La zone de transats autour des deux piscines est extrêmement agréable et bien ombragée pour ceux qui le souhaitent, la cuisine du restaurant excellente, la demi-pension délicieuse et très copieuse, la chambre était propre et le personnel était très agréable.

Notre chambre classique était propre mais très petite et très simple. Le lit beaucoup trop dur. Nous avons trouvé le prix beaucoup trop élevé pour ce qui était offert.

Las habitaciones no acorde al precio y la caja fuerte no funcionaba, la cama doble jubtaron dos y era muy incomodo que te caias al medio

The location is great, next to the city Fertilia. Also the breakfast and the staff are kind.

The shower in our room wasn't great, and for a hotel of this type, I would expect better in-room amenities.

Bagno della camera 321 un bagno di una roulotte Piccolo e non ci si sta nelle doccia poi il lavandino .... Comunico che dal soffitto sopra l'armadio dove ce la ripresa dell'aria del condizionatore perde dell'acqua e cade nel pavimento, dopo averlo detto 2 volte torno in camera e mi trovo delle teglie in alluminio dove far cadere l'acqua peccato che poi si sentiva il gocciolio e l'acqua cadeva nel pavimento peccato perche si mangia bene e la posizione e perfetta secondo me da rivedere un pi la manutenzione.

Een geweldige lokatie. Aan de kust met een geweldig uitzicht op zee. En Alghero iets verder weg. Zowel een klein zandstrand en een heerlijk zwembad. Bij het kleine zandstrand zijn de bedjes en parasols vrij behalve de rij het dichtst bij het water. Dat kost €20 per persoon per dag. Meestal zijn de bedden dan ook niet in gebruik. Handdoeken zijn beschikbaar bij het zwembad. Maar die kosten wel €3 per dag. Gezien de kamerprijs een absurt iets.c

Het geheel is strak qua inrichting maar er ontbreekt sfeer aan. Daarnaast geen waterkoker op de kamer wat bij een 4 sterren hotel toch verwacht mag worden. Sommige medewerkers, vooral bij het ontbijt, geven je het gevoel dat ze hier moeten werken en zijn daardoor afstandelijk. Zo hadden we in het restaurant ons voorgerecht nog niet op of het hoofdgerecht werd al geserveerd. En bij het afrekenen niet de vraag hoe we ons verblijf ervaren hebben. Het lijkt soms te goed te gaan waardoor dat beetje extra aandacht etc. niet meer nodig is.

The location, and the hotel itself are very good.

It is very expensive. it’s a nice hotel, not amazing and the beach is nice, not amazing (it smells like rotten eggs most of the time) but the price is very high for what you get. Breakfast being additional seems silly when it’s not a budget hotel. Some of the staff at the restaurant and beach were extremely rude, they were trying to enforce imaginary and pointless rules and we just made to feel generally unwelcome - this didn’t seem to apply to everyone so maybe it was because we weren’t Italian?

Très belle piscine en eau de mer, plage privée , transat, tout est parfait

Ottima struttura molto ben gestita in una ottima posizione e circondata da una bella pineta. Abbastanza vicina ad Alghero ma anche comodo punto di partenza per esplorare le calette e le spiagge della zona.

Non ci ha entusiasmato la serata con menù a prezzo fisso. Ci è sembrato molto migliore il menù a la carte che offre una buona scelta di piatti molto azzeccati.

The restaurant is not to the level expected in a 4* hotel and needs a chef to run it to become of standard level for such facility. Rooms also need a good makeover.

Fantasztikus lokáció, csodás a szálloda saját strandja, amely bármikor ingyen igénybe vehető.Végtelenül kedves, segítőkész recepciósok, akik jól beszélnek angolul. A szálloda étterme nagyon finom tengeri ételeket kínál, igazán barátságos áron.

Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Poolbereich mit vielen Liegen. Dann gibt es noch einen privaten Strand mit genügend Liegen(auch im August). Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine Wiese (Park) mit Liegen und direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Früstück ist gut. Alles in allem gutes Hotel, ich würde es empfehlen

El olor de la playa a veces no era bueno

La disposizione degli ambienti, la cucina con tutto lo staff premuroso. Il giardino e la spiaggia ben curati. Panorama e mare stupendi.

