Loved the 2 bedroom apartment- huge and so comfortable!

Le petit déjeuner est très complet et pour tous les goûts. Très confortable et spacieux. Belle piscine. Personnel aimable sauf la personne qui nous a accueilli qui était agacée et ne nous avait donné que la clé de l'ascenseur. Le reste du personnel a toujours été très agréable.

L'accueil initial, c'est bien dommage car le reste était parfait

Non e la prima volta che vado in questa struttura, mi sono sempre trovato benissimo. il personale e molto gentile e sempre pronto a risolvere le problematiche. La Colazione e veramente buona ed abbondante praticamente trovi di tutto, e tutto quello che preparano è molto buono. Lo consiglio sia alle coppie che le famiglie. Quando vado a Bangkok cerco sempre un app. in questa struttura.

Hotel je sice 5* , ale v evropském standardu by měl tak 3*. Pokoj byl ve 32. patře, ale i tak byl v noci slyšet provoz z ulice před hotelem (hluk aut). U bazénu nebyly k dispozici toalety a wellness - rekonstrukce.

Relación precio calidad el mejor. Un suite con este precio difícil encontrar. Además vista es espectaculante. Pero está un poco lejos de metro. Y otra cosa es un poco antiguo. A mí no me importa estilo antiguo pero puede cuidar más.

Reception staff person was cordial and very helpful. The location is perfect. The pool is awesome.

The kitchen is OK, but there was no sharp knife. Sitting room area is a bit dark.

L'hôtel est propre, calme et agréable. La piscine est très sympa. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Le personnel est sympathique et toujours prêt à aider.

L'emplacement n'est pas formidable. Il faut compter 15 min pour atteindre le métro ou le BTS. La circulation de la rue est dense. Il faut attendre un peu pour avoir de l'eau chaude.

Locatie top. Personeel vriendelijk. Schone kamers. Zwembad heerlijk, met super skyline van Bangkok. Ontbijt prima.

Verkeer voorzijde hotel/kamer is hoorbaar. Niet ernstig.

Gute Lage

Sehr dreckige Zimmer alles ist verschimmelt und verrostet. Duschkopf tropfte Wasser ein ganzen Tag lang es ging nicht aus. Musste nach 4-5 Stunden ein anderes Hotel.

Das Hotelzimmer hat einen Balkon und somit eine Mega Gelegenheit die Skyline und den Verkehr von Bangkok zu sehen. Außergewöhnlich. Es war sehr sauber und großzügig. Für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern mehr als ausreichend. Die Waschmaschine im der Küche ist für einen Aufenthalt in Bangkok buchungsentscheidend gewesen und hat unseren Aufenthalt in Bangkok sehr erleichtert.

In unseren Zimmern roch es nach Urin, das war schon sehr unangenehm. Die Ausstattung ist etwas abgewohnt.

Problemas con el agua caliente, y la salida hay una escalera negra q no está bien señalizada, por la cual me caí y me di un golpe fuerte. Y otra cosa son los precios del bar de la piscina me parecieron un poco excesivo.

Personale cordiale, posizione della struttura strategica per raggiungere le cose più importanti, colazione super, camera suite spaziosa... Cucina comunque non attrezzata. Lo consiglio fortemente.

Camere da 3 stele io ho preso un suite con 2 camere , tutto vecchio, acqua calda devi aspettare 4 minuti prima che arriva bene, ascensore non funziona bene... Penso che sarà il caso di una ristrutturazione per certe cose. Area piscina vetri rotti non belli per la vista....

The best things about this hotel are the location, the view from the window, and how spacious it is inside. The hotel is actually quite good in terms of space, there is room for working, cooking, sleeping, and relaxing. I also liked the pool, it is quite large and clean. The breakfast is the highlight of this hotel, it is genuinely nice to go there, there is a good selection and everything is fresh and delicious.

