Reviewed Sep 17, 2026les hôtesses de la réception devraient inverser leurs rôles actuelle de missions d'accueil , car aucune communication de mise en confiance et d'aide envers nous clients , aucune information sur les possibilitée de visites de site de ville, de plage , de lieux touristiques, pas de plan de ville de Lamezia les thermes. Nous avons demandé pour une location d'un véhicule de l'hôtel, "réponse," renvoie à l'aéroport, demande de programmer notre réveil de départ, jamais reçu, "réponse ", téléphone mal raccroché, 2 paniers petit déjeuner à emporté ( 37°) nous avons dû demander 1 bouteille d'eau. Séjour de 7 nuits changement des draps 1 fois. Les hôtesses ne parlaient pas français ok, mais à aucun moment elles ont fait cet effort de communication informatique ou téléphonique.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Хотелът е на комуникативно място. Персоналът е много мил и любезен. Стаите са сравнително чисти и комфортни, с хубави мебели, но има нужда от освежителен ремонт. Хубаво би било да има поне една масичка с два стола на балкона!
Районът е пълен със съмнителни субекти. Градът е ужасен и много трудно можеш да стигнеш с рейса до някъде, защото курсовете са през час - час и половина - два, което е безумно за туристическа дестинация и нямаш кола (затова, разбира се от хотела нямат никаква вина). Закуската е много бедна и няма почти никакъв избор, а продуктите сякаш са купени от магазина отсреща, което изобщо не е професионално! Ето защо никога не бих се върнал отново в Калабрия и не бих препоръчал тази локация на никой! Съжалявам...

Niestety ogromne rozczarowanie. Hotel absolutnie nie spełnia standardu, jakiego można oczekiwać po 4 gwiazdkach, szczególnie przy tak wysokiej cenie za dobę. W pokoju unosił się bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach stęchlizny i wilgoci, a pościel sprawiała wrażenie wilgotnej. Najgorsze było jednak znalezienie karalucha w łazience – dołączam zdjęcia. Również wyposażenie pokoju pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Nie było nawet kawy, a przygotowano tylko jedną torebkę herbaty. Całość sprawia wrażenie hotelu, który lata świetności ma już dawno za sobą. Cena jest zupełnie nieadekwatna do warunków i deklarowanych 4 gwiazdek. Zdecydowanie nie polecam.

Nyári melegben ivóvíz lehetne elèrhető a folyosókon, mert a bolt messze van, bàr nincs nyitva èjjel- nappal.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Pokoj byl jak na zámku, útulný, vybavený starožitně. Postel pohodlná. Vše číisté. Klimatizace velmi chladila, i když byla na vyšší teplotu. Oceňuji set na přípravu čaje na pokoji a lednici. Snídaně byla dobrá, pochutnali jsme si. Kousek od letiště i nádraží.

Camera confortabila, curata, aer conditionat pe care il puteai controla din camera, din termostat. Cafeaua si cappuccino de la micul dejun foarte bune. Micul dejun in fiecare zi acelasi, dar produse proaspete si suficiente. Personalul foarte amabil si zambitor
Mobila cam invechita si faptul ca lumina de la termostat nu se stingea deloc si venea exact deasupra patului. Pentru mine a fost o problema in prima noapte, dar dupa aceea m-am obisnuit.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Nagyon jó helyen van és körülbelül 3 perc séta az állomás,ahonnan szinte bárhova el lehet jutni.Ezen felül még nagyon segítőkész a személyzet és szép tiszta,tágas szobák vannak.Nagyon jól működik a klíma,néha már fel is kellett venni a hőfokon olyan jól hűtött.A takarítónő minden nap olyan rendet csinált a szobába,mintha épp aznap érkeztünk volna.Csak ajánlani tudom a helyet.

Avevo prenotato una notte 02-03 luglio e pagato subito su booking, ma purtroppo per errore mio avevo sbagliato la data, mi serviva la notte 5-6 luglio, contatto la struttura e chiedo di spostare la data, la ragazza mi dice che non è possibile in quanto sono pieni, cercando in tutti modi di trovare una soluzione non c’è stato verso. Allora chiedo se posso comunque prenotare con loro pagando un altra volta, a sorpresa la ragazza trova una stanza libera 😄, e stata esperienza poco piacevole.

