لا يوجد خدمات توفير وجبات مثل مطعم، الفندق كان يحاول الزام المقيمين بدفع مبلع اضافي للشخص الثاني رغم الحجز المسبق لشخصين، عند تهديد بالابلاغ وافق دون اي مبلغ اضافي.

Die Dusche war für mich riesen zu niedrig. Wenn ich stehe, kann ich nicht unter die Regendusche stehen.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The room was cleaned every day and was always neat and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was good value for money, with a nice selection of options to start the day.
We honestly have no negative feedback at all and would happily stay here again in the future. Highly recommended! 😊

Reviewed May 12, 2026ロケーションが良かった。近くにスーパーやマッサージ、ランドリーもあり、レストランもいろいろあって良かった。 朝食もエッグステーションやヌードルを作ってくれるところがあり良かった。 大通りからは少し入ってるので外のうるささは気にならなかった。
レストランを工事をしていて使えなかった。 ジムも同じ系列のホテルまで行かないと行けなかった。

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Ich war das zweite mal dort.Aber sehr enttäuscht diesmal.Erstens habe das Zimmer für zwei Erwachsene gebucht falls ich besuch bekomme kein problem besteht.Aber beim Einchecken hat man mir gesagt wenn jemand übernachtet muss man extra eine Kaution bezahlen obwohl ich eine Kaution 3000 baht schon übertrieben finde für dieses Hotel.In ganz Bangkok in 5 sterne Hotels so eine Summe gibt auch wenn das Hotel in Pattaya ist.Und als zweites muss ich es bemängeln das dieses Hotel bzw. eine Seite vom Hotel neu renoviert wird dadurch schon extrem laut war.Man sollte das schon in der Anzeige erwähnen und nicht wenn man vor der Rezeption ist und diese Info bekommt.Das Finde ich schade und das Zimmer ist schon runter gekommen.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026We liked the location, and a few number of Staff are friendly mainly female staff. Room size, air-conditioning 2 Bell Boys were excellent they deserved the Tip. Especially Zeik.
Most of the staff, lack customer service and required more training on hospitality, especially Bell boys. The Rooms were not clean when we checked In, lost of dust on the bedhead and under the beds. Lobby area has no air-conditioning (they say its under maintenance) Very loud noise during the day starts from 7 am with renovation work and cleaning. There are no signs around the hotel request guest to be quite specially early morning and late night and wishing them a pleasant stay Some pillows are very old they must be thrown away.

Kein Pool ! Pool vom A-One ( Hotel daneben ) kann für 100 Baht pro Person und Tag genutzt werden. Frühstück auf die 90% Asiatischen Gäste ausgerichtet. Wir waren neben einigen russischen Gästen die einzigen deutschen Gäste. Für mich kommt dieses Hotel nie wieder infrage!

The hotel is conveniently located just off Beach Road and within walking distance of major shopping malls in Pattaya, including Central Pattaya, Terminal 21, Big C, and Central Marina. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Kids loved the pool area. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026The room itself was large and clean and reasonable. However during our stay they were renovating just outside so caused us a lot of disruption. The facilities like pool, gym and restaurant are only accessible by walk to another partner hotel. Not suitable for someone who wants a more relaxing holiday. Luckily the hotel refunded our last night. I think it would have been nice if they advertised that they are under construction.

Some constructions are undergoing.. Access to facilities are quite time consuming. No simple cutlery set in the coffee area, not even a teaspoon, just 1 disposable coffee stirer.😌 Some towels/face towels are old & worn out. There should be more provisions for bigger/family room.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2025This is a nice hotel with big, clean rooms. The staff is really nice, if you need something they will try to help. BUT... we had breakfast included and sadly I was surprised to find very few choices for vegetarians and even less for vegans. I had french fries with eggs and some kind of Indian bread. There were also fruits and jams but I don't eat that in the morning. I saw many people from India with plates full of just jam, fruits and bread and even spoke with some; they were as unhappy as I was. Yes, there were some delicious looking steamed veggies but with oyster sauce. Noodles but with shrimp. Please consider that many guests have different eating habits and we don't all eat bacon and pork. Whether by tradition or choice the world is changing to healthier eating habits.

You are not far from a busy road = a lot of noise. The walls between each room are quite thin, so you can hear some noise. Breakfast was in another building, as was the swimming pool. They are also doing some work (new building).
