Salía una gotera del techo nos quitaron el aire acondicionado porque se estába saliendo agua muy cerca a la cama .. fue incómodo dormir con ese ruido de la gotera.

Cercano a la estación de tren y a uno de los puertos de Salerno para poder desplazarte a otros lugares de la costa en ferry, a unos 15 minutos andando del centro histórico. Sitios cercanos para comer fuera y supermercados. Habitacion muy amplia, todo limpio, pequeña cocina perfecta para desayunos o comidas poco elaboradas. La encargada de los apartamentos nos escribió por whatsapp, muy atenta y amable, disponible en todo momento. 100% recomendable

Je hebt geen uitzicht op zee, terwijl dat wel er staat. Echter je kijkt op een grote parkeerplaats met hoge bomen die het uitzicht op zee volledig wegnemen. Op het wel grote balkon, staat een hangstoel met een compleet kapotte stoelkussen. Het personeel reageert vaak helemaal niet of spreekt slecht Engels, verwijst je door, alles alleen telefonisch of via berichten. Op de doorgegeven aankomsttijd was er niemand. Na een half uur buiten wachten, werd slechts in een paar minuten het appartement getoond. 's Avonds rond 18:00 uur bleek de kookplaat kapot. Het gekochte eten konden we niet klaarmaken. We zijn de hele avond bezig geweest om contact/hulp te krijgen zowel telefonisch als via berichten. Er werd niet gereageerd of verwezen naar een ander en als wel reactie: tegenstrijdige berichten. Verschillende keren vroegen we of personeel langs kon komen: geen reactie. We kregen na 22:00 wel een appje dat we zelf naar ander onbekend appartement ergens anders in de stad konden verplaatsen, zonder verdere enige informatie. Samen met booking.com hebben we aangegeven dat niet te doen: het regende en erg laat tijdstip (dan zelf lopen), geen info over appartement maar enkel foto van een sleutelcode, locatie veel slechter. Om 22:30 uur zijn we dichtbij eten bij Mac. Donalds gaan kopen. Ook de gekochte spullen voor ontbijt konden we niet gebruiken. Pas aan het eind van de middag van de volgende dag (tevens ons laatste) werd de kookplaat gerepareerd. De gemaakte kosten voor het weggegooide eten en extra betalen van het gehaalde eten werd niet vergoed door de accommodatie. Ook geen andere compensatie ontvangen. Verder is de ruimte erg klein. We hebben een rondreis door Italië gemaakt met meer dan 10 accomodaties. Deze was in alle opzichten het slechts: kleine ruimte, personeel niet bereikbaar/aanwezig bij problemen en bij aankomst, geen zeezicht terwijl dat er wel staat, verhouding prijs/kwaliteit slecht.

This apartment was in an amazing location and very budget friendly for touring the amalfi coast. Very clean and comfortable, good air con, lovely balcony, we enjoyed an iced coffee and a pastry every morning included in the price. Mini fridge very handy. The host was very friendly and helpful

The property is very central to the city

The facilities were average. We asked for a second pillow and they didn’t have any. Our id was never checked and didn’t see anyone at check-in or checkout. No chairs in the room only a bed.

Ca este foarte aproape de gară.

El personal súper amable y atento a todo.

La struttura presenta una posizione ottima sia rispetto alla stazione che al porto per raggiungere le varie località limitrofe. Nonostante questo, riscontro una struttura ( camera ) in condizioni trascurate come un letto sporco e polveroso dovuto probabilmente ai filtri dell’aria condizionata sporca, muri e mobilio anch’essi non eccessivamente puliti. In più appena entrati nella struttura si sente un cattivo odore visto che la spazzatura viene lasciata in un armadio bianco a destra del corridoio.

Posizione centralissima e comodissima per muoversi a piedi. Camera e bagno puliti e abbastanza confortevoli; il bagno è nuovo e ampio. Molto positiva l’attenzione alle nostre esigenze: dopo aver segnalato il problema della tenda oscurante per la luce che non si chiudeva del tutto, la struttura ha trovato rapidamente una soluzione.

La colazione viene servita in un bar vicino, dolci buoni ma l’offerta inclusa è piuttosto limitata e per tutto il resto è previsto un sovrapprezzo (anche per un semplice succo di frutta). Trattandosi di una colazione inclusa, questa politica ci è sembrata un po’ “da furbetti”. La camera avrebbe bisogno di qualche accorgimento in più: il mobile con specchio non ha una sedia, gli spazi per riporre gli abiti sono limitati e mancano punti d’appoggio funzionali. Abbiamo inoltre riscontrato uno scarico della doccia molto lento, segnalato e prontamente verificato, anche se non risolto del tutto.

