La posizione è al tempo stesso un pro e un contro. Essendo isolata lungo la costa e lontana da centri abitati (nessuno è raggiungibile a piedi), va bene se si sceglie una vacanza di relax totale oppure se si preferisce spostarsi con la macchina, altrimenti bisogna affidarsi a NCC (i taxi della zona sono inaffidabilie introvabili dopo le 20). Un servizio di transfer quantomeno con i centri più vicini (Baja Sardinia, Canniggione) sarebbe forse un buon compromesso.

Quartos as camas não são de um hotel de 5 estrelas Muitas formigas . Ter que pedir várias vezes pasta de dentes etc para o número correto de pessoas hospedadas. Ter o sinal de não incomodar e ter alguém a entrar no quarto sem precisão e estarmos no quarto a vestir.

We really liked the location of the hotel, the beautiful views, the pool, and our room. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Porto Cervo is only about 15 minutes away, and we were always able to get an Uber when needed.

The beach was a little disappointing compared with what we had expected. The water looked quite green during our stay, and after only a couple of meters there is a sudden drop into deeper water. When travelling with a child, you need to keep a very close eye on them. We also had an uncomfortable experience at the restaurant during dinner. I was wearing a shirt and trousers, but with black sandals. There were only us and one other couple in the restaurant, and dinner was served on an outdoor terrace. I was told that next time I should wear closed shoes. I understand that the restaurant may have its own dress code, but considering that this is a resort and an outdoor summer restaurant, it felt a little too formal to us. After that, we decided not to return for dinner.

The hotel has beautifully maintained, green grounds and an almost private beach. Technically, outside visitors can access it, but there are very few of them. The beach is peaceful, although you should not expect the typical Sardinian white sand and bright turquoise water. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always pleasant to deal with.

We stayed in a private villa. It was comfortable, but located quite far from the sea, and getting back to the villa requires climbing rather steep stairs, which is worth considering, especially if you are traveling with children. The biggest disappointment for us was the food. Some dishes seemed to be prepared from frozen or pre-made products, including the pizza and some meat dishes. Overall, the food was often simply not tasty, which does not match the level or price of the hotel. The photos create a much more luxurious and impressive image of the hotel than what we actually experienced. Because of this, we honestly felt a little misled, as our expectations based on the Booking.com photos were completely different Overall, the grounds are lovely and green and the beach is quiet, but the value for money is very poor. For the price this hotel charges, we expected a completely different standard of food, and overall experience. In my opinion, L’ea Bianca is definitely not worth the price.

Personeel is erg koel. Bij vertrek niemand gevraagd of we een fijn verblijf hebben gehad. Ontbijt is beperkt en minimaal, als ook het personeel. De kamers zijn echt verouderd, een renovatie is hoog nodig. Verwacht geen luxe kamers. Ons slot van de deur bleek ook niet te werken waardoor de kamer niet op slot kon. Dat is niet verholpen. Kortom verouderd en de service vond ik erg mager. Let ook op; balkon bv vol met mieren etc. Er zijn betere hotels in deze prijsklasse te vinden.

Based on our experience over the past few years, it is by far the best place we have ever been. The staff is very kind, elegant and humorous. They are absolutely helpful and attentive.

Property was ok but overpriced to the max and bad service

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. We paid approximately $2,900 per night for 8 rooms over 5 nights, spending a significant amount of money, and expected exceptional service and accommodations. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what a hotel in this price range should provide. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unfriendly, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Instead of feeling like valued guests, we constantly felt as though we were inconveniencing them whenever we asked for assistance. Most of the staff appeared unhappy and miserable, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The rooms were not properly stocked with quality toiletries, and the shampoo provided was inadequate. Even worse, the towels and bed sheets had an unpleasant rotten egg smell and never smelled or felt freshly laundered. For a luxury hotel, this was completely unacceptable. Another major issue was the lack of garment steamers. The hotel had only five steamers available for the entire property, which is unreasonable given the number of guests. Every time we requested one, we were told none were available. When we finally received one, we were instructed that we could keep it for only 30 minutes. The most disturbing incident occurred one evening when I left the steamer in our room while we went out. We had the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed on our door, yet hotel staff entered our room without our permission while my husband was asleep simply to retrieve the steamer. Entering a guest’s room despite a Do Not Disturb sign is a serious violation of privacy and completely unacceptable. The atmosphere around the pool was equally disappointing. We were not allowed to enjoy drinks in the pool, pool closed at 7pm sunset was at 9pm you could not enjoy and whenever our group laughed or talked, staff would repeatedly “shush” us.