It is worth mentioning that I stayed at this hotel for two weeks (unfortunately, circumstances forced me to). I spent the first week in a room on the 13th floor and the second on the 24th. Because of that, I got a pretty good understanding of the downsides of this hotel. The biggest and strangest downside is the deposit. It is fine if you have cash with you, but if you leave the deposit by card, it is just ridiculous, because the refund process can take months. And in general, this is the first time I have ever encountered a requirement to leave a deposit for a hotel room. Especially considering that there is basically nothing in the room that you could break or damage. And speaking to the staff, how can you even evaluate the extent of damage to any appliance or item when everything there is already worn out and old? Our TV did not even support YouTube! The washing machine looked like it was from the last century. The air conditioners were leaking, and one of them would not even turn on the cooling mode, no matter how you tried to set it. The bathroom was simply in a terrible condition. Everything was worn out, partially rotten, stained, and covered in rust. The room on the 13th floor did not even have hot water, not even warm water was coming out! Hot water probably only exists for the “elite” on the higher floors, because when I stayed on the 24th floor, everything was fine. The room on the 13th floor also smelled absolutely horrible. As strange as it sounds, there was carpet in the bedroom, and it gave off such a terrible smell, as if someone was eating curry right next to me. There were no strange smells in the room on the 24th floor, but the bathroom was still completely run down. Overall, no matter where you stay in this hotel, you will encounter worn-out appliances, beat-up furniture, strange smells, a terrible air conditioning system, and possibly a lack of warm water. In our first room, the balcony was actually flooded because of the air conditioner.

Hot water didn’t with very well

We found our first few days at the “front” of the hotel, noises at night..traffic noise. On rebooking the last few days there we managed to get an apartment overlooking pool at rear. This was a lot quieter. Food for breakfasts had good variety and plentiful as were drinks choice. Great staff throughout the hotel. Polite and helpful. Clearly once a very height quality hotel, but I think now showing signs of wear and tear. Our last room had damaged curtains and looked a little tired. However it was good value for an apartment in this area, so no complaints. We felt well looked after! Thanks

A little noisy if situated at front of hotel and our rooms looked a little tired although very clean and tidy. Part of pool area seemed dangerous. The decking was broken and uneven. Those with children need to be watchful. There is clearly some work needed, and probably booked to be done? Around the pool area. Jacuzzi not operative. Pool water seemed very chlorinated, in comparison to other hotels pools we went to whilst in Thailand.

Suite très spacieuse, piscine et équipements de sport au top, petit-déjeuner varié. Possibilité de laisser les bagages jusqu'en fin de journée le jour du check-out et même de reprendre une douche avant de regagner l'aéroport.

Routes du quartier très encombrées, et hôtel pas très accessible en transports en commun, ce qui provoque des pertes de temps au niveau des trajets pour un touriste qui veut se rendre au centre historique.

La plus grande qualité de l'hôtel tient à son personnel extrêmement discret et serviable (portiers, personnel de la réception, du petit déjeuner et personnel service de chambre 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻). Une très grande gentillesse de tous et une attention réelle à vos demandes ou petits soucis. L'emplacement est également un atout ainsi que "le salé" du petit déjeuner

La chambre est spacieuse et propose une vue saisissante mais un petit rafraîchissement des moquettes et tapisseries serait nécessaire. L'hôtel n'est en rien responsable mais durant notre séjour des travaux terriblement sonores de la chaussée ont été réalisé durant plusieurs nuits ( entre 21h et 2h00 du matin)

Personnel très désagréable à la réception. Ne dit pas bonjour. Obtue sur une question de caution qui n’est pas clairement indiquée dans la réservation. J’espère qu’elle me sera rendue un jour comme ils s’y sont engagés.

Zu Fuß kaum etwas erreichbar. Man ist auf Taxi und tuk tuk angewiesen.

Sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer. Sogar ein Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten ist vorhanden. Der Ausblick vom 24. Stock war ebenfalls toll. Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet, 2 Badezimmer, komplette Küche, Balkon, Waschmaschine uvm. Genügend Parkplätze direkt im Hotel sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber. Ca. 600m bis zur BTS Sala-Daeng.

teilweise ein bisschen altbacken. Das eine oder andere könnte ausgetauscht werden, aber das tat dem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch.