La posizione molto comoda, vicina a stazione e porto. Non era stato specificato che la colazione sarebbe stata esterna in un bar, che non è il massimo.

Appena arrivate abbiamo segnalato maniglia rotta del bagno, doccino rotto che perdeva acqua e rendeva difficile l'utilizzo, televisione non funzionante. Nulla di tutto ciò è stato riparato in una settimana di permanenza, nonostante le ripetute richieste.

The hotel is located near the railway station, supermarket, and port. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the beach. We visited two beaches: one of them is free and has sand, while the other is paid but has pebbles underfoot, which isn’t very comfortable. If you manage to rent an umbrella in time at the free beach, you can have a great time there as well

It was a vit noisy

Stanza grande letto comodo e posizione buona a due passi dal centro.

Saltava spesso la luce, il bagno non era descritto come in foto nella stanza da letto mancavano un tavolino, mancavano i bicchieri, mancava il the, insomma servizi 0.

No es un aparthotel, nos costó muchísimo entrar, son habitaciones en un edificio. Las fotos y dirección del alojamiento no coinciden con lo que publican. Las cerraduras no funcionaban, por lo que no dormimos muy tranquilos. Si bien las habitaciones y baño no eran feas, no había cocina y lo mas importante, seguridad!!!

La chambre est à proximité de la gare ce qui est idéal pour se déplacer. Les chambres sont propres avec une décoration soignée.

Nos 2 chambres étaient dans 2 immeubles différents (200 m environ) Ascenseur payant pour un d’entre eux (mais 2e étage). Dans cette même chambre, la porte d’entrée est une porte coulissante avec clé mais il s’agit davantage d’une porte intérieure que d’une porte d’entrée. Il faut payer un supplément et demander à l’avance pour avoir le 2e lit dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un bar à proximité : il se compose d’un café et d’une viennoiserie uniquement.

Prima di tutto, vorrei sottolineare la disponibilità e la gentilezza dello staff, che è venuto incontro alle mie esigenze permettendomi di effettuare il check-in prima dell’orario previsto. È stato un gesto davvero apprezzato, soprattutto perché viaggiavo con un bambino piccolo.

Purtroppo, entrando in camera, ho sentito subito un forte odore di fumo. La stanza puzzava in modo evidente, persino la biancheria da letto ne era impregnata. Anche la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare: sotto il letto c’era uno spesso strato di polvere non pulita e anche una bottiglia di plastica lasciata dall’ospite precedente. Inoltre, nella camera non ci sono tende e per oscurare le finestre si possono utilizzare solo le persiane esterne, che erano davvero molto sporche. Inoltre, anche gli asciugamani non erano adeguatamente puliti…. Mi dispiace constatare questo livello di attenzione nei confronti della struttura. Capisco che molti ospiti prenotino principalmente per una notte, magari durante un viaggio o uno spostamento, ma anche una sola notte dovrebbe poter essere trascorsa in condizioni di pulizia e comfort.

Ottima struttura centrale, molto vicina alla stazione. La colazione ottima con cornetti o altri dolci tipici.

La stanza, bagno senza nemmeno la tavoletta nel wc, piatto doccia giallo, porta che si chiudeva male, sedie esterne sul balcone molto sporche, non c’era un quadro, non c’era un tavolino, tazze e bollitore buttate a caso sul frigo bar.

The location is excellent. It's is near train station and the port. You can easily take the ferry to Amalfi. The room was clean and the Lucia was great in providing the instructions and is very helpful.

Everything has been amazing. Just one feedback,they could add a few more items to breakfast as only a Corossaint and coffee is provided as breakfast but it's not a deal breaker.

The location is the only plus. It is 5 minutes on foot to the port, there are famous stores around the location. air-conditioner was another plus.

Wifi did not work at all, the water was getting cold and you had to reset it, breakfast was only croissants and coffee, which was not enough. And the closets and some furniture were a bit dusty. Also, do not expect bathroom facilities such as soap, shampoo and etc.

Posizione ottima, vicina alla Stazione e al Centro Storico, ideale per chi decide di arrivare a Salerno senza macchina. Camera pulitissima e staff sempre presente per ogni dubbio o esigenza dei clienti. Ottimo soggiorno!

Location was close to the train station and port for exploring the Amalfi Coast.

Our room wasn’t properly cleaned, bedsheets changed or towels replaced throughout our three night stay.

