I like the staff, the lication, the last room with a seaview. I like the landscape and the safety of the place.

I didnt like the limited variety of the food in the hotel restaurant, I didnt like that the bigger rooms have no direct sea view

La habitación era perfecta; amplia, limpia, con un balcón con vistas y tetera para hacerte café o té. Tiene una piscina con bonitas vistas y restaurante. La playa de Anse Royale está a unos minutos andando.

El único problema es que si no tienes coche no puedes hacer nada por la noche; todo está oscuro y para ir a cualquier lugar hay que andar por una carretera sin aceras y un poco peligrosa.

La vue (superbe) et le personnel (polyglotte serviable, conciliant et souriant ). la taille de la chambre (très grande), la piscine.

Difficulté relative d'accès à la piscine et au restaurant quand on a quelques petites difficultés de déplacement.

Le petit déjeuner était extrêmement frugal, et sans réel choix. Majoritairement indien.

Piscine : auge à cochon non entretenue. Pas d'eau chaude, En plus qu'elle soit marron. Personnel de réception surpris quant aux demandes. Cafards aux rendez-vous. La restauration exclusiment indienne, quand tous les ingrédients sont là. Desserts au nombre de 2...une catastrophe !

Staff war mit einfachsten Dingen wie Handtuchwechsel vollkommen überfordert. Das Frühstück war grauenvoll, z.B. Kaffee mit Neskaffeepulver zubereitet. Der Manager ist ein Witz, bekommt nichts geregelt.

Convenient location for a short stay, but very basic ​Pros: The location is great for those who want to be near the popular beach and local shops. It served its purpose for a quick one-night stay before our flight home. ​Cons to Consider: ​Comfort Levels: Coming from higher-end accommodation, we found this to be very basic. The bed was not particularly comfortable, and the room had several small insects. ​Maintenance & Atmosphere: The common area looked nice, but going towards our room felt a bit neglected; for example, cleaning equipment like mops and buckets were left out by the stairs, and there was some worn-out furniture near the rooms, which took away from the overall experience. ​Access: The property is on a steep hill. It is a tough climb on foot, so I would highly recommend arriving by vehicle if you have heavy luggage.

Pozne wymeldowanie 500 rupi do 14 mieliśmy pokój. Hotel prowadzony przez hindusów. Restauracja z hinduskie jedzenie . Sniadanie w miarę piwo 90 rupi małe. Polecam . Duzy plis za ten piękny widok .

Très belle vue sur la mer

Restauration très médiocre, vraiment médiocre. Nous avions réservé une demi-pension et avons quitté le restaurant en plein dîner, car les plats n’étaient vraiment pas bons, et manque de propreté. La direction nous a tout de même offert un late Check out pour s’excuser.

La vue depuis la piscine, le confort du lit et petit déjeuner copieux.

Chambre défraîchie, joint douche noir, évacuation douche bouchée et flexible douche qui fuit. Chasse d'eau très bruyante. Pas de gel douche, juste un savon. On a dû réclamer les petites bouteilles d'eau. Un scolopendre vivant dans le chambre La clim s'arrête dès que l'on quitte la chambre qui devient un vrai four. Very friendly staff everywhere (reception, restaurant, room services). Exceptional location just above of one of the nicest beaches (including swimming and shadow from trees) in Mahe. Some rooms are newly renovated, maybe you can ask to get one of these.

The aircon units of two rooms were not well maintained and fully useless. But they offered us a third very good room.

Excellent sea view from the hotel room, fairly decent facilities.

Approach is by a very steep road, a bit far away from facilities.

Didn’t respond to email, telephone call. We’ve emailed them several times with no response. When we arrived the airconditioning was turned off. It was 30 degrees in our room so our 2 year old daughter couldn’t sleep. Besides that, we asked for a baby cot and it wasn’t there in the room.

The rooms are small. They were not very clean (we had a very large cockroach visiting one night). The staff is not terribly helpful. The breakfast was awful and extremely expensive

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Le Relax Hotel and Restaurant. Despite their advertised “flexible cancellation policy,” the hotel refused to accommodate me after my cancellation request was not properly registered. I initially attempted to cancel my booking well before the deadline, but when I realized my cancellation hadn’t gone through, I contacted the property just a few hours after the cancellation cut-off and several days before the check-in date. Despite acting in good faith and explaining the situation, the hotel refused to show any flexibility or understanding. Instead, they charged me the full amount without any attempt to resolve the matter or offer a compromise. This rigid and unreasonable approach completely undermines the concept of a “flexible policy” and demonstrates a lack of customer care. If you value fairness and guest-oriented service, I highly recommend avoiding this property. There are plenty of hotels with fairer policies and more considerate management.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Le Relax Hotel and Restaurant. If you value fair treatment, transparency, and a property that cares about its guests, I strongly advise booking elsewhere. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I regret ever making this reservation.

