Muy peq la hab. El baño minúsculo. No habría la ventana. No entraba aire. Muy calurosa

Murdar,aerul condiționat nu funcționează,camerele sunt dotate cu ventilatoare. Am cerut ajutor la recepție pentru aerul condiționat și s-a răspuns ironic “e târziu nu este cine să ne ajute deschideți geamul numai bine vine aer curat” Bateriile telecomenzi TV erau uzate, am solicitat altele și nici măcar cu atât nu ne-au ajutat! Raportat la calitate preț zero!! Dezamăgitor!

Pequeno almoço saboroso , bem confecionado, não muita escolha, mas suficiente. A cama e os edredons muuuito confortáveis. A TV só dá alemão mas também ninguém vai para Vien ver televisão :)

A limpeza debaixo da cama, em cinco dias de estadia, o mesmos cotão esteve sempre lá. Na casa de banho, fiz a experiência dois dias , deixei a tampa da sanita fechada com um papel la dentro, ao fim do dia o mesmo papel lá estava, sem ter sido limpo. As cortinas nas banheiras é do mais impróprio na transmissão de bactérias.

Η τιμή του . Το βρήκα εκτακτως που χρειάστηκα για ένα βράδυ τελευταία στιγμή . Μεγάλα δωμάτια και άνετα .Εξυπηρετικο και ευγενικό προσωπικό . Καθαρά σεντόνια πετσέτες .

Η τοποθεσία είναι μέτρια . Χρειάζεσαι περπάτημα ως το κοντινότερο μέτρο . Είναι κάπως παλιό και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους υπάρχουν κάποιες μυρωδιές .

I had a good overall stay at Florum Hotel Vienna. The property itself was great, well maintained, and provided a comfortable environment. However, the check-in experience could have been better. The staff assisting with check-in did not seem particularly friendly or welcoming, which was a little disappointing after arriving at the hotel. On a positive note, the check-out experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, which left us with a much better final impression. Overall, I enjoyed the property and my stay, but I would recommend improving the warmth and hospitality during the check-in process.

Pool or Gym was’t available

Jakość do ceny jest rewelacyjna, aż żałuję że byłam tak krótko. Jest on prawie w centrum. Komunikacja miejsca dotrze wszędzie więc polecam szukać miejsca parkingowego na stałe (jest parking podziemny ogólny płatny około 25 euro za dobę).

Понравилось абсолютно всё. Местоположение отличное 10-15 минут не спеша пешком до центра. Персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый. Завтрак- в полне себе достаточно. Очень чисто. Не далеко метро. В 2 минутах супермаркеты.

Værelset var rent, servicen i orden og personalet behageligt.

Minikøleskabet larmede meget, hvilket var irriterende og forstyrrende om natten. Derudover var der steder på badeværelset som kunne bruge en håndværker.

Es war keine Fernbedienung für den Fernseher vorhanden, erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde eine bereitgestellt, nur um festzustellen, dass diese nicht funktioniert und der TV-keine Programme sendet. Personal mäßig motiviert.

Todo estaba muy limpio y el desayuno era bastante casero y calidad

La segunda cama de la habitación ( sofá cama)era deplorable, estaba en muy mal estado (sonaba muchísimo y el colchón era más fino que una radiografía)

The girls at the reception were fantastic – very friendly and helpful. Everything was great. The hotel is an excellent choice for a one- or two-night stay, with a very fair price. Highly recommended!

The Receiption Ladies who welcomed us. The lady gave us chocolates which was unexpected to us. All the time we were welcomed by the receiption ladies.

El trato de la recepciónista fue muy rápido y frío, sobre que nos cuesta el inglés. Me decepcionó un poco. Después pedí una silla para la habitación, pues eramos 2 y no lo tenían permitido.

Сняли двойную оплату, до сих пор не вернул ни букинг , ни отель. Не дали чека, чтобы доказать оплату на месте. Фото не соответствует реальности. Старый грязный отель. В номере пахло сигаретами или чем-то затхлым. Персонал никак не помог, и сказал обратился в букинг. Со мной такое впервые.

