Easy beach front access with shops just steps away. Great food truck and takeout nearby. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It’s a lively road, so expect some noise, but it doesn’t ruin the experience.

Lovely guesthouse with 4 apartments right on the beach. Several supermarkets (nb small) very close. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was very clean (and cleaned every day). Washing machine was a plus. Two very cool beach restaurants at each side. Also a cash machine in the building with no charge (the charge for withdrawing cash at the airport was 6%!).

The extra bed was extremely hard. We put pillows from the couch in the bed to be able to sleep in it.

They called my apartment as with "Mountain Views" but it's actually the main road views. It's located right next to the main road and it was extremely loud both during the day and at night. It was a nightmare for me, I could not sleep at all even with earplugs. It's like trying to sleep on the road itself next to cars passing by. And many of them drive around with loud music. The apartment is right on top of the bank so I could hear beeping when people would get money from the ATM, and some locals would just sit drinking beer, talking and smoking below my balcony. Not nice for me at all. And then I also noticed that the window glass at my balcony was transparent through from the road and the shops on the other side of the road - I walked there to check and everything you'd do at the balcony can be seen even though there's glass around the balcony (it's not just one way through from the balcony outside but also from outside to the balcony). And I had to pay the same price for myself only (1 person) as if 2 people stayed there. That's not fair when accommodations do that because 1 person uses less water, electricity, towels etc.

Die Gastfreundlichkeit ist der Wahnsinn!!! Alle sind stets bemüht. Das Frühstück im Garten ist super! Kinder sind auch herzlich willkommen! Die Lage am Strand ist einmalig und die Liegen werden an den Strand gebracht. Wir hätten sehr viele Tage dort verbringen können, da sie es zu einem kleinen zuhause machen. Top Empfehlung!

Нас не заселили по приезду, сославшись не понятно на что, при этом сказав, что об этом мне писали, НО! НИЧЕГО НЕ ПИСАЛИ! В переписке с отелем нет ничего, касаемо того, что нас не заселят!

Потрясающее место! Доброжелательный, отзывчивый и заботливый персонал, готовый всегда помочь. Уютные апартаменты, в которых есть все для жизни и отдыха. И самое главное - это месторасположение: спускаешься из номера и меньше чем через минуту ты уже на берегу океана! Это просто фантастика Вокруг много магазинов и несколько кафешек, автобусная остановка, но при этом все равно место остается уединенным, позволяя без лишнего шума насладиться Сейшелами. Готов рекомендовать всем!

Los apartamentos y el edificio son nuevos y muy bien puestos, con todo lo necesario, cerca hay supermercados, farmacia, cambio de dinero, cajero automático, paradas de buses. Ademas me gustó haber podido pagar en efectivo como yo quería. Me consiguieron taxi para ir al aeropuerto

El primer dia nos dieron un apartamento vista montaña ( tenia contratado uno con vista al mar) porque me dijeron que tuvirtonun problema con la reserva y tuvimos mucho ruido de noche y la incomodidad de tener que mudarnos otro dia.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Sam went above and beyond to help me and make me feel comfortable. A definite return worthy place.

The couch in the TV room wasn’t the most comfortable, but otherwise a 10/10.

Чистота , убираются каждый день, удобное расположение , и особенно хочу отметить отношение хозяев, великолепно готовят, мы покупали свежую рыбу и к ужину нам готовили, помогли с машиной , с такси, вообщем хочется вернуться снова !!! Good parking and close to beach. Lovely friendly staff.

Two apartments face the busy roadside and there is only air conditioning in the bedroom. No blanket or duvet, only a sheet and two very thin pillows. No dining table which is strange for self catering. Very empty and basic. Good value for money if looking for a cheaper quick stop but wouldn’t recommend if hoping for comfort. Could very easily and cheaply be improved.

During our stay, everything was lovely. The retreat is right by the beach which is cleaned every day. Breakfast was very tasty and different every morning. The manager was very helpful throughout our stay, any questions we had he answered or tried to find out the answer for us. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We loved this place and will come. We highly recommend it!!

Отличные апартаменты, океан 1 минута, рядом магазины и кафе. В апартах все есть для полноценного пребывания. Отличные, доброжелательные сотрудники, расскажут, покажут, помогут. В жтой части острова в нашу поездку море было чище и прозрачнее, чем на бо валоне, и в целом, в этой местности чувствовали себя безопасней.

