Estuve por 3 días y muy bueno todo, el desayuno excelente , el personal muy amable y las vistas al mar Egeo muy lindas

Locatia excelenta, exact pe malul marii, cu plaja privata (accesibila gratuit). Este nevoie de incaltari pentru apa, plaja nu e nisipoasa. La micul dejun se alegea seara dintr-o selectie. Totul proaspat si gustos.

Sezlongurile (in special cele de pe terase) ar fi putut fi un pic mai curate. Plaja, fara a fi murdara, mai avea ocazional servetele si mici resturi.

Soggiorno eccezionale. Pulito, colazione fronte mare, posizione della camera eccellente, con vista magnifica sul mare, raggiungibile immediatamente con pochi passi a piedi e con ombrellone e comodo lettino a disposizione. Ampia terrazza sul mare con servizio di ristorazione di qualità e rapido. Personale professionale e cordiale. La posizione poi sull'isola è tra le migliori, sul mare e vicino alle tre splendide spiagge Red, White e Black, non nel caos delle città di Fira, Oia, Imerovigli, comunque facilmente raggiungibili (ne vale sempre la pena). Raccomandato a chi voglia vivere Santorini in modo autentico

Wunderschöne Lage, elegantes Hotel und freundliche Mitarbeiter! Frühstück sehr lecker und alles dabei. Auch ohne Mietauto alles erreichbar mit Bus. 1 Fahrt kostet 2,20€. Wir waren bei einigen Stränden aber der Hotel Strand war der gemütlichste (bequeme Liegen, die im Preis dabei waren. Sehr freundlich von Mathios war auch, dass wir etwas später Check out machen durften. Generell war alles stressfrei in dem Hotel und 2 Sterne sind definitiv zu wenig. Da habe ich in Griechenland in 4 Sterne Hotels schon schlechter gewohnt! Wasser kaufen kann man nur in Entfernung. Der nächste Markt ist Stiege zwischen Melinas Taverne und The Cave Off Nukolas rauf dann links runter Richtung red Beach.Kaffeemaschine hat Illy Kapseln die man aber nirgends bekommt

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage direkt am kristallklaren Meer. Das gute, üppige Frühstück bestellt man einen Tag davor und bekommt es dann morgens vom gut gelaunten und freundlichen Personal serviert. Es war der perfekte Aufenthalt für uns, die Santorini ohne große Menschenmassen besuchen wollten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Les 65 marches pour atteindre la chambre 17, l'avant dernière en montant. La chaleur des extérieurs même en soirée, lesquels auraient gagné à être tempéré par de la végétation, les "treilles" en sont totalement dépourvues.

Gorgeous location, serene and peaceful. The staff were lovely, the facilities were great.

The only issues were the amount of mosquitoes that got into our room and we weren’t prepared for that. Also the margarita pizza from the restaurant had an obscene amount of cheese and that made it somewhat inedible for us.

It is the most delightful spot away from any crowds in a small bay with a few local restaurants and a pier where you can take a boat to further flung beaches. There is direct access to the beach (rocky so take shoes) but clear water and beach beds for hotel use. It’s has a makeover so if you look on google don’t be fooled. It’s tasteful with the rooms having their own terraces and Aircon. The terrace above the beach has ample shade and is stylishly done. From room to beach it’s barely a minute. The breakfast is decent and the lunchtime salads etc delicious. Simple but fresh and tasty. The staff are all delightful. It’s a family run business and they couldn’t be nicer and their room maids and servers are equally cheery and welcoming. This was our first visit to Santorini on our way to a remote island and it was the perfect place to land. The local archeological site was also fascinating and two minutes from the hotel. It might not be a 5star Aman experience but it ticked all boxes and more as it was personal and friendly and very affordable for what they offered.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania w 150%. Świetna lokalizacja, zarówno ze względu na bliskość morza i śniadania z cudownym widokiem jak i komunikację autobusową, która umożliwia sprawne dotarcie do Firy, Oii, czy na lotnisko. Spacerem można też dotrzeć na czerwoną plażę, choć nam bardziej przypadła do gustu plaża w Perissie. Śniadania smaczne i w miarę urozmaicone, pokoje świetnie wyposażone i sprzątane codziennie. Na największy plus zasługuje przemiła obsługa, która tworzy rodzinną atmosferę i jest bardzo pomocna. Transfer 9 osób z lotniska o 23:00 nie stanowił żadnego problemu i nie kosztował niewiadomo ile. Mieliśmy cudowne wakacje, szczerze polecamy hotel oraz okolice Akrotiri i na pewno tam wrócimy.

i liked everything about the property. the view is amazing -i guess from all rooms you can see the view-, the breakfast is more than delicious, the rooms were perfectly clean, and the staff is amazingly nice! i would recommend everyone to wake up early, open the windows and doors, and just let the air and sounds from the sea in.