Nothing Was not what I was expecting.

We had to wait for someone on reception to assist us on our arrival,No one welcome us in this place. They just ask for ID card that's all.They bring us to a room without explaining anything.We had to go done and ask for another room because it was not what we had paid for and the room was not comfortable at all,The person ask us to wait for 5 minutes he will check if they had another room which will be an extra charged also.We waited for 1 hour a no one came to us,I had to go down and ask if it's available for another room then they changed us same time when I went to ask.and had to pay another extras.Bad customer service.Restaurant also no standard.

The personel is very nice, friendly, always willing to help. It's location is perfect , a short walk from the Royal Anse Beach. There is also a nice restaurant in the hotel, serving great Indian food. I strongly recomend that place and for sure will book the accomodation again if ever again in Mahe.

The price of the breakfast set is too high.

Lovely Indian food. They do delivery to your hotel also in case you are not staying there. Superb service. Special mention to Vaishnav who went extra mile to take care of our 10 month old baby. Location is also fab with sea view. They have outlets in Praslin and la digue too which you can try.

Relax Hotel in Mahé was the perfect tropical escape! With stunning ocean views, a serene pool, and excellent dining, every moment felt like paradise. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Highly recommend for anyone seeking tranquility and top-notch service!

Excellent Location, friendly stuff, nice food,amazing customer service especially Mrinal. For sure we will viait u back. We recommend it to all visitors going to south for a calm nice and family or couples trips. Also the hotel has nice views.

Value for money hotel and this is the right place to spend some quality time. Away from city near to nature. It’s a three star hotel but view of this hotel is 5 star. Service is good and prompt. Staff is polite and help you with smile. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Started by welcoming me in the early hours of the morning having assisted in organizing transport for me from the airport and ensured the rest of my stay was comfortable. It was pure pleasure to be guests of Le Relax Hotel. It's really cosy and cameral place perfect for several days of chill. You can choose from pool in hotel or beautiful beach in front of it. The hotel is really cosy and peaceful. Perfect ocean view fr om the room allows You to have a real relax. Despite being a public one the beach is clean and beautiful. There is Anse Royal town 10 minutes walking from the hotel. You can find there shops, restaurants and tasty takeaways. The staff of the hotel is the main point of our review. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice to us. We felt there wonderful. It was a great time after intensive time of exploring Seychelles islands.

The view The bed was very comfy A/C was efficient Staff were friendly We stayed here on the last night before an early flight in the morning...it ticked all the boxes in that respect! Good value for money.

Location wasn't perfect, top of a steep hill which was difficult for some of us to climb Food wasn't great, although breakfast wasn't bad! Each room had an emergency light above the patio doors so a very bright green LED light remained on all the time. Made the room was very light to sleep in TV didn't seem to work in either room

Breakfast; 2 choices, either Indian or Continental. Both very acceptable; lovely fresh fruit dish, and fruit juice; followed by "mains" as appropriate. generous helpings. Meals-drinks available all day. Lovely setting and views. Delightful staff

Wi-fi access a bit complicated but staff help sort that. No, value for money. Recommend it as a venue to stay for a few days or longer.

Very underestimated property! View from the room and restaurant is gorgeous! Waking up every day to the sound of waves, lots of birds and flying foxes, very green area, like jungle. Staff are super nice and welcoming, very accommodating and responsive and helpful . Food is good, hotel is clean and new, 2 min to the amazing beach, local restaurant and shops.

The hotel is opposite a beach (2 minutes walk), the staff is very friendly (especially Mandy - waiter) and the food at the restaurant is fantastic! The pancake after breakfast and the Butter Chicken for dinner is highly recommended. The room has the basic necessities and the shower was good. The view from the hotel is spectacular 24/7. Highly recommended to order a drink from the bar and relax at the pool before sunset.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. It was close to georgeous beaches and it was really quiet and calm. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The green exit light was a bit bothering in the room during the night, as it was very bright. But we couldn't turn it off.

The view was fantastic! Wifi was terrible. Restaurant was average to below average. They were not ready for my arrival both days I stayed. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. They did give me a discounted day rate to accommodate my late flight.

The rooms needed to be updated and upgraded to a 3-star accommodation. Rooms were too spartan. Lacked a certain cozy and comfortable factor.

