Nothing
The hotel is extremely overvalued and it’s not about the price only . The territory is not well taken of , palms are dying , the trails to the rooms are narrow with bricks falling out . It feels like an imitation of a hotel . Rooms are small , bedlinen and towels are old , the furniture is the cheapest possible . The hotel is pet friendly and it smells like that . Service is terrible, half of staff doesn’t speak English , so every day you’ll have a surprise whenever you order smth during breakfast/ lunch or dinner . Breakfast is very limited . It is stated till 11 am , but by 10:00 the plates are empty and they are not replenished , so make sure to arrive by 10:00 . The beach is public and the sun-beds are stuck between somebody’s villa ( not the property of the hotel ) one by one in 7 rows. Better beach with brought sand from elsewhere is given to Cone beach club , where you have to pay 400 euros for cabana with burnt by sun pillows and mattress . It looks dull . The only place to eat is pizzeria Spazio with limited international food options, which is not common for Italy in general and a Michelin restaurant which is not available even for the guests for same day reservation. Gym is in the middle of the pool area and pizzeria in the glass cube - you are watched from every side . It feels you’re in Mexico or Egypt . At the end you get a bill with 80$ tips for every day of your stay even though you’ve been charged service fee and left tips . It feels like it was made to be a destination to use your Hyatt points . Even though it will be a bad choice . Better keep it . We didn’t have those and regretted 100 times we couldn’t cancel it . I’d name a few better hotels in the region, but it’ll sound like an add , so I resist . Nothing can beat this choice
We had a wonderful experience at 7Pines Resort Sardinia. The resort is absolutely beautiful, green, peaceful, and very relaxing. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices. A special thank you to Hamza, the pool supervisor, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us with all our requests and always made sure we had everything we needed. His warm and attentive service really made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We would be very happy to come back! ❤️🌴
Hamza is a really nice and helpful guy. He is always kind, friendly, and willing to help others when they need it. He’s respectful, easy to talk to, and makes people feel comfortable around him.
Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. Rooms are a little small for the money paid but the fronds and Pool were spacious. Food was amazing, world’s best pizza claim! Personally I liked lunch time pizza better but all very very good. M star restrains tasting was expensive but totally worth it. Great service all round - deffo need a car as this hotel is remote
The resort is absolutely beautiful, the houses are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious, varied, and of very high quality. I would especially like to thank Hamza, the pool supervisor, for his exceptional service and genuine care. He was always friendly, helpful, and attentive, making sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. He truly deserves special recognition and appreciation. ❤️🙏🏼 A special thank you as well to Hamza for his excellent recommendation of Zpazio restaurant. It was a great recommendation, and we really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Overall, 7Pines Resort Sardinia is a truly beautiful and luxurious resort, combining elegance, tranquility, and stunning natural surroundings. Definitely an experience worth repeating!
It’s ok, but not a 5 star hotel as advertised and as a result, very expensive for the experience delivered. Accommodation is fine, but no wow factor. Breakfast is ok, but the buffet almost never has hot food, which we advised the team of but no change. Transport from the hotel is a bit painful and the drivers of the company appointed by the hotel do their best to charge you whatever they can get away with. We were perplexed to be presented with a further tip (although was optional) on the bill Of €120 per day on top of all tips previously given. All in all ok, but not 5 star, we wouldn’t return.
It was really beautiful
Not every beach is for free for hotel guests. In come club the cabana is 400€ but other then that it was nice. The staff is nice. Hamsa was amazing!
We had an amazing stay at 7Pines Resort Sardinia. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the views are breathtaking. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious food and excellent service every morning. Hamza was one of the best parts of our stay. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. He recommended Capogiro, and it turned out to be an amazing restaurant—we’re so glad we took his advice. The concierge team was also excellent. They were always helpful with recommendations, reservations, and anything we needed, making our stay easy and stress-free. This is a truly first-class resort, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia.
We had a wonderful one-week stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our vacation. A special thank you to Hamza at the swimming pool. He was professional, kind, and always took great care of us, making our stay even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find Hamza when we checked out, so we left a tip for him along with a letter. We hope it will be given to him because he truly deserves it. We stayed in Room 605, which was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food, and the pizza was delicious. The beach was beautiful, the gym was clean and well equipped, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!
