The lifts were out so had to use the stairs. No handrail on bottom set of stairs, narrow steps. The mattress was separated in the middle, so you went through it

Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The claim that the second and third floors have a sea view is completely misleading. The actual view is of high-voltage power cables, which are disturbing and make the place feel unsafe. The furniture is old and in very poor condition, and there were lizards and reptiles inside the room. The air conditioner is weak and extremely noisy all the time, while the hotel staff were cold and unwelcoming. The bathroom plumbing is completely worn out, and there is not even a bidet spray hose, despite it being available in most hotels in Thailand. Honestly, I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all, even if it were free. للأسف هذا أسوأ فندق سكنت فيه في حياتي. الإعلان عن وجود إطلالة بحرية للدور الثاني والثالث غير صحيح إطلاقًا، فالإطلالة الحقيقية على كابلات ضغط عالٍ مزعجة وتعطي شعورًا بعدم الأمان. الأثاث قديم وسيئ جدًا، كما وجدنا أبراص وزواحف داخل الغرفة. التكييف ضعيف وصوته مزعج طوال الوقت، ومعاملة موظفي الفندق جافة وغير احترافية. الحمام حالته سيئة جدًا والسباكة متهالكة بالكامل، وحتى خرطوم الشطاف غير موجود رغم أنه متوفر في أغلب فنادق Thailand. بصراحة لا أنصح بالسكن في هذا الفندق إطلاقًا حتى لو كان السعر مجاني

交通量の多い海岸通りに面しており、一日中騒音が聞こえる。寝られない程ではないので、私は大丈夫でしたが。 ベランダでくつろぐ時は、エアコンを切っておかないと、エアコンの室外機の騒音と風が気になる。道路の騒音は、ノイズキャンセルフォンで対応。

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026We stayed on the 5th floor and enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening from our balcony! Best location to see this magnificent natural spectacle. The balcony was big, so we put tables and chairs on the balcony, ordered Grab food and had the best little restaurant with the view. Beds were comfortable, blanket huge and soft. Room was nicely decorated. Good breakfast, plenty of fresh fruit, good coffee and fresh juices! The hotel has a beautiful terrace with orchids and comfortable furniture, where to relax and watch people and beach across the road. Hotel has very good location.
Unfortunately our neighbor loved smoking marijuana and as we understood it is allowed to smoke on your balcony. The wind was exactly from that direction, so every time the guy smoked our room was filled with cannabis smoke. And that happened so many times a day. We told it to reception, but apparently there was nothing they could do. Breakfast room was really cold! Fitness room was full of random furniture like coffee table, couches .... Absolutely no room or exercising. Bathroom was a bit old and the ventilation system was too noisy.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026海側と海と反対側のお部屋の2部屋を予約しましたが、とにかくシービューのお部屋が最高でした。 ベランダも広く、リゾート感があり満足でした。 カウントダウンの花火もゆっくり見ることができました。 ビーチロード沿いなのでソンテウでの移動も便利だったのと、 近く（Soi４）にランドリーショップがあったのが嬉しかったです。
カードキーが一つしかなく、頼んだが二つ目のカードキーがもらえなかったこと。 同行者と別行動する際に不便でした。 またカードキーが電気系統（エアコン等）のスイッチも兼ねているので外出する際は電源がOFFになってしまうのも都合が悪かったです。 ちなみに他のカードを入れてみても反応しませんでした。 アメニティが必要最低限で歯ブラシだけで、カミソリやシャワーキャップはありませんでした。 また朝食の種類がそこまで多くないので、連泊だと飽きてしまうかもしれません。