The hotel’s environment was amazing! It was surrounded by peace and so much beautiful gardens that it was impossible for us to leave the hotel! And the fact that the hotel had pool and beach access was amazing! We didn’t had to leave to search for beaches and that made our stay so much better! Amazing people + Amazing food + amazing surroundings 🩵 We will return for sure if we go to Sardenha again!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und außergewöhnliche zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Wir hatten eine Privatvilla mit Frühstück gebucht. Bei der Ankunft hat uns die Hotelchefin mitgeteilt, dass sich der Bau eines Privatpools (der stand nicht in der Hotelbeschreibung) verzögert hat und vor unserer Villa sich deshalb noch eine Baustelle befindet. Sie hat uns dann vorgeschlagen, dass wir eine Nacht in dem Bungalow bleiben und für den restlichen Aufenthalt von 11 Tagen ein Upgrade bekommen. Da würde eine größere Villa frei werden, in die wir umziehen könnten. Für die Unannehmlichkeiten haben wir außerdem für den kompletten Aufenthalt kostenlos Halbpension bekommen. Das beinhaltete abends ein komplettes Menü für die ganze Familie. Das war außergewöhnlich kundenfreundlich und auch alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die kleine Anlage und ruhige wunderschöne Lage machte den Urlaub zum wirklichen Luxus. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

The service was unbeliavable. Gianluca, Giovanni, Patrizia and Denise and many more made our stay effortless, relaxing and just a 5 star trip. The restaurant was really good and the wines were perfect. Rooms were really nice, the hotel is not that big, which was great. Our son loved the pool!

We didn't use the beach as much, due to the sand was a bit rough, but it was a beautiful location.

We re-booked after an amazing first time experience in 2025 and went during the same week for 2026; weather was perfect where it wasn’t super hot at first but still able to swim and sunbathe with temperatures getting hotter towards the end of our weeks stay (around 28°). Staff were accommodating, attentive & friendly. Everyone from the Manageress, Front Desk, Restaurant, Bar and Pool go to so much trouble to make you really welcome and enjoy as much as possible. We did half board and once again were not disappointed by the breakfast and dinner; for dinner if you wanted something off menu they were happy to oblige. However the cuisine is excellent and so much choice I only did this once. The room was the same one we had last year! Very clean, comfortable and slept so well. The pool and private beach once again did not disappoint and many many happy hours were spent unwinding and relaxing. We arrived feeling stressed & burnt out and left feeling utterly revived(although miserable to be going back to the UK and its heatwave!). This time I did not indulge in the spa services and still left feeling zen! The Front Desk also helped arrange the booking for the dolphin and snorkelling tour which was a totally unforgettable experience. If you are looking for a more peaceful holiday, going before June is recommended prior to the season kicking off. Absolutely love this place!

Grosse Zimmer mit Balkon und tollem Ausblick aufs Meer und die wundervolle Gartenanlage. Bequeme Betten, genügend Schränke vorhanden, grosszügiges Badezimmer mit Dusche und Whirlwanne. Strand wunderschön mit kleinkörnigem Kiesel. Liegen mit Auflage am Pool und Strand inklusive Badetüchern. Der Pool ist sehr gross. Dusche und Toilette am Pool. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, ebenso die sympathische Hotelmanagerin. Das Frühstück verfügt über eine grosse Auswahl an Eierspeisen, Käse, Wurst, frischem Obst, Kuchen, Joghurts etc. Das Abendessen (wir hatten Halbpension) bot ein breites Angebot an Meeresfrüchten, Fisch, Fleisch, Teigwaren und anderen Gerichten. Wir konnten aus der à la Carte Speisekarte frei wählen ohne Aufpreis für HP. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Gutes Weinsortiment. Bequeme Lounge und diverse schöne Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien mit Raucherbereich. Im Speiserestaurant ist es etwas kühl und zugig, da Türen zur Terrasse offen waren und die Klimaanlage lief. Wir waren jedoch auch nicht mit dem besten Wetter gesegnet, leider war es abends sehr kalt. Absolute Ruhe, keine Motorboote und andere Lärmverursacher weit und breit. Genügend Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns herzlich für den tollen Service.

