Ofrecen traslado al aeropuerto, pero es con costo y eso no lo aclaran en los servicios que ofrece el hotel, lo sentimos mis amigas y yo como un gancho y una mentira, si ofrecen un servicio aclaren de que forma es,cualquier otro hotel ofrecería lo mismo, no engañen con sus publicaciones.

In stile coloniale sono anche i letti, decisamente piccoli per dormirci in 2 (eravamo in una camera standard). Il filtro del rubinetto andrebbe sistemato perché usciva solo un filo d’acqua.

We only stayed for one night so we parked our rental car and walked everywhere! The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious! We will definitely stay here again!

Assez vieillissant, aurait besoin déune bonne rénovation. Chambres sur rue bruyantes (reveil à 6h et quelques par un camion qui devait livrer). Et il y a de la lumière dans la chambre car il y a une fenêtre sur la porte d’entrée de la chambre qui donne sur le couloir allumé .+ pas de rideaux aux fenêtres. Petit déjeuner ultra basique

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026The location is perfect: right in the heart of the historical centre and surprisingly quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The classic design and refined details of the building perfectly preserve its historic charm.
The room itself needs some attention. Specifically, I would suggest replacing the mattress as it felt worn out and was noticeably loud when turning over. The room window had a gap and faced a hallway, compromising privacy. The bathroom could definitely use some upgrades to feel fresher. This property has so much charm, and these upgrades would truly elevate the guest experience. Breakfast could be better: include more local fruit variety, fresh bread, and fresh-made juice would make a big difference. Also, replacing plastic bottles with a sustainable water dispenser would be a great improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and with a few small room refreshes, this would be a top-tier stay!

Keine wirklichen Fenster, eher Holztüren zum Balkon. Die sind nicht ansatzweise schalldämmend. Da rächt sich die Lage, es ist echt laut, besonders morgens, wenn der Berufsverkehr erwacht. Wenn dann noch die Straßenhunde bellen, nervt es echt. Welche der Kissen zum Schlafen benutzt werden können, weiß man nicht immer. Die Matratze (Federkern) in Zimmer 218 hat ihre beste Zeit auch schon hinter sich...

La atención es buena, todos muy atentos. Cuenta con una piscina bonita y servicio de desayuno a buen precio. Tiene un carácter muy tradicional, ya que es una construcción antigua con un buen mantenimiento. Muy cerca al malecón, a la estación del tren ligero, del centro histórico y los baluartes.
Sugiero mayor variedad en el desayuno.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Hotel avec parking sécurisé à proximité. Hotel en plein centre ville de Campeche, joli patio. Personnel agréable. Ventilateur efficace. OK pour une nuit de transit dans le Yucatán.
Chambre sans fenêtre, vieillotte, lits à ressorts, peu d'éclairage. Le Wi-Fi fonctionnait très mal. Salle de bain dans son jus.

No me dieron la habitación seleccionado. Las camas son muy duras y el baño estaba con los dispensadores arruinados. Las toallas no se veían limpias.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026This is an excellently positioned hotel for exploring the centre of Campeche and also the Mayan city of Edzna which is about a 40 minute drive away. All hotel staff - in all roles - were friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel itself is quite dated in design but is very clean and has a quaint and airy feel with an open courtyard where breakfast is served. There is a small pool which is perfect for cooling off after a day’s site-seeing. We were in room 105 which was perfectly located for the quiet which we had requested. Although it is next to the pool, this is closed for use by 9.00pm and as most guests appeared to be on tours, during our 3 night stay there was no one using the pool after about 6.00pm. Whilst our room was slightly on the small side, the shower was excellent, although the bed was a double which we found cramped and the bed linen was quite scratchy. The pillow was tiny - a small square which was inadequate. However, overall we enjoyed our stay at the Castelmar Hotel.
The bed was too small and the pillows and bed linen need to be improved.

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer zur Straße und der Verkehrslärm war doch sehr störend.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Een mooi koloniaal hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel. Ze spreken een beetje engels maar proberen echt zich verstaanbaar te maken. Dit is een hotel waar je koffers nog gedragen worden en je kamer gewezen wordt. Standaardkamer is goed. Er zijn diverse ontbijtopties en een parkeerplaats aan de overkant van de straat (op basis van beschikbaarheid) Zwembad aanwezig. Locatie in het centrum Echt een aanrader.
Vooraf bericht gehad dat op aankomstdag geluidsoverlast zou zijn ivm carnaval. Wij hebben gevraagd of dit alle dagen was, maar zou slechts 1 dag zijn. Dit bleek niet te kloppen. 2 dagen. Maar het is ze vergeven.

Chambre donnant sur le patio ( donc obligation de garder les volets fermés) où sont servis les petits déjeuners ce qui entraîne des bruits très gênants dès 7h du matin .

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Die Lage ist super zentral. Es git ein privater Estacionamento für das Auto und die möglichkeit für 150Pesos im Hotel zu Frühstücken. An der Calle 59 gibt es aber ganz viele alternativen zum Frühstücken, resp. zum Essen im Allgemeinen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Inneren, was verkehrsmässig ruhig war aber wenn die Läute auf den Gänge laut sprechen, hat man das Gefühl sie seien im Zimmer.
Der Boden war sehr kleberig und in der Dusche fand ich fremde Haare aber Bett und so sauber
