Air condition was so noisy and didn’t work well. Receptionists at reception are not friendly. The room was not really clean and dust everywhere with hairballs in many corners. Room wasn’t pool view neither sea view. No private parking as they confirmed us by message when we contacted them before arriving. Things in the room and bathroom are so old, walls are so dirty. Room doesn’t look like the photos at all. Honestly it doesn’t worth the money which was paid for it.

Rooms were ok but windows were absolutely filthy. Cleaners came in everyday but didnt clean rooms they just empty bins and left toilet rolls and clean towels, they didnt clean bathroom once so I did do myself. Ada Julian could be a lovely hotel but needs all painting and cleaning up.

Great location, breakfast and dinner were included which was a surprise as did not expect dinner. Our room had a good outlook over the mountains from the balcony at the back and from the open corridor at the front we had a view of the pool and ocean.

Bathroom had a strange smell.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was great — the room was clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Очень вкусно готовят.Главный шеф- повар от бога.Стаф- все без исключения очень приятные люди и всегда помогут.На кухне убирают посуду,сразу.Приносят какие ты хочешь напитки со льдом и трубочкой.Напитки безалкогольные включены в half board. На ресепшене всё просто отлично.Когда приехали опаздав на ужин-на ресепшене дали бутерброды.Уборка номера- очень хорошая.Есть в номере чайник,чай,кофе,сухое молоко,вода,сахар,холодильник- всё это бесплатно каждый день.Вся еда очень вкусная и качественная. Всегда есть очень вкусные разные фрукты.Хорошие лежаки с зонтиками возле бассейна.Хороший бассейн.Очень близко море.Есть кондиционер,телевизор с разными каналами- разных стран. То,что попросили заранее у отеля,всё одобрили и получили.

На пляже нет своих лежаков,так как 2 линия наверное,но за деньги можно взять.Рядом ирландский бар,- 5 метров.,где до середины ночи шумно,если не закрывать балкон.

It is near to the beach and the beds were comfortable.

It was dirty , old stained towels provided , one glass for two people, not enough hangers, safe box was impossible to use as blocking all the time , the air conditioning was in working order but we had to have a bucket underneath as it was dripping water from it . We booked an 36 mt square room and we’ve been given a normal usual double room .The shower room was filthy . It had a fairly good breakfast with plenty of choice.

A Scam , avoid at any cost

Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately I would not recommend this place. The room was advertised and presented as having a sea and pool view, but when we arrived, we were given a room facing the street. When we raised the issue, the manager and reception team were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they shouted at us and told us, “This is what we have. You either take it or leave the place now.” What made the situation even worse was being told that they had not received any payment from us, despite the full amount having already been deducted from our credit card around two weeks earlier. The room itself had several problems. The air conditioning was not working properly, there was water leaking above the bed, and there was no proper housekeeping during our stay. The room was not cleaned, and the towels were not changed. The breakfast was extremely basic and low quality, with very poor organization and a chaotic setup in the morning. Mistakes can happen in any hotel, but the way guests are treated makes all the difference. The misleading room description, lack of basic housekeeping, poor room conditions, and especially the rude and disrespectful way the situation was handled made this one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences we have had.

Séjour très décevant. Le personnel n'est pas aimable, à l'exception de la dame de l'accueil qui a été très professionnelle. À mon arrivée dans la chambre, les problèmes ont tout de suite commencé : pas de papier toilette, une seule serviette au lieu de deux, et une fuite d'eau au niveau de la douche. De plus, l'hôtel est très sale. Les miroirs dans les chambres et l'ascenseur ne sont pas nettoyés, et il y a d'importantes traces d'humidité au plafond près de la climatisation. Les installations extérieures et communes sont dans un état lamentable : tout est rouillé, la piscine dégage une mauvaise odeur et ses toilettes sont cassées. Cet établissement ne mérite absolument pas ses 4 étoiles, mais plutôt un 0. À éviter !

