Only good thing about this property is its location to the port and shops

This property was absolutely disgusting!! Very dark and dirty. Handrail for stairs was wobbling so much it was about to fall off. Bed sheets and towels all stained and dirty. Lights not working, balcony door broken, fridge doesn’t work, water stopped whilst in the middle of having a shower. Lumpy pillows and springs poking out of mattress. Extremely loud music from nearby until at least 5a.m. Balcony door opened out onto a smoking area for staff meaning people are walking past your door all the time.

Nothing , hotel was dirty dirty and old arrived and was put into room 301 , paint falling off the walls , blind for of mildew, all mildew all over wall that was covered in paint absolutely horrendous fridge wasnt working it was absolutely stinking lights also didnt work aunts crawling all over bathroom

O Hotel é bem localizado mas parou na década de 80. Tudo é muito velho, a piscina é nojenta, café da manhã horrível. O Wi-fi só funciona na recepção, não chega nos quartos. Um conselho: busquem outro hotel

Sem Wi-fi, café da manhã péssimo, o banheiro horroroso, velho e sujo, nem o frigobar funcionava ( frigobar de uns 20 anos atrás)

Siehe Bilder und seeeehr langsamer Aufzug, mussten das 1. Zimmer Reklamieren da es unheimlich gestunken hatte und vor Luftfeuchtigkeit das Atmen erschwert war. Haben ohne Problem ein anderes Zimmer bekommen.

Hygienisch war es die reinste Katastrophe. Wir mussten 6 mal beim Ankommen die Bettwäsche wechseln lassen, weil es jedes Mal alte Blut oder make up Flecken drauf waren. Das Personal war gar nicht zuvorkommend, genervt und nicht lösungsorientiert. Die Lösung war von der Rezeption ein Abendessen oder von seiner angebrochenen Flasche Gin ein Cocktail

Es un despretigio para la ciudad y para Booking que lo tiene en su plataforma.

Estaba limpio, la ubicación muy central y lindo

Que no hay internet en las habitaciones, solo en el hall, el desayuno parece almuerzo, guisos y verduras calientes, pero nada de frutas, de yogurth, solo un tipo de pan, muy básico. El refrigerador no enfriaba, estaba todo tibio, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, creo q para ser un hotel lindo y la ubicación buena q tiene, le falta mucha mantención, pero mucha, es lamentable por q no volvería, solo la ubicación excelente

Un hôtel tombé en vétusté avec des équipements datant des années 70 au moins. SdB puante (odeur d'égoûts), c'est simple, je n'ai pas osé prendre une douche. Lits assemblés avec des restes de lits jadis acceptables, Porte de balcon ne se ferme pas, poignet cassée, bruit toute la nuit venant des boites de nuits du quartier, jusqu'à 5 h du matin. Petit déjeuner très moyen. Personnel antipathique. Piscine préhistorique. Cet hôtel devrait être fermé pour mise à niveau sérieuse.

Der Pool auf dem Dach war eine richtig gute Idee. Der Ausblick war wunderschön man konnte Kusadasi von oben sehen und dabei entspannt im Pool liegen. Einfach eine tolle Kombination!

Das Hotel ist sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer und die Klimaanlagen sind extrem alt. Besonders unangenehm ist der starke Geruch in den Zimmern, der auch von den alten Klimaanlagen kommt. Auch am Pool gibt es mehrere beschädigte Stellen, bei denen man aufpassen muss, wo man hintritt.

Datering van de kamers en algehele staat van het hotel. Ontbijt had wel uitgebreider mogen zijn. En de douches bij het zwembad.

No refrigerator, althought i have asked for one many times. No wi fi. The staff unwilling to help, in any way.

The location was very good.

Many things. On arrival I wasn't given the room I had booked. When I went back to reception to complain my booking was checked before I was offered another room. I did look at the new room which was much better but decided to stay in the room I had been given initially as it had a better view. The hotel had so many health and safety issues I stopped listing them. This could be a really nice hotel if attention was paid to details that I believe could be easily remedied. My overall impression was that those running it just didn't care. In the end I cut my stay short by a day so I could relax in a more comfortable place.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. It was extremely uncomfortable for our family. We couldn't sleep because there was loud music and noise until late at night. The toilet kept running, and the flush wasn't working properly. The bathroom smelled bad, and the toilet had stains that looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. The room had old, worn-out furniture, and the fridge wasn't working at all. The bed's headboard was broken, and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was no internet service in the rooms or the restaurant—Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, which was very inconvenient. The breakfast was also very poor. The tomatoes and cheese were not fresh, and the overall quality and cleanliness were unacceptable. It was so unpleasant that we didn't go back for breakfast after the first morning, and our children refused to eat it. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel to families, and we would not stay here again.

This hotel is in urgent need of refurbishment and better management. The rooms and facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The hotel should improve the quality and freshness of the breakfast, provide reliable Wi-Fi in the rooms and restaurant as well as the lobby, and install better soundproof windows to reduce the outside noise. These improvements would make the hotel much more comfortable for guests.

Konum manzara ve çatıda havuz olması güzeldi

Bu kadar güzel konum ve mimari yapıda olan bir otelin bu kadar eski, bakımsız ve kirli olması sadece yapıya ve şehre yazık hissi verdi. Havuzun etrafında şerit şeklinde çamur lekesi vardı. Odalarda duşlar bozuktu, sifon bozuktu, klima ve minibar zar zor çalışıyordu. Bakım ve temizlik yapılsa inanılmaz turist çekebilecek tasarımda güzel ve potansiyeli yüksek bir otele böyle yazık edilmesi üzücü.