Huoneessa oli erittäin kovaääninen ja kilkattava ilmastointilaite, joten nukkuminen onnistui vain korvatulppien kanssa. Ilmastointilaitteessa ei ollut minkäänlaista säätömahdollisuutta eikä huoneessa ollut lakanan lisäksi peittoja, joten aamuyöllä joutui heräämään jäätävään kylmyyteen.

Unser Zimmer (302) war sehr laat, da ging ein Generator (oder ähnlich) die ganze Nacht aber die Zimmer von unserer Freunde waren sehr geräumig und leise.

First of all, I booked this hotel ONLY for the twin room with 2 separate beds (for me and my mum). We came after midnight after the whole day spent on the road and they gave us a room with one bed and said nothing else was available. Moreover, we got a working key for the door only on the third try. And the room is awful, one bed also came with one VERY SMALL sheet. The air con was super loud and we couldn’t even have a good night’s sleep and left early (we wanted to sleep in a bit after the plane).

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026la stanza era veramente spaziosa, fornita di tutto anzi di più; buonissimi i prodotti della cura forniti. l'aria condizionata viene gestita dalla reception, ma l'addetto alla reception era sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. infatti un altro aspetto positivo è stato la cordialità di tutto lo staff in particolare il signor Giovanni (l'autista del transfer che ci ha preso e accompagnato in aeroporto) disponibile nonostante il ritardo del volo e puntuale per riaccompagnarci.
ci è piaciuta un po' di meno rispetto all'esperienza positiva generale (ma non cosi grave) la colazione, nonostante fossimo scesi alle 7:30 per fare colazione i salumi e i formaggi erano tutti finiti e non riforniti, e poca scelta in generale ma comunque non siamo andati via digiuni.

Irreführende Werbung, weil - Kein privater Strand und Shuttle: Nur in der Saison. Ende Mai bei 30°C wird es noch nicht angeboten. Rezeption sagte, dass man das wissen muss. Es sei in ganz Italien so. Dennoch wird es weiterhin vom Hotel als ganzjähriges Angebot beworben. - Kein Gym: Wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen. - Frühstück: Bis auf Kuchen und Obstkorb ist alles ab 8:45 Uhr leer. Kaffee und Rührei bekommt man nur bei Bestellung. Bedienung ist freundlich aber alleine und daher überfordert. - Klimaanlage: Kann man nicht selbständig regulieren. Läuft alles über die Rezeption. - Balkon: Nicht privat. Ist Fluchtweg und nicht getrennt zu den anderen Zimmern. - Es hat die Erwartungen eines 4 Sterne Hotels nicht erfüllt und den Preis für meinen Aufenthalt nicht gerechtfertigt. Hotel reagiert nicht auf Kontaktaufnahme von seitens Booking, um obenstehende Punkte zu klären.

Reviewed May 25, 2026No nie nazwałbym tego hotelu luksusowym, może kiedyś taki był ale niestety moim zdaniem wymaga już remontu lub gruntownego odświerzenia :/ Byliśmy w pokoju premium ale jakoś nie czułem się tam premium- ściany porysowane, zardzewiały stolik na tarasie telewizor z epoki prl. Ale hotel ma bardzo dobre położenie blisko dworca kolejowego i blisko lotniska na jedną noc jest ok. Pani na recepcji nie potrafiła porozumieć się po angielsku ale na szczęście troszkę mówimy po włosku tak więc jakoś się udało :) Uberem z hotelu na lotnisko zapłaciliśmy 6euro!

Reviewed May 21, 2026The location was optimal. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay as fruitful and enjoyable as possible. The breakfast was excellent. Everything you could want to start your day right. Price to value ratio was great!
The temperature in the rooms and common areas was a bit warm. It felt like it might have been 78-80 degrees in the lobby and dining areas. When I mentioned that our room was too warm and the termerature control did not seem to work we were offered a bigger room since we were staying more than a few days, and the temperature control was much better.