We got our room upgraded to a wonderful spacious double bedroom. It was clean, the food was very nice and the location amazing.

Opposite the hotel is an Irish bar with very loud music that closes at 00.30 Only bad part is that. But that isn't the hotel's fault.

Poor cleaning, old, not maintained infrastructure. Towels were clearly dirty and bedsheets too. Bedsheets even had stains on them. Towels with holes. No cleaning of the room was really done, just new towels were thrown on the bed. Ac was barely working. The bathroom had a hole in the door from which you could see inside. The hotel is next to pubs with very loud music the whole night. No isolation at all. The safe was broken.

The pool area is nice as well as the location. The beach bar associated with the hotel were also decent and fair priced for the day at the beach. We were there during a heat wave and the room AC was perfect. The beds are quite comfortable. Cleaning stuff was very sweet and when you asked did a good job getting room cleaned. Dinners were decent. For the price, it's okay, especially if you're just there to sleep for a few nights.

The hotel is run down and is not kept well. All the towels were dirty, so we couldn't use them. All common areas were not air-conditioned, it was horrible during the heatwave.

Helemaal niks alleen de locatie is goed maar op de zelfde locatie heb je veel betere hotels!

Wij verbleven van 12 augustus tot en met 21 augustus in het Alda Julian Marmaris Hotel in Marmaris. Vooraf hadden wij uitgebreid onderzoek gedaan naar dit hotel. We hadden verschillende reviews gelezen en vooral de foto’s gaven ons een heel goed gevoel. De accommodatie zag er op de foto’s verzorgd, schoon en aantrekkelijk uit en de eerdere beoordelingen waren over het algemeen redelijk positief. Daarom hadden wij, zeker gezien het feit dat het om een viersterrenhotel ging, hoge verwachtingen. Helaas bleek bij aankomst al snel dat de werkelijkheid totaal niet overeenkwam met wat wij vooraf hadden gezien en verwacht. Een zeer onprofessionele start Toen wij aankwamen, kregen wij een kamer toegewezen die volgens ons klaar was om te betrekken. We hebben onze spullen neergezet en zijn even op het bed gaan liggen. Binnen enkele minuten ging de deur echter plotseling open en kwam er een medewerkster naar binnen, gekleed in haar normale dagelijkse kleding. Zij bleek niet te weten dat de kamer al bezet was. Wij vonden dit ontzettend onprofessioneel en vooral erg ongemakkelijk. Een hotelkamer is een privéruimte. Een medewerker hoort niet zomaar een kamer binnen te lopen zonder eerst te controleren of deze bezet is. Dit had bovendien tot een zeer ongemakkelijke of zelfs beschamende situatie kunnen leiden. Het eten was voor ons het grootste dieptepunt!!!! Wij hebben inmiddels in meerdere viersterrenhotels in Turkije verbleven, maar hebben nog nooit een dergelijke ervaring gehad met het eten. Wij hadden bewust gekozen voor een all-inclusive verblijf en hadden vooraf foto’s gezien van mooi gepresenteerde gerechten, desserts en een uitgebreid buffet. Wat wij aantroffen, leek daar in werkelijkheid totaal niet op. Bijna dagelijks werden grotendeels dezelfde gerechten geserveerd. Wat tijdens de lunch werd aangeboden, kwam ’s avonds opnieuw terug. De variatie was zeer beperkt en wij vonden het eten bovendien regelmatig onsmakelijk en onvoldoende hygiënisch ogen.

