Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The hotel was exactly as described and met our expectations. The location is great for visiting nearby places (Cascais, Sintra, and Lisbon). Parking is included and super practical. Breakfast is good enough - nothing fancy, but it has everything you need and is of decent quality.
The only minor issue - the room layout means the central air conditioning blows directly onto the spot where the extra bed is placed. We were travelling with a child and were concerned about him sleeping in a constant draught all night - and turning the air conditioning off completely wasn't an option in that weather. We raised it with the hotel and the staff rearranged the beds so that the extra bed was out of the airflow. It was sorted quickly and without any fuss, which we really appreciated.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was excellent, and the service was first-class. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection in a spacious and comfortable setting, with very attentive staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. We would happily stay again and would highly recommend it to others. We’ve now come to prefer the north and central parts of Portugal, which have so much more to offer. Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, Porto, Braga and Gerês are all completely different experiences, from vibrant cities and beautiful coastlines to stunning mountains, countryside and an excellent variety of beaches. We travelled as far north as Gerês and as far south as Vilamoura, so we were able to experience a great mix of what Portugal has to offer.

Old furniture, stains on the carpet, an extremely soft mattress on the bed, an uncleaned bathtub, paint stains inside the furniture, and, most unpleasant of all, knowing there were two people in the room, only one bottle of water was provided for free upon our arrival. The second one was available for 2.5 euros per 330 ml. Interesting that the next day it wasn't even that one for free, replaced. It was probably some welcome water only for the first day. Smart TV is blocked like a normal analog TV, without the ability to watch any online streaming programs: no Netflix or other streaming TV.

As almofadas eram demasiado fôfas. Sugerimos que pelo menos metade das almofadas sejam mais duras para as pessoas que necessitam.