לא תהיו מוכנים לתלונה שלי: מלון מכוער,מזכיר בית ספר ישן כשהגענו היה מאורר בחדר והמזגן לא עבד,ובנוסף המים באמבטיה לא ירדו. כשירדתי לפקידה להגיד על המזגן היא אמרה ״אוי,מזל שלא חם היום״ (גם לא הייתה מופתעת,כנראה ידעה) כמובן שטענתי שללא מזגן אני לא ישן. היא ציינה שאין לה טכנאים עכשיו וחדרים בקטגוריה שלנו אין,והאופציה היחידה שאו שנישאר שם או שנשלם עוד 30-40 יורו בערך לחדר אחר טיפה יותר טוב. כמובן שלא הסכמתי כי זאת לא בעיה שלי וכפיצוי הם רצו לתת לנו או 20 אחוז הנחה על השהייה או ארוחת בוקר חינם. מיותר לציין שלא לקחתי אף אחת מההעצות,לקחתי את המזוודות שלי והלכתי למלון קרוב מאוד,יקר ב10-20 יורו שהיה פי 30 ברמה. בקיצור לא ממליץ ועדיין מחכה להחזר הכספי שלי ולמענה גם מבוקינג וגם מהמלון. המלון הכי מזעזע שהייתי בו.

Kleines Fenster in den Innenhof. Da die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte und man uns kein alternatives Zimmer geben konnte, mussten wir uns leider ein anderes Hotel suchen. Leider konnte die Rezeption uns nichts schriftliches ausstellen, indem bestätigt wird, dass uns die volle Summe erstattet wird.

Je moet teveel betalen voor wat je krijgt Stopcontact uit de muur met draden in de douche Kapotte vloer en plinten waar gewoon stukken uit waren en je je eigen aan open kon halen Haren in de badkuip Er stond bij de booking priveparkeerplaats, maar dit was niet het geval dus er kwamen ook nog parkeerkosten bij Ontbijt was ook slecht de broodjes waren erg droog en zo was het iedere ochtend

Genel olarak otel bakımsız ve eski, asansör alanında korku filmi çekilebilir ::) ama f/p bakarsak daha iyisini görmedim... duş perdesi oldugu icin tüm su banyoya sızıyor kayma riski yüksek acilen renovasyon yapmalisiniz

La ubicación muy buena, personal muy amable.

Mi piaciuto soltanto le receptionist quelli che fanno i turni la mattina sono molto accoglienti. Ci ha permesso di utilizzare il bagno per cambiarci e lasciare le nostre valigie. Soprattutto è tutto collegato. Poi non mi è dispiaciuto la colazione anche è buona ci hanno fatto fare anche colazione al sacco l’ultimo giorno nostro.

Pulizia: Il check-in è stato ritardato fino alle 16:00, ma nonostante la lunga attesa la camera si presentava estremamente polverosa e non pulita adeguatamente. Manutenzione e sicurezza: Diversi arredi e impianti in camera risultano usurati o pericolanti prima ancora del nostro utilizzo. In particolare, alcune prese elettriche si stanno staccando dalla parete e il supporto a muro del soffione della doccia è instabile. Tenuto conto degli avvisi presenti in struttura che prevedono penali salate (fino a 1000€) per eventuali danni, ci siamo trovati a dover usare tutto con estrema cautela per evitare che oggetti già danneggiati cedessero durante la nostra permanenza. Ci teniamo a precisare che la camera era già in queste condizioni al nostro ingresso. Illuminazione e corridoi: Il corridoio d'accesso alle camere è molto buio e dipendente da luci automatiche che non garantiscono un passaggio agevole Servizio e accoglienza: La reception si è dimostrata poco accogliente nel turno pomeridiano ed è risultata completamente sguarnita durante le ore serali, lasciando gli ospiti senza assistenza.

Not bad location, the AC was working good

The staff was very rude they don’t have a ethics to speak with their customers, the receptionist was yelling at me and telling me that I have stayed 10 more minutes and I have to pay for that, she was so rude and very rude tone, never coming to this hotel again, plus the pictures on booking is different than the reality.

