My room had a great view over the bay and was a good size

The only problem I had was the breakfast All the food was cold, eggs sausages etc. just sitting in trays. Paid for it but couldn’t eat it.

Отдыхали с семьей в четырехместном номере. Очень понравился шикарный вид из окна! Персонал приветливый, номера чистые, уборка ежедневно, завтраки вкусные. Месторасположение очень удачное. Все понравилось, спасибо!

В этом отеле останавливается уже второй раз. Очень понравилось местоположение, все рядом.Особенно это удобно, когда отдыхаешь с детьми. Номера в отеле конечно требуют ремонта(постоянно, что то ломалось), но персонал отличный ,доброжелательный, быстро реагировал и все исправлял.

Расположение близко к морю, пляжу. До торгового центра Терминал 21 тоже минут 10 идти с ребёнком. Рядом ночные рынки, что влево, что вправо идти. Номер большой, вид на море. Хорошо, что можно плавать в бассейне соседнего отеля. Там прекрасные бассейны. Хороший завтрак.

Бассейн отеля маленький и совсем непривлекательный. Туда ни разу и не ходили. Купались в бассейнах соседнего отеля. А так все хорошо.

ビーチフロントではないがビーチに十分近い。窓からビーチが見えて景色が良い。朝食がグッド。隣のホテルのプールを使うことができ、新しくて綺麗だった。スタッフがプロフェッショナル。ホテル全体が古かったが清潔だった。

シャワーハンドルが壊れていたが、途中で直してくれた。バスルームのドアが引き戸だった。

Petit déjeuner très basique

I especially liked the view from the room balcony overlooking the beach. The lush green areas where we could relax and unwind, and the breakfast, which was enjoyable and well prepared. And the staffs were super friendly.

Sjarmerende sted - må ha fremstått som et topphotell engang på tidlig 1980 tallet. Har behov for en omfattende rehabilitering da hele anlegget bærer preg av slitasje og forfall. Hyggelige personer i resepsjon og begrenset frokostutvalg, men topp plassering i forhold til støy og nærhet til strand.

Расположение - тихо, рядом море, утром птички поют; вежливый персонал - проблему решил очень оперативно, повысил категорию номера изза нашего ребёнка, который сломал ногу; завтрак для данного уровня отличный на 10.

Старая обшарпанная мебель. МНОГО муравьёв- персонал переселил на 7 этаж и всё равно муравьи были, но не так много как на 4. Подушки тонкие и на 2 спальную кровать всего одна. Дверь балкона не закрывалась и замок не работал. Рядом ремонтируется отель - весь день работает дрель. Душ очень старый и весь в белом налёте. Кондиционер древний из 90-х годов весь в пыли и пах мокрыми грязными тряпками. Отелю требуется ремонт, дизэнфекция и смена мебели - тогда я готова и за большую цену приехать снова.

"Домашний" отель в центре, на Soi2, между Beach road u Second road. На ресепшене милейшие люди Тихо, спокойно в самом отеле, чуть вышел налево-направо - ты в самой гуще событий. Отель в тайском стиле, в интерьере преобладает темное дерево. Комната большая, на балконе сушилка для белья, столик, два стула, вид на море. Уборка хорошая. Прожили 9 ночей (на 2 дня уезжали в Бангкок) Всё, что надо, рядом. Очень удачное расположение.

Завтраки скудноватые в сравнении с другими отелями, где жили, но голодным точно не будешь Одна розетка у кроватей, нужно приноровиться, намотать провода, чтобы зарядить телефоны Электронный ключ постоянно глючит (номер 505)

tout. Hôtel vétuste, chambre au plafond avec des traces d'humidité, petit déjeuner médiocre avec toujours la même chose, pas de yaourt, pas de pain frais, une seule confiture. Je suis déjà venue en Thaïlande dans des hôtels. L'accueil était bien plus chaleureux. Cet Hôtel est de seconde zone. Pour couronner le tout la piscine ; Alors là le pompon, imaginez tenter de vous détendre dans un bruis incessant de travaux perceuse, rabot, marteau, il y a des jours ou on ne pouvais même pas discuter tellement il y avait de bruit. Un cauchemar. RAYEZ CET HOTEL DE VOTRE LISTE.

Hôtel vieux et délabré. Mur écaillé, vitrines poussiéreuses. Les chambres avec du moisi au plafond et nettoyage à revoir. En plus un bruit infernal dû aux travaux dans l'hôtel d'à coté. A la piscine, perceuses, raboteuse à ciment etc. Ce n'était que bruit incessant, même le dimanche tout le temps, un enfer. Je ne recommande pas ce lieux aux vacanciers. Classé 3 étoiles , il en mérite même pas une. Vous devriez l'enlever de votre panel d'hôtel à Pattaya, il vous dessert à tout point de vue. Pour le même prix on avait mieux ailleurs.

Le pays est formidable et nous avons bien visité des sites extraordinaires. Les marchés sont typiques et intéressant. Cela fait 3 fois que je vais en Thaïlande à divers endroits.

14個人入住四間四人房，每間房間的熱水器，溫度都不夠，熱水器都調到最高，還是只有一點點溫，溫冷水交替，305房室內冷氣機溫度調太低的話，室內機內部會結冰掉出來，風也會變不涼，要關機讓他休息才會恢復，其餘都不錯

This hotel is in an awesome location on Soi 2 in North Pattaya. The street is quiet but a 5 minute walk either way takes you to Beach Road or to Pattaya Sai Song Road. So close to a Big C supermarket and Terminal 21.There are so many restaurants and shops around, we never had any trouble finding something to eat. Walking Street is about a 40 minute walk but the local buses, Song Taews, will take you there for 20baht. The hotel is great, lovely breakfast and a choice of 2 swimming pools. Our room was enormous with a little kitchen, lounge and a big balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Baan Kuhn Nine in Pattaya.

The staff were amazing and helpful including late check out. My original Deluxe room was not suitable so I upgraded to a Basic Suite for a small extra daily price (and in line with the website) which was VERY GOOD with extra comforts and great sea view in between buildings. The pool chairs were hard and not collapsible and some damage so need replacing. The breakfast was varied each day and nice. The location is in a quiet street near the beach and big shopping g malls but quiet. The cleaning staff did a great job. The TV only has a few English channels including some news (not interested!) And 2 movie channels. Enough for 4 nights. Walk to everywhere very safe and easy. The pool area has both sun and shade. The gardens and trees were well kept and decorated very appealing to help relax. The room furniture was very nice and practical. Would stay here again

The swimming pool tiles made it look dirty but it is very clean with big filter system. Blue tiles would have made it look great. The ONLY TWO pool chairs were a bit broken, hard and not able to lie down. Laid on towel instead. Would be nice to have better chairs like the pool next door. Noone else using perhaps due to these reasons

I loved the sea view from the balcony. housekeeping was very good. Location is excellent, right by the beach. I liked the fact that I could use the swimming pool for Sandalay Resort. Breakfast was okay, however the coffee was not to my liking, and I do drink coffee everyday. The staff were friendly, and I loved sitting in the garden eating my breakfast.

My eyes have a tendency to rest upon things that need improving. The furniture at the lobby against the walls and the lovely ornaments need some attention. I took the stairs for some reason and I did not like what I saw, is the hotel in the process of a renovation? I hope so. There was a wooden block next to the bed that made it uncomfortable to get in and out of bed, when I asked the man at the reception what it was for, he replied that all the rooms have it and that was it. ... and is it too much to ask for a hotel room to have a full length mirror?
