accueillis et choyés. 🥰 Un merci tout particulier à Flora, qui s’est occupée de nous avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention pendant tout notre séjour. Merci pour tout, nous garderons un très beau souvenir de notre passage chez vous ! ✨

It was perfect for my stay on Santorini. Flora was very helpful, they have really put a lot of thought and care into the decorations and relaxing atmosphere in this boutique hotel. The pool area is a great place to relax and a really nice playlist. Room was clean and had everything I needed.

Tudo, simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários e proprietários, sempre prontos a ajudar, pequeno almoço bom e bastante completo para um hotel desta categoria, limpeza impecável, localização excelente, com uma paragem de autocarro mesmo a porta que nos leva a qualquer parte de Santorini a piscina lindíssima de água salgada para quem é alérgico ao cloro como eu, enfim…superou as minhas expectativas, super recomendo e hei-de voltar com certeza

Só acho, e isso é uma questão pessoal, que deviam rentabilizar mais o bar da piscina, com um after hour ou sunset party aos fins de semana por exemplo, para que os hóspedes não tenham que ir procurar esse tipo de diversão fora do hotel, mas é só uma sugestão, de resto estava tudo impecável

This family run hotel is simply marvelous: clean, quite, and refined. We loved the simplicity of its interiors, with beautiful detalis like curtains made of lace or marble bathrooms or simply aromatic plants that are all over the complex. Flora, our host, was always ready to help us with excellent advice which places to visit, the best beaches, good restaurants. The staff is cordial and efficient. The swimming pool is a great solution for windy days on the island, and we fully enjoyed also the pool bar and the restaurant.

La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita e affacciava sulla piscina. La posizione ottima, con vista sulla Caldera, vicino al villaggio di Akrotiri, al faro più a sud dell’isola e alla Red Beach. Piscina pulita, colazione buona, soprattutto lo yogurt greco era favoloso. Abbiamo gradito la possibilità di restare in struttura tutta la giornata del giorno del check-out, usufruendo della piscina e dei servizi igienici adiacenti ad essa. Un grazie particolare alla signora Flora, sempre gentile e disponibile nel venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Lo scarico del lavandino e della doccia erano intasati e l’acqua faceva fatica ad andare giù. Lo spazio dedicato al buffet della colazione è stretto e quando ci sono più di 2 ospiti, si fa fatica a passare con i vassoi. Ci aspettavamo una colazione internazionale più abbondante: alla parte dolce mancavano croissant, biscotti, fette biscottate, crostate, ecc… (non a tutti piacciono i pancake). Inoltre suggerirei di variare anche la parte salata e di offrire agli ospiti frutta di stagione.

Tutto perfetto, ottima qualità prezzo in un ambiente familiare. Super la pulizia della camera e degli spazi comuni, il relax nella piscina e la colazione. La posizione è ottima per la visuale sulla caldera e vicina al paese.

Warm welcome with lots of helpful local information. Good size room with comfortable beds. Private sheltered patio with chairs and small table. Large shower. Fluffy towels. Tasty buffet breakfast. Lovely clean swimming pool with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Well stocked bar. Close to bus route for sightseeing. Hotel serves dinner and there are local restaurants and mini market within walking distance.

L'accueil chaleureux. L'harmonie, la propreté, la disponibilité du personnel tout en étant discret. La gentillesse de notre hôtesse et le fait qu elle parle français. Notre chambre( 21) était très spacieuse et agréable. Le petit déjeuner très copieux.

La Sra Flora no s’ha comportat bé amb nosaltres li vàrem demanar de tornar a final d’agost 2 nits mes. Habitació per a 5 persones i no va ni contestar el missatge. En general una persona força estranya. Crec q no li vam caure bé.

Von der Chefin bis zum Personal waren alle sehr, sehr freundlich. Der süße Haushund "Arion" wertete dies noch auf. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine ausreichende Auswahl und war wirklich sehr gut. Der Innenhof mit der Poolanlage mit Salzwasser ist super angelegt und sauber. Man konnte am Pool echt gut entspannen. Die Chefin ist sehr eloquent spricht fließend Italienisch, Französisch und Englisch.

