Liked underground car parking. Room a good size with pretty much all you really need, bath was nice bonus. Convenience to pick up Luas Tram to Dublin City was good. Friendly staff.
Bed did not fill the gap between the bedside cabinets, so a bit of a reach to put spectacles down or reach phone. There was some minor cosmetic aspects that could do with refreshing, including sink which was cracked, and opening window which had broken catches. There was also a fair amount of noise from traffic, due to its location on a very busy road, with a junction. Walking back from the Luas tram at night was not so pleasant, especially crossing the busy road. Also the cost, although good value for in and around Dublin area, was considering I was room only, still very expensive, Tram journey to Dublin is quoted at 30 minutes, but in reality, to get to centre it is more like 40-45 minutes.
Location was perfect
The bar was meant to be open until 12 and we went down at 11:20 and were told it was closed
Staff are kind helpful and very good 👍
The Guinness and madri were poor taste Madri was warm, not cold The Guinness seemed slightly off, not kept very well
Everything was good
The heat in the bathroom was a bit much but other than that everything was good
clean
The rooms are very comfortable, the restaurant very nice
No proper TV in rooms - just free to air channels, no streaming services available Very little interaction with staff, dinner menu limited
Roomy bright and comfortable
Prop estadi futbol
Hotel was very clean and near the luas
My bed was damp which I flagged with reception, the previous occupant had urinated the bed and a mattress cover was just threw over it! I had to squeeze into the single bed with my daughter
Good reception and room service. All went very smooth during my stay
Can't remember
The location was ideal and free carpark. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room itself was very nice.
The bathrooms were very old and not overly clean there was bits of rust and cracks in tiles and in bath and the bathroom felt very outdated. The windows couldn’t open fully so the room got very stuffy there was fans but they were too loud to sleep with them.
Breakfast good value for money good choice nice and hot
We had no problem so nothing I did not like
staff were excellent food was limited but good We booked a twin room 1 given a double room changed 2 next room safe would not work Changed 3 I wet shave light bathroom mirror did not work changed 4 went to open bathroom door handle came off in my hand Gave up The room even though paying guest was on floor full of ayslum seekers noisy of a night 3 am We have stayed at Maldron hotel in the past will not being staying again all together not impressed
General maintenance Light bulbs fused in many areas and left , dirty carpets in hallways see previous for rooms in addition flaking paint curtains not hanging correctly I f you want an ayslum seekers hotel do not let it out at full price to members of public
We have used the property a lot and it is convenient
The prices have increased, especially food prices in the bar. What a pity.
Location brilliant, staff excellent rooms lovely
Bar food menu not great, slightly expensive but okay
Bequemes Bett, sauber, alles da was man benötigt.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was extremely noisy throughout the night because it was located directly on the roadside. The traffic noise was clearly audible inside the room, even with the window closed, making it very difficult to sleep. I ended up being awake for most of the night. The room was also extremely hot, and there was no air conditioning. A small fan was provided, but it was not working properly and did very little to cool the room. If I opened the window for ventilation, the traffic noise became unbearable. If I kept the window closed, the room was simply too hot to sleep comfortably. I also noticed that there was no fridge in the room, which was disappointing, especially considering the price of €163 for one night. Overall, I do not feel that the room was worth the price. The combination of excessive noise, lack of air conditioning, a faulty fan, and lack of basic facilities made the stay very uncomfortable. I would not consider this room good value for €163 per night.
The bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious really good. Great band playing trad music on the Wednesday evening was a wonderful surprise.
Bar staff could be a bit more friendly
We really enjoyed our stay
Nothing
Very friendly staff and hotel was spotless
The general hotel was simple but nice
0 air conditioning
Loved it
Breakfast was good, I missed smoke salmon on the buffet. Receptionist Veronica was outstanding.
A warm and friendly welcome, although a suburb of Dublin there’s plenty of regular public transport, within a short walk from the location, and it’s a great location to attend a Shamrock Rovers game
Clean and good service from the staff
There's was no air conditioning and the carpet is coming out
Great location for our stay in dublin.
The hotel reception was very bland and no atmosphere felt very budget
had a balcony and good location
Room very tired and balcony wasnt able to be used. right shame. I'll stay in Clayton Liffey Valley again next time. also waited ages for the front desk
Nice clean hotel
Pool was closed. I had booked especially to swim on the morning we woke up. Staff took my details and said a manager would contact me to discuss but I never heard back from anyone.
Cleaning staff was very friendly and accomodating
Floor in bathroom was cracked and creaking
It’s modern
The room was not air conditioned and I was very uncomfortable with the heat, and the shower curtain was dirty.
Great location
Shower was low pressure
Staff friendly very courteous food lovely
Breky wasn't included in price
Location was good
Breakfast was OK but some hot food was cold. Dust around skirting, food crumbs and dust under bed, chair was dirty, curtains had stains on them, grime in bath and on tiles, pubic hairs in bath, states they have sky tv only rte channels available, window was broken. Room was too hot no AC.
