Отношение к клиентам на низком уровне. Я забыла зарядное устройство от айфона и сразу написала в отель. Так как я буду снова ехать через пару дней через Вену - я бы хотела забрать свое устройство. Но, к сожалению, отель больше не отвечает и игнорирует мои сообщения. Для меня это важный фактор - отсутствие клиентоориентированности. Со многим я могу мириться, но не с равнодушием к своим гостям. Хотела бы возвращаться в отель и дальше, но с таким отношением не буду. Поэтому низкая оценка. Чистота тоже не уровень 4 звезд, кстати.

I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

Location is good with nice bars & restaurants nearby and easy access to metro and city. Very safe location. Hotel is generally nice and clean with good A/C. Very nice and friendly staff.

Bed is ok for 1 or 2 nights, but not as comfortable as advertised. Sofas in room are totally useless and not comfortable even for short periods. Breakfast is ok but restaurant is small and very crowded even after 9.

This accommodation was the perfect fit for my family. Breakfast was exceptionally good and the location was absolutely the best to have a great connection to place of interest in that amazing city call Vienna.

One of the staff at the restaurant was not nice on the last day.

Das Frühstück war super, alles da und immer frisch und immer wieder aufgefüllt.

Die Tische waren fast immer Belegt und man musste warten bis wieder sauber war. Personal war aber sehr freundlich.

Buena ubicación en una zona tranquila a 15 minutos andando del centro. El personal fue muy amable a nuestra llegada. La habitación era cómoda y limpia.

Beautiful and modern hotel, nicely and smartly decorated, comfortable and at a great location. Within 10’ walking you will get to the centre with lots of stores and sightseeing. Right next to it you can find a supermarket, a bakery and an Italian restaurant. The room although not very spacious for 4 member family, it was ok and we were lucky to be at the 8th floor that has a balcony. Personnel polite and helpful. Overall our stay was great.

The door on the shower space had a small gap from which you could see inside so not very private.

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione e la colazione, anche se c'era poco di dolce così come hanno detto altri viaggiatori, ma posso affermare che quel poco era buono e poi in generale una colazione abbordante e buona, ogni mattina ci preparavano una deliziosa omelette espressa su richiesta.

Non mi è piaciuta la pulizia, per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, non era gran che, la moquette già di suo non è igienica in più era evidente che ogni giorno non passavano l'aspirapolvere, un giorno abbiamo avuto anche l'esperienza negativa di trovarli alle 17:30 iniziate a pulire la nostra camera, inoltre le camere belle, ma per 4 persone come nel nostro caso risultano piccole davvero, anche se devo ammettere che in poco spazio ma molto bene organizzato con il mobilio, apprezzabile il WC messo a parte in un piccolo stanzino si, ma è un buon compresso per la comodità che chi va in bagno non preclude ad altri di fare la doccia o utilizzare il lavandino, infine la stanza dei giochi per i bambini in realtà è piccola e pochissimo giochi per non dire nulla.

Non ho sperimentato la colazione; la posizione era ottima, in un quartiere autentico e comodissimo, accanto alla metro e ai principali mezzi. La camera era molto confortevole, bel bagno. Il letto per il bambino molto comodo.

Le pulizie erano sempre scoordinate rispetto ai nostri rientri in stanza. Tornavamo nel tardo pomeriggio e la camera non era pronta.

Really nice hotel and location with a cozy restaurant.

Breakfast was a bit limited and, although the staff did their best to accomodate the issue, the room card system was down for about a day ( way to long in my opinion ), they could not issue cards to guests, and someome from the reception had to come with us to open the room.

Temiz olması, banyosunun ferah olması benim için çok iyi oldu. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Konumu merkezdeki gezilmesi gereken yerlere yürüyerek 15 dakika mesafedeydi. Bulunduğu konumda da market vs. Vardı.

Tuvalet ve banyo ayrıydı. Ancak tuvalette el yıkamak için lavabo yoktu. Oradan çıkıp banyoya gidip yıkamalısın. Bu saçma oluyordu.