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer brummte leider manchmal etwas laut, was in der Nacht störte.

Nagyon figyeltek a tisztaságra. Nagyon segítőkészek voltak a szállásadók.

Finom volt a reggeli, de lehetett volna változatosabb.

An extraordinary family-run hotel that is even more beautiful in real life than in the wonderful photos. The garden is magical, filled with beautiful and unusual flowers, trees and vegetables. Every room is unique, with different layouts and views. Our terrace overlooked the caldera — thank you so much for making our request possible! The pool is fantastic, and you can have breakfast, relax and enjoy the view right by the pool every day. The whole hotel is filled with warmth, care and genuine hospitality. Kalimera is in a fantastic location in Akrotiri. The bus to Fira stops right in front of the house, and there are excellent restaurants just 100 metres away. The transfer for the volcano and hot springs tours picks you up almost right in front of the hotel, and there’s a small market just 50 metres away. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back! ❤️

Loved everything.

Burası bir evden farksızdı. Kahvaltı yeterli ve kaliteliydi. Odalar tertemiz ve konforluydu. Çalışanlar çok sıcakkanlı ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle tesisteki " Arioo" 'yu şimdiden çok özledik. Konumu ise yoğun ve popüler yerlere nispeten uzak da olsa bizler gibi karmaşadan uzakta kalmayı tercih edenler için idealdi. Sonuçta ada küçük ve en uzak noktaya bile araçla 30dk içinde rahatça ulaşabildik. 6 gün boyunca , ailemle birlikte kaldığım bu otelden çok memnun bir şekilde ayrıldım. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Sevmediğim ,eksik diyebileceğim çok önemli bir sorun yok. Kusur arayan elbette bulur ancak fiyat ve performans kıyaslandığında , eksiklerden bahsetmek çok da adil olmaz.

Struttura molto bella! Camere pulite, colazione a buffet ottima, staff cortese ed attento. Flora, la proprietaria, sempre super disponibile sia per il check in (che abbiamo effettuato in tardissima serata) che per qualsiasi esigenza. Consigliatissimo.

Posizione un po' fuori dalle principali città, ma ottima per godersi un po' di tranquillità. Inoltre con un'auto a noleggio si raggiungono tutte le località in tempi abbastanza contenuti.

Nous sommes restées au Kalimera Hôtel pour 2 nuits lors d'une escale sur l'archipel de Santorin et nous n'aurions pas pu rêver mieux. Le personnel était aux petits soins avec l'ensemble des voyageurs, de très bons conseils et toujours présents pour répondre à la moindre de nos demandes. L'hôtel était très calme et paisible lorsque nous nous y sommes rendus, le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et le parking est spacieux (notamment pour celles et ceux qui décident de louer une voiture pour se déplacer plus aisément sur l'archipel). Par ailleurs, pas besoin de vous prendre la tête avec une réservation au préalable car vous pouvez réserver une voiture directement auprès de la récéption pour la durée de votre séjour.

L'architettura dell'hotel, le stanze sono dislocate all'interno di un villaggio in miniatura tipico di Santorini; la comodità di letto e cuscini, la pulizia generale della camera e la quasi totale assenza di animaletti che svolazzano in camera e in balcone; l'aria condizionata andava alla grande, la camera era sempre molto fresca; la possibilità di fare colazione in 3 aree diverse (saletta, fronte bar e bordo piscina); la gentilezza e la grande disponibilità di Flora, con la quale è possibile comunicare fluentemente in almeno 4 lingue (greco, italiano, inglese, francese).

La nostra camera era molto piccola ma nulla di così grave, ci siamo adattati alla meglio; abbiamo utilizzato il frigo bar nonostante non funzionasse, giusto per tenere a temperatura ambiente l'acqua; il gradone che divide stanza e balconcino della camera, secondo me, è un po' scomodo in quanto alto e stretto; il manto del parcheggio in discesa situato a lato dell'hotel (sterrato misto a pietrine).

