Very friendly staff, perfect location nice and hygienic food. Clean rooms we had a very good time . they gave us a good room however we preferred sea view, it was not available on the same day but a day later they gave us that room.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The day before our arrival, I called the hotel to ask whether early check-in would be possible. I clearly explained why we needed it and stated that we would plan our journey according to their response. We were assured over the phone that it would be possible. However, when we arrived, the person who introduced herself as the Guest Relations Manager told us that we could not check in before the official time of 2:00 p.m. Despite explaining that early check-in had been confirmed by phone, he insisted that we had to wait and addressed us in an unnecessarily rude and unprofessional manner. When we asked to speak to the Reception Manager, he was considerably more polite and informed us that our room had been upgraded and would be ready at around 1:00 p.m. Unfortunately, good communication alone is not enough; I believe a competent manager must also keep the promises made to guests. In the end, we were not given access to our room until 2:05 p.m. Although we had received confirmation the previous day and arrived at the hotel two hours early based on that assurance, we were still left waiting and inconvenienced. I would never recommend a hotel that treats its guests this way and provides such a disappointing experience.

Perfect location, close to shopping centre, shops, beach and restaurants. Amazing food, good variety and were accommodating towards my son’s severe dairy allergy. Clean and big rooms. Staff spoke English. Would definitely stay again.

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold. Spa-faciliteterne er fantastiske og kan varmt anbefales. Personalet er dygtigt, smilende og imødekommende overalt på hotellet, hvilket skaber en behagelig atmosfære. Hotellet er rent og velholdt, og der er pænt overalt. Beliggenheden er perfekt – lige midt i byen med masser af restauranter, caféer og barer inden for kort gåafstand. Derudover er den private strand, som kun er for hotellets gæster, en stor fordel og et skønt sted at slappe af. Alt i alt et hotel, som vi klart kan anbefale.

Det største problem var tilberedningen af kødet. Uanset om det var fisk, oksekød eller kylling, var det stegt alt for meget, hvilket gjorde det tørt og mindre velsmagende. Det var gennemgående for alle kødretterne, vi smagte, og det trak desværre oplevelsen ned. Vi håber, at køkkenet vil være mere opmærksomt på tilberedningen fremover, da råvarerne ellers virkede fine.

1. Вид из номера "Sea view" очень красивый (прикрепила фото). 2. Уборка каждый день, убираются хорошо (но без лебедей из полотенец). 3. На шведском столе всегда достаточно еды, нет войны за последний кусок мяса. С разнообразием еды проблем не было (кроме фруктов, о чем далее), но не стоит ожидать шведский стол из 5-звездочного отеля в Анталии. Перед ужином дают мороженое: не самое вкусное, но все равно приятно. Есть нюансы, о которых напишу далее. 4. На пляже всегда достаточно шезлонгов. Если не хватает, поможет персонал. 5. Персонал приветливый, большинство говорит на английском, но есть и те, кто разговаривает только по-турецки.. 6. Расположение отличное. Да, слышно музыку с улицы по вечерам, зато все рядом. До центра пешком 20-30 минут, рядом супермаркеты Migros. 7. До обеда море чистое, после обеда уже можно встретить мусор. 8. Есть небольшой бассейн глубиной 140 см, вода чистая, теплая. 9. Гости отеля приятные, не было конфликтов или ситуаций, когда кто-то напивался на весь all inclusive. :) Много британцев и жителей других европейских стран. Русскоговорящих где-то 10-20%. Дети есть, но мало, просто оставить ребенка на полдня в отеле не получится. Большая часть гостей среднего (25-35 лет) или пенсионного возраста. 10. Очень хорошая звукоизоляция в номере.

