Varias veces me he alojado en este hotel en Kusadasi. Me encanta su ubicacion y el desayuno en el rooftop. El personal fue muy profesional, nos dieron un upgrade a una suite con una vista espectacular al mar. Nos encanta el desayuno que ademas de variado te recrea con una hermosa vista. La habitacion era muy amplia y limpia. El hotel es super centrico, cerca de absolutamente todo.

No nos gustaron las sabanas de la cama. En realidad solo ponen sabana en el colchon, luego te ponen una manta super ligera, ademas pequeña con la que no podiamos cubrirnos los dos. Pasamos la noche halando la manta. Realmente pasamos frio. No entiendo porque no ponen una sabana y sobre esta una manta o mejor, por la calidad del hotel, deberian poner un plumon de esos que hacen sentir la cama super confortable. No entendimos como en un hotel de esta categoria te ponen una mantita tan pequeña para cubrirte del fresco del aire acondicionado.

Il buffet della colazione aveva un’ampia scelta, il personale molto attento e la posizione del ristorante per la colazione all’ultimo piano dell’edificio con vista a 180 gradi sulla baia era davvero eccezionale. L’albergo dispone inoltre di un garage sotterraneo. All’ultimo piano vi è una piscina aperta, con parapetti in vetro per cui si ha una stupenda veduta del porto.

El servicio de aparcacoches, imprescindible en la zona. La cama principal era cómoda. El personal de recepción nos atendió excepcionalmente. Si te quedas en la ciudad, la ubicación es excelente.

Lo principal, las sábanas de las camas: solo ponen una sábana bajera y una colcha áspera. Tuvimos que solicitar las dos noches unas sábanas adicionales. El horario de la piscina es absurdo, de 10 a 19 h. A esa hora sencillamente no estás en el hotel. Antes de las 10 no puedes disfrutar de las magníficas vistas que hay desde la terraza. Además, el camarero que había en el bar de la terraza a las 18:00 era bastante arisco, como para trabajar de cara al público.

Hotel de frente à praia, excelente para quem quer conhecer Kusadasi. Muitos bares e restaurantes próximos. Serviço de vallet do hotel excelente, com estacionamento no subsolo.

Talvez seja um pouco “demais” se você só quer usar a cidade como base para explorar os arredores. O hotel é bom mesmo, com piscina no roof top e lounge bar, então vale a pena se você tiver tempo para aproveitar essas comodidades.

Cabina de duș mică, dar asta e o problemă din construcție. Camerele au nevoie de renovări. Parcarea este o aventură, dar se rezolvă, fie personal, fie cu ajutorul valetilor

Super friendly staff, very helpful. I was very late with check in ( 3pm) and they could still accomodate that. And the checkout day I could stay the whole day at the pool.

The only minor thing, was that the toilet flush cover was loose and fell down. But it mightve been a one off incident because the room was very comfortable and clean.

Alles was perfect. Het ontbijt, elke dag andere soort eten bij ontbijt en veel variatie. Zwembad was uitstekend. Personeel was zeer aardig een behulpzaam.

L'hotel è in una buon aposizione proprio davanti al mare. Il personale molto gentile e gestisce in maniera molto svelta il posteggio delle auto.

Era pubblicizzato come camera con balcone, in realtà il balcone era spesso 10 cm... Era più una balaustra in vetro che si affaccia fuori.

La posizione raggiungibile a piedi dal porto.

Letto SENZA lenzuolo superiore con copertina pesante, , aria condizionata che si spegne in apertura porta finestra, doccia non regolabile, tv fuori servizio con un solo canale, piscina superaffollata con i lettini praticamente "prenotati dagli asciugamani".

This hotel was booked by my tour company Crowded House as part of a four day tour. Fabulous location on the waterfront with easy access to everything & making for the most amazing sunset views. My room was very comfortable & clean. The shower had great water pressure and hot water at a stable temperature. Breakfast was an amazing feast. Fresh, fantastic choices with a stunning roof top view The gym was a huge surprise. A very large space. having the best quality and variety of machinery ever seen in a hotel gym Drinks very expensive the only downside!! I would definitely stay here again, if I was in this part of the world

The AC is facing the bed, and can’t change the air direction, in the night, it’s not that comfortable with air keeps blowing on your face . Bathroom has kind of sewer smell

The only drawback is the lack of a central air-conditioning system in the communal areas, though the rooms are cool. A very attractive, centrally located hotel; the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent, with a wonderful view of the gulf. The facilities are superb, with a rooftop swimming pool and a very well-equipped gym.

Liked: Parking down building is free for hotel guests, some spaces in front of the hotel. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a very good location, close to the main attractions. The rooms are big and clean. The staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to assist. Breakfast is good and served on a terrace with a lovely view. Disliked: Minor issues with the air conditioner and the shampoo were resolved immediately by the staff. The TV channels have limited variety and poor picture quality. The soundproofing is weak, so you may need to use earplugs at night.