I don’t leave reviews often, but this place earned every single word. If basic hygiene matters to you at all, don’t even think about booking here. I photographed everything, so see for yourself. We get to reception and there’s a young woman with glasses. No hello, no eye contact, no smile, nothing. She was busy with her own thing and clearly annoyed that she had to deal with us at all. Then she hands us keys to a completely different room than the one we booked. We walk into that room and the first thing we notice is that it isn’t even ours. We had booked one large double bed, and inside there were three separate beds. And keep in mind, we paid for the hotel in full at the time of booking. The room was dirty and messy, walls scribbled on like a kid had been drawing on them. The towels were full of other people’s hair and some other filth, and we’d been told the room was clean and ready. There were stains of some kind on the pillow. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in years, grime everywhere you looked. The bathroom and shower were disgustingly dirty. Then the air conditioner. Stuck right onto it was a used band-aid. People, this is something for a health inspector. The AC filters and grilles have obviously never once been cleaned, they’re unbelievably dirty. It’s all in the photos. The whole room was full of damp and the walls were mouldy. The table legs were completely rusted and the stool was so dirty I don’t understand how anyone hands a room over like that. And this was in both rooms, not just one. Annoyed, I called reception and told them they’d given us the wrong room. They said come down and we’ll give you another one. When I got down there, suddenly I had to wait three hours for our room to be ready. Imagine that. So we waited three hours. They give us the key to the second room, and it’s almost the same story. Towels again full of someone else’s hair, floors dirty and messy, the stool again unbelievably filthy. A complete mess.

The location is okay in general

The hotel is dirty. The room was handed over dirty, the door had finger prints, the toilet had black marks. Bed sheets had stains, towels had rips and stains. In general the breakfast was also a disaster. We stayed 3 nights , the room was only cleaned once. We had to chase for towels and toilet paper.. we were asked about our stay at our checkout and we did mention all these and were told that we should have said something. The thing is if this is a 4 star hotel i expect to walk into a clean room this is basic thing, i expect the towels to be okay. Wont be coming again

Trots påpekanden städdes inte rummet som det ska. Slarv med handdukar, smutsigt i badrum, sällan tömning av sopor etc Utöver rummet var det smutsigt i matsal, bord, bestik, tallrikar. Glasväggar och fönster mycket smutsigt. Hissarna smutsiga. Vi bodde där i 14 dagar och förbättrades. Det uppfyllde inte 4 stjärnor.

Скудный завтрак, сложновато найти парковку рядом, но есть платная за 600 лир со стороны моря, там места есть всегда.

Havuz temiz değildi. Wifi 5. Katta neredeyse hiç çekmiyordu. Oda telefonu çalışmıyordu, belirtmeme rağmen gelip düzeltmediler, ben de tekrar demedim.

-Sale (un peu partout, chambres et espaces communs) -Equipements supplémentaires mensongers : salle de sport qui n'en est pas une (au sous-sol, sous 40° et sans lumière), le spa censé être ouvert jusqu'à 20h mais fermé à notre arrivée à 18h, la piscine qui ferme à 18h en pleine saison estivale et qui n'est utilisable qu'en journée sous 40°... -Le petit-déjeuner est compris mais n'a rien d'appétissant (aliments chauds, salle peu climatisée, aliments peu savoureux...) -Chambre : climatisation plus vieille que ma grand-mère et met du temps à refroidir la pièce (elle doit être gênée par la moisissure qui l'entoure), la télévision est du même âge, impossible de la connecter à un téléphone ou autre, petit écran, seulement quelques chaînes classiques mais peu intéressantes, plafonds qui tombe en lambeaux, salle de bain mal nettoyée (on connait la couleur des cheveux/poils des clients précédents), liquide bizarre sur le téléphone de la salle de bain -Personnel qui semble un peu perdu et ne répond pas vraiment à nos questions (sauf la clim pour laquelle ils ont proposé de faire venir un technicien) Bref, que du positif !

