Very clean

Had a great stay at Selectum Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food offered plenty of variety. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The service was consistently good, and the team made us feel welcome from arrival to departure. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a pleasant holiday experience. Thank you to the entire Selectum team for a wonderful stay! 😊

Our stay in Istanbul was exceptional from start to finish. The team's warmth and professionalism stood out immediately—Suheda at reception was extremely kind and welcoming. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and offered a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. Beyond the high standards, what truly set this hotel apart was their genuine care. When my wife fell ill on our checkout day, they kindly extended our stay by a few hours free of charge so she could rest.

It would help to have a jacuzzi in the pool area

Totul a fost perfect!!

Havuz soğuktu

The hotel is very clean and tidy. I would recommend it to everyone, and I would especially like to emphasize the hospitality and kindness of Şüheda hanım.

My stay was very comfortable. Room service was consistently excellent, and every request was handled promptly. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made things easy and pleasant. The hotel restaurant had attentive, polite staff and a relaxed atmosphere. I’d happily stay here again.

A special thank you to Suheda for her outstanding work and support with every question along the way.

Die Metro station war sehr weit entfernt

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was great and made it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good selection and everything was fresh and nicely prepared. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I would happily stay here again.

Honestly, there wasn't much I didn't like. I had a really enjoyable stay and was happy with the hotel overall.

My money out of my coat was stolen, The gym is nothing like shown in the pictures , They outdoor swimming pools were closed dew to maintenance and sun beds which was not disclosed to use before the stay.the first we heard ab it was a picture on the desk to say. Over all I was not happy with my stay

Best value service

Decent size room

Manzarası, konforu, sessizlik vb her açıdan kusursuz mükemmel bir 3 gün konaklama yaptım.

Alles Gut

Friendly personal, the breakfast, neatness of the room.

Nothing.

Swimming pool and lovely staff.

Genel olarak personel ve oda

Her şey olabildiğince güzel ve temiz di

The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. It offers excellent value for the price. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would gladly stay here again.

The only negative part of our stay was the young man working at the indoor pool reception. He was not willing to help and seemed to focus only on the rules rather than finding a reasonable solution. Although he knew the pool would close at 10:00 p.m., when we arrived at 9:30 p.m. he refused to let us enter without a swimming cap and asked us to pay 100 TL. As we had just checked into the hotel, I asked if the charge could be added to our room or if I could pay later, considering there were only 30 minutes left before the pool closed. However, he insisted that I had to go and make the payment immediately. I found this approach unprofessional and not in line with good customer service.

Lux, comfortabel

Great room, great breakfast

too far from City centre

Atasehır bolgesinde fiyat performans için başarılı konaklama yeri. Her gittiğimde tercih ediyorum

Location cleanliness and staff

Room service was poor

Her şeyden önce temiz olması önemli, güler yüzlü personel, otopark.

Big room.and clean , i recomend

Beautiful view from the room Breakfast is a little weak, it would be possible to add some dishes.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, kind and friendly. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Highly recommended!

Nothing.

I did like that have good location!

Very good

Comfortable bed

Check in and check out . To ask for a deposit in cash or in the web and not from the CC like any other hotel let you feel not trusted and you need to remember the deposit when you leave. Waiting time at the check out due to room and minibar inspection before you go for the same reason

Nice breakfast.

The so called "seaview" is a view to a TIR parking. 🙃
