El hotel muy cerca del hospital donde estaba un familiar, muy limpio, el staff muy amable, muy limpio, las habitaciones muy amplias, la cama y almohadas súper cómodas (las mejores!!!). El desayuno cumple su propósito, el café estaba rico.

Tienen paredes muy delgadas, tanto a mi como a mis papás, los cuartos aledaños, los vecinos a altas horas de la noche seguían hablando y tenían la tele con alto volumen lo que dificultaba poder dormir

El trato del personal y la ubicación

No pude controlar el aire acondicionado para mejorar la temperatura y decidí apagarlo

Ruido insoportable , me asignaron una pieza la cual el ruido era insoportable por trabajos de mejora, había gente en frente mío trabajando en la ventana, violando totalmente mi privacidad

CONVENIENT LOCATION

This hotel was wonderful! The customer service was outstanding—right from the moment we stepped off our transport, the team made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The food options were authentic and delicious, and the rooms were spotless, cool, and spacious. And the pool in the evening? Absolutely perfect—so relaxing at a cozy 70 degrees. We’ll definitely be back! :)

Excellent all the way around besides not having a washer and dryer area in the hotel. They did have a laundry service but a bit over price for customer that stayed 5 more day and laundry accumulated. Other than that, I recommend staying there.

Super nice

False advertisement. No shuttles were available. I needed a reliable way to get to the airport, this place does not offer that. I had many other options but I decided to stay here because of the “reliable” shuttle service. Taxis are an option, but I try to avoid them in certain hours. This was simple not acceptable.

Needs a Bar and a Restaurant, it's a great place.

We checked into our room and within the hour hotel b staff came into our room and robbed us. They stole prescriptions, credit cards, and a little cash. Thankfully we had our most important items with us but DO NOT TRUST THEM. We asked them to check the security cameras and of course no once saw anything. We know right we're we left it. Funny thing is we stayed over night left for a night to see another town, went back the second night. The staff was on edge and shocked to see us. Almost stumbling over their words. They know, we know. Not worth the risk. You've been warned.

We came down to restock our daughters supplies and stayed at Holiday Inn Express. We checked in and dropped our bags in the room. We went to pick up our daughter and came back to see that all her supplies were stolen. We searched every where, trashes, property, all our bags. The hotel said they would check with security and of course they didn't see anything. We traveled to Tamasopo. 100x better experience at Casa Maria. We thought us corporate with expedia would be safe. They are not.

This hotel experience was great highly recommend. The hotel was so clean and the bed sheets were soft .The breakfast was amazing Rocio was amazing she attended to us every time we came to eat breakfast she was very helpful and a very great person.

All was good but they had no restaurant so we had to walk about 4 blocks to a VIPS or cross over the highway to a restaurant on the others side. We did the VIP's trick.

Safe and quiet....we were tired.

Staff were great. Room was meh..ok....no wash cloths and the window shades were in disrepair. Bed was suprisingly comfortable. Expansive lobby could provide an opportunity for a bar instead of having to go next door to the Courtyard.

Beds were comfortable and hotel is very cleqn. I love the free breakfast. They have a new breakfast menu everyday while i was there. The food was delicious.

I have been returning every year because it never disappoints me. Staff is attentive, rooms are great and requests are attended to immediately. Breakfast has a great selection & the free shuttle to & from airport never fails! Top choice. I travel for both business & pleasure everywhere & this place is o. The top of my list.

My last visit was very comfortable because the hotel was very near to the place that I was going to visit. The check-in was smooth and fast, but the best thing is that they gave us sweets as a welcome. The room has a very comfortable bed and the best are the blackout courtains, you really can rest. The pool is very convenient to enjoy a sunny day with the family, especially if you go with children. They also have a lot of options for breakfast, and the taste of the food is very delicious. All the time the employees are looking for your comfort and they are very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.

Everybody was nice and always looked to help us in our 13 days and 12 night stay. Pleasant experience we stay here every year !!! Thank you for everything.

Stayed 1 night the lights in bathroom did not work was only able to get 2 lamps to turn on. Not sure if this was due to the flooding in the area.

I enjoyed my stayed at this hotel. It offers breakfast every morning, that was very convenient. It’s nice that they have a shuttle that will pick you up and take you to the airport. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Every morning during breakfast, Rocio part of the kitchen staff was very friendly and attentive.

I didn’t meet any staff that didn’t speak English as well as Spanish! My fiancée and I enjoyed every day spent here, and the AC was perfect! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful too

We've stayed here about 5 times over the years. It's recently been expanded. Plenty of parking, wifi is usable - we streamed movies at night. The pool area is clean and enjoyable. Stores like HEB and Walmart are nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful - some speak English very well. Rooms are quiet, AC is passable but I like it cool at night.

Near grocery store and restaurant

We stayed at this hotel just because it's a Holiday Inn, no other reason. I was expecting the best but it was not. First off, when we arrived there were 2 customer service representatives at their stations not sure what they were doing but NOBODY said to me and my husband "just a minute" or something, NO NOTHING, then a third rep. came to be available and me and my husband just looked at each other, like what the hell! Finally, some lady comes out, maybe supervisor or something speaks with the MALE rep for a couple of minutes and I think she told him to help us out, I think. Well this left a bad taste in my mouth for HOLIDY INN in general. I guess they don't hire customer service oriented people in MEXICO. Needless to say, our room was newer looking but we were facing the street and let me tell you it was noisy because of the traffic outside. I did not need to turn on the A/C but I did to lessen the noise and be able to sleep. Also, the BED was HARD AS A ROCK-SERIOUSLY. The morning after when I got up my body was not rested, it actually HURT-from that BED. I did not complain because I had already had my share of "customer service" when I first arrived at the hotel and knew that they did not CARE. I will give a thumbs up to the breakfast they provided. My husband HATES breakfast at hotels but he LOVED the breakfast here. It had fresh chilaquiles red or green, some kind of pork with red chile, home made beans and mexican rice, fresh fruit, fresh juices, individual yogurts, guavas, bananas, and much more. The price was comparable to what you would pay in the states, so that was good. Next time I stay in SLP, I will be trying one of the other hotels nearby this hotel instead, just because of the customer service that I received.