Все мне понравилось в этот раз. Большой светлый номер, чисто, хорошо работающий кондиционер, вкусный и достаточно разнообразный завтрак. Море близко, есть свой пляж Я второй раз здесь, мне попался другой номер и в отличие от предыдущего в нем не было никаких неприятных запахов. В этот раз добралась до СПА, выбрала комплексный пакет, и в другой день - общий массаж. Один сеанс длился 1 час 15 минут, второй — 1 час, стоимость каждого — 45 €. Оба раза массаж делала очень приятная кенийская девушка Ани и оба раза просто восхитительно! Рекомендую, когда захочется разнообразить свой отдых)

The breakfast is good. But l prefer hot food which they dont provide. Even though the food are serve yourself. The food is cold and another major problem is language barrier. The chef, cleaner, receptionist speak a little of English. Overall they try to communicate.

Das Essen im Hotel war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Besonders positiv möchten wir das Personal an der Rezeption hervorheben – alle waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Sowohl die Bars am Strand als auch Supermärkte sind schnell und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Vor zwei Jahren war ich bereits in diesem Hotel und hatte damals die Sauberkeit sehr positiv bewertet. Leider war ich bei meinem diesjährigen Aufenthalt in dieser Hinsicht enttäuscht. Unser Zimmer wurde eine ganze Woche lang nicht richtig gereinigt. Es wurden lediglich die Betten gemacht. Frische Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig bereitgestellt, sodass wir jedes Mal an der Rezeption Bescheid geben mussten. Ich hoffe, dass das Hotel diesen Punkt verbessert, denn die Sauberkeit sollte meiner Meinung nach deutlich besser sein.

Практически все было хорошо - номер большой и светлый с большим балконом. У меня был верхний этаж, шум с улицы почти не слышен и не мешает. Персонал приветливый, питьевую воду в номер принесли быстро, по моей просьбе по внутреннему телефону. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Бассейном и спа я не пользовалась, но на вид все это выглядит привлекательно. Лифт быстрый, до моря 5 мин пешком

Не понравилось - по утрам был довольно сильный запах канализации из санузла, у подушек был тоже странный неприятный запах, не сильный, но я его почувствовала (

Geluidsoverlast van de Irish pub tegenover hotel, geluid muziek was 23:30 zo erg dat je niet kon slapen in de deluxe kamer. Er was dus hier niks deluxe aan, oud badkamer, onvriendelijk peraoneel, ik wilde omelet in plaats van spiegelei, antwoord was nee, hoe moeilijk kan het zijn? Airco in restaurant werd werkte niet, in mijn optiek bewust niet aan gezet, personeel restaurant had totaal geen besef van dat beleving en gastvrijheid belangrijk was.

From the first day to the 3rd it was really nice. We stayed in room 1506 on the fifth floor, the view was from the city, the room was large, the bed confortable, the pillows i would have preferred a bit more harder, but not a big deal. The first day we could not find a parking spot and a gentleman moved his car for us to park in front of the hotel, so thankful to him. We had chosen halfboard and both breakfast and dinner were nice. Compliment to the chef 👨‍🍳 , the staff in the food area and in the other places of the hotel were really nice. The hotel provided free water, coffee, tea and soft drinks during the day, this was a great plus. There is a nice pool. I wish we stayed more days, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The price of the hotel and what it offers it's great deal.

There is no hotel private parking, but don't worry if you cant find next to the hotel, there are plenty of parking spots on the street in front of it. Just search on the other side if the street next to the supermarket Migros. The refrigerator did not work.

From the very beggining we were accomodated in tiny room. It was too small for three person. But we ask for a room change and our request was approved. We got a wonderful room with all the amenities. As for the rest, we have no complaints: it is very close to the sea, the food is delicious and there is plenty for everyone, and there is a great spa center and a pool on site.