Hervorragendes Frühstück, viele Obstsorten, sehr vielfältig (inkl. Müsli, Körner, Haferflocken, etc.), lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch Kaffeevollautomat vorhanden. Hotel sehr stylisch, Starbucks gleich nebenan mit direktem Durchgang, Panomarestaurant, Pool auf Dachterrasse, inkl. schönem Liege- und Loungebereich in schöner Holzausstattung.

Matratzen könnten vlt. für manche Urlauber etwas hart sein., vor allem bei längerem.Aufenthalt. Bei nur einer Nacht dürfte das nicht beeinträchtigen.

Tutto perfetto. Suite con vista sul mare e su Kusadasi davvero bella. Molto spaziosa, suddivisa in tre spazi: soggiorno, bagno e camera da letto separata. Bella anche la zona della piscina e del pool bar con vista su Kusadasi. Ottima colazione, molto fornita.

We loved the location of this property and the room was spacious and comfortable. The complementary water and biscuits were a lovely touch too. The roof pool and bar area was excellent and one of the nicest city hotel facilities we have experienced. Breakfast was excellent too.

We were in room 606 which was right below the restaurant. We didn’t hear any noise in the evenings but the preparation in the mornings started at 5:30am and disturbed us every morning. Do not stay on floor 6, request a lower one.

Breakfast was very good. A choice from hot food to cereal plenty of choice.

A city view room was requested but when we arrived we were looking onto the side of another building, we were giving another room with a view of the harbour and town when we informed at the desk was there anything could be done.

Excellent location. I have stayed here 10+ times. Right opposite the harbour. Near to shops restaurants etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are great. Rooftop pool is definitely 12/10. Views having breakfast on the top floor are magnificent. Breakfast is beautiful. Pool bar food is excellent also. See you in October 🥰

Mattress

Location is good as far as access to area attractions. It is noisy and busy outside. The parking was free but hard to access and required valet.

For a 4 star and pricey hotel it did not meet my expectations. The staff was fine but indifferent. We booked a corner room with a great view of the ocean. The breakfast was not good, and the coffee was terrible.

Location.. Stayed at this hotel once before and did not want to gamble with another choice..

We had a wonderful stay at Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Most important, this hotel is centrally located so that we had a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Most important, it was far enough from where the tour boat’s docked.

The bedroom was loud in the morning. We were on 5th floor and in our bedroom we heard the kitchen and dinning room during breakfast. Also no Turkish coffee

The room was nice clean, good view of the harbor and plenty of space. We liked the roof top bar. Very convenient to lots of restaurants and shops plus the harbor. the one downside was from our bedroom early in the morning we could hear the noise from the breakfast room and the kitchen. We were on the 5th floor.

Wir waren etwas zu früh dran und somit war die Dachterasse noch gar nicht eröffnet. Wir haben gefragt, ob wir trotzdem zumindest dort Sonnenbaden dürfen und daraufhin wurden uns sofort 4 Liegebetten hergerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr über diese nette Geste gefreut.

Really disappointed pool was closed it was not made clear enough when booking, we changed hotel to this hotel for the pool as it said it was open from April, the fact it was closed sort of upset the holiday for us with no alternative pool to use. We spoke to other people that received money back or late check out we did not. And we told reception how disappointed we were they did not say much. To be honest its way over priced we got lucky on a price but originally when I looked it was mad money. Rooms were not spotless

Las instalaciones existentes en la habitación. El extractor del cuarto de baño metía mucho ruido y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba.

The suite was very nice with a lovely sea view. Majority of the staff were very good. Murat (front desk) was exceptional. So was Hasan. They both made our stay a pleasant experience.

We asked for a quiet room when we booked, and during check-in. We were given one of the noisiest rooms in the hotel. Suite 601 is directly below the kitchen / restaurant & noisy. Clearly the guy who checked us in needs training in customer service. At midnight, we had to go to front desk to complain about the noise. Murat handled the situation brilliantly and immediately moved us to a lower floor. Avoid accepting a room on the 6th floor if you are sensitive to noise. The hotel would have scored a perfect 10 had this situation not occurred.

Ubicado en el paseo marítimo y junto a las calles céntricas. Personal muy atento. Desayuno bueno en zona con terraza y vistas al mar. Muy bien.

We stayed here for 9 nights in March and would highly recommend this hotel. We had a sea view suite that was stunning, immaculately clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty to choose from. The hotel staff were lovely, really attentive and professional from reception, breakfast staff and household staff. It is in an excellent location and within 5 minutes walk to the centre. It is suitable for couples and groups and business guests but not for families with young children for a summer holiday as they like facilities such as water slides and entertainment. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us so well.

Only fault is bar, no music or atmosphere

The Breakfast had a great selection. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very polite and helpful. Location was great. My experience here was great. Would definitely come back here .
