personale della reception molto socievole e disponibile, gli unici che parlano italiano in tutta Salerno

partiamo dalle formiche in camera e parlo di numerosi gruppi non un paio, peli sotto al letto e ho ritrovato oggetti nel cestino che non gettai io, segno che sono entrati nella camera (probabilmente staff/pulizie) nonostante misi il cartellino del non disturbare e chiesi alle pulizie di non entrare , chiunque sia stato non ha avuto rispetto per la privacy

The location is good. The breakfast was good also.

The reception staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were given a room that was inferior to the one we had booked, and it had a strong smell of dampness. When we asked to change the room, the staff treated us very disrespectfully, and we had to argue just to get the room we had originally booked. This was a very disappointing experience, especially because of the poor attitude of the reception team. We expected much better service and professionalism.

śniadanie raczej słabe.... może typowe dla okolicy... do przykrycia tylko przescieradlo, wiec czasem zimno w nocy... typowy moloch...

Breakfast was easy to get to, lots of selections and quick.

Probably the only good thing we experienced.

The room we got was room 225 , the room smelled of cigarette smoke , there were ants in both bathrooms , the bed linen felt like plastic . We complained to management and they gave us another room # 305 , same cigarette smell , ants still present and we went from a big bed to 2 single beds put together. We were to stay 5 nights but left just after one night . As go dinner there were only 4 items on the menu presented on a pc of paper . I thing a full Refund is in order as it really messed up our plans as we travelled from Canada !!! N

It’s ok for one o two nights.

I try to get an iron to prepare my clothes but it was impossible. An iron in a hotel is very basic item that should be available.

La ubicación.

La atencion del personal es mala. Sobre todo los de recepción y los del desayuno. Eran descortés. El cuarto sin aire. Ninguna habitacion le enfría. Me cambiaron la mia el dia q llegue porq el aire estaba malo y la otra tampoco enfriaba. En una ciudad tan calurosa es inconcebible que los aires no enfríen. No ponían agua en las habitaciones habia q comprarlas en una máquina y cuando se acababan no las reponía a tiempo. Un hotel antiguo remodelado, pero nada bonito. En fin no volvería a visitarlos.

The rooms were big and cleaned everyday. The bed were comfortable and the breakfast was ok. The property was close to many transport so it was easy to go everywhere. The port and train station were nearby so way to reach Naples or take the ferry to nearby towns

The room were very outdated and definitely needs a remodel. It’s unbelievable that it is 4 star hotel. One of the lift didn’t work and from reviews of other people it has been going on for a while.

Paredes finas, dá pra ouvir tudo nos outros quartos, passos, vozes, água do chuveiro, tudo.

Bien placé, pas très loin de la gare et en bord de mer. Chambre calme, très propre avec une magnifique vue sur mer.

Salle du petit déjeuner immense qui fait penser à une salle de cantine.

Auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne wert. Tiefgarage dunkel und eng, wenn man zu spät kommt kein Platz mehr (aber man muss rein um dies zu sehen). Zum Frühstück gab es nur Toastbrot oder Zwieback. Die Brötchen waren eine Stunde vor Ende leer und wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Auch die anderen Sachen wurden eine halbe Stunde vor Ende nicht gefüllt. Halb zehn kommen die Mitarbeiter durch und bitten eindringlich darum das Frühstück in fünf Minuten zu beenden. Sehr unhöflich wenn man etwas hinterfragt oder nach etwas fragt. Im Zimmer ist die Farbe abgebröckelt und lag auf dem Boden. Klimaanlage schaltete bei verlassen des Zimmers auf Eistemperatur, obwohl man sie auf 23 crad gestellt hat. Dusche war absolut unterirdisch; der Wechsel zwischen heiß und kalt war nicht ertragbar.

Lo staff addetto alla pulizia era sempre molto cortese, un po' meno in reception invece perché ci sono sembrati tutti un po' più freddi e distaccati Camera spaziosa, con tutti i servizi di base

Una pecca forse l'illuminazione, entravi che non c'erano pulsanti per la luce. Non erano presenti delle luci grosse in mezzo alla camera ma solo piccole luci qua e là. Per fortuna era agosto e c'era tanta luce fuori. Hotel enorme, mi aspettavo un bar aperto alla sera ma sembrava quasi una cosa in prestito. Su 4 giorni, 2 ha piovuto e poteva far piacere bere una cosa lì ma abbiamo evitato. Una sera c'è stata una festa privata sul terrazzo, pensavamo fosse dell'hotel ma purtroppo non si poteva salire. È un peccato non sfruttare a pieno un hotel così grande e bello

Nous sommes très déçu !!! Les photos de l’hôtel sur Booking sont trompeuses . les infrastructures vieillissant avec beaucoup de problèmes d’infiltration d’eau et de plomberie. Pas d’Accès à la plage , L’accès réservé au résident de l’hôtel est payante de 25€ au profit d’un opérateur privé.

È una grande struttura ma a volte i servizi non sono all altezza per esempio ad un certo punto non c’è stato più il servizio ristorante e le camere non venivano rifatte a dovere insomma secondo me è sbagliato chi gestisce questo hotel pieno di potenzialità non sfruttate

Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, aber der Automaten Kaffee zum Frühstück war für Italienische Verhältnisse krotten schlecht.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à cinq minutes de la gare et pas loin du port, d’où l’on peut prendre le bateau pour visiter la côte Amalfitaine.

La posizione è eccellente, proprio in riva al mare, il che la rende molto comoda per spostarsi. La adoro.

