Nos dieron una habitación con vistas increíbles a los rascacielos, muy espaciosa y luminosa. Todo estaba limpio, la piscina también. El personal muy amable y el desayuno de calidad.

El gimnasio estaba en reformas y no pudimos usarlo. El servicio de lavandería que ofrecen es caro.

Habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda. El desayuno muy abundante y delicioso, claro que siempre orientado al publico asiatico. La piscina muy agradable y limpia. El personal siempre atendió con una sonrisa. Esta muy cerca del Skytrain, con lo cual te puedes mover por la ciudad con mucha facilidad. Muy recomendable

En general todo muy bien, lo unico que no nos gustó fueron las almohadas que para nuestro gusto son muy blandas.

For the first time ever I had a list of concerns about the hotel. I raised them with Duty Manager (Prim who was very resonsive BTW) There were no bedside lamps (weird) Theres a cooktop in the room, but you can't use it, no microwave, cutlery, bowls plates etc No smart TV so you can't watch Netflix etc and only one English channel But the worst thing for me - after spending 3 weeks in Thailand at 3 different hotels where I experienced superior customer service and friendliness, the staff at this hotel I would descibe as indifferent. No warmth, no smiles, reluctant to provide info or assistance. For context, this was my 33 trip to Thailand. I've stayed in many places and many hotels and always experienced the warmth and hospitality of the Thai culture and people. This is the first time in 33 trips where that hasn't been the case. When I raised my concerns with Prim, the Duty Manager she did the best she could to resolve most of my concerns and I appreciated that, but the front desk really need to address their customer service skills in order for guests to feel welcome and to enjoy the renowned Thai warmth.

Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, las fotos de la web no se ajustan a la realidad. La ducha perdía agua y el aire acondicionado hacia bastante ruido. La limpieza necesita mejorar y el desayuno es bastante justo.

Plusieurs séjours au Furama Sathorn si bien situé au pied du métro, toujours très satisfait. Accueil très professionnel, souriant, compètent et dynmique par Prim à l'accueil. Hôtel très propre. Chambres tout confort. Rénovations et modernisations en cours.. Ainsi la piscine a été rénovée, carrelages refaits, pelouse synthétique remplacée. Eau propre, Petit sauna pratique fonctionnel, propre et gestion électronique. Salle de musculation pratique. Cette fois j'étais au 12ème avec vue dègagée. Il y a même une buanderie où on peut soi-méme laver ses affaires. Très calme. Personnel efgicace, poli et gentil. Restaurant au rez de chaussée.

El desayuno fue terrible, además de no haber variedad la calidad de los alimentos es pésima (contando que es un hotel de 4 estrellas que se paga). La piscina uno de los días no se pudo usar por un evento privado así que pagas un hotel para tener servicios y descansar y no te avisan hasta que llegas.

Bien placé, dans une rue calme mais près de centres d’intérêt et nombreux restaus à proximité. Super option si on souhaite être dans ce coin de la ville plutôt que dans l’hyper centre touristique. Chambres grandes, piscine agréable, sauna et salle de sport sont un plus. Les petits dej sont hyper variés.

Las almohadas eran cemento, el desayuno un poco escaso, el aire hacía mucho ruido, la bañera vertía mucho si no se tenía cuidado, etc. Le falta un repaso/renovación, pero creo que ya están en ello porque ponía que la última planta estaba entera en rehabilitación.

The breakfast have to be improved.

The hotel boasts a fantastic, highly convenient location close to the BTS/MRT stations and the vibrant Silom area. Inside, the room was comfortable with a good bed, and having access to a pool and a compact gym added a nice touch of convenience to the stay.

There are several major drawbacks that need attention. The bathroom features an inconveniently high tub you have to climb into to shower, and the water temperature regulation was frustratingly difficult to adjust between freezing cold and scalding hot. Dining and service logistics also fell short. The breakfast lacked flavor and variety, offering only boring white bread from the bakery. Furthermore, the breakfast tables are crammed into the foyer where check-in and check-out take place, leading to a crowded, chaotic atmosphere. Tables were cleared very slowly, and most concerningly, staff used the exact same two cloths to wipe down all the breakfast tables and reception desks throughout the entire morning.

The room/apartment was really spacious, with modern facilities, clean and had great wifi. Really great value accommodation in a fantastic location. The pool was great.

Hotel breakfast was naff. I skipped it despite paying for it. The gym was nice to have but looks about 30 years past it's prime!

Es gab nicht das reservierte Familienzimmer, also wurden wir im Hotel Furama Silon untergebracht Dort hat leider gar nichts gepasst. Zimmer war dauerfeucht, in der Dusche gab es starken Schimmel und der beworbene Dachterrassen Pool war geschlossen. Alles in Allem ein nicht weiterzuempfehlendes Hotel und für den angebotenen Preis weit überteuert.

房間部分設備較為老舊，雖能看出員工盡力維護潔淨，但明顯已達可更新、更換的程度。

L’accueil comme je les aime ! Le personnel est un 10/10, bravo ! Et l’accessibilité de l’hôtel était un gros avantage, d’autant plus qu’il y a un parking gratuit donc très pratique.

L’odeur de l’humidité. On m’a changé de chambre mais il y avait également une odeur d’humidité dans la 2eme chambre. Celle de ma mère, il n’y avait pas d’odeur. L’hôtel est plutôt vieillot mais le service compense vraiment ce détail.