Kleines Hotel in guter ruhiger Lage mit allen was man braucht um glücklich zu sein. Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre mit wirklich zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiterinnen, Respekt.

Schöner Pool mit gepolsterten Liegen und Bar. Mittagessen und Abendessen ist möglich. Tolles Team und klasse Aufteilung der Zimmer. Alles topp auf neuesten Stand saniert mit klassem Bad und isolieren Fenstern. Jedes Zimmer Balkon oder Terrasse.

Würstchen sind bei Frühstück kalt.

Cosa ci è piaciuto?Tutto!!! Flora e il suo staff sono meravigliosi, sempre sorridenti e gentili! Flora, che parla benissimo l'italiano, ci ha dato tantissimi consigli per godere al meglio dell'isola! ottima posizione fuori dal caos di Fira e Oia, vicina alla red beach e al famoso sito archeologico! hotel accogliente e pulito con una splendida piscina dove potersi rilassare! colazione a buffet dolce e salata, piena di cose buonissime e molto varia che è possibile gustare anche a bordo piscina! dovendo partire presto la gentilissima Flora ci ha preparato un vassoio per la colazione in camera!!non potevamo scegliere posto migliore!!! il pezzo forse del Kalimera Hotel è il dolcissimo cane Arion che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora piu' bello! dovessimo ritornare nella fantastica Santorini sicuramente torneremo qui!!!

Ο χώρος του μπουφέ του πρωινού θέλει αναδιαμόρφωση. Ενώ το πρωϊνό είναι πολύ νόστιμο και αρκετό σαν ποσότητα, είναι τα πάντα τοποθετημένα έτσι ώστε να μην διευκολύνονται οι πελάτες. Με μικρές αλλαγές όλα μπορούν να γίνουν άψογα!

Hôtel, petit-déjeuner, repas, personnels, tout était exceptionnel. Gros plus, la gérante parle très bien français. Chaque personne est à l’écoute, que cela soit pour votre séjour à l’hôtel ou les activités alentours, ils sont là pour vous conseiller, vous guider et même prendre les rdv, réservation et autres pour vous.

Super pool and garden area. Very clean and comfortable and a good breakfast. Location perfect for sunset views of the caldera over the road and a 20 min walk to the amazing site at Akrotiri and the restaurants by the sea and boat trip. A super hotel.

Nasz pobyt w hotelu Kalimera był po prostu wspaniały. Najbardziej zachwyciła nas panująca tam cisza i spokój. To idealne miejsce, aby naprawdę odpocząć i naładować baterie. Podczas śniadania zawsze towarzyszyła nam piękna, relaksująca muzyka, dzięki której już od samego rana można było się odprężyć i wyciszyć. Było przecudnie. Nasz pokój był bardzo komfortowy. Łóżka były wyjątkowo wygodne na wysokiej jakości materacach znajdował się dodatkowo gruby topper, dzięki czemu każdej nocy spaliśmy znakomicie. Cały personel był niezwykle uprzejmy, serdeczny i pomocny. Szczególnie właścicielka Flora już od pierwszej chwili przywitała nas bardzo ciepło. Dzięki jej życzliwości od razu poczuliśmy się jak u siebie. W całym hotelu panwała wzorowa czystość i porządek. Od razu widać, że to miejsce jest prowadzone z ogromną miłością, sercem i pasją. Z całego serca polecamy ten hotel i z wielką przyjemnością tu wrócimy.

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nie było nic co nam się nie spodobało, wszystko było na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Drobną sugestią byłoby jedynie urozmaicenie śniadań o nieco większy wybór owoców.