Location, the breakfast. The water and tea coffee making facilities. Comfortable beds. The fan.
The hard wooden floors, hard pillows, no air con. 3 beds in twin room. TV in front of the mirror.
Breakfast wasn't included!
Had a balcony but was unable to access this & was absolutely scorching! Paid for room with balcony!!!
Location and pool facilities
Doors locked everywhere
Lovely hotel, in perfect location, staff were friendly
Didn’t have much for gluten free/coeliac for dinner or breakfast, staff weren’t very knowledgeable about allergy thought that gluten free/coeliac was an allergy to peanuts… could have ended very badly.
The swimming pool was good but hard to find...
Had trouble with the allergy codes in the hotel...they use a QR code to get the list of available products but the information was wrong and my grandson ate dairy which hindered our plans for the rest of our stay
La disponibilité du personnel pour répondre à nos demandes, l' eau aromatisée dans l entrée, les équipements.
Very poorly done for the price and star rating, looks good from outside however the rooms below par for a hotel of this rating
Very poorly done for the price and star rating, looks good from outside however the rooms below par for a hotel of this rating, rooms very hot, no a/c, no ventiallation, very poor condition and fans provided which is not adequate, towels provided had lints coming out and you get smothered in it!
I like the size of the room.
Didnt like the fact no entertainment for kids. Or no one told us about the facitities. Had to ask for information
Clean room, water and snacks provided, great shower. Staff are very attentive at reception.
No air con, small fan helped but still couldn't sleep through heat. If I had stayed during the actual heatwave, I would have ended up going down to the carpark to sleep.
Left too early for the breakfast. Had evening meal which was spot on. Hotel has had a major facelift since i last stayed there and it was a welcome sight. Room was clean and everything was good. Enjoyed the short stay there.
Nothing to dislike.
Location
The heat was very bad could open the window but too much car noise. Breakfast was too expensive
In general good and tidy place. Nice staff, comfortable bed, free carpark.
No aircondition. In the sunny room makes your stay a little hard. Small fan in the room not reduce temperature. It was also small problem with shower. Very hard to set colder water.
Staff could do with some training in the restaurant and breakfast room
Soup was cold and breakfast was just ok
Buen trato del personal y piscina e instalaciones buenas.
No habia una neverita y aun habiendo un ventilador en la habitación hacia calor
A warm welcome a really comfortable bed
No air con.Rooms very warm and uncomfortable for sleeping
A quiet room facing the internal courtyard made it possible to get an uninterrupted nights' sleep. The beds and pillows are comfortable. There's a good breakfast offering and ample underground car parking (which doesn't cost extra to use). Complimentary bottled water in the room is also welcome.
I'd been allocated a road facing room despite having requested a quiet room on arrival. However, on speaking with reception I was able to have my room reallocated.
Lovely big hotel, close to aluas, bus stop and the Square in Tallaght.
It was so hot at night, but that was the weather not the hotel, although maybe consider air conditioning ? There was a fan provided which was great.
Spacious room - Clean and tidy Beds comfortable Breakfast good range
Swimming pool looks a bit grotty! Need refurbished
Convenient location, hairdryer, ironing board, kettle
I didn’t like that the room was on the FIRST FLOOR and the windows FACED THE ROAD, SO IT WAS NOISY.
Location is very nice and rooms are very nice
The room, pool and breakfast was lovely
I understand it’s summer time but the room and hotel was very warm
Location, staff
A bit noisy in the morning, traffic
Staff
Its not hotels fault. But the room was very warm and could not sleep. Think we all are trying to get used to this new climate. Prob all need to get aircon and keep up with likes of spain
Swimming pool and jacuzzi facilities were great. Food very enjoyeable.
The temperate in the room. Window always open and fan on 24 hours a day still uncomfortable to sleep or stay in room.
No hot water in the morning. The coffee machine at breakfast was not working. Worse was that the bath/shower was covered with clipped hairs and had clearly not been cleaned since the previous guest.
Breakfast & rooms where lovely.
Dont use frozen bread at breakfast, the middles where all still frozen. I know the arena is separate but the Lockers aren't very safe. I would never of taught to bring my own lock, was surprised it wasnt like others where u just drop €2 in to secure a locker.
Location was ideal, with plenty of parking. Good sized rooms.
The hotel room was very dirty on arrival. There were hairs in the bathroom and on the floors, and the bath had a hole that had been crudely repaired. My biggest concern, however, was the strong smell of body odour on the pillows, which made me question whether the room had been properly cleaned and whether the bedding had been changed before my stay. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
The room was clean very nice and friendly staff The hotel is close to the shopping centre a very good location with walking distance overall all good
There is only one thing with the underground car park I scratched my side mirror because the automatic gate wasn't open fully and I barely drove out there was another guest behind me stuck because he has a wider car so I know it's a shared car park but still security would you please make sure it doesn't happen again