Aamiasibuffet oli aivan loistava, yksi parhaimmista missä on tullut syötyä. Hotellin sijainti ei ole paras mahdollinen sillä BTS ja ruokatorit eivät ole ihan lähellä. Uima-allas oli mukava ja huoneiden koko vähintääkin riittävä.

الفندق لا يرتقي لثلاث نجوم و موظفي الاستقبال غير ودودين وتنقصهم مهارات الترحيب بالضيوف ولا ارغب بالتعامل معهم مره اخرى ولديهم عنصرية في التعامل ، الإفطار سيء جدا وعدد الأصناف قليلة جدا ولا تناسب العرب والمسلمين ومستوى الخدمة دون المستوى ومساحة المطعم صغيرة ولا يوجد موظفين للاهتمام بنظافة الطاولات ولا تتوفر مستلزمات الاكل على الطاولات وبكل أمانة مطاعم فنادق 3 نجوم تتفوق عليهم ، اثاث الغرف قديمة والحمامات ايضا وتلقينا اتصال من قسم الحجوزات قبل مغادرنا بيوم للنظر في امكانية مغادرتنا للفندق مبكرا قبل الساعة 12 ظهرا لوجود ضيف يرغب باستلام الشقة صباحا واجهزة التكييف في البلكونة وتسبب ازعاج كبير عدا عدم نظافة البلكونة بسبب مخلفات طيور الحمام ، التلفزيون قديم جدا ولا يدعم التقنيات الحديثة ودرجة الوضوح سيئة وعدد القنوات 9 فقط . لا توجد تهوية في الممرات او المصاعد وهو امر مزعج جدا في مدينة مناخها استوائي

Booked as a 5-star hotel, but that rating no longer reflects reality. The building and rooms are seriously dated and worn — faded glory is the honest description. Our first room had a shower drain clogged with hair and grime, a heavily rusted floor drain by the toilet, a stained and yellowed toilet seat, frayed towels, chipped and scratched furniture, and a bathroom door handle that came off in our hands. A second room we were shown was in the same condition. After we complained, reception moved us to a room higher up. The view was genuinely great, but the room itself was barely better — the same tired condition, just cleaned a little more and patched up with minimal effort. The wardrobe doors had simply been removed altogether, presumably because they were damaged. It was a cosmetic fix, not a real one. The wider property tells the same story. The pool had a broken glass panel cordoned off with red-and-white tape that had clearly been hanging there for a very long time, completely sun-faded. Breakfast was chaotic and well below a 5-star standard. Staff were courteous and the location is convenient, and they did respond to our complaint. But this is not a genuine 5-star hotel. Book with realistic expectations — you are paying for a rating the property no longer lives up to.

The location was very central. The apartment was spacious. Great to have a swimming pool. Some great restaurants right next door especially the Thai restaurant next to the Italian 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

We were on the 17th floor and with only single pane glazing the noise from the busy street outside was awful, they should provide ear plugs.

Das Zimmer hat eine schöne Aussicht über Bangkok. Das Frühstück war gut, Der Pool war perfekt! Das Hotel sollte nur darauf hinweisen, dass das Rauchen auf dem Balkon auch nicht gestattet ist! (Ich buche einen Balkon weil ich Raucher bin, ich fande es nicht gut, dass das Rauchen auf dem Balkon nicht gestattet ist und dies vorher nirgends ersichtlich war)

This is NOT 5 stars as sold. Suite was basic, furniture old and tatty, shower very small and every time we wanted a shower we had to wait over 5 mins for water to be hot enough. Restaurant in a bar by the pool and offered 6 choices. Room service finidhed early and no menu provided. Otber guests we spoke to felt the same. May have been 5 star in the past but felt a poor 4 star, if that. Bathroom almost guest house level due wait for water and age of shower head - really old/cheap. Tea/coffee? Just 2 teabags a day ... not great but a curt note stating you will be charged for more. Daily cleaning fine but we are very low use people, out all day and neat/tidy. Asked for largish deposit. Told if card, takes a mo th to refund. Negotiated smaller cash deposit. Wold not rwturn ... too dated with high opinion of itself. Seen better days.