Had a great stay at this hotel (5 nights) and it deserves a higher rating. I read some of the older bad reviews and they were not applicable at all. Staff were very helpful, price was reasonable, amazing view, no problems at all with the room. Pool and restaurant were nice as well.

Summary: great place to stay a week, comfortable bed, excellent restaurant and friendly and helpful staff. We travel a lot and this a great place to stay with an unusually good restaurant. Airport: the hotel organised us an upmarket taxi to take to the hotel for €40. Checking In: informal and friendly with a drink. We arrived at 09:00 and in our room by 09:30. Room: we booked a deluxe room with sea view. The vista was slightly blocked by the roof of the restaurant but had a large veranda with seating for four and a coffee table. Inside there was a super king size bed, fridge, coffee making facilities, plug sockets (UK) with USB charging points (x4). The wardrobe was fine but bring your own hangers. The bathroom was roomy with 2 sinks, huge shower with powerful shower and ample hot water, and nice toiletries. Room service was daily. The aircon was enough for even the hottest day. Restaurant: This good restaurant is outdoors but undercover. The food is mainly Indian, Creole and international (mainly Italian) with a large number of options. We tried a fair part of the menu and all was excellent. Breakfast was a range of cooked options, fruit juice, toast and coffee/tea. Swimming pool: clean with a range of loungers and chairs/tables. Staff: top team of happy, friendly and helpful people. The management were in evidence everyday which ensured that high standards were maintained.

Albergo molto carino, personale gentile e disponibile, ottima posizione. Ristorante non eccezionale

Struttura molto semplice per breve fuga dal freddo di passaggio nell'arcipelag Questo albergo non deve essere particolarmente costoso ( non pagando piu' di 100 euro al giorno) puo' essere una soluzione di passaggio. Non e' la sisteazione per un indimenticabile viaggio di nozze. La si puo' considerare un motel. Piccolo hotel, in fase di ristrutturazione durante il mio soggiorno, vista mare dal ristorante, intravista dai bungalow o dalle stanze del corpo centrali che davvero non vi consoglio: soffocanti...vi ho passato una notte non vista sui lavori in corso ( dopo aver chiesto la vista pubblicizzata sui siti..)soffocante per il caldo ed anche in relazione a plexiglass o vetro sul balcone che fornisce vista, ma non consente di godere di un poco di brezza serale. Il Bungalow e' piu' fresco e spazioso ( ce ne sono 6), spartano tuttavia, niente addobbi floreali ne asciugamani predisposti per un'atmosfera esotica. La vista mare viene pagata al prezzo di una ripida salita per raggiungere l'albergo, che risulta pericolosa senza auto . Peraltro l'auto risulta indispensabile considerando i prezzi di taxi di Mahe' . Avendo tempo l'isola puo' comunque essere scoperta in autobus. Con pochi giorni, consiglio vivamente l'auto e una struttura a nord dell'isola.Bella certo la baia di Anse Royale ma alle spalle la rumorosissima e trafficata autostrada ( o cosi' viene chiamata.. la strada piu' veloce per percorrere l'isola da nord a sud). Bella dicevo per un bagno equalche foto .

Charmant hôtel au bord de mer sur une’ petite colline qui surplombe la magnifique Anse royale qui est pour moi la plus de l’île. Hôtel tenu par des indiens extrêmement serviables et très gentils.chambre spacieuse confortable et bien décoré, bouilloire frigo à disposition. La jeune fille de la réception parle très bien français et a été d une gentillesse remarquable pendant notre séjour, les plats indiens du restaurant sont très bons et feront voyager vos papilles. Une voiture est pour moi nécessaire pour visiter Mahé Cette plage devant l’hôtel est calme ,pas de vent, pas de courant on a pied loin été idéal snorkeling.

The location is perfect - wonderful views over the calm, shallow lagoon which is ideal for swimming and snorkelling - yes, there is coral reef. Close enough to airport and also close to a bus route for exploring the island, though renting a car can also be good. This isn't a 5-star hotel, which is, of course, reflected in the reasonable prices, but we had a wonderful holiday there. Expect a bit of local colour, and not a wide breakfast choice, for example, but rooms were clean and had all the main facilities. We had one free upgrade because of renovation work to the standard rooms. I would recommend asking for the newly renovated rooms in the main house (due to be finished end February). If you are in the chalets remember to be quiet as soundproofing is minimal. Wifi was a nuisance - needed new codes every day and not entirely reliable. The deputy manager, Deviey (? not sure how she spells it) was most charming and helpful. If you like Indian food this is the place for you as it is run by Indians and specialises in that. The gardens are pretty and wonderful for star-gazing.

