1. There were all electric plug was off, asked to 3 times to fix it 2. Shower gel was empty, asked to replace but not done Generally governance is very poor for 5 star hotel

This is not a 5 star hotel. I would give it 2-3 stars only. The staff are rude. Asking for a pillow its like you asking for real gold. They treat you like you are going to rob them whenever you ask for something. Nobody treats you like a guest. I dont recommend this hotel for the value of money I paid.

Non ricordo qualcosa che avrebbe potuto piacermi.

Molte cose purtroppo. Ho girato il mondo e conosco molto bene come si classifica un hotel. Albergo molto vecchio in posizione molto vicino alla metro ma distante dal centro, bisogna rientrare a mezzanotte come cenerentola. Colazione buona ma non mi hanno permesso di portare la tazza di caffè in camera che per un 5 stelle non è accettabile. Stanza pulita ma molto rumorosa (hotel ubicato ai bordi di una autostrada locale traffico intenso giorno e notte) Personale abbastanza accogliente (tranne quello della sala colazione) Camera pulita con arredamento fatiscente (la potrona aveva dei buchi nella seduta) Mio errore non avrei dovuto prenotare questo albego. Ho scritto a booking chiedendo di cambiare hotel e un rimborso senza ottenere assistenza e risposta!!!!! Anche booking si è comportato male, spero nel futuro di non avere piu' disagi come questo.

Its location and breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful.

They gave a smoking room even though we specifically wanted non-smoking room because my brother has asthma. However, they did put us into a non-smoking room once we complained.

L hotel est très bien situé bouche de metro devant acces rapide un tres beau centre commercial en face. Personnel souriant serviable très à l écoute. Piscine accessible de 7h30 à 22h chauffé et agreable je n'ai rien à ajouter de plus !!! By otell repondait à toute mes attentes. Acces tres simple et rapide pour l aeroport.

I loved the fact that the hotel was in such close proximity to public transportation, especially the m4 metro, as it helped us get to so many places with easy access. Even upon leaving the m4 was a 5 minute walk straight to the airport for less than 2 pounds for the both of us. Our view from the room was awesome and the pool and jacuzzi was of good size.

We didnt like that the hotel is a bit outdated and lacked service members throughout the facilities. For instance, the pool area only had 1-2 members max which werent always easy to find if we needed anything or had any questions. The pool is stated as warmed, but was definilty cold and the walls seems to have too many chips falling off. The breakfast was good up until we came across old spinach, which i could smell clearly that it had gone bad. when i approached one of the managers, he along with another employee said they didnt find anything to be the mater, but the spinach was clearly old and used 2-3 days in a row. I noticed whatever food wasnt eaten the day before was set out again, for instance the boreks, which you can tell from the crust if its older.

Kamers zijn ruim met enorme bedden, heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, gastvrij ontvangen. Hotel ligt vlak bij een metrostation. Vliegveld (kleine) makkelijk bereikbaar De wijk achter het hotel is rustig, veilig met weinig toerisme. Uitzicht vanuit mijn kamer was geweldig

De ontbijtzaal was niet erg sfeervol, alles wat verouderd, tapijt niet zo netjes meer en alle lampen waren vreemd opgehangen. Mijn kamer was groot maar als de buren thuiskwamen of weggingen zat ik rechtop in bed. De deuren slaan heel hard dicht. Ook mijn badkamer was wat oud, niet meer zo netjes

Very good breakfast - lots of vegetables and fruits. The minibar was every day updated + 1l of water (rare option in hotels). The bed linen is snow-white and changed several times during my stay (11 nights). Near the metro. A huge number of cafes/restaurants where to eat nearby.

Poor soundproof.

Хороший отель,все по ожиданиям.Местоположение отличное,рядом с метро ,час до аэропорта Сабиха,прямая ветка.Номер обновленный,чисто,постельное белье белоснежное,кровати удобные.В номере чайник,растворимый кофе.Завтрак турецкий ,как в Турции принято-достаточно много фруктов,овощей,разнообразный.Персонал любезный,с большой радостью ждёт чаевых

Все,что писали в отзывах ранее-правда,ванная требует обновления.Стоимость несколько завышена,в номерах нет халатов(может для кого это будет важно)

Er is een restaurant bij de lobby. Hier werken ongeïnteresseerde dames. Onvrie n delijk.. ongeïnteresseerd. Raken in stress als er 3 klanten zijn. Alles duurt lang. Geen vriendelijke dames in het restaurant.

The room was clean and spacious, with beautiful panoramic windows that made it feel bright and comfortable. The restaurant located on the ground floor was excellent — great food and a pleasant atmosphere. The location is very convenient, with a metro station and a large shopping mall just nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and it was especially nice to see vegetarian and vegan options clearly available within the buffet selection.

The “large” bed in the room was actually made up of two smaller beds pushed together, which tended to separate and was uncomfortable. For a hotel positioning itself as five-star, some updates are needed: the bathroom equipment feels slightly worn, and certain areas of the room could use fresh paint. There was also a noticeable sewage smell in the toilet. The swimming pool was very cold during the winter season. The hotel description should clearly state that the sauna and hammam facilities are separated for men and women only. The pool area interior could also benefit from some light renovation.

Proximity to the metro station (Kadiköy - Sabiha Gökçen Airport) line and also a mall. The lights in the room are pleasant and the room was larger than most hotel rooms because it was a triple occupancy room.

Sewage smell in the bathroom (nor constant but when it happens it is revolting). The bed sheets are mixed with synthetic materials that make me sweat. I was assigned a room near the elevator though the hotel seemed to be more than half empty (what goes on in the corridor in heard in the room). Clumsy WiFi connection system ( was not able to connect to the WiFi and gave up after a few tries).

The hotel seems old. I thought it could do with a refresh, especially the room. The breakfast could have been a bit more varied. Felt the same every day. The staff seem to treat Turkish guests better. Maybe because they speak the same language.

Sicuramente la posizione è molto buona , ha tutti i servizi per poter soggiornare bene , un ‘ottima palestra per allenarsi.

Non può essere considerata un 5 stelle , struttura e stanze un po’ datate ..

Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe vom Metro. Wir hatten Verbindung überall. Frühstück ist sehr gut gewesen.!

Das Mobiliar ist sehr veraltet, Badezimmer hatte einige Schimmel ecken.

Friendly staff, cleanliness is brilliant, a lot of facilities within the hotel, the restaurant experience is worth every penny!

Small repairs can be done to the room, however, room is big, clean and cozy, quality materials used. Overall, great stay

This hotel is close to the metro station.The staff are very good.Rooms are not so bad but the bathroom needs a good refresh. The breakfast was very good, containing different types of dishes (Eggs, pastries, cookies, cheese, bread etc) As a tourist in Turkey as was expecting to have the option for Turkish coffee instead of the coffee machine with powdered milk which I couldn't drink.

Breakfast good as all other places we stayed.

Basic and tatty definitely not 5 star - disappointing. Not accommodating and not flexible to use facilities. Salon and Spar were closed? I would never consider for a stay on business trips as everything would be closed after a long work day. Not value for money.