The staff are nice and helpful. And the hotel has a nice location, near the BTS. I also liked the possibility of doing your own laundry at a in house laundry.

The Beds are very uncomfortable, so if you have any kind of back issues, then maybe rethink your choice. Also, the housekeeping is only every 3 days, which I don't think the hotel does enough to tell its guests upfront. The rooms have old flat screen TVs, so no smart TV functionality.

The hotel does not live up to a 4-star standard. It is run-down, with noisy air conditioning, and can only be recommended if you can get it at a low price.

Сам отель неплохой: в номерах хорошо убирают, все работает, завтраки сносные (хотя могли бы бы и лучше). Но был один момент который полностью испортил мне впечатление об этом месте и сильно омрачил наш отдых. Мы приехали в отель с с моим мужем и моими родителями. Так как мы с мужем работаем удаленно, то специально бронировали для себя номер «премьер», чтобы у нас было больше места. Для родителей взяли Делюкс. При заселении администраторы несколько раз уточнили кто в каком номере живет и я несколько раз ответила, что мы с мужем должны заехать в Премьер. Затем мне и моей маме лично в руки были вручены ключи от номеров. Я немного удивилась, что номер родителей выше чем наш, но была уставшей с дороги и не придала этому значение. Когда мы вошли в наш номер, то очень удивились, что фото не соответствовали реальности - у нас был обычный номер с кухней без большой гостиной. Но решили что возможно я что-то перепутала и премьер таким и должен быть. Повторюсь - мы очень устали с дороги и не было времени и сил выяснять что-то. На следующий день во время прогулки с родителями, они начали удивляться тому какой у них огромный номер и тут я все поняла! Наши номера все парни перепутали!!!! Конечно мы уже не стали выселять родителей, ведь они уже разместили свои вещи да и скандалить и портить себе настроение не хотелось. Но это сильно сказалось на качестве нашего с мужем отдыха, так как нам приходилось работать в одном помещении. Я считаю что это абсолютная безответственность со стороны персонала. Тем более что они несколько раз уточнили кто где живет и все равно сделали неправильно. Впервые сталкиваюсь с таким. Поэтому больше никогда не вернусь сюда. Очень жаль.

Перечислила выше. Плюс - ужасный кондиционер который очень сильно дул прямо в лицо! Как бы мы его не настраивали - было либо жарко, либо очень холодно.

Le personnel est très serviable. L'hotel est bien situé, dans un endroit assez calme.

La climatisation de notre chambre était de mauvaise qualité et mal orienté, le swing ne marchait plus et on se prenait le froid pendant la nuit.

L'accueil tres aimable, gentil comme tous les Thailandais d'ailleurs. Nous avons fait 1nuit avec 2adultes et 2enfants en arrivant de notre long vol. Et pour 1nuit c'était tres bien en terme de qualité/ prix.

Rien à signaler. Juste peut-etre les douches un peu vieillottes et qui fuit mais pour 1nuit ce n' était pas dérangeant.

Reservarmos una habitación superior y en la descripción incluía cocina totalmente equipada, y los muebles de la cocina estaban pero no había utensilios de cocina, ni un sólo plato, ni cubiertos, nada de nada las estanterías estaban completamente vacías, vamos no tenía fuego para cocinar, al quejarme en recepción me dijeron que no estaba permitido cocinar. Osea que pagué extra para poder usar la cocina y que luego resultó ser un engaño. Por otro lado faltaba mobiliario, mesita de noche sólo de un lado, no había interruptor de luz cerca de la cama, tienes que levantarte de la cama para apagar la luz que estaba en el otro extremo de la habitación y después ir a ciegas, osea que le falta muchos detalles y equipamiento.

The room is very big. it is located in the central part of Bangkok, easy to get to BTS and MRT.

The room smell a bit damp, the ac is quite old and loud, it needs sometime to be adjusted to the right temperature

The hotel was well located to local amenities and good value for money. Comfortable room overall! If you want to visit the main sites however, you do need to take a Grab or public transport (but Bangkok is just huge!). Breakfast was nice with a good selection of things to choose from. Staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a big smile!

Unfortunately the pool was out of service whilst we were there and so we couldn’t use it. We were given the option to go to another hotel for this but the heat made this tricky to walk to and was much less convenient. The towels provided in the room were not always clean and so we had to swap for other ones. The room and hotel were clean but could do with an update, particularly the bathroom.

Had a huge room with kitchen but it was devoid of any warmth, character or even cutlery or a plate to use. Had to keep switching between between two key cards as the lift used a separate card.

The room was not very clean, looked outdated. The bath was with mould and it would leak water everywhere, the bathroom floor was flooded after the shower was used. We moved to another room with shower which worked but was same standard as the previous room.

This was my 3rd time staying here and Ioved it! This is my go to hotel whenever I'm in Bangkok and already planning for another trip and stay here. I appreciate the room upgrade and the staff are super welcoming. From check in to check out, everything was smooth. Silom nightlife and Patpong night market - walkable from the hotel. Many restaurants and cafes around. The hotel is close to the main road to nightlife but still quiet at night. Such a good balance. Bolt and Grab can easily find this hotel so it's super convenient. 7E is just 6-7mins walk. Daily room cleaning and laundry available. Room has a fridge and daily coffee sachets given. The breakfast was good but even if you decide not to take the hotel breakfast, you can explore the cafes nearby. Overall, I am satisfied. Thank you