AC i rummet vad underkänd ganska varmt special på eftermiddagen.... jätte dåligt med städningen de städer inte om man inte säger till ... vi var 4 dagar på en annan stad och sen när vi kom tillbaka då vi såg rummet inte städat på 4 dagar jag gick ner och pratade med de och när städerska kom hon var otrevlig och ganska arg ..... Frukost bord var inte rena och bestick också ... maten var inte prisvärd

Расположение и да и нет. У нас был deluxe на 2 этаже (3й по нашему), и прям напротив под окном ирландский паб в котором до часу ночи каждый день одни и те же треки. Номер большой, балкон тоже норм. С бельем и матрасом тоже все вроде ок. ТВ в номере есть вполне достаточных размеров. Есть даже парочка российских каналов. Бассейн хорош, глубина по всей площади одинаковая. Прям у входа можно прыгнуть в маршрутку и за 55 лир доехать до марины. До пляжа который закреплен за отелем (не их, но там можно бесплатно лежак занять) пешком 3-5 мин. Но на пляже традиционно надо что-то заказать иначе не отстанут.

Начнем пожалуй. 1) Общее, что касается всего отеля - это полное наплевательское отношение ко всему. Начиная от сломанных рамок в лифтах и остатков скотча от них, заканчивая номерами. По углам грязь, ручка в ванную комнату когда-то была но видимо сломалась, рядом с ней тупо в дверь прикрутили на 3 самореза другую ржавую ручку. В двери на балкон тоже ручки не было. И так во всем абсолютно. 2) Полотенца - ими наверно вытирались еще до открытия отеля. Потрепанные, местами с дырками. 3) Нормально номер убрали только после того как оставили чаевых 1000лир., В одну из уборок забрали полотенца, а новые не оставили. 4) Еда - все одинаковое каждый день. Меняется только пара блюд. Один раз повезло - была дорада на гриле целиком на ужин. Завтраки - яичница, омлет и тушеные овощи. Ну немного каких-то фруктов. Половина столов раздачи пустые 5) Персонал - кое-как говорят по английски. Короче говоря отелю нужен нормальный менеджер, который жесткой рукой наведет порядок и заставит персонал нормально работать. И будет внимателен к мелочам.

Location was great as it was further away from all the bars, food is good and abilities to upgrade to all inclusive. Pool area is nice. Can leave your luggage in the hotel. Kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful.

All inclusive drinks menu could be bigger. The receptionist staff could be more energetic, cause some of them they looked like they are not interested in working there or helping customer. Beds mattresses could be updated, no iron which was crazy. Some of the lights in the rooms was not working. Shower doors are so dirty and rusty.

Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Flott beliggenhet.

Dårlig rengjøring. Badet ble ikke rengjort noen ganger ila de 14 dagene vi var der.

Rommene og maten samt service fra resepsjonen var veldig bra.

Renhold på rommene og generelt i fellesområder veldig dårlig. Ikke verdig et 4 stjerners hotell.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Resepsiyondaki tesettürlü hanımefendi bizi çok güleryüzle karşıladı. Türkiye'deki yemek maliyetlerinin çok pahalı olmasına rağmen her akşam farklı çeşitlerde yemek çıktı. Akşam yemeklerinde restaurant kapısında müdür bey tarafından güleryüzle karşılanmak güzeldi. Fakat  aynı restaurant personelini sabah 7'den gece 12.30 'a kadar çalışıyor görmek üzücü idi. Malesef çok kısa  istirahat süreleri ile çalışıyorlar.Çok az personel ile büyük bir oteli çevirmeye çalışıyorlar bu da oteldeki ayrıntılı temizliğin olmaması anlamına geliyor; örneğin asansörlerin iç duvarları aynaları  kirli idi. Odamızın da yerleri her gün paspaslanamadığı için malesef tozlu bir odada konakladık. Şikayet etmek istemedik çünkü personelin yükünün çok fazla olduğu çok açıktı. Tüm personele çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Es war sehr dreckig in unserem bad waren haare an der wand waschbecken war dreckig überall waren orange flecken(dreck) und im allgemeinen nicht geputzt, über unserem bett war popel überall haare, türen hatten fettfinger abdrücke. Statt neue handtücher zu bringen wurden die alten gefalten und zurückgestellt dasselbe mit bettwäsche. Es war sehr ranzig meine haut hat sich im hotel um einiges verschlechtert. Gostei imenso do pequeno almoco ( Breakfast), Da piscina, do quarto e em geral da comida ao jantar. Gostei da localizacao proximo da praia, a praia nao e gratis, tem consumo, mas acabamos sempre por consumir ate almocar (lunch) na praia. A praia e muito boa e a agua quente. Gostei dos funcionarios da recepcao sempre prestaveis.