Odličan hotel, nešto starijeg enterijera, miran, jako čist i dobro organizovan. Nalazi se u divnoj borovoj šumi, na velikom placu, 2 lepa otvrena bazena sa slanom vodom i jako lepom peščanom plažom sa besplatnim korišćenjem suncobrana i ležaljki ( samo se prvi red doplaćuje) Svaki dan proveden u hotelu je 100% iskorišćen za uživanje u moru i odmoru

na plaži postoji sporadično miris sumpora ( sličan mirisu pokvarenih jaja ) koji se stvara u moru od algi koje ne smetaju leti u uživanju, ali sve je toliko lepo da se i na ovaj povremeni miris lako navikne

Pokoje nie są dobrze wyciszone. (Posidonia oceanica) występująca w Morzu Śródziemnym jest wyrzucana na plażę. Niestety często czuć jej zapach który przypomina siarkowodór. Płatne leżaki w pierwszym rzędzie.

Location is great, it is only 10min from the centre of Alghero and some 4-5km from the airport. Room was super clean. Private beach is very nice, but it is not entirely private, the other half is public.

The hotel is a bit outdated and it is clearly visible from the moment you enter it. Regardless of the high price you pay, you do not get much. For breakfast it will be additional 15e per person (breakfast was very poor in comparison to other hotels I visited in Sardinia), for a beach towel 3e, if you want a new/ clean one the next day- additional 3e. If you want a glass of hot water to make yourself a tea, you can if you pay 10e because that is the fee for room service…

They charge 3 euro per day for the towels to hotel guests which was quite strange. Abit pricey for the facilities and not being updated hotel.

Very friendly and professional staff, beautiful sea views (we stayed in a sea view room with a terrace which was lovely), very clean facilities, and nice food served on the dining terrace overlooking the water (the pasta dishes were lovely, the steak was ok). Despite staying during peak season, the hotel never felt overly busy or crowded, and it was always easy to find a sunbed by the pool. The hotel is very close to Alghero Airport, making transfers easy.

We were very happy with our stay and spent most of our time relaxing by the pool. The beach is on the smaller side and is split between a section for hotel guests and a public section, but it was sandy, clean, and the sea was calm and a lovely temperature. If you plan to explore beyond the hotel, you'll probably want to hire a car (we had a car and found parking at the hotel was easy). The nearest village, Fertilia, is about a 15-minute walk away, while Alghero is around a 15-minute drive. Public transport is available from Fertilia, but taxis can be quite expensive.

Emplacement exceptionnel ! Le petit dej est excellent ! Pour les randonneurs ou coureur, il y a un chemin privé qui démarre à côté de l’hôtel , c’est formidable ! La plage n’est pas privée , mais une partie est consacrée à l’hôtel avec des transats ( attention première ligne payante … )

Malheureusement les chambres sont très moyennes, Pas de machine à thé ou café, pas de shampoing, soin, lait pour le corps dans la douche … Les serviettes étaient abîmées , et nous entendons TOUT ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines !

The location of the hotel is really nice with nearby beaches easily accessible, from right below to the hotel or around 5 min driving to Lazaretto beach. Or if you fancy some walking, get to the beach through a trail accessible from the hotel. Definitely need a car or other means to reach the Alghero center, about 15 minutes drive. The hotel is quiet and generally good. Very nice views as well. Ample space to park.

Nothing to dislike. We arrived on a Thursday, which was special night for the restaurant, meaning there was a fixed price for a fixed meal (€60 per person) which kind of made us go outside for dinner. Could had given another dinner option, but ok, not a showstopper.

The position of this lovely hotel is exceptional. Beautiful sea views, pool and beach and also a gate leading into Porto Conte Nature Reserve which if you follow the path around leads to beautiful coves to swim, snorkel from. Punta Negra beach is quiet and has free loungers and shade. Very near Alghero for evenings, the old town is special. You can walk to Fertilia also for meals and a Coop. The hotel is very relaxing and all the staff are very kind, respectful, friendly making the stay very pleasant.