Tolle Lage. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück super. Zimmer sauber und gute Betten. Gerne wieder.

Room size for 4 people is very small, couldnt place our luggage. Toilet is separated from tap and shower (non convenient for us). Parking is far from the hotel.

‼️🚨 Dieses Hotel entspricht meiner Meinung nach keinesfalls einem Vier-Sterne-Standard. Für diese Kategorie wird einfach viel zu wenig geboten. Schon im Badezimmer fängt es an: Beim Duschen ist der Wasserdruck extrem schwach. Bademäntel oder Badeschuhe gibt es nicht, selbst einfache Dinge wie Ohrstäbchen fehlen und müssen extra angefordert werden. ‼️‼️‼️ Besonders enttäuschend und für mich absolut inakzeptabel war die Situation im Frühstücksrestaurant. Ein Mitarbeiter hat beim Reinigen der Tische Krümel und Essensreste einfach vom Tisch direkt auf den Boden geschoben. Dementsprechend lagen rund um die Tische überall Essensreste und Krümel. Auch die Stuhlbezüge sehen teilweise ungepflegt aus. Mit einem Vier-Sterne-Standard hat das für mich nichts zu tun. Wegen dieses Verhaltens habe ich mich direkt an eine Mitarbeiterin im Restaurant gewandt. Ihre Reaktion hat mich allerdings noch mehr enttäuscht: Sie zuckte lediglich mit den Schultern und erklärte sinngemäß, dass sie nichts dafür könne. Daraufhin bin ich zur Hotelrezeption gegangen und habe den Vorfall dort erneut angesprochen. Auch dort wurde die Verantwortung von sich gewiesen und mir erklärt, dass das Restaurant separat geführt werde und man deshalb nichts dafür könne. Als Gast interessiert mich allerdings nicht, wer intern für welchen Bereich zuständig ist. Ich buche ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel inklusive Frühstück und erwarte, dass Beschwerden ernst genommen und zumindest weitergeleitet werden. Stattdessen hatte ich bei beiden Ansprechpartnern das Gefühl: „Wir können nichts dafür, also ist es nicht unser Problem.“ Genau dadurch entsteht leider der Eindruck, dass der Kunde und seine berechtigte Beschwerde letztlich egal sind.

Room a bit small for a family. The room was generally properly clean however the carpet has a considerable amount of stains, which gives the feeling of unclean.

Dåligt städat. Sen städning. Personalen städar inte trots att man säger till återkommande. Personalen gör återkommande fel avseende bokningarna dvs fel person i fel rum och ger tom ut nycklar till rum som redan är upptagna. Städpersonalen respekterar inte stör ej-skyltar utan knackar och kliver in 5 sek senare mm. Som kompensation får jag vid tillfälle en voucher för två drinkar men sen visar det sig att vouchern inte gäller för drinkar utan för öl eller vatten.

En lineas generales el hotel esta muy bien. Es limpio y comodo. Nos tocó habitacion esquinera y era espaciosa y muy luminosa. Las otras me parece que son mas justitas. Tiene parking, pero en otro edificio, a 5 minutos del hotek. De pago

El baño no tiene casi superficie para dejar las cosa. Que sea bañera (y muy alta) en vez de ducha. Los usb del lado de la cama no funcionaban bien. Pero son detalles, en lineas generales es un hotel muy agradable. Y que pensaba que estaba un poco mas centrico.

I had a wonderful stay at this four-star hotel in Vienna. The location was excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and places of interest within easy walking distance, so we hardly needed to use public transportation. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the customer service was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I would also like to give special thanks to the two lovely ladies who cleaned our room. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and hardworking, and they cleaned our room beautifully and very efficiently every day. The breakfast was excellent as well, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, everything was great, and we had a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Stock. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Dusche befand sich im Bad und war sehr sauber. Die Toilette war in einem Extra Raum. Ungünstig fand ich, dass es dort kein Waschbecken gab. Da es sehr heiß war, nutzen wir die Klimaanlage, welche sehr gut funktionierte. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Jeder hat etwas für sich gefunden. Die Anordnung des Frühstücks fand ich etwas sehr auseinandergerissen. So war der Tee ganz am einen Ende platziert, diesen hat man nur zufällig gefunden, und der Kaffee ganz am anderen Ende. Auch gab es keine Teller bei dem Brot und Brötchen, so dass man ewig am hin und her laufen war. Die Atmosphäre war gut, das Personal jederzeit bemüht und sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels war außerordentlich gut, man erreicht die Stadt fußläufig, auch U-Bahn und Straßenbahn Haltestellen waren fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