Obiekt znajduje się tuż przy malutkiej, kamienistej plaży należącej do hotelu. Dobre miejsce na odpoczynek. Idealne dla miłośników ciszy i spokoju.. Leżaki bardzo wygodne i dostępne bez dodatkowych opłat. Pokój malutki, ciasny, ale czysty. Pracownicy hotelu byli bardzo uprzejmi i pomocni. Przystanek autobusowy przy hotelu. Obiekt znajduje się w środku Niczego więc dla osób szukających relaksu i totalnej ciszy to jest właśnie TO MIEJSCE.

W mojej opinii śniadania mizerne. Dzień wcześniej trzeba było zgłosić co chcesz zjeść na śniadanie w następnym dniu. Restauracja dość droga. Brakowało nam sklepu spożywczego blisko obiektu. Plaża maleńka, usłana kamieniami różnej wielkości, co dla nas było kłopotliwe. Warto mieć odpowiednie buty do wody 😉

La struttura è molto accogliente, gode di un panorama bellissimo, è estremamente silenziosa e lo staff è davvero gentile. Da tenere in considerazione che la parte più viva di Santorini è Fira o Oia e non Akrotiri quindi personalmente io ed il mio compagno abbiamo goduto del soggiorno oltre che per quanto menzionato sopra, anche perché avendo il motorino a noleggio eravamo liberi di muoverci in autonomia.

Cet hôtel les pieds dans l’eau est juste un petit havre de paix , l’emplacement exceptionnel, vue à couper le souffle. Personnel accueillant et chaleureux. Petit déjeuner extra ! Chambre propre avec petite terrasse vue sur mer ! À proximité de la red beach et petit plage privée avec transat au pied de l’hôtel Je recommande à 200%

Akrotíri hotel è un angolo di paradiso, distante dalla folla di Thira e Oia, relax assicurato, staff gentilissimo, il proprietario sempre a disposizione a consigliarci itinerari ed attività eventuali. Tutto bellissimo lo consiglio vivamente!!

Na pohodlí hostů se podílí celá rodina,všichni velmi přátelští lidé.Po prohlídce ostatních velmi rušných míst ostrova Oia,Fira zjistíte,že jste se ubytovali v ráji klidu a pohody s těsnou blízkostí moře a báječných pláží-Red,White,Black beach.Neváhejte využít Vodního Taxi na který koukáte z terasy,který Vás za poplatek 15 eur/náramek na ruce bude vozit na všechny uvedené pláže po celý den bez omezení počtu přemístění v intervalech 30min.Výhledy z lodě na útesy a jejich barvy,neskutečně krásná podívaná.Ubytování poskytuje vše základní na co pomyslíte,od otevírání vchodových dveří na kartu,přes funkční klimatizaci,báječný sprchový kout,lednici,kávovar a další.Snídaně Vám připraví dle Vámi zvolených ingrediencí od čerstvého ovoce,Joghurtu po vejce na různé způsoby.Pod aparmány je celý den otevřená kavárna,kde pracuje opět milá rodina majitele.V noci je v ubytování naprostý klid,před apartmány krásně pofukuje.Terasa se stromy zajistí příjemný stín po celý den.Přímo na pláži opět slunečníky a lehátka pro hotelové hosty zdarma. V srpnu po setmění čekejte sem tam komára,je to jediné co Vám v místě pije krev. Celkové hodnocení za mě fantastické,jediné mínus pro vysoké lidi 195cm a více je kratší ohraničená postel dřevem,kde si nenatáhnete nohy.Dále nesmím opomenout situaci kdy máte check-out v 11h a letadlo letí večer,nám bylo umožněno se dále pohybovat v prostoru pro hosty a využít úschovy zavazadla,toalet a sprchy,tím jsme strávili další krásný den do odpoledních hodin u moře se zázemím,za to ještě jednou velký dík❤️.Měli jsme na letišti rezervované malé auto,bez toho si nedovedu představit možnost navštívit spoustu zajímavých míst na ostrově,včetně přepravy z letiště k hotelu a zpět.