Teilweise Seegras am Strand. Dieses hat kurzzeitig immer etwas schwefelig gerochen. Hat aber insgesamt Angesicht des schönen privaten Strandes nur wenig gestört. War nur den ersten Meter ins Meer manchmal unangenehm. Ansonsten schönes klares Wasser.

Le verdure che accompagnavano i secondi a cena, patate per 3 giorni si 5, e sennò spinaci al burro o melanzane a funghetto senza sugo senza formaggio senza olive senza pinoli, oppure fagiolini al.burro. Unica pecca è la non varietà delle verdure e cotte in maniera davvero basica, non accettabile per un hotel di quel calibro.

It has a beautiful private beach reachable in few seconds from the hotel lobby.

A pleasant place in a walking distance from Fertilia, and interesting small town with a few restaurants. The rooms were nice and clean, staff very helpful. Nice sandy beach directly at the hotel.

The organization of the "a la carte" dinner was not perfect, long waiting times, other meals than ordered, etc.. The food itself really does not belong the best we have had in Sardinia. Next time I would take just breakfast and for other meals go to any restaurant in Fertilia or Alghero.

The hotel sits in a great location, steps away from a nice beach. There are also 2 pools on the property that overlook the sea. It's very close (~15 minutes) to the main artery of Alghero by car, and they can help arrange a driver to take you into town for more activities. The property could use an aesthetic update overall, but it's a very charming hotel. Make reservations for dinner outside, as they fill up quickly and we sadly had to sit inside for our last dinner there.

We were there during the middle of a heat wave, and their thermostats were designed not to wind back to less than ~23 or 24C, which was uncomfortable at times. Also the TV was very confusing but that was more of a skill issue.

Für einen Preis von über 300 € pro Nacht hatten wir deutlich höhere Erwartungen. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass Handtücher kostenpflichtig sind. Diese Information war vor der Buchung jedoch nirgendwo ersichtlich und kam daher sehr überraschend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, was grundsätzlich schön war. Leider ließ der Zustand des Zimmers jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Die Dusche war an mehreren Stellen verrostet, die Warm- und Kaltwasserregulierung funktionierte nicht richtig und die Lüftung im Badezimmer war defekt. Da das Bad kein Fenster hatte und lediglich durch eine Schiebetür vom Zimmer getrennt war, blieb nach der Toilettenbenutzung häufig ein unangenehmer Geruch im gesamten Zimmer. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist das nicht akzeptabel. Auch das Leitungswasser war auffällig stark gechlort. Es gab keinerlei Information darüber, ob es zum Zähneputzen geeignet ist. Als Alternative blieb lediglich das kostenpflichtige Wasser aus der Minibar, was wir ebenfalls nicht angemessen fanden. Besonders enttäuschend war die Situation am Strand. Direkt am Meer, unmittelbar neben dem Hotel, lag dauerhaft ein starker Gülle- bzw. Fäkaliengeruch in der Luft. Dieser war sowohl auf den Liegen als auch beim Baden im Meer deutlich wahrnehmbar und hat den Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt. Auch die Poolregelung war für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Der Pool schließt tagsüber für mehrere Stunden und darf erst ab 16 Uhr wieder genutzt werden. Zudem ist er nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet. Bereits gegen 18:30 Uhr begann das Personal jedoch damit, alles zusammenzuräumen und vermittelte den Gästen deutlich das Gefühl, den Poolbereich verlassen zu sollen. Als Alternative wurde uns gesagt, dass man sich stattdessen jederzeit am Meer aufhalten könne. Aufgrund des starken Geruchs war das jedoch keine wirkliche Option. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht.

Staff was incredible, extremely attentive and friendly. Breakfast and coffee were both delicious. Hotel was extremely clean. We will be back!