Самый главный минус: в нашем номере (409) ужасно работал Wi-Fi. Постоянно вылетал, так что даже серию сериала перед сном нельзя было посмотреть. На балконе не работал вообще. Мы не обращались к персоналу по этому поводу, поскольку думали, что это проблема всей Wi-Fi-сети, но к концу отдыха поняли, что это проблема именно нашего (и, возможно, некоторых других) номера, поскольку у бассейна и на пляже все работало идеально. Ну а ниже несущественные минусы, которые не портили отдых. 1. На шведском столе мало фруктов (арбузы, абрикосы, яблоки и иногда нектарины). 2. Некоторая еда откровенно невкусная: например, бефстроганов (по а-ля карт) оказался просто горой мяса, которое невозможно пережевать. Также порой бывает слишком много масла или соли в блюде. Один из разов, когда заказывали Sprite, получили просто минеральную воду (так мало было сиропа). 3. Кофе отвратительный. 4. Шезлонги у бассейна с самого утра занимают гости, расстилая на них полотенца и покидая территорию бассейна. В итоге после 9 утра уже невозможно найти свободный шезлонг. К счастью, можно разместиться неподалеку на газоне. 5. Не минус, скорее предупреждение для тех русскоязычных путешественников, которые совсем не знают английский язык. Перевод блюд на шведском столе неверный: например, мясные тефтели были подписаны как "Овощные тефтели". 6. Для нас также не было минусом, но для кого-то может быть важно. Когда мы отдыхали (июнь 2026 г.), музыка с набережной была слышна где-то до часа ночи. Нам это спать не мешало, да и вряд ли на набережной Мармариса есть отель, в котором не слышно музыку по вечерам.

We had checked out another property so our options were limited. First night was not in a great room but then moved to a lovely room and size. We did not utilize the “all inclusive” option and dined in town but taxis readily available to go to old town.

The breakfasts and coffees etc were dismal at best. We did not utilize the other “all inclusive options” so cannot comment on the other meals.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful specially Mr. Ilker the guest relation manager he was always looking after me and the Bar guy Kader was smiling all time and serving all guests with love

Wenn ich etwas verbessern dürfte wären es die Zimmertüren die bei geöffneten Fenster sehr laut zufallen. Das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Божественные десерты, вкусный ужин, да в целом очень вкусная еда. Чисто. Очень приветливый и внимательный персонал. Было комфортно и приятно находиться в этом отеле.

Das Hotel liegt günstig und wunderschön in der Nähe des Meeres und des Stadtzentrums. Obwohl Nebensaison war, gab es beim Frühstück eine große Auswahl.

Отель замечательный, расположен удобно в городе. Персонал очень вежливый, внимательный. В отеле чисто, уютно. Завтрак был вкусным. Есть охраняемая парковка.

Персонал замечательный! Мы немного опоздали на завтрак. Нас все равно очень вкусно накормили. В номере, к сожалению, был унитаз с поломанный кнопкой слива и вода подолгу текла. Для двоих только один набор для душа (шампунь, гель). Кровать удобная, благодаря кондиционеру в номере было тепло. Нам не повезло с погодой, поэтому мы не пользовались балконами (их два), но для хорошей погоды это здорово. Расположение удобное

Staff in the restaurant and cafe was wonderful, and definitely what made this hotel special. Everyone was helpful and taking care of us, especially Ahmet in the restaurant and best cocktail master Khan. Food was excellent. Nothing bad to say about this place really, would highly recommend.

Rooms and all facilities were very clean. Staff were always keeping on top of everything. Staff always friendly and happy to help too. Spa and hammam facilities were amazing! Food was tasty.

Lighting was a bit dim in our room

It was beyond my expectations, it's definitely a destination I would choose if I were to go to Marmaris again. We had a chance to walk around the beach side during our trip, and none of the hotels had the same quality, from what I could see. The reasons I liked this place so much: 1) very friendly staff, 2) amazing food, 3) No "nonsense" & "low-quality" shows, which are very frequent in the beachside places in Marmaris If you are planning to go to Marmaris, rest, have good food, and spend some time in a high-quality place. This is the place you are looking for!

Cant fault the hotel. I came on a solo holiday and the staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel itself is central to everything, on the beach. The food was lovely, my favourite was the dessert table. Will be coming back next year.

