Camas muy cómodas, que la habitación cuenta con cafetera y hasta horno de microondas..

El precio esta algo elevado, se entiende que es hotel nuevo pero en Queretaro los precios están por mitad o menos. Y la televisión no cuentan con canales variados solo los de una tele normal..

Great service and convenience

Para ser un hotel de una buena cadena, se me hace ofensivo que cobren el estacionamiento, sobretodo si el hotel esta sobre la carretera. Por la parte de enfrente tienen pocos cajones y no es seguro dejar tu coche ahi, si es que encuentras disponibilidad. Entonces debes estacionarte en la parte de atras, pero tiene costo. Por otro lado no tenian nuestra habitación lista, siendo que ingresamos a las 6pm. La que nos dieron por la premura estaba en el 1er piso y el baño era de puerta corrediza, con mucha falta de privacidad para la familia. Mucho ruido de los vecinos de piso. Para tener una de las tarifas mas caras de la zona, la experiencia es muy mala. La gerente Lozano tiene mas interes en cobrar el estacionamiento que en que los huespedes tengan una buena experiencia.

Estacionamiento muy lejos, ahora con el gym al lado se pone más difícil encontrar disponibilidad. Primer hotel que me toca que no dan cepillos de dientes de cortesía, solo en venta; me extrañó mucho para ser un marriiott. La llave del cuarto falló varias veces. Los de recepción nunca preguntan si uno es miembro de Bon Voy

We were disappointed with our stay at the Courtyard in S.L.P. We chose this property based on its location relative to our activities in the city. We booked on the Marriott website a corner room on 5th floor or above. When we checked in, we got a standard room down on the 3rd floor. You can hear street noise in the room, such as train horns, jackhammers from nearby construction, and cars going by on the adjacent carretera 57. The equipment in the gym was not adequate. The elliptical machine was wobbly, and the strength training equipment was very limited. Positives are that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But the overall value for the relatively high room rate compared to other hotels in the area is not there.

Todo muy bien en el hotel, el restaurante tiene que mejorar considerablemente, desayunamos ahí y los alimentos estaban fríos, desorganizado el sitio (no había platos) y el café es terrible.

I was expecting to have an open buffet from Monday thru Friday, but when I went to the restaurant the first day (Monday) they told me that due to the low capacity of the hotel they would not open the buffet just order with menu, then following days, the meals were not to warm and not well cooked, no flavor, orange juice was not fresh, etc., it was very disappointed to have this kind of restaurant, then, restaurant closed in the nights, no amenities for kids such as Xbox, etc., I will not take this hotel next time.

No respetaron la tarifa que me oferto Hotels.com, sino que me cobraron la tarifa que ellos tenían, así mismo la reserva incluía el desayuno y solamente me querían hacer valido 1 de 3 personas que nos hospedamos. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y la alberca muy bien, agua templada!

DO NOT STAY HERE. Very frustrating stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is fine. Nothing extraordinary, nothing awful except for the billing. I am a platinum Marriott member so this is not my first hotel stay. The price quoted on the Bonvoy app was not honored. The hotel chooses their own exchange rate, not the official rate and therefore the price difference. The official rate is 18 pesos to the dollar and the courtyard chose 21 to the dollar resulting in an increased total. I spoke with the manager to no avail and I have spoken with corporate Marriott. I am told that international hotels can use whatever rate they want. Seems totally unfair to me. Could they have chosen 36 pesos to the dollar resulting in a rate twice what I was quoted. Furious with the management of this hotel. How can one have any idea what they will ultimately pay at a hotel if this bait and switch practice is allowed.

I stayed at this hotel while on business in San Luis Potosí. It was a very nice place to stay and conveniently located approximately 2 minutes from the airport and right next to the industrial park. The room was modern and clean and the staff were polite and helpful. I will definitely stay there again when on business in San Luis.

Had my drivers licence - did not return it to me - had it all night never let me know they had it. Discovered it missing and not willing to get it to me at airport 15 minutes away. Screwed for car rental now. Thanks!!!

Good and modern hotel that is located a bit far away from the city center. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for business travel, but it’s not the best for tourists. The hotel restaurant was good, but a bit pricy. There are other restaurants in the local area, but it’s a bit of a hike. In general, the hotel is pleasant and clean with very friendly staff.

