Comfortable beds, great pillow selection and a very excellent breakfast!! I would definitely stay here again!!

There was nothing we did not enjoy.

Didn't know what to expect in a small town. More than met our expectation and location was close to everything and with in walking distance. Washing facilities was very clean. Would stay again.

Breakfast was great. I enjoyed it both mornings.

The carpet in your room would do well to have a thorough cleaning as it has been well used

Property was clean, quiet, new, everything worked, beds were comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was plentiful and well presented. The rooms are all oversized each with a couch and comfortable chair, mini refrigerator, microwave and small prep sink. The suite we were in was massive.

Depending on the direction of wind, it’s possible to get smells from the meat packing plant North West of town.

Everything was great: the room, the breakfast, the location, and a really good slide pool! Boston Pizza and Tim Horton's right next door. Possibly the best hotel in Brooks? We would happily stay there again.

No complaints whatever.

Sparkling clean

So many tables and chairs in the eating area made it feel a bit crowded. Using some of the space for sofas would add to the overall comfort here.

The hotel was great as was the breakfast. They compensated us for the terrible night sleep on night two

Unfortunately on the second night the room below us played really loud music all night. We asked desk staff three times to get them to turn it off/down. The occupants kept turning the music up. They should have dealt with it during the night but they did refund us the second night at least.

The luggage cart was so weird n it was so difficult to carry the luggage to the room

Spotlessly clean, well stocked, friendly staff. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Coin operated washer/dryer. Digital pay would be more convenient. I don’t carry change anymore.

Breakfast was terrific, and the pool with the slide was a lot of fun. The shower was good and strong and nice products were provided in the bathrooms.

Even with it going through renovations, it was organized and clean. Staff very accompanying.

Door locks did work and we had to get the front desk clerk to open it up, she was the best!

Good stay. No issues. Great pool, slide and hot tub. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast adequate. Easy to find and decent dining in the area. Would stay there again.

Clean room and friendly staff

If you are staying here because of the breakfast , Don't. Breakfast is lukewarm at best at 6am when it opens. The pool is cold. Hot tub is hot althought the jets do not work. Waterslide is solid.

Nice hotel had a lot of trouble with door locks

Everything was as expected. Front desk was nice.

Everything was good. Building could use a little work, carpets are coming up, most everything is a little beat up. Breakfast was ok. Don’t like the coffee, no flavoured creamer to make it drinkable. No lactose free options for milk, cream or yogurt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brooks Ramada!! Staff were great, room was nice, building was nice and clean. Overall, it was awesome.

The breakfast was good especially our kids they liked alot.( my friend kids and mine).

If I am honest with you ,there is unpleasant smell was disturbing my wife and my kids

The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast is good, and my kids loved playing on the pool slide.

The receptionist has red hair, terrible service, and looks like she doesn't like working there. She treated us with disdain. I think when you work with people, you should be friendly and respectful.

The hotel was fantastic and easy to manage with two kids (4 and 3). Beds were comfy, pool was fun and the surrounding amenities made our quick visit great! Loved having a Tim Hortons next door for the next morning. Great breakfast with plenty of options for us and the kids!

If you are visiting Dinosaur Provincial Park Brooks is the nearest big (ish) town. Check in was quick and easy and we had a dip in the pool before heading to the Boston Pizza next door for dinner - you get a discount as a hotel guest.

Very great breakfast and staff took pride in the facility.

Very noisy kids in the day followed by party animals at night. Not the facility fault but the people that stayed there. Kids ran up and down hallways yelling and went on for awhile. Parents did nothing as they appeared exhausted.

Had a sports team on the same floor as us, so we had teenagers running up and down the halls, knocking on our door multiple times and running away. Then had the coaches set up a hang out spot outside our room from 8pm to 3:30-4am being loud and drinking so made it impossible to get a good nights sleep

Ac unit made a terrible noise, and the breakfast isn't good at all

Great overall stay

Great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms. We traveled with 2 kids (4 and 9 years old) and had no issues with anything. A well-kept pool with a spiraling slide will help you keep your kids busy on a rainy day. The hotel is just under 30 minutes away from the Dinosaur Provincial Park or Lake Newell, where you can actually swim. We also visited the Alberta Birds of Prey Centre near Lethbridge, having decided that a 90-minute drive is better than staying there. That trip was a blast!

We had to use a plunger once, which was readily provided by the helpful staff. Seeing how frequently it was later requested by other guests made me think that the hotel's toilets or pipes might not be working as intended. Not a big thing, really, as there was no odour, leaks, or whatnot. But forewarned is forearmed.

It was the best place during the trip , we had a new hotel everynight and this one was the best. We travel from quebec to vancouver

Property was clean and quiet. Pool was pretty chilly and the slide is better suited for much older kids. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tim Hortons is in the parking as is boston pizza so that was convenient. Parking was easy and free.