Başta bizi çatı katı hamam böcekleri olan bir odaya yerleşirtirdiler. Benim şikayetim üzerine değiştirdiler. Lobide bir kadın var rus sanırım. Sanki otele parayla değil hatır gönülle gelmişiz gibi davranıyor. Çıkarken 1de çıktık. Sanırım çıkış 12:30 ve yarım saat geç kaldık. Çocuklu olmamıza rağmen odadan çıkın yeni misafirler gelecek dedi. Girerken de 1 saat geç girmiştik ona bakılırsa. Çıkarken de kimse yine bekleriz vs gibi karşılamadı. Girerken hoş geldiniz, çıkarken yüzümüze bakmıyorlar. Yemekler hep aynı çeşit. Et sote, hindi. Başka doğru düzgün bir şey yok. İçecekler su gibi. Akşam aktivite vs yok. Bilmiyorum butik otel gibi.

Eşimle herşey dahil olarak konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Lezzet orta seviyedeydi. 23.00 dan sonra otelde içecek olarak makineden başka hiç bir şey yok. Cumartesi akşamı kaldık eğlence yoktu. Huzur evi sessizliğinde. Otel temizdi. Denizi sabah çok güzeldi. Öğleden sonra snack bar sıcak yiyecekler çok vasat. Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü

Wir hatten uns für drei Tage ein Zimmer in Premier Nergis Beach Hotel mit All inklusive gebucht. Check-In verlief reibungslos, ein Dachgeschoss Zimmer schön, klein ca.17 m2 groß. Nur nicht das Zimmer was wir gebucht haben. Wir haben in dieser Hinsicht am nächsten Tag, die Rezeption darauf angesprochen. Man kam schnell zu einer Lösung. Wir haben darauf hin ein neues Zimmer mit Aussicht auf das Meer bekommen, mit dem wir auch zufrieden waren. Personal und Service waren freundlich und Hilfsbereit, Frühstück und Abendessen ein Genuss, Reichlich und Vielfältig. Umgebung etwas laut (Musik) bis ca.01:00 Uhr. Rundrum haben wir drei schöne Tage verbracht, ein schönen sauberes Hotel mit allem Annehmlichkeiten.

Otelde genel olarak personelin ilgisi iyiydi. Ancak sabaha karsi anlamlandiramadigimiz bir gurultu oldu- resepsiyon ile gorustuk ancak cozumlenemedi ve bu uyuyamama durumu gunumuzu oldukca kotu etkiledi.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite and everywhere was immaculately clean. I would definitely go back if i visit Marmaris again.

Perfect location, every nearest of you markets, bazar& outlets. Gorgeous staff, Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner . And the rooms and the beds were very clean.

The sea view room was noisy because it facing the walkway area.

Room was beautiful and the staff were very helpful, will stay again.

WiFi wasn’t good at times but put the phone down and enjoy your holiday 😅

Despite the fact that we booked a sea view room, we got a room with a wall view! We had to call the reception to change it. Not the most friendly staff..

While the hotel itself is great, true 4 stars, clean with good location and great restaurant&bar staff it has some big minuses. But first with the pluses: 1. Great location 2. Clean 3. Good All Inclusive and good food 4. Restaurant and Bar personnel are fabulous! They are like Bees, work non-stop 5. Modern Hotel 6. Shout out to the Restaurant manager who works side by side with the personnel and keeps everything tight and tidy.

The minuses: 1. The pictures and advertising they make is misleading. They will post pictures of the corner rooms and show them to be pictures of the Deluxe Rooms, which actually don't exist as here they are called Standard rooms. So I thought I booked a Deluxe room while in reality I had booked a standard room. And the size is also misleading as the standar room is not 21 sqm, is less than that. We had to upgrade our room and pay an additional 120 euros for our stay for the corner room (which is the one presented on their page for the standard room). Very very misleading and smells like a tourist trap. 2. Parking. I came by motorcycle and only occupy a small space between 2 cars (no room for another car in between them). They blocked access to our room so as to move the bike. Why can you just not contact me? Why make a big fuss about half a parking space when a normal sized car cannot fit between 2 other cars? I find this behaviour not worthy of a 4 stars hotel and it's too bad since you can easily be a 5 stars rated hotel. 3. Hotel Management&Reception attitude - like you're not welcome there and very cold! You are there only to pay and that's the only thing they're interested in. 4. Beware, there is a sewage pipe right next to the hotel that goes right in the water were people bathe. 5 Expensive for what it offers. There are much much better options out there but they lack the beachfront location.