Unser Aufenthalt im Kalimera Hotel war wunderschön. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und ruhig gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Besonders gefallen haben uns die schöne Atmosphäre, der Poolbereich und die gute Lage in Akrotiri. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Really nice, large room overlooking the swimming pool. The pool area was nice and was extremely quiet when we were there. The location on the edge of Akrotiri was what we wanted - bus stop immediately outside the hotel and a short walk to tavernas and the archaeological site. The road outside can be noisy at times, but the location of our room meant that it was very quiet. Finally, our ferry from Santorini left mid-afternoon, so we were very grateful for a late checkout.

Instalação muito boa, tudo bem limpo e cuidado, os funcionários e proprietários extremamente receptivos. Nós chegamos ainda pela manhã e além de nos permitir entrar antes do horário, ainda nos serviu café dá manhã sem custos. Tem um estacionamento do lado da propriedade. Super recomendo.

Um pouco longe do centro de Fira e Oia, o que sugiro alugar um carro.

I proprietari e il loro staff super gentilissimo e accogliente! Ti sembra di stare a casa! Attenti a ogni tua esigenza pronti ad aiutarti e a consigliarti (dall itinerario migliore per il tuo soggiorno, ristoranti etc) sempre con il sorriso (cosa non dovuta e non da tutti). Struttura bellissima, pulitissima e colazione ottima! Ci ritornerei!

L’accueil a été très agréable et facile. La chambre est exceptionnel avec une jolie vue du balcon. La piscine et les transats sont parfait pour un moment détente. Facile de stationnement. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Personnel très agréable, souriant et professionnel, ils sont toujours aux petits soins et disponibles. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Chambres très propres Le petit déjeuner buffet est très correct et varié. Nous avons pu bénéficier des installations ainsi que de la restauration de l hôtel jusqu'en fin de journée le jour de notre départ, ils nous ont même donné accès à une douche. La piscine est accessible jusqu'à 21h ce qui est assez rare pour être souligné. Prêt de serviettes pour la piscine très pratique. Hôtel très bien placé pour se rendre a la plage rouge et proche de plusieurs spots pour observer le lever et le couche de soleil magnifique de Santorin. Possibilité de se garer a côté de l hôtel Petite supérette juste à côté.

We had a wonderful stay at Kalimera Hotel. The location was very convenient, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. The family who runs the hotel are incredibly kind and welcoming, which truly made our experience special. We had no problems at all during our time here.

Très bel établissement, très propre, personnel très accueillant. La gentillesse de la propriétaire parlant français qui nous a donné de très bons conseils. Bien placé à l’entrée du joli village d’Akrotiri, voiture indispensable pour se promener sur l’île.

Pas très pratique la mezzanine dans notre chambre, l’échelle pour y monter n’est pas amovible et bloque l’accès au lit du bas, pas facile si on doit se lever la nuit.

Petit hôtel impeccable, au calme, loin du tumulte de Fira. Chambre simple mais bien équipée avec petite terrasse. Piscine agréable, bar sur place et restaurant le soir. Très bon accueil et possibilité de rester autour de la piscine après avoir libérer la chambre.

Comfortable and clean accommodation with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy town. A special mention goes to Flora, who was exceptionally helpful and kindly arranged a small breakfast for me before my early check-out on 1 June, even though it was before the regular breakfast service time. Although the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, it is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation and tranquility in Santorini.

The breakfast was served as a buffet, which was convenient, but could be improved. The hotel is located a bit away from the main town, which may not suit travelers who prefer to be within walking distance of the main restaurants and attractions.

Wonderful staff. I'm disabled and they were so helpful.Flora gave lots of advice re where to go. Food was good. I ate several times in evenings and each dish was delicious and good choice for breakfast. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Clean towels every 2 days. Excellent with wonderful staff.

Hotel all good but would have liked charging port for phone in room. Buses could be difficult letting disabled people on and moving too soon or not stopping when requested.

La ubicación está genial porque estás al lado de la playa roja y las ruinas de Akrotiri y cerca de Fira. Las instalaciones están nuevas, la piscina de lujo y las tumbonas eran muy cómodas..