This hotel was very convenient location wise & relatively affordable. The staff were amazing & were happy to store our luggage after we checked out, so we could go explore the city for the day!

The bathroom was a little bit old fashioned, but fine for a short stay.

Możliwość zakwaterowania w nocy. Bez problemu obsługa odpowiadała przez aplikację Booksy. Byliśmy jakoś koło 3:30. Byłam też pozytywnie zaskoczona wielkością pokoju.

Nie jest to raczej hotel, w którym rozważała bym dłuższy pobyt. Jednak w tym momencie był idealny. Wiedeń to często przystanek na trasie w dłuższej podróży. Do tego sprawdził się idealnie. Trochę głośno od przejeżdżających samochodów, ale dla nas do wytrzymania.

Завтраки не брали, посмотрели утром их состав, не расстроились. Под окнами всю ночь орут то таксисты, то разгружают что-то в магазин, очень шумно. Не хватает мебелировки, из-за этого номер кажется пустоватым. Воду дали только по приезду, второй день уже не дали. Я бы сделал нормальные душевые вместо ванны.

Начнем с того,что номер не соответствовал тому что был на фото,окна выходили во двор где проходил ремонт.внутренний двор,окна почти упираются в соседний дом,в ванной комнате в самой ванной вода в стоячем виде и не уходит пока купаешься,дверь в ванной скрипит и от набухания плохо закрывается.заселение в 16.00!такого не помню еще в своей жизни

Good location. Close to pedestrian zone and metro station, but out of the tourist crowd. Receptionist was kind and professional.

Room was small (smaller than in description). Bed was soft and uncomfortable. Bathroom was the most problematic part of accommodation: bathtub with curtain instead of doors, old handheld shower head was leaking and spray all over the place... on top of all the bathtub was clogged. This facility supposedly has 4 star rating, but in reality it was more like 2 star hotel.

Non c'era il balcone come nelle foto, affaccio su muro. Mancanza doccia. Scale e ascensore da ristrutturare

Buena zona para quedarse cerca del centro pero en un barrio tranquilo y residencial donde tienes supers, restaurantes, parques.. perfecto para quedarse por allí tranquilo si no te quieres mover para cenar por ejemplo. Cerca del transporte público aunque puedes caminar a cualquier parte porque está muy cerca de todo. El personal muy amable y informan de todo perfecto.

Viajamos con un bebé y aunque estaba todo perfecto, y repetiría, escogimos el alojamiento porque tenía nevera para poder tener su leche comida etc, dejábamos una tarjeta puesta solo para eso y al hacer la habitación la quitaban y aunque lo comentamos, la dejaban mal puesta no se porque, por lo que la nevera estaba todo el día sin electricidad y tuvimos que tirar comida y comprar cada día porque todo se estropeaba.

It was nice place, comfortable, all I needed for a short trip

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacja metra, sklepy, restauracje. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie, w pokoju czysto. Można zostawić bagaże w pomieszczeniu przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu. Koszt śniadania 20€ ale nie korzystaliśmy.

Zakwaterowanie od 16:00, niestety brak możliwości wcześniejszego zakwaterowania. Mieliśmy pokój od ruchliwej ulicy, więc otwarcie okna w nocy nie było możliwe, ale za to klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutów. Czasami czuć kanalizację.

The customer service of the young woman who checked us in was great. Location is a quick walk to bridge into old town area. Steps from many good restaurants and cafés nearby.

The floor we were on was still being remodeled. The bathroom was dated and water pressure wasn’t strong. Bed was comfortable but pillow was not supportive. Refrigerator was not cold.

Standard pokoju niższy niż na zdjęciach, niedziałająca klimatyzacja, brudne ściany oraz ręcznik, słabe wyciszenie - około pólnocy słychać było krzyczących gości wracających z piątkowych lokalnych uroczystości z Taborstraße... słabe usytuowanie toalety - mało miejsca, widoczne kable elektryczne pod umywalką

Největší výhodou hotelu je lokalita. Všude kousek, procházkou.