Это самый лучший отдых на Сейшелах!!! Расположение на береру океана, чистая ухоженная территория со своим пляжем. Персонал выше всяких похвал! Приветственная водичка при заселении была очень кстати. Чистота-на высшем уровне. Ежедневно меняли пляжные полотенца, уборка через день, через день поменяли и белье. Персонал угощал и самыми вкусными фруктами, авокадо и папаей. На пляж приносили сок из авокадо, подсказывали где, можно что купить, поменять валюту, банкомат в том же здании, что и отель, напротив сувениры, аптека, 150-200м до овощного и рыбного рынка, в аппартаментах помимо геля и мыла, были и моющие для посуды средства, свежие губки и тряпочки, но также три лодки, матрас доска для плаванья, спасательные жилеты, трубки, ласты, маски.Рядом коралловые рифы и это очень кстати. Ребята выносили пляжные зонтики и шезлонги только увидев , что выходим на пляж лодки не только выносили , но и помогали спуститься на воду. А при отъезде еще и подарили нам сувениры, каждой по кружке с фирменным логотипом SHANAZ. Рекомендуем однозначно.СПАСИБО Кеяну, Махриджину и к сожалению третьего парня не запомнили как его имя, ЗА ПРЕКРАСНЫЙ ОТДЫХ И ВПЕЧАТЛЕНИЯ на красивейшем пляже АнсРуяля

Мы отдыхали в данных апартаментах неделю, нам все очень понравилось, радушные хозяева и работники, во всем всегда готовы были помочь. Идеальная чистота в апартаментах и во дворе и на пляже перед апартаментами. Чистейшее постельное и полотенца, удобная кровать и подушки. У нас был номер с балконом и видом на море, в номере спальня, гостиная и полноценная кухня с большим холодильником и всем необходимым. Санузел просторный с душевой и стиральной машиной с функцией сушки, что очень пригодилось перед отъездом, когда накупавшись высушили вещи за 10 минут. Спасибо большое хозяевам за прекрасный отдых, радушный прием, отличные завтраки, которые нам накрывали каждое утро на лужайке перед апартаментами с видом на океан в тени пальм, завтракали мы одни, нам готовили каждое утро вкусные разнообразные завтраки, угощали свежими фруктами и авокадо, пекли домашние кокосовые лепешки, блинчики и оладышки, гренки с медом и многое другое. Потом нам ставили лежаки с зонтом и мы могли кататься сколько угодно на каяках. И я и ребенок в полном восторге от проведенной здесь недели. В одно утро мы вышли рано на пляж и там приехали рыбаки с уловом, хозяин нам посоветовал - если хотите вы можете купить рыбу за 200 рупий, мы вам сделаем барбекю. Мы купили рыбу, нам ее почистили тут же рыбаки и в назначенное время нам не просто пожарили рыбу на гриле, а накрыли стол с замаринованной и пожаренной рыбой, соусами, салатом, лепешками и разделали эту рыбу от костей - это было очень вкусно и приятно! Однозначно когда соберемся на Маэ приедем именно в Shanaz! Также нам разрешили остаться перед выездом столько сколько нужно до приезда такси. Рядом с отелем куча магазинов, кафе Креол. Take away, Роял бич клаб с вкуснейшей рыбой на гриле, в здании апартаментов находится банк и банкоматы, рядом автобусная остановка - все в шаговой (буквально!) доступности. Еще как рекомендация для россиян - можно спокойно ехать только с картой Юнион пэй - оплатить апарты, платить в магазинах и всех перечисленных кафе.

Все понравилось, единственное пожелание - сменить кастрюли с испорченным тефлоновым покрытием- это опасно для здоровья, лучше кастрюли без такого покрытия. Мы готовили всего пару раз, но кто то приезжает и готовит чаще.

Das Personal war sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war prima. Wir bekamen die Liegesrühle an den Strand gestellt und sogar einen Sonnenschirm. Als die Flut kam, wurde alles umgestellt. Unser Flug ging erst um 23.30 Uhr und wir konnten unser Auto stehen lassen, bekamen auch wieder Liegestühle und durften die Strandtücher weiter benutzen. Vielen Dank dafür.

Wir hatten Zimmer Nr. 1. Nebenan ist die Fischerei. Rund um die Uhr läuft ein Agregat und es brummt auch die ganze Nacht. Auf dem Balkon ist das auch sehr störend und man bekommt das Gebläse ab. Schade. Ein Zimmer an der Hofseite ist sicherlich besser.

Die Lage mit dem direktem Zugang zum Strand ist großartig und erwartet man nicht, wenn man das Haus von der Straße sieht.

Die Sonnenliegen sind teilweise defekt und müssten mal ausgetauscht werden.