Het ontbijt en het zwembad en de grote van de kamer waren perfect.

De locatie is toch wel 12 min lopen naar bts station. De kamers waren wel groot maar wel ook erg gedateerd,je kan zien dat het echt aan renovatie toe is.

Urbana Sathorn Hotel erbjöd rymliga rum med trevlig utsikt över staden. Vi uppskattade särskilt att sovrummet var separat och kunde stängas från resten av rummet, som hade både kök och vardagsrum. Hotellrummet gav gott om plats för avlastning, vilket är uppskattat och väl genomtänkt när man är på resande fot. Sängen var dessutom mycket skön och det fanns gott om utrymme för att hänga upp kläder i sovrummet. Ett extra plus var att personalen uppmärksammade oss på vår viktiga dag, vilket gjorde oss väldigt glada.

Mindre bra var den mycket höga ljudnivån från fläkten på balkongen, som även störde nattsömnen då fönstren inte var tillräckligt ljudisolerade mot sovrummet(ingen skillnad i ljud med öppet eller stängt fönster). Avsaknaden av mörkläggningsgardiner gjorde också att det ibland var svårt att sova utan sovmask. Det tog även över 5 minuter att få varmt vatten i duschen och vattentrycket var ovanligt svagt för centrala Bangkok. Övriga hotellet: Poolområdet har potential att vara mycket bra, men det fanns både trasiga plankor och spärrband i plast och röda rep som skärmade av delar av poolområdet där delar av glasväggens fundament hade rostat sönder och gett vika. Det gav tyvärr inte det bästa intrycket (se bilder). Ovan nämnda problem borde vara relativt enkla att åtgärda. Med sovmask och öronproppar gick det att hantera ljudnivån, men det är sådant hotellet gärna får se över för att höja nivån i linje med sina konkurrenter i området.

الاطلاله. كانت على سكاي بانكوك. وموظفه الاستقبال فوفو كانت جدا متعاونه. افضل شي اتوقع في هذا الفندق هو الاستقبال.

الغرفه كلها غبار. والفرش غبار وروائح اضطرينا لشراء فرش بنفس يوم الاقامه. خزائن الملابس مكشوف وغبار والحمامات مستهلكه وصخه ورواح تحتاج صيانه وتبديل لاتصلح لمستوى 3 نجوم. وعاملين النظافة ينتهي عملهم ع الساعه 4 العصر. انسى الحصول على خدمة التنظيف لو كنت واصل على المغرب او فترة العصر. حوض الاستحمام جدا متهالك. يرجى الصيانه. الشارع دائما في ازدحام صعوبه في الحصول على مواصلات رغم انه المنطقه جدا راقيه.

الموقع ممتاز و الخدمه في الفندق ممتازه و العاملون سريعين الاستجابه لاي طلب و الفندق نظيف جدا و قريب عليه مطاعم و 7 الفين

Séjour en famille (4), appartement spacieux de 150m2 . Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Un service irréprochable. Le breakfast est complet avec un large choix. Pour ceux qui aime le coté urbain l’hôtel est idéalement au cœur de Bangkok, avec une vue magnifique sur les buildings ( la nuit c’est encore plus beau). Près de Central Park, Lumpini Park qui est relier à benchakitti park en passant par le Green Bridge ( les deux sont magnifiques), mahanakhon tower…. Bref on recommande!

Abbiamo prenotato una suite per 4 con 2 bagni, molto grande, approfittando di un’ottima offerta. L’edificio ha qualche anno di troppo ma, se pagato un prezzo adeguato, la posizione è ottima e i servizi anche. Colazione davvero super in un contesto internazionale. Parcheggio coperto gratuito. Piscina super al 7^ piano con vista sui grattaceli.

Air-con was noisy, and although the apartment was spacious, it was a little out-dated. Good value for money though.