We arrived early and they let us check in and gave us a room key straight away. Tbe staff were really friendly. Tbe breakfast was lovely and cater for all. Location about 15 minute walk to old town.

Yatakları çok rahattı, otel şehir merkezinde heryere yürüme mesafesindeydi kahvaltısı çok iyiydi fiyat biraz pahalı ama merkezdeki diğer oteller ile kıyaslayınca piyasanın bu şekilde olduğunu gördük metro istasyonu da hemen yanındaydı spar markette öyle tavsiye ediyorum

Me gusto la ubicacion, si bien esta a 10 minutos caminando del centro, el lugar es lindo con muchas ofertas gastronomicas cerca, y de muy buena calidad, se puede acceder facil con bici sendas. Y a 1 cuadra del rio que durante la noche hay mucho movimiento.

Tienen el sistema de avisar si uno quiere que se limpie la habitacion, eso no lo sabiamos y cuando llegamos no teniamos toallas limpias, no paso nada porque llamamos y nos trajeron enseguida.

The shower was very good , the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The service of the staff and facilities was excellent. The air conditioner is very good. There was a super market near the hotel and some restaurants.

Ailecek konakladık fakat ek yatak olarak hazırlanan çekyat pek rahat değildi üstelik bir tarafı ise çökmüş deforme olmuştu. O kısımda hiç yatamadık. Wc de lavabo yok... El yıkamak için banyoya geçmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Kapı otomatikleri çok sert çocuklar açmakta oldukça zorlandılar. bu zamanda hala Klozetlerde taharet musluğu olmamasını ise anlamıyorum. Kişisel temizlik için klozetlerde su ve musluk şart. Klima merkezi olduğundan ayarlaması oldukça zor Oda . 2 yetişkin ve 2 çocuk için çok küçük. Normal odaya bir çekyat eklenmiş o da rahat değil ...

The hotel was clean, the room was okay, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly, but we didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the food. The location was average—there were plenty of restaurants nearby, but the main shopping areas were quite far away. One downside was the bicycle path right outside the hotel entrance, which felt unsafe as cyclists passed by very quickly. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Friendly and helpful staff

The walls are rather thin so you can hear people talking and walking outside, so if you travel with small kids like we did we advice a sound machine. The parking is not in the hotel so you need to walk a bit, in case anyone has a lot of luggage.

We chose this hotel with large family (3 rooms) because of the location close to Prater and Donau Canal. I know I can not compare it with Anantara Hansen or Park Hyatt. When rating it in its category, I would have given it 5stars, but because I had been to Hyatt and Hansen, It would not be fair :) Otherwise for the price it works perfect. Reception staff very good and helpful, rooms basic but who cares. Breakfast food delicious, but service on breakfast was somehow weird. Ladies over there seemed to be annoyed of serving guests. Parking under Uniqa tower just next to the hotel is very cool. Novotel is 4star so in general no drawback on this level.

Lage ist sehr gut, Frühstück in Ordnung

Für 4 Personen (Kinder 10 u. 13 Jahre) war die Zimmergröße eindeutig zu klein.

La struttura è vicinissima alla metro, nei dintorni ci sono numerosi ottimi locali per mangiare ed il centro è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Inoltre la camera era molto pulita e confortevole e nella hall dell albergo c era anche una piccola area giochi per i bambini. Presente anche un'area fitness al piano interrato. Ottimo anche il ristorante dell albergo, nel quale abbiamo cenato una sera, propone piatti tipici e particolari.