La vue de l’appart et du balcon, la proximité avec tout parce que nous avions rendu la voiture de location (take away, magasins, restaurants, même une pâtisserie et un vendeur de fruits). Belle plage mais sans ombre, la résidence nous a fourni transats, parasol, matelas gonflable. Le gardien est absolument adorable et toujours souriant et disponible, il a définitivement fait la différence sur notre séjour.

Le bruit de la route. La personne qui perçoit les paiements très désagréable, pas un bonjour , un seul mot nous aura été prononcé: « payment ». Ça en dit long sur les motivations. Dommage!

Très bien placé par rapport à la plage et le personnel très gentil et aux petits soins. Commerces proches. Plage très agréable.

The best place to stay in Mahé. The apartment had everything we needed and more, making our stay extremely comfortable. The manager was super helpful and attentive, and we honestly felt like we were at home. The beach here was the best we found during this season — we visited several others, and this one had the cleanest water by far. An absolutely perfect stay, highly recommended.

Pakój ładny i czysty z dostępem do plaży. Jest pralka i lodówka, oraz inne sprzęty. Można również zrobić sobie grill. Śniadania podawane są w ogrodzie. POLECAM!

The apartment was super clean and everything was in good working condition. The location couldn't be better. Right on the beach between 2 beach restaurants. The staff were super helpful and always around. They took care of the beach as well. Mahindra and his colleagues were always responsive and helpful. They went even the extra mile and offered us fruits when they had. We will definitely be back as the location staff and sea/beach was perfect. We did tour the island for 3 days and did not find a better place for us to stay next time.

Расположении шикарное , в центре инфраструктуры и сразу на пляже , в номере аккуратно и чисто , делают уборку каждый день и меняют полотенца. Зонты и шезлонги предоставляют на пляже , также есть бесплатно водные каяки . Спасибо за прекрасное проживание!

La ubicación es excelente, justo al frente de una de las mejores playas de Mahé, sales de la propiedad y estás en la playa, sin siquiera tener la necesidad de cruzar una calle. Zona con algunos pequeños supermercados y comercios. Departamento muy cómodo, con los utensilios necesarios para cocinar. Tienes a tu disposición sombrilla y reposeras de playa, e incluso un kayak. Espacio de parking privado y cerrado. El precio muy razonable. Un agradecimiento especial para Mahidra y Kilen, que estuvieron siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades. Llegamos a la propiedad algunas horas antes, y pudimos hacer el check in.

The greatest asset of this hotel is without any doubt its people. The staff are absolutely amazing — always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They help with everything, big or small, and treat every detail with great responsibility and heart. You truly feel welcomed and taken care of here. The location is perfect. The beach is literally 5 meters away, and there are 4–5 supermarkets, as well as restaurants and cozy coffee shops, all within walking distance. The beach is stunning — clean, peaceful, not crowded, and with no big waves. We visited five islands in the Seychelles, all with beautiful beaches, but not everywhere you can swim comfortably due to strong currents and waves. After our 7-day yachting trip, we deliberately returned to this hotel for another 3 days, simply to enjoy the hospitality again and to swim freely on this calm, beautiful beach with a coral reef right in front of the hotel. A special thank you once again to the staff for your kindness, your help, and the delicious roti bread — it was amazing! We will definitely come back 🤍

Very friendly and pleasant staff, rooms with ocean views. You can have breakfast in the garden, literally a few steps from the ocean. There are several very good restaurants nearby, but they are not worth visiting because they are expensive. It is better to eat at takeaways, of which there are plenty, and which are often better than restaurants. Every takeaway in the area has tables, so you can eat your meal in normal conditions. We explored the whole of Mahe and, hand on heart, the beach where this guest house is located is one of the nicest. Calm water, uncrowded, no algae, and at the end, large boulders like those on La Digue, and a small island nearby that you can swim to.

Отличное расположение. Одна минута пешком до пляжа. Собственные лежаки у входа в аппартаменты. До магазинов , ресторана и кафе несколько минут ходьбы. Номера, выходящие на балкон , имеют сказочный вид на океан. Большое спасибо персоналу. Эти ребята были безукоризненно вежливы, дружелюбны, старались ответить на любой вопрос и помочь. На территории есть барбекю, всегда можно пожарить какую то рыбу или что то еще. Номер оборудован всем необходимым. От души рекомендуем.