Erinomainen sijainti rantaa vastapäätä. Itse hotelli on keskinkertainen, muta siisti ja henkilökunta on avulias ja ystävällinen. Aamiainen on huono, jos haluat syödä terveellisesti, muuten tyypillinen italialainen aamiainen. Kiitos Danielalle kun sain pitää huoneen klo 12 asti, muuten check out on klo 10 am. Ihan Yes kokemus.

Oda ve yatak geniş,temizlik günlük olarak yapıldı. Personel gerektiğinde yardımcı oldu.

Clean nice staff variety of food for breakfast

Un soggiorno davvero eccezionale sotto ogni punto di vista! Fin dal momento della prenotazione, gestita con grande gentilezza e professionalità dalla signora Sara, tutto è stato perfetto. Anche il check-in è stato impeccabile: desidero ringraziare in modo particolare la signora Daniele e tutto lo staff, che mi hanno accolta con straordinaria cordialità e mi hanno fatto sentire davvero speciale durante l’intero soggiorno. Le camere sono molto spaziose e confortevoli, la colazione è eccellente e la vista semplicemente meravigliosa. La posizione dell’hotel è inoltre ideale, vicinissima alla spiaggia e ai principali punti di interesse turistico di Salerno. Ogni dettaglio ha contribuito a rendere la mia esperienza indimenticabile. Consiglio vivamente il Grand Hotel Salerno e spero di poter tornare presto!

Squallore della struttura. Dai infiniti corridoi, alle camere, ai tavoli per la colazione, sembrava di essere in un grande traghetto. Di positivo la luminosità della finestra con terrazzo, non certo le luci della camera. Camera e bagno datati con letto con lenzuola di cotone e fibre sintetiche veramente poco apprezzate.

Not much to like. Stunned that this was built in 2007. Seems like a hospital renovated to try to be a hotel.

Everything. Check in is behind bulletin proof glass. Staff had no idea about our reservations or ability to add a room. Rooms were hospital like. Hard mattress. Hard pillow. Bar looked closed basically all day. All in all a 1 or 2 star hotel max.

Das Hotel ist abgenutzt, marode! Es wirkte alles lieblos, farblos! Wie kommt man auf die Idee es als 4 Sterne Grandhotel zu bezeichnen.

La camera e gli ambienti comuni erano puliti. Posizione ottima.

Struttura datata priva di servizi. Colazione scadente in confronto alle ricche prelibatezze della Campania. Caffè a colazione terrificante, come pure le tovagliette di carta sul tovagliato in tessuto. Il servizio a colazione stile anni 80, sparecchiano con carrelli ammassando i resti del cibo che nemmeno alla mensa industriale! Mobilio vecchio e usurato, come pure le porte e i battiscopa. Personale svogliato e per nulla accogliente, che dovrebbe anche stare più attento alle prenotazioni: rischiavo di pagare due volte la tassa di soggiorno perché una l’ha riscossa Booking e arrivato in struttura mi hanno fatto pagare nuovamente la tassa di soggiorno. La mattina successiva però ho ben spiegato l’accaduto e ho ricevuto il rimborso. Servizio da pensione a 2 stelle e non certo da grand hotel! Rapporto qualità prezzo per nulla conveniente!

La ubicación

Llegamos a las 11 y no hicieron por adelantarnos el checkin siendo un hotel bastante grande y se veía con poca gente. Cuando volvimos a las dos menos diez para hacer el checkin aún así la chica de la recepción nos puso mala cara mirando el reloj porque aún no eran las dos. Estando ya por la noche en nuestra habitación a las 23:30 pm entró una pareja en la habitación porque le habían dado la misma habitación que la nuestra… y el desayuno para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas muy flojo y mesas muy incómodas.

The room was great, with two bathrooms (one including a full sized bath) and a great balcony overlooking the sea. It was spacious and kept very clean with daily visits from the cleaning staff. The rainfall showers could do with a little cleaning as the water was coming out very oddly, but this didn't cause any issues overall! Location-wise, the hotel is very well placed. It was only a few minutes walk to the station and also to the centre of Salerno. Across the road was a great Lido, where you could get sunbeds, umbrellas, food, drinks, etc. It has a lovely pool and private beach access.

A couple of things here... The hotel breakfast room was very dated. We were expecting breakfast to be served in the rooftop restaurant area, but it turned out to be on the 2nd floor with no views. The food was perfectly fine though, although the coffee wasn't quite up to Italian cappucino standards from the machine (powered milk I'm assuming). Also, two of the three lifts in the lobby were out of order for most of our stay, which made it difficult to navigate between the lobby, the breakfast room and the hotel room. Additionally, the 'Down' button to call the lift on our room floor didn't work, so we had to press the 'Up' button, and then ride with people up to other floors before we could go down!!

Dobra lokalizacja.Parking podziemny.Bezproblemowe wi-fi.Widok na morze ale pod hotelem ruchliwa ulica,przy otwartych oknach spory hałas.Przy zamkniętych wyciszenie wystarczające.

Wszystkie potencjalne plusy pobytu zniwelowało śniadanie.Pierwszy raz w trakcie pobytów we Włoszech nie byłem w stanie wypić porannego cappuccino.Kawa ze zdezelowanego ekspresu nie nadawała się do picia.Gdybym musiał się tu jeszcze raz zatrzymać wybrałbym opcje bez śniadania o ile jest dostępna.Tak czy inaczej na śniadanie poszliśmy na miasto.Cena nieadekwatna do jakości .

Direkt am Meer. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Meeresblick. Matratzen gut, Badezimmer gross. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet.