Era en el 2 do piso de un edificio. Ojo, si está el encargado para subir al ascensor tenes que pagar 0,50 € y lo otro es q el desayuno es una factura y una infusión y nada mas en un bar aledaño. Nada salado.. en ese bar te dejan la llave.

CUANDO LLEGUÉ LA HABITACIÓN MÁS GRANDE NO BAJABA PERSIANAS Y ME DIERON OTRA PEOR, Y A REGAÑADIENTES. LA CHICA SE MOLESTÓ. NO LO RECOMIENDO SI QUIERES EVITAR PROBLEMAS, ESPECIALMENTE SI NECESITAS UNA FACTURA PARA TU TRABAJO. ES UN LUGAR RUIDOSO, ABAJO TIENE UN BAR. HAY MONTAÑAS DE SUCIEDAD BAJO LA CAMA. Solo la posizione

Sporca, puzza di fogna e condizionatore in funzione emanava uno strano odore. Per entrambi i motivi costretti con 40 gradi a dormire a finestre aperte. Sconsigliatissimo.

Struttura molto accogliente, ordinata e pulita. Zona centrale, a pochi metri dalla stazione e dal corso, dove poter uscire per fare ottimi aperitivi e una splendida passeggiata sul lungomare di Salerno. Personale super disponibile . La consiglio vivamente.

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with this hotel. Lucy(love❤️) was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. She has such a warm and positive energy that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent—very convenient for the ferries, the beach, the train station, and the bus stop. There are also many lovely cafés and mini restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed the café where we had breakfast every morning; the staff there were so friendly and sweet. Thanks to the kindness and hospitality of everyone we met, we truly fell in love with Italy.

The only small downside was that the handheld shower in the bathroom wasn’t working, but it wasn’t a big issue for us.

Spacious apartement with a large terrace, a short distance from the bus and train station and a sea promenade.

Since I chose the apartment mainly due to the kitchen facility, I was disappointed with the kitchen poorly equipped and that the stove did not work. The communication with the staff was the greatest weakness of this apartement. The instructions how to check-in sent only upon my request. When I complained about the stove, I was only assured that it was certainly working. Nobody double checked what the problem was and helped.

The location was so close to the train station and the bed was actually comfortable.

The bathroom was not very clean and it smelled like sewer. The water wouldn't go down the drains, it stood sitting for a while. The comfortable had stains as if it wasn't washed properly. The shower caddy had a few used items still inside of it, clearly showing this was not cleaned.

till att börja med är detta ett B&B, inget hotell som det marknadsförs som. dessutom ligger det på en annan adress än vad som står på booking. det ligger centralt, ca 5 minuters gång från centralen och 15 minuters gång från stranden. helt perfekt läge, med både butiker och restauranger nära. vid första anblick är rummet fint, finns en liten kyl, en bekväm säng och en jättebra AC. däremot behövs detaljerna jobbas på. första dagen va där en fläck på våra lakan, även badlakanen hade små fläckar och var trasiga. när vi frågade värden Lucia om nya lakan och handdukar, fick vi till svar att sänglakan byts var 7de dag och badlakan var 3dje dag, detta framgår inte i bokningen. i duschen funkade bara vattnet ovanifrån, inte i det handhållna munstycket. första dagen hade vi problem att komma in genom porten, vi skrev till Lucia och fick som svar att det var omöjligt då hon själv hade öppnat dörren tidigare under dagen. hon försökte ge oss en guide genom sms men påstod fortfarande att det va omöjligt att den inte skulle gå att öppna. vi pratade med våra grannar som visade hur man skulle göra, då de också hade haft problem med att få upp dörren. rekommenderar att man ber Lucia visa hur dörren funkar när man checkar in. frukosten som ingår är en kupong på ett café 3 minuter bort, här får man välja en dricka och en bakelse. mannen som städade vårat rum var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam. för att sammanfatta är rummet okej om man inte är så petig med detaljer. men ha i åtanke när ni bokar att det inte är ett hotell och att man inte heller ska förvänta sig någon hotellfrukost!

Suite un po' meno spaziosa del previsto, ma la struttura è pulita, accogliente e situata in un'ottima posizione, in pieno centro a Salerno.

Contrariamente a quanto indicato, la struttura non è dotata di parcheggio privato, anche se è presente un comodo parcheggio nelle vicinanze che compensa parzialmente il disagio.

Ubicación muy conveniente, muy cerca de la estación de tren y a unos pasos de restaurantes y tiendas. Lucia fue super atenta y nos ayudó resolviendo las preguntas que tuvimos. La habitación está muy cómoda y limpia y funciona todo. Regresaría otra vez.

Läget och rummet, väldigt fräscht och stor balkong.