Très bon séjour au sein de l’hôtel Akrotiri ! Le personnel est très gentil et à l’écoute ! Nous avons pu également communiquer avec le directeur de l’établissement qui nous a aidé à prendre une navette jusqu’au port de Santorin. L’hôtel est magnifique et le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. On peut se reposer sur des transats au sein de l’hôtel et une petite y est accessible. L’hôtel est proche de la red beach et de la black beach. Il y a plusieur restaurant autour de l’hôtel ! Le seul bémol était pour se garer devant l’hôtel il est difficile de trouver une place car beaucoup de personnes s’y gare pour aller à la red beach.

Wenn man auch 1-2 Strandtage beim Santorini-Urlaub haben möchte das perfekte Hotel. Zahlreiche tolle Lokale mit frischem Fisch und Meeresfrüchten in direkter Nähe. Busstation Richtung Fira - welches als Drehpunkt für Unternehmungen fungiert auch in direkter Nähe.

1-2 mehr Liegen am Strand wären zeitweise cool gewesen. Aber es gibt genügend Liegeplätze auf den hoteleigenen Terrassen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, eigener kleiner Strand, Bus hält direkt vor dem Hotel, daher gute Erreichbarkeit der ganzen Insel, nette Tavernen in direkter Nachbarschaft

Der Abfluss im Bad war verstopft, weshalb man beim Duschen das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt hat. Leider eine Mückenplage im Zimmer, obwohl wir nie das Licht bei offenem Fenster angemacht haben (mehr als 30 in einer Nacht), da die Tür nicht dicht schließt. Gute Idee war ein Frühstückbestellung am Tag zuvor, nur leider bekam man meist nicht alles, was man bestellt hat.

Fantastic breakfast everyday, ordered the night before via a list to your preferences. Amazingly friendly staff and the family that runs this hotel are just the most gracious, kind and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting a relaxed experience in a more secluded quiet part of Santorini.

Igazából minden. Tiszta, rendezett, finom a reggeli, nagyon kedvesek a dolgozók és a tulajdonos is. Szerintünk nemcsak két csillagos besorolást érdemelne, sok itthoni szálloda tanulhatna tőlűk.

Nem volt ilyen, bár a legfelső szobát kaptuk, oda 65 db lépcső vezetett fel. 😅

Great location and facilities nearby. The owners are also some of the sweetest people you can ever meet. Bus stop is in front of the hotel, plenty of parking space around, Red Beach at 15 mins walking distance, Oia / Fira around 20-30 by car. There are at least 5-6 nice tavernas around the hotel, I recommend ‘The dolphins’ taverna - get the seafood platter for 2 and thank me later. The rooms are as described, overall very good conditions. Every room has its own small patio where you have a clear view of the sea.

Breakfast was very good, but maybe add a little variety for people that stay longer?

Ubytování bylo v nádherném a klidném místě. Malý, útulný hotel se soukromou roztomilou pláži. Hezky vybavený pokoj. Příjemná terasa s dřevěnými lehátky.

Отличное расположение, шикарный вид с террасы, хороший завтрак. В номере чисто и есть все необходимое. У отеля свой пляж, но он каменистый и не очень подходит для купания, но рядом с отелем с пристани каждые пол часа отходит лодка, которая везёт на красный, белый и чёрный пляжи. Самый удобный для купания нам показался чёрный пляж. Рядом с отелем несколько греческих таверен с прекрасной кухней. Остановка автобуса в Фиру тоже рядом.

Struttura molto accogliente, sul mare con vista bellissima. Ristorantini vicini molto buoni. Posizione distante da Fira e Oia ma vicinissima alle spiagge rossa, bianca e nera raggiungibili facilmente con un servizio di barche che partono circa ogni mezz'ora e 5 minuti dal bellissimo sito archeologico di Akrotiri. Matthaios e il personale sono stati molto gentili ed ospitali, dandoci consigli utili su cosa visitare. E' stato possibile lasciare il bagaglio per l'intera giornata.