Protivná recepční, snídaně nic moc, na pokoji prach, blikající žárovka v koupelně.

Hotel mal dobrú polohu, blízko k zastávke električky 2, ktorou ste prešli cez mesto a mohli ste vidieť veľa významných budov a námestí. Doprava je skvelá.

Izba mala moderný, útulný a funkčný nábytok. Avšak žalúzia na okne bola nefunkčná aj záves odvesený z háčikov. Z toho dôvodu sme si nevedeli zatemniť okno v noci a okná smerovali do hlavnej osvetlenej ulice.

El personal que nos atendió, Beatriz principalmente, Loles y el resto son extremadamente amables y profesionales. Nos sentimos muy a gusto cada vez que necesitamos algo de Bea y esta nos indicaba que hacer. Experiencia buenísima. Felicidades.

La habitación era algo pequeña pues fuimos con nuestro hijo y para tres personas se hizo algo estrecha. Por otro lado, echamos de menos tostadoras de pan en el comedor.

Fuimos a pasar 5 noches en familia. La ubicación fantástica. El desayuno variado y rico. Las instalaciones muy limpias. Y Loles y Bea,las dos chicas de recepción,encantadoras. Siempre dispuestas a ayudar. La ventaja,que son españolas. Gracias por estos días.

Éramos tres y para mí gusto la habitación un poco escasa. Era más bien para dos. Y por favor, dirección del hotel.....no pongan el sofa cama para dormir. Es algo incómodo.

Le Florum Hotel est indiqué comme étant un 4 étoiles, mais ça n’est visiblement pas le cas ! Aucune étoile affichée sur l’hôtel et la prestation n’est clairement pas au niveau attendu. Aussi, le prix convenu lors de la réservation sur Booking n’a pas été respecté par l’hôtel au moment du paiement, le personnel a été très désagréable, sans pour autant résoudre le problème.

The hotel is in a good location, close to public transportation and the city center. The air conditioning worked well. However, the room needed some additional cleaning when I arrived.

Det mesta helt ok men viss personal gjorde inte servicen med hjärtat - det märks. Men inget att klaga på men inte helhjärtat!

Genel olarak güzel ve temiz bir odaydı, fotoğrafta gösterildiği gibi. Konumu da gayet güzel, yürüyerek çoğu yere erişilebiliyor. Etrafta yemek için çok alternatif var.

Küvet yerine duşakabin olabilir. Genel olarak böyle yerlerde küvet kullanımı pek güzel olmuyor. Ama genel deneyimi aşırı etkileyen bir durum da değil.

Popsuta klimatyzacja w całym hotelu - podobno (na korytarzach, w recepcji działała) w momencie największych upałów. Całą noc nie zmrużyliśmy oka :(

Outdated rooms and you can hear everything from the hallway in the room. They say 4 star hotel but its not a 4 star hotel more like 2 or 3 star

Tento hotel ma daleko do 4 hvězdičky připadal jsem si že bydlím na ubytovně a snídaně hrůza na snídani byli jen vajíčka a trochu pečiva .

Good value for money. Great location and very decent

Located in a Jewish part of the city, but at a nice walking distance from the city centre. A few supermarkets in the neighbourhood. And when we visited it was very hot, so the airco was heavenly.

Not much, we sometimes needed to wait for a while for the elevator to arrive. Also we understood that on one floor the airco was getting fixed, which lead other guests to complain at the nice lady in the lobby.

הגענו ביום חם ושרבי והמזגן בחדר בדיוק קרס. ניכרה הרצון של בעל המלון לפייס ולתת לנו הרגשה הגי נוחה שיש. לא נרגע עד שהביא לנו פיצוי ארוחת בוקר כשרה למחרת.

Мы ожидали около полу часа чтобы заселиться. Далее заплатили больше, чем было указано на букинге. Душ был поломан, сразу же сказали об этом на рецепшене. Проблему так и не решили. На туалете возможно сидеть только боком, так как его установили вплотную к стене. В номере не убирали во время проживания. Полотенца не меняли. Все не в лучшем состоянии. Фотографии отеля не совпадают с действительностью!