It was a small one night stay. Staff was very helpful. I reach a bit early and they managed to give me room with early check in. Breakfast was good. Easy access from airport.

I liked the hotel it was perfectly fine. Enjoyed my trip to San Luis Potosi and the comfort and security of the hotel was a big part of that. I did not like that we could not stroll around outside but that was due to the area, not the hotel. I would have preferred to stay in an older part of the city closer to downtown where I could see some of the sites of the town, certainly not the fault of the hotel.

I am used to travel a lot of my job and this is the reason why I knew many hotels! In this case I have to say this hotel is really comfortable, clean with many services included. But...in this case I have to spend not few..but many words on people working in this hotel . Really really kind, starting from reception to the lobby and restaurant! A great thank you to the women working during breakfast: never see people so kind and doing their job with such professionally! Thank even to GM! Many many compliments to all the staff! You are N.1!

Excelente Hotel recién remodelado, lobby hermoso, bar, habitaciones, camas, baño. Todos en el hotel, TODOS se esmeraron por complacernos, front desk, restaurante, bar! Aquí si saben tratar bien a sus huéspedes!!!.

Our family had two rooms, and each was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the very clean pool and gym area, as well as the modern lobby and sitting areas on the first floor. The staff were very pleasant, Jocelyn at the front desk, was friendly and quick to offer her assistance. Since breakfast was not included, we chose to eat out in the city, close by are so many nice restaurants, and purchase a few things down the street at a grocery store. The fridge and microwave are a big money saving help. As far as Marriott is concerned, this location is right on the ball with expectations.

This hotel was pure class. The staff was conscientious and efficient and very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with many items and cooked to order omelettes.The restaurant and bar had delicious food for dinner. And the bartenders spoke some English and were a lot of fun. A great place to stay.

I stayed here for a few days on a business trip on the advice of my manager who had been to San Luis Potosí quite a few times before. I understand now why it’s worth the extra money. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helped with my every need. My room was on the sixth floor and I’m honestly not sure if there was anyone else on my floor. I never saw or heard anyone during my stay. I would definitely suggest taking advantage of the free morning breakfast. The omelet they made me one morning was huge and delicious. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, maybe next time.

Excellent staff. The room had had an automatic timer on the lights that went off after 3 minutes. Made it interesting trying to get a shower. Hotel is in a good location. They offer a good breakfast buffet in the morning.

Hi. My wife, kid and i wanted to spend a weekend at a hotel with an indoor pool to break from the cold spell here in San Luis. My kid is 4 and was really looking forward to our stay at Courtyard. Too make a long story short the pool was freezing cold. When we complained a tech guy came over right away and told of us that in a couple of hours the pool would be warm enough to siwm. The two hours passed and the pool was still freezing cold. We settled for the Jacuzzi but needless to say it was a very poor compromise. The next day a sign appeared at the access door to the pool "Pool not in service". TO sum up: PROs - Great location right in between the industrial zone and the nice residential areas - Clean rooms with a tub ( that really helped my kid chill :) ) - La Mansion restaurant right outside the hotel. We had dinner there, great steaks, fantastic - friendly staff CONs - Pool freezing cold - Poor solution management dealing the Pool issue. - Breakfast buffet expensive for what it offers - This hotel is priced way over other similar hotels in the area with no real differentiation in quality. If the pool had worked i could have gone with 3 or even 4 stars but it was a deal breaker.

Asistí a este hotel porque un cliente organizó un curso en él. Los servicios, las instalaciones y el personal fueron todos estupendos. Mi única preocupación fue que no pude obtener una factura del hotel por concepto de la habitación. Sólo pude obtenerla por los alimentos consumidos.

Nice friendly staff, both at the reception, the bar and the breakfast restaurant. Excellent service at the bar. Nice looking lobby and pool/gym area. The rooms on the 4th floor could need a brush-up, the showerhead was a thing from the past. Had a room away from the highway and it was nice and quiet. My colleague had a room towards the highway and it was noisy. Nice food was served in the bar, the restaurant wasn't open at night besides our last evening there.

Loved the staff and the room. Very comfortable bed. I just wish that the shower had had better hot water. The best I could get was luke warm.