Alguns funcionarios sao menos simpaticos , por vezes estao a controlar ou questionam directamente os clientes com questoes absurdas que os clientes sabem que tem de cumprir, pagar consumos ou refeicoes extra. A abordagem nao e a mais adequada.

Friendly hotel staff. Amazing ckean pool lots sunbeds clean beach towels if you required them. Hotel staff went out of their way to help when my daughter collapsed in the lift on our 1st morning. They put her in a chair fetched water and put ice on her neck to cool her down.

More fresh fruit options required at breskfast on different days.

Die Lage war in Ordnung

Wir waren bereits in sehr vielen Hotels, aber dieses war mit Abstand das am schlechtesten organisierte und unhygienischste, in dem wir je übernachtet haben. Es fing bereits beim Check-in an: Wir wurden sehr stumpf und unfreundlich empfangen. Freundlichkeit oder ein Gefühl des Willkommenseins gab es hier nicht. Generell wirkten die Mitarbeiter wenig sozial – sie sprachen kaum, schauten einen teilweise genervt und lustlos an und vermittelten den Eindruck, als würde man sie stören. Als wir das Zimmer betraten und duschen wollten, stellten wir fest, dass das Shampoo nicht aufgefüllt war. Das Zimmer selbst wirkte insgesamt sehr heruntergekommen und lieblos gestaltet. Es wies zahlreiche Mängel auf (siehe Bilder). Im Erdgeschoss kann man zwar rund um die Uhr kostenlos Getränke nehmen, allerdings sah die Maschine so aus, als wäre sie seit ihrer Aufstellung kein einziges Mal gereinigt worden. Das ist aus hygienischer Sicht absolut bedenklich. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend: Die Qualität wirkte sehr billig und wenig ansprechend. Für deutlich weniger Geld bekommt man außerhalb ein wesentlich besseres Frühstück. In der letzten Nacht war es im Nebenzimmer so laut, dass wir gegen 1:30 Uhr wach wurden. Wir informierten die Rezeption und baten um Hilfe. Es wurde zwar versucht anzurufen, jedoch ging niemand ran. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wollte es zunächst dabei belassen und erklärte, dass er allein sei und die Rezeption nicht verlassen könne – die Gäste würden dann am nächsten Morgen darauf hingewiesen werden. Das hätte bedeutet, dass wir die Nacht so hätten ertragen müssen. Erst als wir ankündigten, die Polizei einzuschalten, wurde schließlich eine Lösung gefunden und die Gäste ermahnt. Insgesamt handelt es sich um ein stark heruntergekommenes Hotel mit inkompetentem Personal, das offenbar weder Servicegedanken noch grundlegende Gastfreundschaft verinnerlicht hat.

Very beautiful. Breakfast and dinner came in variety. Rooms are great. Staff were great and so helpful. Location is great if you want a taxi or local bus. Shops and malls are very close. Very close to beach. One of the best hotels I’ve been in. My room was big with a great balcony view of city and mountains.

Dining area is ventilated so there is no AC. But still you can sit outside.

Çalışanlar özellikle resepsiyon da bulunan türbanlı hanımefendi çok iyi niyetli, yardımcı ve pratik ... bize her konuda yardımcı oldu..

