Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una situazione già piuttosto caotica: i computer della reception erano guasti e diverse persone erano in attesa per effettuare il check-in, pagare o risolvere altri problemi. Proprio per non creare ulteriori difficoltà al personale perché può certamente succedere, abbiamo persino evitato di lamentarci immediatamente delle condizioni della camera. Il bagno, infatti, non era stato pulito adeguatamente: abbiamo trovato peli umani nella doccia, sul water e sul bidet. Abbiamo provveduto noi stessi a pulire con dell’acqua, evitando di sollevare ulteriori problemi. Ma ciò che considero davvero inaccettabile riguarda la colazione. Durante la prenotazione effettuata tramite Booking e fatta con largo anticipo, avevo specificato chiaramente che entrambi gli ospiti erano vegani, chiedendo gentilmente che fossero disponibili alcune semplicissime alternative senza latte e uova: cornetti, yogurt, biscotti o qualcosa di equivalente. Alla mia richiesta era stata anche data risposta, motivo per cui mi aspettavo naturalmente che l’hotel ne avesse tenuto conto. La mattina successiva, invece, non abbiamo trovato assolutamente nulla: nessuno yogurt vegetale, nessun biscotto adatto, nessuna torta, nessun cornetto vegano. Praticamente niente. Non stiamo parlando di una struttura improvvisata, ma di un hotel a 4 stelle, pagato peraltro profumatamente. Se un cliente comunica anticipatamente un’esigenza alimentare e la struttura risponde alla richiesta, trovo davvero grave che poi, al momento della colazione, non venga predisposta neppure una minima alternativa. Ho rappresentato personalmente il problema alla reception e ho ricevuto soltanto delle scuse. Ovviamente nessun rimborso parziale per un servizio che, almeno per quanto ci riguarda, è stato decisamente al di sotto di ciò che ci si aspetta da un quattro stelle. La sensazione complessiva è stata quella di una scarsa attenzione nei confronti del cliente.

Hotel con tanti servizi, molto pulito, camera e bagno grandi, ben accessoriati e molto puliti. Il ristorante offre un'ottima cucina, con prodotti locali di qualità, si mangia davvero bene. Il personale è molto professionale ma allo stesso molto accogliente, ti fa stare bene... a tuo agio. Alla reception il personale è molto professionale, accogliente e disponibile.

Tolles Hotel an der Autobahn zum ausruhen und relaxen bei langen Fahrten! Hat gutes Essen! In der Nähe 2 min mit dem Auto unterwegs in Einkaufszentrum das sehr schön ist… wirwaren mit allem zufrieden als Familie ! Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

The hotel was clean, spacious and served delicious meals. The pool and spa were good.

The location was remote so it was good for a few nights. The spa shut very early, we’d only been in there 45 mins and was told it was closing at 5:15pm instead of 8:30pm.

Beautiful Hotel with wonderful staff. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Gave 4 stars for condition of the room because there was a leak in the bathroom from the shower area to the bathroom floor when we took a shower. It didnt bother us much. A towel on the floor could take care of it and there is daily housekeeping. Water pressure was excellent though. Gave 4 stars for area around the property because it is 10minutes outside of town and right next to a main road. Rooms were quiet but could hear the traffic when using the pool area. There is a big mall across the street. Its a plus. Again property and the grounds are beautiful but nothing great really about the area around the property. Recommend the hotel and will stay again there.