We had great stay at L'Ea Bianca. We had a large corner room with a patio. The room was clean and convenient. The mattress was comfortable (not too soft or too hard). The beach is nice, though the sand is a bit a coarse. The hotel has a pool as well. There is a lot to see in the area around the hotel, but it's easier done with a car. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We really liked the hotel restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Abendessen war ebenfalls hinsichtlich der Auswahl als auch die Qualität, sehr gut. Besonders gefallen hat uns das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal! Das gilt für alle Bereiche!

Wir hatten das Zimmer 216, die Junior Suite. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Die Aussicht top. Gefehlt hat uns eine separate Dusche im Bad. Man muss in den Wirlpool klettern und sehr beim Duschen sehr aufpassen, dass man das Bad nicht zu sehr nass macht. Ein Tipp/ Gedanke: Eine Strand/Badetasche auf den Zimmern zur Verfügung stellen.

Old but still good hotel for couple nights stay, but not longer. Nice & clean hotel area with flowers and well cut green grass. Good but small parking area is available next to the main entrance. Rooms with pool and sea view - great view to wake up to.

Outdoor pools was not heated, hence it was too cold to swim in May. Private small beach, but the water was too cold to swim in May as well. Not bad breakfast buffet plus you can order extra, however, the dinner is quite pricy. The main elevator was not working - be prepared to use stairs.

Eine sehr tolle Atmosphäre in einem gediegenem Ambiente. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sowie Hotelleitung. Die Küche ist gehoben und sehr gut ! Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Balkon und Meerblick. Die Junior Suite war sehr geräumig und sehr schön. Zimmer und das komplette Hotel war alles sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche Personal. Wir haben an der Rezeption sehr gute Ausflugstipps bekommen, die wir auch alle genutzt haben. Jeder dieser Ausflüge war sehr schön. Auch das Personal beim Essen ist hervorzuheben. Diese waren alle sehr freundlich und kompetent. Bei Halbpension konnten wir uns aus der kompletten Karte vier Gänge aussuchen dürfen. Und sogar Sonderwünsche sind uns angeboten worden, falls wir auf der Karte nicht fündig werden würden. Das Essen war sehr gut. Vor allem die Pastagerichte sensationell. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir würden wiederkommen.

The villa didnt have the storage to enable us to unpack so we lived out of the suitcases all week which was a real let down for somewhere that was so nice. Much of the limited cupboarding that was in the villa was being used by the staff.

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene, top ausgestattete und außerordentlich gepflegte Hotelanlage mit großem Pool. Der Strand auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Das dazugehörige Beachrestaurant/ die Beachbar war Ende Oktober leider schon, aber verständlicherweise, geschlossen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer, auch wenn der Strand eher weniger umwerfend ist

Definitiv nicht das, was man von einem 5Sterne Hotel erwarten würde. Insgesamt ein etwas aufgehübschtes, aber sehr spießieg angestaubtes, steifes Hotel, das Personal hochnäsig und griesgrämig, dem es wichtiger ist, die Kleiderordnung beim Abendessen (geschlossene Schuhe) durchzusetzen. Auch an der Rezeption wenig Engagement. Die Küche ließ für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig, beim Frühstück waren viele Lebensmittel abgepackt (es gab zwar 10 verschiedene Kuchensorten, sie waren aber fast alle- genauso wie der Räucherlachs- auf Aluunterlagen auf den Tellern präsentiert. Keine Besonderheiten, sehr überschaubares Büffet. Genauso beim Abendessen, das zwar ganz nett angerichtet war, bei dem vieles aber eher so wirkte, als wäre es gehobeneres convenience Food vom Restaurantgroßhandel und nicht frisch zubereitet. In den meisten 4 Sterne Hotels habe ich besser gegessen. Der Spa Bereich ist lieblos und überschaubar mit extrem überteuerten Massageangeboten, im Fitnessraum stehen gerade mal 1 Laufband, 1 Fahrrad und ein paar Hanteln und er wirkt ein bisschen wie ein Abstellraum. Wir waren nach unserem Aufenthalt noch in einem 4sterne Hotel im Süden von Sardinien, das war nicht nur günstiger, sondern um Längen schöner, besseres Essen, freundlicheres Ambiente und fröhliches Personal.

Ruhig und idyllisch in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand gelegenes Hotel mit Haupthaus sowie mehreren kleinen Apartments/Villen am benachbarten Hang. Sehr gute Küche. Freundliches Personal.