Ubytování jsme vybírali po zralé úvaze tak, aby pokud možno ve všem vyhovovalo našim potřebám. A můžeme s radostí říci, že se naše přání a představy zcela naplnily!! Klidné místo, hotel tvořený typickou zástavbou bílých kostek s vlastní terasou a výhledem na moře, bezprostřední vzdálenost k intimní soukromé pláži, krásná snídaňová, kultivovaná barová, další odpočinková terasa, množství nedalekých taveren, krátká docházková vzdálenost na atraktivní Red Beach, lodní taxi na White a Black Beach, 1km -15 min chůze od vesnice Akrotiri, autobusová zastávka před hotelem, čisté prostředí, milá obsluha ... především však osobní sympatický přístup a péče majitelů Mathiose, Anny Marie a jejich tří synů zasluhuje naše poděkování!!! Děkujeme a pokud máte podobné priority - 100% doporučujeme! P.S. Doplňkové aktivity jako např, plavbu katamaránem určitě poptejte u pana domácího. Možná mírně dražší, nicméně kvalitní! Budete spokojeni..

La terrazza con affaccio direttamente sul mare, la colazione a dir poco STREPITOSA. La gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario e dello staff.

Wonderful, quiet setting. Easy to walk to restaurants and close to the archaeligical site. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and relaxing, taken on the terrace. We enjoyed being able to use the sun loungers on the beach below the hotel. Enjoyed the peace and quiet while sitting on the balcony in the evening. All comfortable and very clean. I will definitely return.

We loved everything about this family run Hotel, it was peaceful and relaxing, and a nice change from the crowds in Fira. The rooms were basic, but they were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed including a lovely view! The breakfast was delicious, and offered many choices including eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, home baked cakes etc. The terrace overlooking the water was gorgeous, it was the perfect place to relax on the sun lounges under the trees. There is also a pebbled beach with clean water and free sun beds for guests. There is a taxi boat that leaves from the little pier regularly to take you to Red beach, White beach and Black beach. A bus stops out the front every hour to go to Fira. We organised an amazing catamaran cruise through the hotel too. We divided our time in Santorini between Firostefani and Akrotiri and found it was the perfect mix!

L hotel è speciale sia per bellezza del luogo che per l ambiente famigliare e accogliente. Mathios è la sua bella famiglia rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione della struttura è straordinaria per chi ama la tranquillità ma nello stesso tempo vuole esplorare le bellezze delle spiagge di Santorini . Inoltre si può in poco tempo raggiungere la caotica Thira per un piacevole bagno di folla . A pochi passi la meravigliosa Akrotiri antica che si può definire senza paura di esser smentiti una piccola Pompei . Un saluto speciale a Nic in cara persona sempre allegra e gentile. Kedves, és nagyon segítőkész személyzet. Az elhelyezkedése ideális , ha valaki autóval járja be a szigetet. Este mindig van parkoló . Nappal a strandok közelsége miatt több a turista, de este csend és nyugalom.

A beautiful tranquil setting, lovely and peaceful with the options of some great restaurants within walking distance also use of your own hotel beach or hoping on a boat to Red or white beach. Watching all the daily boat activity and the laid back atmosphere was just what was needed. The rooms are a great size with plenty of outside seating and even a lounging area, breakfast is chosen the night before and served promptly the next morning.We where enjoying our 2 nights break here so much we extended it another night.

Il personale gentilissimo, sorridente e molto disponibile. Al check-in mi hanno dato la mappa dell'isola, spiegandone tutte le caratteristiche. Poi mi hanno consigliato cosa visitare e quali erano le cose più interessanti da vedere. Durante il soggiorno sono stati super disponibili per qualsiasi altra necessità: consigli sui ristoranti, sui vini, trasporti, ecc.. la struttura è bellissima, pulita ed è una vera pace. Dal comodo letto si sente il rumore delle onde e ogni camera ha uno spazio esterno privato. Apprezzato moltissimo il frigo con congelatore e la macchina del caffè con le cialde nuove ogni giorno! Un vero lusso! L'hotel ha anche una spiaggetta in sassi con l'acqua più trasparente di tutta l'isola! Lettini e ombrellone in dotazione.. Il bar è stupendo e con una terrazza sul mare estremamente rilassante e magica. Essendo una struttura piccolina si conosce velocemente tutto lo staff ed è abbastanza immediato sentirsi a casa e a proprio agio con tutti già al secondo giorno. Davvero tutti gentili e carini, soprattutto il titolare e la ragazza al bar/ristorante che ha sempre avuto un sorriso contagioso e la premura di riservare un dettaglio di attenzione in più! Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Tutto davvero bellissimo e non ho nessuna critica negativa. Riporto solo due aspetti con l'intenzione di apportare un suggerimento che possa migliorare ancora di più un soggiorno già meraviglioso: se possibile, sarebbe perfetto mettere qualche gancio/porta asciugamano in più in bagno per poter appendere tutti gli asciugamani. Inoltre, la colazione era abbondante e molto buona ma dalle foto sembrava fosse a buffet invece era a scelta da un menù. Sono d'accordo e comprendo questa decisione, così si evitano sprechi di cibo e si offre un servizio più personalizzato e attento.. consiglio però di rimuovere le foto del buffet per non creare aspettative distorte. Questa struttura meriterebbe più stelle! Davvero grazie a tutti e complimenti!!