We arrived for a two-day stay. When we received the room, it turned out that the air conditioner was not working. It happens. (The temperature outside is 34 degrees). Two things were asked of the staff; to admit that there was no air conditioner, and to move us to another room. Instead, they initially tried to convince us that the air conditioner was working (apparently the laws of physics in the hotel are different 😜) When it turned out that there was indeed no air conditioning, we were given an air-conditioned room (and an upgraded one), but with the condition that tomorrow we might move to another, regular room. We agreed on the condition that the other room would be air-conditioned. The next morning we received a message that the room was booked and had to be vacated. But we would wait until noon for final approval. This meant for us to pack our suitcases again for the move. By the way, the air conditioner did not work in the alternative rooms either 😡. At noon, we finally received a message that we could stay in our room until the end of our stay. In summary: heartache, and a waste of time on moving between rooms

Proximity - close enough but away from town

È la seconda volta che vengo, l'anno scorso a Settembre e quest'anno dal 12 al 19 Giugno con mia madre. Ho avuto modo di conoscere Paola della reception che assieme a Laura ha tenuto conto delle esigenze di camera da me richieste e soddisfatte. Anche i bagnini Francesco ed Andrea persona speciali, oltre ad un bravo e cortese ragazzo del bar di nome Lorenzo. Infine ho conosciuto il Direttore della struttura, il signor Francesco, anche lui persona splendida, del resto come essere altrimenti un un paradiso come questo hotel. Venire e non sarete delusi.

La localisation a l’écart mais suffisamment proche de la ville de Alghero, de l’aéroport et des spots à visiter. La plage privée et la magnifique piscine.

We had a poor dinner experience. First, the service was terrible. We were ignored by the server who waited on several other tables before ours, despite us arriving ahead of them. Then we constantly had to call the servers over when we needed to order, have drinks delivered or get the check. Second our main dish of grilled swordfish was terrible. It was thin, overcooked and dry. We were informed that it was fresh, but had overcooked it. They did nothing to remedy the issue,

The view was amazing, loved the free parking and the breakfast was fabulous. The staff were very helpful. The pool are was gorgeous despite not being able to use the umbrellas.

There were no lifts for heavy bags. The hotel is a long way from anything and really needed to offer a shuttle bus to from the town ( would be happy to pay for it). The umbrellas on the restaurant verandah were all broken. You are charged for your pool towels- even for first use. There was no kettle or cups in the rooms. The hedge around the pool really needs to be trimmed down so the amazing view could be seen.

Leider war der Strand Mitte Mai noch nicht fertig und nicht benutzbar - es gibt aber jede Menge tolle Strände im der Umgebung, die man schnell erreichen kann.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, piękny widok z tarasu, bliskość plaży, blisko do Fertilli i Alghero, smaczne śniadania, pyszna kawa. Personel bardzo miły, uprzejmy i pomocny. Kelnerzy bardzo profesjonalni. Basen z pięknym widokiem. To miejsce zasługuje na dobrą opinię.

Zabrakło mi restauracji otwartej dla gości hotelowych w ciągu dnia. Nie tylko na kolacje.

Toller Poolbereich und Blick vom Balkon auf's Meer. Es ist insgesamt eine schöne Anlage. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut, viele Optionen zur Auswahl. Wir würden dort wieder buchen.

Schade war, dass Mitte April so viele Algen am Strand waren, dass dieser nicht genutzt werden konnte.

Locatie en uitzicht buitengewoon, ontbijt was zalig met dat prachtig uitzicht, zwemmen in zee was zalig

Kamers ouderwets

Wir hatten HP gebucht. Die Auswahl sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen war ausreichend. Mehr Auswahl an frischem Obst wäre wünschenswert. Schwimmen in den Hotelpools waren wir aus Zeitgründen nicht. Wanderurlaub, deshalb den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

The view from the indoor and outdoor terrace is beautiful. Also the infinity pool is divine. All the staff are incredibly helpful. After working years in hospitality we really appreciate all the little details the staff attend to to ensure the guests are happy and feel comfortable. A special shout out to the ever pleasant Roberto who worked every morning while we stayed and greeted us with a beautiful smile! You really made our stay here so lovely. Grazie mille!