Прямо перед заборчиком аппартаментов , на пути к пляжу, между двориком и линией песка, находятся небольшие заросли кустов. Такие кусты тянутся вдоль всего пляжа. Я бы порекомендовал хозяевам подстричь их покороче, как делают хозяева других вилл. Хотя бы по колено. Дело в том, что местные жители иногда используют эти кусты, как туалет. Все потому, что кусты очень высокие.

Location is great, right on the beach, stores and restaurants within walking distance. Room was huge, kitchen is well equipped. Beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks available to use. Chanak and Kilen were amazing, so helpful, gave recommendations for restaurants, tourist attractions, helped with getting taxis etc. Secure gated property.

Alles. Die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon und vom Schlafzimmer bestens. Der Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Restaurant, Supermarkt (mit klasse Weinauswahl), Cafe. Direkt aus dem Zimmer ins Meer. Anse Royal ist super zum schwimmen, auch bei Ebbe. Sehr freundliches Personal, Kilen hat immer geholfen. Bushaltestelle, kurze Zeit zum Flughafen. Ordentlich Platz, Küche mit Geräten. Gutes Bett, WiFi. Alles hat funktioniert, nur die Klimaanlage zieht etwas im Bett. Absolut empfehlenswert und jederzeit wieder.

I cannot think of abything.

Não fica ninguém na propriedade. Chegamos as 19hrs, a campainha não funcionava. Passamos o maior apuro. Não indico. Por sorte, um local conseguiu o número de telefone e ligou, pois não tínhamos roaming. A propiedade também fica num bairro nada central. Sem muitas opções de refeição, mercado e etc.

Идеальное место, рядом, буквально за углом рыбный магазин , аптека, atm, ассортимент продуктовых магазинов, и , что для нас было особенно важно, рыбный и фруктовый рынок, свежайшая рыба каждый день, которую мы готовили в апартаментах и поедали на нашем замечательном балкончике с видом на море. Персонал работает с душой, очень старается, мы чувствовали себя очень комфортно. Нам подавали завтрак во дворе под пальмами, все было очень вкусно и сытно и колоритно! Апартаменты очень чистые, не было никаких претензий совершенно. Пляж идеальный для купания! Мы ходили в круиз по 7 сейшельским островам, и можем заявить, что этот был самым кайфовым! С удовольствием вернемся снова!!!

Ночью за заборчиком иногда тусуются подозрительные личности, на пляж когда темно выходить было немного стремно.

Мястото за настаняване не предлага закуска. Магазини и ресторанти има на не-повече от 2 минути пеша. В радиус от3 минути пеша има приятна кафе-сладкарничка или пък фермерски пазар с плодов, зеленчуци, риба. В апартамента има всички необходими електроуреди.

Не ми харесва, че Виктория се е доближила напълно до европейските столици по задръствания. За да се придвижим от пристанището за яхти, след екскурзията, до хотела ни беше необхозимо повече от час и половина заради задръствания. Това е характерно за Мае, слава Богиу не и за Пралин, още повече за Ладиг.

En la descripción pone que la habitación es con vistas a la montaña pero en realidad da a la avenida principal. Esta mal insonorizada a penas hemos podido dormir las 2 noches que estuvimos y no les cuesta felicitarte una solución. La verdad que ha sido pésima la experiencia

There was no breakfast. Location was great.

We were not aware beforehand that American credit cards or US dollars were not accepted. In fact, only euros were accepted. We happened to have enough euros because we were going onward to Italy. It would have helpful to have known ahead of time. We could have been in a bind.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt zufriedenstellend. Es war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht – Gläser, Besteck, Messer und so weiter. Kilen und schanak sind sehr freundlich und achten sehr auf Sauberkeit. Wir waren jeden Tag überrascht – jeden Tag frische Handtücher, das Zimmer war immer sauber. Nur ein kleiner Nachteil war die sehr starke Klimaanlage, wodurch es im Zimmer etwas feucht war. Manchen macht das vielleicht nichts aus, aber für diejenigen, die Probleme mit Feuchtigkeit haben, könnte das etwas unangenehm sein.

The location was perfect—right on the beach. Our hosts were warm and very helpful, which made the experience truly special. We also appreciated seeing that kayaks and equipment were available for guests to use. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and we only wish we could have stayed longer!

It was a little noisier than expected, but the double-glazed windows really helped.

Fantastic place for a holiday. Clean and fully equipped apartment with washing machine, glassy green ocean nearby, great ocean view, palm trees, white sands, supermarket nearby, almost private beach-area and the staffs are helpful for going kayaking. Staff, especially Mr. Mahindran, was helpful and provide excellent service with kindness. Again, thanking Shanaz  for facilitating an unforgettable holiday experience.