Hotel undergoing renovation which we were NOT told about i.e the lovely white house in the picture was totally gutted and being renovated. Wifi very difficult to access required help from staff. Dinner took over one and half hours to arrive after we had ordered our food and the starter came after main course. They did not charge us for the starter the food was good when it eventually arrived but lack of information from person in charge of the restaurant and hopeless customer care, no apology. spoilt our last night of the holiday. we were too tired and hungry to enjoy the meal.The renovated room we were in had the wardrobe in the bathroom ! in a humid climate. the toilet flush stuck and water kept running. There were a few insects in the room and I asked if it could be sprayed but there was a lack of response to this request. There were lots of small insects on all of the stairs up to the room.

Muy amable el personal, el restaurante del hotel es de comida india, DELICIOSO!!! Sazon exquisito, auténtico indio, muy recomendable. La habitación de lujo con vista al mar, tiene el mar muy lejos, un poquito sucio. Pero el personal muy amable.

It was ok! But that’s about it and there’s nothing else to add

I booked a room for two adults and one child. When I got there they said the rollaway beds We’re unavailable. I kept asking them where the child was then expected to sleep at which they just kept saying sorry. After two complaints and later in the evening they were finally able tonsecure a crib which ended up being small for a four year old. Also, I found a cockroach in my curry at the restaurant. They didn’t charge me for it but still not what you want to find in your food.

Incheckningen tog väldigt lång tid och vi fick vänta. Det hade underlättat om texten på bokningen hade varit på engelska. Jag försökte översätta ord för ord, men det var meningslöst. Tyvärr hade bokningarna gjorts med 20 dagars mellanrum och villkoren skilde för betalningarna. Det verkade som om vi måste betala ytterligare en gång för den sista natten, som redan var betald men tyvärr i svensk valuta. Något annat alternativ fanns inte då. Dessutom skulle det bli ett standardrum. Trist diskussion när man är trött efter en lång flygresa. Elinstallationen i badrummet var felaktigt utförd. Varken badrumsskåpets lampor eller lysröret ovanför fungerade. Vatten rann ut på golvet från någon läcka vid badkaret. Risken är då stor att man halkar på golvet särskilt på kvällen, när det är svårt att se om det är vått. Bra indisk kock men de övriga rätterna var av sämre kvalitet. Annan kock troligen!

Planned to use to rest as day room before midnight flight. Slow check in. took a long time for meal and when I went to use shower it was either full cold or scalding hot. No shower mat for slippery surface. View from property was excellent. I had view of fence. Plenty of other properties to choose.

Albergo molto carino e confortevole, a due passi dalla meravigliosa spiaggia di anse Royale. Inaspettatamente receptionist che parla italiano, molto gradito.Ristorante carino, un po' lento il servizio. Camera graziosa con doccia molto spaziosa.

Small tropical island B&B hotel in a small town on the beach. Hotel is 50 yds. up a street from beach and half km. from small town. Room was comfortable w/ good a/c and adequate bathroom. not luxurious, and small balcony. Bearkfast was good w/ eggs&bacon, fruit juice & fruit and coffee/tea. Restaurant by poolside was B+ for dinner. Town Anse Royal has 2 restaurants that were good, a small gas station like 7/11 and a bank atm. Best to rent a car to see the island.

Stayed here on a layover to Dubai. Very comfortable and the setting is beautiful.

Nice hotel for a one night stay. needs better signage at road level to inform drivers where it is. difficult to find, especially in the dark. room was comfortable with a nice view. front desk service was really helpful with any needs including letting us stow bags after checkout and providing a room to shower before going to the airport. tasty breakfast bar included in our stay. located just above an excellent snorkeling beach but with a strong current. be aware. also, if you intend to walk to the beach, it is a long hot climb back of the hill to the hotel. would recommend.

Nous avons été décus par la piètre qualité des équipements. L'hôtel est beaucoup trop cher pour le standing proposé. Pas d'accès direct à la mer, c'est loin et il faut traverser la route. La vue est magnifique par contre.

They let there self down by not doing the obvious thing, Say checking room and ameanates are working properly before a guest checks in, This instant TV wasn't working , Found problem with shower though useing the bath curtain the floor flooded. Tried to find the switch for the bathroom shaving mirror unit was tucked away behind a jammed door on the unit. Most of the time there was no hot water.

Very bad experience. Room does not match with expedia displayed photos. Dirty rooms, pool was not working, no hot water, no channels on television.

not a Hotel WLAN, it was a commercial one (iSurf) and he hotel had no card to buy. Buying on line was not possible. Should cost 100 rupies an hour and 500 a day. I bought cable wireless Sim card for 550 rupies, 2,3 Gbyte for the whole week !
