There was no hot water and the living room television didn't work, and they never fixed it, even though I reported it constantly. We struggled a lot and they never solved our water problem, which was the most important thing.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025The staff are not even around the front desk, and when they are, not friendly at all. The pool area dirty with bird poop all over. The chairs were broken, and they are the same chairs that been there last year. It is no longer an upscale hotel. Next time Probably Holiday Inn is better than this. They have a restaurant and better than what they offer at Fiesta Inn. I been traveling there for the 2018 and it has declined. Why did i stay there because I did not think it will declined this bas. STAY at Holiday INN. Trust me, I know I will next time.

Fallaron todos los elevadores y tuve que subir ocho pisos por las escaleras, afortunadamante fue en la segunda y última noche. Es la segunda vez que me ocurre, de cinco en las que he estado ahí, que fallen los elevadores, pero en esta ocasión falló incluso el de carga, en el cuál la vez pasada nos podíamos subir a nuestros cuartos. El desayuno, que era lo más rescatable de este hotel, ahora bajó mucho de calidad: fruta desabrida, no había pan dulce ni mantequilla....

Reviewed Oct 8, 2024La habitación carecía de teléfono para pedir room service, lo que me obligó a bajar varias veces al restaurante, ya que la recepción no mostraba disposición de ayudar. Solo funcionaba un elevador, lo que resultó en largas esperas de hasta 15 minutos. No había menú funcional en la pantalla de la habitación, y la disposición de los pisos Fiesta Rewards era pobre, con mal café y comida de baja calidad, sin frescura ni sabor, incluso los platillos mexicanos eran insípidos. La comida parecía reciclada, y un New York steak que pedí a la habitación fue mal presentado y de pésima calidad, al igual que los acompañamientos. El buffet de desayuno era precario, con mala presentación y un personal desmotivado y apático. Faltaban utensilios, el café y el yogurt eran de mala calidad, y la fruta estaba mal cortada. No había un responsable visible en el restaurante, y la falta de organización era evidente. El personal de recepción parecía agotado y desmotivado, lo que contribuyó a una experiencia general negativa en un hotel que no reflejaba los estándares esperados de la cadena Posadas/Fiesta.

I think the hotel should update the room description information and state that the double room comfortably sleeps 2 not 4. Very uncomfortable. Stayed 3 nights and had to call for coffee everyday. They only provide 1 coffee pack for free which is only for 1 person. Any addition coffee had a charge. There were 4 of us. No microwave, hairdryer, iron or ice bucket in the room. I had to ask for those as well. Too pricy for my taste. Room was super clean and cleaning staff were super friendly. Parking was not very good. We were blocked in one night. I wouldnt stay here again unless I had to.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2024Great hotel with a restaurant. Clean comfortable rooms. Nice bathroom and large TV. Beds are comfortable. Had breakfast each morning, large selection plus you can have an omelette made to your liking. This hotel is close to our factory as well as local bars and restaurants. I did not get you use the pool but it looked nice from my window. There was one exceptional feature which was I could cast/ stream my phone to the tv. This is a nice feature since my Spanish is not as good as it could be. This gave me option to watch some of my favorite shows.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2024Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was a little small but adequate for a one night stay. The room could use a second chair. The only chair was good but then one of us had to sit on the bed or take turns using the desk.
Only one chair. For two people in a small room another place to sit would have been nice. Some of the outlets didn't work. Happily I brought an extension cord for my cpap machine.

Also, my husband is diabetic and takes insulation which needs to be refrigerated. They were very nice in the kitchen in letting us store it in their refrigerator.
The room could have been a little bigger. It was a tight fit to move around.
