L'emplacement était super. Tout près de la mer et assez près de l'intramuraux. Bel hôtel. Le personnel était très sympathique.

On était pas mal à l'étroit dans la chambre. Peu de place à circuler.

Frühstücksbuffet könnte ein klein bißchen abwechslungsreicher sein. Trotzdem war alles sehr gut.

Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr nett. Alles ist sauber. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist so geschmackvoll und einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen. Teilweise mit Blick aufs Meer.

Un accueil et service au client au top et assuré de même qualité par les 3 réceptionnistes très professionnelles, à l'écoute et disponibles. J'ai déjà réservé un séjour en famille pour 2027. Un plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel et la literie est de très bonne qualité.

Juste le manque de savoir-être de certains clients qui claquent les portes à répétition. Mais cela, l'hôtel n'y peut rien.

Angenehmes Ambiente, Nähe zum Strand 2. Reihe, Nebenstraße daher war es ruhig. Gute Entfernung zur Innenstadt. Schöner 3 km langer Strandspaziergang. Parkplatz im hoteleigenen Innenhof. Lebensmittelladen fußläufig in der Nähe erreichbar.

Close to the sea

Rooms a bit noisy (hall , with doors opening and closing), neighbouring rooms and my room was on the boulevard side.. traffic noise.

Établissement très bruyant et mal isolé : nous avons été réveillés chaque matin par le bruit des autres chambres, système de clés très bruyant, portes qui claquent et du ménage. Ne pas aller dans cet hôtel pour faire une grasse matinée car réveillé systématiquement à 8h30 maximum. Pas de climatisation en chambre et obligés d’ouvrir la fenêtre avec la chaleur Décoration un peu vieillotte et mériterait d’être un peu rafraîchie

La grande qualité du petit déjeuner. Et celle de la literie.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour une nuit avec un emplacement idéal proche de la mer et à 30min a pied de l'intra muros. Le personnel a été agréable et à l'écoute.

La chambre n'est cependant pas climatisé.

Super Lage - nur 100 m vom Strand /Promenade Rochbonne. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück drinnen und draußen möglich. Fahrradverleih (13 € für halben Tag). Schöne Bar. Jeden Tag neu gratis Wasser und Kaffee/Tee auf Zimmer.

Pappbecher statt Tassen im Zimmer für Kaffee. Zimmer mit Fenster zur Straße sind zum Teil etwas laut (bei geöffnetem Fenster - bei Hitze nötig). 8 Parkplätze im Hof (enge Einfahrt) für 16€ / Nacht. In Parkplatz an der Ecke ist schwer bzw. nur nach kompliziertem Wendemanöver rückwärts einzuparken, wenn alle andere Plätze bereits belegt sind. Einen Parkplatz weniger anzubieten, würde dies eindeutig entspannen.

Peu de fruits frais,pas de personnel pour les bagages,impossible d’avoir une orange pressée fraîche pour un petit déjeuné facturé 20€/personne,très difficile d’avoir 2oeufs au plat ,cela ne fait pas parti des choses prévues ….

Die Lage, nahe zum Strand und gleich an der Promenade, trotzdem ruhig

Wir waren einfach sehr enttäuscht, unser von uns vor Monaten gebuchtes Dreibett Zimmer wurde einfach anderweitig vergeben. Uns wurde stattdessen ein Standardzimmer mit Meerblick gegeben und erst nach langer Diskussion mit der Managerin haben wir die Differenz bekommen. Es war das einzige von rund 12 Hotels auf unserer Rundreise, in dem wir uns nicht willkommen gefühlt haben und das wir auch nie wieder besuchen möchten. Schade!

Ligging beviel ons erg goed: in beste (buiten)wijk van St. Malo, op 100m van zandstrand en op klein halfuur lopen langs lange strandboulevard naar oude vesting St. Malo (heerlijke wandeling). Bijzonder vriendelijke en attente receptie, zowel overdag als ‘s avonds en ‘s nachts. Verder gewoon keurig standaard 4 sterrenhotel. Bijzondere vermelding verdient de vlotte medewerking van het hotel om een bij vertrek vergeten tas op ons thuisadres teruggestuurd te krijgen.

De tv’s aan onze kant van het hotel bleken niet te werken. Omdat we ‘s avonds laat nog een stukje van een wk-voetbalwedstrijd wilden zien, begeleidde de receptionist ons vriendelijk naar de tv in de bar. Hij vroeg hierbij of we iets wilden drinken en we bestelden 2 glazen Chablis. Het was toch een beetje een domper toen we hiervoor de volgende ochtend 16 euro moesten aftikken. Dat had eleganter opgelost kunnen worden (al vermoeden we dat de receptionist hiertoe niet de bevoegdheid had).

Leider war es Nachts/Morgens sehr laut auf dem Innenhof, wenn Gäste oder Gruppen zurück ins Hotel gekommen sind oder abgereist sind.

Ήταν κοντά στην παραλία και το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και καθαρό. Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά καλής ποιότητας και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό.

Το πρόβλημα ήταν ότι υπήρχαν λίγες πρίζες στο δωμάτιο και μόνο ένας μικρός ανεμιστήρας για να δροσιστούμε.

La literie est excellente , l’hôtel est à deux pas de la mer, un parking est proposé sur réservation . Le petit déjeuner propose une variété de produits locaux et délicieux . Sincèrement : un grand Merci à toute l’équipe !

