Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Die Besitzerin war ausgesprochen herzlich und freundlich, sodass ich mich von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt habe. Das Frühstück war gut und liebevoll zubereitet. Das B&B liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohngegend, und ich habe während meines Aufenthalts sehr gut geschlafen. Insgesamt herrschte eine sehr angenehme und familiäre Atmosphäre. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen.
Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass das Badezimmer mit zwei weiteren Zimmern geteilt wird. Für mich war das kein Problem, da dies transparent kommuniziert wurde. Die Lage ist zwar schön und ruhig, für Sightseeing ohne Auto jedoch etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.

Ubytování je asi 20 minut pěšky od tramvaje, která pak jede do centra Dublinu 45 minut. Snídaně taková klasika - jogurt, marmeláda, šunka, sýr, vejce na tvrdo, každý den totéž.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Delightfully comfortable, spotlessly clean and a very welcoming host. Lovely quiet area and very close to shopping centre for those who like to shop! Close to the hospital too. Loved the continental breakfast with a number of different options including fresh strawberries and avocados!
I really enjoyed this stay and would recommend it to others.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The breakfast was nice. Noreen was lovely and quite helpful when we needed to know where to go to get the tram. The location was away from the city but very easy to get the tram and not have to worry about traffic.
There are a few things that need improvement. We had at hard time using the keys on the front door. The towels in the bathroom were very hard, not fluffy soft. The pillows on the bed were flat. We had a double bed and the comforter was too small so we used the extra blanket. The internet was very spotty. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't. If these improvements were made it would help a lot.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Noreen was very helpful, she gave us information and tips on how to travel to Dublin City Centre. Breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was very good except for the sink. Clarendon was very clean.
The sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain. We thought we could walk into the centre of Dublin as it said on booking.com that Clarendon guesthouse was 0.4 miles from the centre. We now know it’s 0.4 from the centre of Tallaght, which is on the outskirts of Dublin.

Die Lage vom Zentrum von Dublin ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht so schnell zu erreichen.

Elle nous a renseigné pour aller manger dans un bup pas très loin de la maison, 20 minutes à pied, mais on aurait pu y aller en voiture car il y a un parking. Reviewed May 21, 2026Très bon accueil dans cette maison de la banlieue sud très végétalisée de Dublin. Le petit dej. est très bon et varié, servi dès 8h00 (très pratique). Notre chambre est toute petite mais calme et bonne literie. La salle de bain commune, partagée par peu de monde, est très propre. Grande douche. La proximité avec un centre commercial (LIDL) bien achalandé est très pratique. Nous y avons passé 1 nuit d’étape.
Le GPS est recommandé pour atteindre le gîte. Suggestions : • Préciser “salle de bains - toilettes” sur la porte. • Chaque chambre devrait avoir sa couleur de serviette pour éviter toute confusion.

Reviewed May 14, 2026petite maison dans un endroit très calme. l'accueil de l'hôte a été formidable : nous sommes arrivées assez tard et elle nous a conseillées d'aller nous chercher à manger. elle nous a proposé gentiment la salle du petit déjeuner pour pouvoir manger, elle nous avait même préparé des assiettes. sinon, la chambre était petit mais ce qu'il nous fallait pour une ny-uit. le petit déjeuner dans une patite salle à manger, décorée personnelle, très chaude et agréable. bon petit déjeuner. nous avons échangé avec la dame qui était d'une gentillesse!

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Die Inhaberin war eine sehr freundliche und offenherzige Frau. Wir konnten leicht mit ihr ins Gespräch kommen und sie hat uns viele Urlaubstipps gegegeben und über Irland erzählt. Tagsüber hat sie immer die Betten gemacht und den Müll geleeert. Im Badezimmer gab es alles, was man brauchte. Über Shampoo und Duschgel, bis hin zu Wattenstäbchen etc. Das sollte nicht als selbstverständlich gesehen werden. Man kann auf jeden Fall auch mehrere Tage hier bleiben. Mit der Straßenbahn red line, kommt man gut in die Innenstadt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
Das Doppelbett war für zwei Personen leicht abfallen. Sonst gab es nichts negatives