An der Straßenecke ca. 70m vorm Hotel lag die komplette Woche ein Haufen Müll. Sicher gehört das nicht direkt zum Hotel, aber der Anblick von einem Berg Müll direkt in der Zufahrt vorm Hotel ist schon ziemlich ungewöhnlich und erbärmlich. Das sollte man schon allein aus Imagegründen beräumen (lassen). Für ein 5-Sterne-Ressort fehlt es doch an einigem Komfort. Es war einige Zeit recht kalt. Die Klimatechnik brachte nur kalte Luft und wurde erst auf Anfrage durch einen Techniker auf „Wärme“/Heizen umgestellt. Das allerdings zügig. Nach einem Regentag wurde eine Wand nass (innen) und oberhalb der Eingangstür tropfte es aus der Wand auf die Türschwelle. Das Appartement hat 2 Etagen - die untere ist sehr düster und nur durch die komplett zu öffnende Tür zu belüften - kein Fenster oder eine Kippfunktion. Zum Teil sind die Fugen in Bad und WC vergilbt und sehen teilweise etwas „runtergekommen“ aus.

The staff are absolutely exceptional, professional, warm, efficient. The gardens and outdoor areas are beautifully kept and furnished. The food /dinners were good, half board is very good value.

The reception area, restaurant, bedrooms and hallways are all VERY dated, old fashioned and in need of major investment. The air conditioning or lack of in gym and bedroom. The property is a bit isolated and taxis are expensive. Hire a car and bring your driving license!!

Breakfast was delicious! The young lady at reception was outstanding. We had a lovely room but we received an upgrade that made the trip even more memorable - Thank you L'ea Bianca!

Es ist ein außergewöhnlicher Ort mit außergewöhnlichen Menschen. Wir waren in diesem Jahr zwei Mal in diesem Hotel. Das erste Mal waren wir derart begeistert, dass wir uns ein zweites Mal spontan entschlossen haben, noch einmal diesen Ort zu genießen. Und es hat sich auch beim zweiten Mal gelohnt. Sauberkeit, Essen, Freundlichkeit und das Zimmer waren tadellos. Beeindruckend!

Das Personal war überaus höflich und zuvorkommend! Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön aufs Meer und die Betten waren sehr bequem! Das Essen ausgezeichnet - nur das Rind war leider etwas zu durchgebraten! Fisch und Pasta waren immer perfekt!

Das Badezimmer hätte für diese Preisklasse etwas größer und luxuriöser sein können! Mein Bad zu Hause ist schöner!

Sehr schöne Anlage mit einem wunderbaren Pool-Garten-Bereich! Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel, freundliche Bedienung. Tolle Strandbar direkt am Meer. Ein wunderbarer Ort, um auszuspannen. Um hinzukommen, braucht man ein Auto. Ein Auto lohnt sich auch, um nach Baja Sardinia oder an andere Strände zu gelangen, die etwas geschützter und schöner sind.

Sehr schöne & ruhihe Lage. Man hat den Strand fast für sich alleine. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön und auch der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Mittagessen war ebenfalls sehr lecker! Die Empfangsmitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und ich hatte an meinem Geburtstag eine Überraschung im Zimmer was mich sehr gefreut hat. Wir konnten am Check out Tag die Anlage den ganzen Tag nutzen und dann im Spa-Bereich duschen. Wir waren mit unserer 3-monatig alten Tochter und es hat sehr viel Schattenmöglichkeiten.

Das Gym ist etwas bedürftig eingerichtet. Ein gutes Fahrrad oder mehrere Laufbänder würde ich in einem 5* Hotel erwarten. Die Preise sind sehr stolz aber liegt auch an der Gegend.

Il servizio SPA è disponibile solo su prenotazione e con una sola operatrice: di conseguenza, se impegnata in un trattamento, la SPA non è attiva. Inoltre, alle ore 13 la camera non era ancora stata sistemata e ho dovuto sollecitare personalmente l’intervento.

Lindíssimo! Mto confortável! Quarto espaçoso, ficamos num quarto enorme. Café da manhã mto gostoso e com mta variedade.

Apesar de irmos em Julho (calor) pegamos dias mais frescos e não conseguimos usar a piscina com nosso filho de 2 anos (não é climatizada!!!!), tivemos que pagar o SPA pra ele poder usar a piscina aquecida :( Na praia ele também não co seguiu entrar na água por ser fria. O hotel é mto agradável mas não acho adequado pra criança pequena, o que foi bem triste pra gente. Piscina não climatizada e falta um espaço kids.

Breakfast menu selection for such a level of resort could be wider and more intriguing. Also, more attention to little details should be paid - I have found a bathrobe that had a hole and it was not replaced. In addition, both shampoos and conditioners were not renewed daily.