Just perfect! Amazing location, wonderful people, we felt in love with this corner of the world.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel has an amazing view, it has it’s private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas all included. The breakfast was super good and it’s just soo nice to enjoy it while you see the sea . The room was clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable . The bathroom also very clean and had everything you needed. Every rooms has a small balcony with a table and chairs plus there is a small drying rack very useful to dry your bathing after the beach. Also on every level there is a terrace with sunbeds you can enjoy . The hotel is on more levels and there is a bar/restaurant on the first floor. Perfect if you want to relax and spent the day at the hotel without going to far. The owner and his family is very kind and available , all the info you need to move around the island the have it! Amazing people. The hotel is located very close to the Red Beach and a few steps always you can take a boat that takes you around and right outside the hotel there is the bus stop that takes you to the center ecc so even if you don’t rent a vehicle you can still get around. Perfect if you want to enjoy you vacation and relax and fall asleep with the sound of the sea Lovely 100% recommend

Emplacement idéal sur cette île de Santorin, petite plage privée hôtel très calme et personnel extraordinaire . On a visité toute l'île et nous sommes quasiment sûr que c'est le meilleur rapport qualité prix qu'on puisse trouver sur cette île. Nous avons passé 4 jours au paradis

The hotel is located right by the sea, with direct beach access and its own sun loungers. We stayed in the triple room on the top floor, which offered a fantastic view and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Every morning, a freshly prepared breakfast is served, and guests can choose from a different selection each day. There is something for everyone, from a variety of egg dishes and homemade cakes to fresh fruits and vegetables from the hotel's own garden. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The owners put a great deal of effort into ensuring their guests have a wonderful stay. They are always approachable, helpful with any problem, and genuinely care about their guests. Right next to the hotel is a beautiful beach bar/lounge that belongs to the property, serving excellent food and drinks. Highly recommended. Adjacent to the hotel are two traditional Greek tavernas offering truly fantastic food, with tables right by the sea and stunning views. For us, it was the best food we had on Santorini. The Red Beach and the prehistoric archaeological site are both within easy walking distance. A truly beautiful place filled with warmth, excellent food, and breathtaking views. It is an authentic destination where you can genuinely experience the real Santorini.

El desayuno estaba bien, las vistas preciosas y la habitación muy cómoda.

Amazing little family hotel where you feel extremely welcomed and at « home » :) The best breakfast we have had on the island and I felt so at peace to be literally just next to the water. Furthermore, people in the surroundings are really friendly and I felt a bit more connected to the local life.

Super emplacement, équipe adorable (l'hôtel n'étant pas complet nous avons eu le choix de la chambre), petit déjeuner copieux à commander la veille au soir mais les modifications / ajout sont possibles (et retenues ! Elles ont été spontanément ajoutées sur le plateau le lendemain 😊), literie confortable, climatisation qui fonctionne bien, machine à café avec capsules dans la chambre et douche de courtoisie pour les départs tardifs

La situation est exceptionnelle pour qui aime le calme, face à la mer. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Une excellente adresse !

Le calme, la vue sur la mer, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des patrons. La gentillesse des dames du service. L'accueil. La proximité du site Acrotiri. De bonnes tavernes. Calme par rapport à la folie de Thira, Oia ou Perissa.

Pour avoir une belle vue, il faut monter des escaliers. La vue le mérite.

La posizione fantastica come lo staff, tutto perfetto. L’unica cosa poco varia la colazione ma per il resto da ritornarci sicuramente.

Beautiful location. Our ferry was canceled and I booked this room at 8 am. They were gracious enough to let us into a room immediately instead of waiting until 3 pm or 4 pm.

La proximité de la plage, du site archéologique et des tavernes "pieds dans l'eau". Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Le fait d'être à l'écart de la grosse activité touristique de l'ile. Une voiture est préférable pour s'y rendre mais on peut aussi y aller en bus.