Czysto, ładny budynek, dobre położenie, przemyślane wnętrza wspólne, codzinne sprzątanie i uzupełnianie wody do picia, taras z leżakami stołem i krzesłami przy pokoju, super personel, dobre wyposażenie pokoju i łazienki. Prywatny parking ( trochę ciasny).

Skromne śniadania w zbyt małej jadalni, czasem brak miejsc, mimo zapisów na godzinę, brak warzyw, zbyt wolno uzupełniane brakujące produkty.

La villa, bella. La posizione a due passi dal lungomare(saranno 30 metri), per tramonti indimenticabili. La camera vista scampolo di mare. Il parcheggio (a pagamento). Personale gentilissimo, soprattutto quello addetto alla colazione.

La colazione un po minimale considerato la struttura e il costo (20 euro a persona). Basterebbe qualche torta fatta in casa. Il wi fi che in camera non funziona ( segnalato allo staff ma senza esito)

La ubicación cerca de la playa, pero en una zona muy tranquila, como no tiene aire acondicionado hay que dormir con las ventanas abiertas y nada de ruido que te moleste. El personal hace por entenderse aunque el nivel de inglés muy dispar. Muy bueno un restaurante heladería a pie de playa que está al lado del hotel, MUY BUENO!!!

Alucinante que un hotel de 4 estrellas no tenga climatización, mucho, mucho calor. No es un hotel de 4 estrellas más bien de 3. Te dan un ventilador honywell de sobremesa para que te apañes.

Die Lage und die Sauberkeit, das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Dusche war gut, allerdings in der Badewanne. Schöne Terrasse und sehr nettes Personal.

Séjour durant une canicule (32 degrés l'après midi) la température dans la chambre était élevée. Obligee de dormir fenêtre ouverte mais quasi pas d'air qui entrait car fenêtre petite et pas de courant d'air possible. Chambre sous les toits. Un petit ventilo très bruyant mis à disposition mais impossible de dormir avec. Aussi je trouve qu'on entend très distinctement touuuuut ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Clé, bruit de porte, voix, ascenseur etc. Mais environnement géographique calme si on donne coté jardin

I loved everything about it and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! If I may suggest 1 thing, some water filter & vending machines for necessities in the hallway would be nice so that guests don’t have to bother staff everytime (there aren’t really stores nearby where I could buy water or stuff either)

Emplacement idéal, au calme. Magnifique maison superbement aménagée. Belles prestations. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Personnel très serviable et sympathique. Possibilité de laisser son vélo dans une cour intérieure.

Bien qu’un ventilateur soit fourni dans la chambre, et qu’il ait été suffisant pour mon confort, avec les températures annoncées en hausse un système d’air conditionné pourrait s’avérer nécessaire.

A lovely hotel. Stayed 2 nights in June as a couple on a road trip and enjoyed our stay. Room very clean and comfortable and reception staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great location to walk along the promenade to St. Malo and just 2 minutes from a lovely beach. Other facilities close by e.g pharmacy, patisserie pizza restaurant etc. Nice relaxing lounge to enjoy a glass or 2 of wine after visiting St Malo town. Nice terrace area too.

Car park is quite restricted if you have a large car especially when numerous bikes there too. Coffee/tea making facilities in room bit limited

Decor, ambience (although in some places a little tired)comfort and cleanliness. Proximity to stunning beach. Convenient parking in street.

The situation and layout of the hotel, back a little from the promenade, linking two older villas, and the ease of getting to and from it on a driving holiday from Jersey to the Loire. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Though there is no restaurant, a nearby hotel has a very good one facing the sea.

The breakfast room is in the basement, cramped and rather ugly. It is a pity not to use the handsome space on the ground floor that is currently a lounge.

J'ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. Tout d'abord, sa situation qui est juste à côté de la Manche et surtout son calme. Nous avons été très bien accueilli avec un personnel très compétent et sympathique. Nous avions une grande chambre avec une belle terrasse et une très grande salle de bains. Quand au petit déjeuner, très copieux et le personnel au petit soin. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir. De plus, nous sommes venus avec notre chien, qui avait droit à son tapis et sa gamelle ainsi que des gourmandises.

This hotel is advertised as a good 4 star hotel. It is nothing of the sort! First of all, the bedrooms are not attractive. They are dark with a gloomy depressing decor which does nothing to enhance them. We arrived at the hotel on a very hot day which was not easy for anyone but particularly uncomfortable for two elderly women. The staff sitting at reception watched us struggle up the steps from our car with our cases and did not move a finger to help us or enlist help from staff in the hotel. They were hot and they were bored and they made no gesture of any kind to assist. We were shown to our two bedrooms and it was clear that the common parts, staircase and hallways of the hotel had been newly decorated. Whoever advised on the colour scheme perhaps did not realise that a hotel should look attractive. It had dark and unappealing colours and was possibly the most unattractive hotel decoration we had ever seen. I made a point of sitting for a few minutes in the guests’ sitting room which was furnished with probably the cheapest furniture I have seen in a 3 or 4 star hotel. At least that was painted in light clear colours. We stayed one night which was more than enough.

Visited with my sister. We are both elderly. We had a rather strange hotel just outside St.Malo but close to the beach. We had a poor welcome, two receptionist were behind their desk but neither offered to help us with our heavy luggage up several steps. The freshly painted decor is dark brown and all the furnishings are cheap. Bathrooms are very clean and work well. It is listed as a 4 star hotel, but it needs to be reassessed. 3 stars would be generous.