Die Ausstattung und Die Hygiene war katastrophal.İn einem der Zimmern war der Duschkopf defekt.Duschen war nur bedingt möglich.Abfluss hat gestunken. Für Familien mit und ohne Kindern ,Für Leute die Nachts ausschlafen wollen NİCHT geeignet.Frühstück war auch kasthropal und unhygienisch .Ausserdem war der Aufzug defekt.Es hat geklemmt man hat einen Panik bekommen dadurch.

The staff were extremely indifferent and unhelpful. Whenever you reported an issue to the staff, they would say that they would take care of it, but they never actually resolved the problem. They seemed to have no concern whatsoever. The room and bathroom were very dirty, and the pool did not appear to be cleaned at all. The food was stale. A staff member named Hasret behaved in a highly inappropriate and disturbing manner.

Ausstattung war sehr schlecht, Zimmer waren sehr dreckig, Schimmel war überall zu sehen, WCs waren schmutzig, gerochen hat es überall, genauso gab es nicht genügend Seife und Klopapier, noch zu Ergänzung war überall Spinnennetze+ Wasserschaden und überall kein Fliegengitter

Great location just a 2 minute walk from centrum. And 4 minute walk to a beach, the staff were super nice & friendly. They were very helpful and welcoming. I felt very welcomed and safe at this hotel. The pool is lovely also, there was breakfast included but I didn’t try it.

The WiFi was perfect in reception but unfortunately it wouldn’t work in the room, this didn’t bother me too much as I would go straight to sleep. But I would’ve preferred if the WiFi did work in the room.

The location is fantastic. Close to shops, restuarants, 50 yards fron the sea. The cleanliness of the hotel is first rate. I was all inclusive and for the money the food was very good. Variety of food excellent especially the breakfast. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason i did not give 5,/5 is because it is close to local nightclub which can result in it being noisey between 10 pm and 6am. I have booked to return in September. Great value for money.

The breakfast was a simple Turkish-Eurpoean Style buffet. We enjoyed the rooftop view of the port. We enjoyed the coffee. We liked the close location to the port. We liked the view of city and our balcony. We liked the helpful, pleasant staff.

Our room was run-down. The air conditioner was too noisy to run for a peaceful stay in the room and was not very cool. Our hotel room, was very close to 3 very loud night clubs whose music you can hear until 6 am.

It was right in central kusadasi great location. The staff were lovely very helpful. If you walk out the main door and take a left about 200 metre’s theres a nice little baristas coffee shop and an art shop so cheap. wasn’t lot of good i could say for the hotel its self it stinks no wifi anywhere

The property is very old most of the showers in rooms are broke i went through 8 different rooms in this hotel and i end up staying in a family room alone just because the shower worked 😫 it was smelly definitely need to be refurbished. I did not even try the breakfast

I couldn’t get to the parking lot; someone had parked their car at the entrance to the street, and I was told there was nothing we could do about it. I think the rooms facing the Old Town are more spacious, but the ones facing the back feel a bit cramped.

Адски Шумен хотел, дискотеката не спира с извънредно силни децибели до пет часа сутринта. Дограмата се тресе, леглата подскачат. Там няма вечерен час за силна музика, меката на дрогата и алкохола. Климатиците В повечето стаи не работят!!! Леглата са неудобни! Има само статичен горен душ в банята и не можеш да се облееш след плаж без да си намокриш косата. Закуската беше еднообразна, кафето ужасно, асансьорът не работеше, трябваше да се върви пеша до последния етаж и обратно. последните два дни нямахме топла вода и не можехме да се изкъпем! Абсурдни условия, никога не бихме повторили! Плажът е далече и е ужасно мръсен и неприятен! Басейнът на хотела е претъпкан И никога няма свободни шезлонги, водата е студена! Има wifi само на рецепция, даже не се хваща и в цялото фоайе. Внимавайте, НЕ сядайте на меката мебел във фоайето да ползвате интернет, защото хапят бълхи, цялото ми тяло беше в пъпки за половин час!!!!! Паркингът е подземен и е за не повече от 5-6 коли, съответно цял ден ти местят колата за да влезе и излезе някой. Целият ни капак беше надран!

L’hôtel a besoin de gros travaux , à tous les niveaux , le matériel est vieillot, cassé, et certaines choses ne fonctionne pas . Nous avons changé deux fois de chambre en deux jours « douche qui ne fonctionne pas , frigo dans la chambre et téléphone pour appeler la réception fil coupé! Le seul point positif l’emplacement et la vue magnifique depuis la piscine et terrasse.

Location was great , near the ferry port. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfortable but the decor in the room is shabby and dated. The bathroom was horrendous, the shower head was broken and the water just trickled out. The push button for the loo was broken, the tap on the sink has lost all of the stainless steel and it just looks dirty. I guess it’s all just old & really needs a makeover. Only stayed one night as we were getting the ferry to Samos…. couldn’t have stayed any longer!

The Smell from Toilet to your Bedroom is unbelieavable. Really stinky you cant Not sleep. The Bed is broken. What else do you need for a good sleep?