Det var inte så bra med kommunikationen med värden, svårt att få ordentliga svar på frågor och dålig beskrivning för att hitta till rummet. Jag har inte fått något kvitto trotsar att jag bad om det specifikt.

La disponibilità dello staff, la comunicazione, la struttura e la posizione in una Salerno molto gradevole.

La calidez y comprensión de Lucía. El departamento es súper amplio y tiene balcón a la peatonal que es hermoso y muy amplio. A 2 cuadras de la terminal de trenes y a 2 cuadras del mar.

La persiana de la puerta balcón estaba rota y entraba luz.

Localização excelente, bairro central e com bom movimento, muitas opções de restaurante, bares e lojas, transportes perto.

O wifi não funcionava bem no quarto. O quarto em si poderia ser melhor.

Nothing. It start wrong and got worst every minute. Attention because the address of the property you are booking can be different and they don’t cancel it, even if you say it’s not the same property.

It was dirty and the owner is not a nice person. There is a picture of my after 5 minutes walking inside the apartment. There’s no blackout so you will wake up with the sun. The sink was blocked. Everything was bad and the owner told me that she won’t give me an invoice. It’s a trap. Run away from this place. Terrible!

Localização excelente, muito perto da estação e do Porto aonde saem os ferries para outros lugares e para Capri.

O Wi-Fi não funcionou muito bem durante nossa estadia. O café da manhã é um voucher no Bar aonde tem apenas a opção de um doce e uma bebida. Ou seja muita açúcar. Poderia ter a opção de um salgado.

Very good location, literally 5 min walk to the train station in one direction and 5 min walk to the ferries (going to amalfi, positano and etc) in another direction. Lots of cafes and shops around. The room was very spacious and clean. Had a kettle, plates, mugs and simple utensils. Breakfast is served in a coffee shop across the building (30 second walk). Nothing fancy though: a hot drink and a dessert (a croissant or any bagel). In any way enough to keep your tummy full for another 2-3 hours.

shades in the balcony don’t function properly, which would be ok if there wasn’t a residential building just across. They should either be fixed or an indoor curtain must be added, which is not an expensive feature. Other than this, everything else was OK.

La ubicación perfecta, en plena peatonal. La calidad de la habitación impecable, cama muy cómoda, aire acondicionado, heladera, cafetera con sobres de café y té para que uno se haga cuando lo desee.

La porta del bagno scorreva a fatica. Il rapporto qualita/prezzo. Dicono di avere una convenzione per mantenere i bagagli in un punto affiliato, in realta il prezzo è alto e per niente conveniente.

Telefon koji je prijavljen kao kontakt objekta u Booki g.com je pogrešan i na njega se niko ne javlja, kada sam slao poruke osoba sa druge strane se čudi i ne zna o čemu se radi. Samo zahvaljujući našoj snalažljivosti i ljubaznosti osoblja obližnjeg kafea, uspeli smo da uspostavimo kontakt sa vlasnicim i od portora dobijemo ključ apartmana. slao sam poruke i pokušavao da uspostavim kontakt kroz Booking.com platformu, ali bez odgovora. Vlasnica je na kraju tvrdila da je zvala i slala poruke preko WatsApp-a ali ne znam kome i na koji broj jer do mene nije ništa došlo. =Roletna velika na vratima terase ne radi, a nema zavese koj bi sprečila pogled spolja u sobu, pa smo se osećali kao na pozornci ili u televizoru - jer sa prozora zgrade prekoputa se vidi u našu sobu skroz do unutrašnjosti kupatila (okačiću fotografije)... Neophodno je staviti zavese... =Ispod je bar BUCO i u 6:30h ujutro vuku stolove i stolice iz restorana npolje u baštu - ali ne iznose nego VUKU po ulici, što proizvodi neprimerenu buku i budi goste koji su ipak na odmoru... =Treći krevet nam nije trebao, ali ako nekome treba da ne očekuje regularni krevet - u pitanju je pomoćni sklopivi ležaj. =Terasa, roletna sa spoljne strane, i sve na terasi je bilo neočišćeno i neobrisano =U kupatilu ima samo jedna kuka za kačenje peškira ili garderobe =Od doručka nemojte mnogo očekivati - Dobijete kupon za doručak u kafiću prekoputa... 1 Slatki kroasan i kafa... Nudili smo da zamenimo dva kupona za jedan sendvič i nisu prihvatili.

It was very close to the train station and the ferry terminal. Lots of restaurents were around. Room was spacious and the kitchenette had everything we wanted. Breakfast in the cafe was convenient.