Otel fiyat performans oteli. Biz 4 kişilik odada herşey dahil konseptinde kaldık. 5 yıldız otel olanakları yok. Ama fiyatı da ona göre. Konumu çok iyi. Denizi ve kumsalı muhteşem. 6 gün boyunca deniz çarşaf gibiydi. Ayrıca hava hiç bunaltmadı. Deniz suyu sıcaklığı da idealdi. Ayrıca deniz çok temiz. Oda ve banyo büyüklüğü iyiydi. Odalarda günlük temizlik yapılıyor. Yemek çeşitleri azdı ama çok yemek seçen biri olarak hergün yiyecek birşeyler buldum. En güzeli devamlı cam bardakta çay olmasıydı. Otelin tam karşısında büyük bir migros market var. Sahil boyunca 2-3 km eğlence mekanları var. Akşamları bu mekanlara gidilebilir.

Otelin otoparkı yok. Migrosun parkına yönlendirdiler. O da geceleri kapalı. Oda kapısı için 1 kart verdiler. 4 kişi için yeterli olmadı. Israrla daha sonra ikincisini aldık. Tuvaletin kapısı kilitlenmiyor. Otelin karşısındaki mekanda gece yarısına kadar yüksek düzeyde müzik sesi vardı. Ama odanın ses yalıtımı iyiydi. balkon kapısını kapatınca rahatsız olmadık. Genel olarak otelden memnun kaldık.

Unsere Zimmer war wunderbar, sehr groß, einen Familienbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Obwohl wir nur zu dritt waren, haben sie noch ein Bett gestellt habt Zimmer war riesengroß. Ich würde immer wieder kommen.

Horaire piscine réglementée ,heure d’arrivée chambre non préparé , chambre pas propre à l’arrivé des poiles poussière alors que l’esthétique de l’hôtel donne le contraire ,après 12 h de vole arrivée à 12h30 alors que de base la chambre doit être libre à 00h00 on n’est arrivé bien après chambre pas faite on n’a attendu 1h de plus ,

The location and room size

The pool was never cleaned! The same hair tie was in one corner for the full week and the dirt that gathered at bottom was filthy. The food was terrible. Only 2 choices of a main and we went for breakfast one morning where I asked for french toast ( which is usually on) and they told me no. It was 10am and breakfast was service until 10:30am. The chef changed his mind when I asked the manager why I was denied my request. I paid for room with balcony and when we arrived we didn’t get this. We did get a new room next day with a balcony but that was one night of our holiday with no balcony and then the hassle of moving next day. The last day we used the spa for a shower and I was waiting for my friend to finish his shower and I was questioned on why I chose to “follow him” if I don’t like the heat this time of year and continued to press me on the matter. When I reacted and told him to stop he then asked why I got so offended and he was only having a joke. I didn’t find his joke funny and thought he was very rude and had no place questioning me like he did. The girls who worked there even had a chuckle when I asked him if I looked like a dog when he kept asking why I follow my friend. Ended my holiday with that experience so not great.

Super central beliggenhed, meget tæt på indkøb og stranden. Der kører dolmus til centrum lige udenfor døren. Det var altid til at få en solseng ved poolen. Godt med parasoller omkring poolen. God plads i restauranten.

Manglende rengøring rundt omkring på hotellet… Manglende rengøring af værelser… Skulle flere gange i løbet af ugen, både hente håndklæder og toiletpapir, da dette ikke blev fyldt op. Der blev ikke redt senge ordentligt, blot tømt skraldespande... Meget larm fra nærliggende barer, og værelserne er meget dårligt lydisoleret. Personalet, virker som om de er trætte af turister, undtagen en enkelt som altid var sød og smilende (han arbejde i restauranten). All inklusiv programmet var ret skrabet… Hele ugen var sodavanden doven, og ret begrænset udvalg i buffeten i forhold til sidste år vi besøgte hotellet. Vi havde booket 2 ugen, men valgte at rykke hotel efter en enkelt uge. Der er ingen underholdning på hotellet om aftenen eller om dagen.