Had a fantastic experience at 7Pines - beautiful resort, lovely beach area, and pool. Come club is so fun. Staff couldn’t be more helpful, especially Hamaz who helped our large group around the pool.
Echoing the thoughts of another reviewer who visited this hotel recently I would advise to AVOID this hotel. We stayed for 1 week with 2 teenagers and were extremely disappointed. Staff were rude, unhelpful and really lacked expertise in the service industry. On top of the high cost of staying there, water sports charges, restaurants and other extra expenses were offensively expensive and the hotel charges its guests 200 EURO per 2 person sunbed per day on the beach and 60 EUROS for one snorkel for 30 minutes for example. So many instances through the week of being treated poorly - such as refusing to send a golf cart to the gate of the hotel in the rain after visiting the pharmacy, very late daily servicing of the room (4pm for example despite prompting). The gym (an important facility of a 5 star hotel) not up to standard and had inadequate AC which meant it was always too hot to use - 30 degrees Celsius / 86 Fahrenheit. Staff did nothing to resolve this. Rooms very small, plus they try and whack you with a 75 EUROS per room per night charge for 'optional tips' despite tipping at meals etc. My husband is a Globalist level at Hyatt and was given no recognition of loyalty. Would not recommend, the resort vibe was not good.

★★★★★ Absolutely wonderful stay at 7Pines Resort Sardinia From start to finish, our time here was fantastic. The resort grounds are beautiful — lush, well-kept gardens everywhere you look — and our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with so many fresh, high-quality options, and all the food we had during our stay was truly outstanding. A special thank you to Hamza at the pool area — he is absolutely wonderful and so professional! He went out of his way to help us, and kindly arranged a table for us at Spazio right in front of the screen so we could comfortably watch the World Cup final. We really appreciated his kindness and great service. We would definitely recommend this resort and hope to come back soon!
A solid hotel but not wow. Let’s start with the grounds, very nice and well maintained. A warm welcome. The rooms are nicely appointed, clean, comfortable, beach chic and a great A/C system (a must with the horrendously hight temperatures). Amenities decent. Turn down service ok. Breakfast is included and very good. Service is oftentimes slow and at times inconsistent. But they try to please and staff is very nice. Spa experience (massage) was excellent. Spazzio: extremely pricey, incredibly average and disappointing food, and borderline rude service. We had a late lunch at Cone beach club. It was expensive but nice. Don’t try to go swimming there, just stick to the main beach. The main beach is small, no one there to take care of giving you towels or water. But swimming there is fabulous. We did not try the pools because why swim in a pool when you have the beautiful, clean sea!! The Capogiro dinner experience was truly Michelin star worthy and AMAZING. I’m giving a separate review because it deserves one!!! We asked the concierge to reserve for us chairs at the Belmond Romazino beach. 300 euro per chair. Worth it. The Belmond property and beach are amazing!! We had dinner at Matsuhisa at Call di Volpe and highly recommend. The best part was booking two days on a boat where we spent the time exploring the Sardinian coastline.
We recently stayed at the 7Pines Resort which was amazing. The staff were wonderful, the hotel lovely and the surrounding countryside beautiful. A special thank you to GiGi, the wonderful concierge, who went out of her way to make sure we had an outstanding vacation.
Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful, impeccably maintained grounds. Walking through the property was a true sensory delight, as the olive trees, fresh rosemary bushes and other flora provided an amazing aroma, while the warm sun and the sea offered the ultimate relaxation. The resort offered an the outstanding pool, which was elevated even further by the exceptional service we received. A special thank you goes to the pool attendant, Hamza, who provided absolutely amazing service. He was always there to ensure our comfort was his top priority, anticipating our needs with a warm smile and attentive attitude. Access to the beautiful sea was easy and so many beds, chairs and umbrellas were available each day to lounge. I need to stay even longer next time because there was so many other amenities I didn’t even get around to using like the spa and gym. Dinner at sunset at the Cone Club was stunning. Literally, absolutely everything about this stay was perfect, and we certainly will be back! The staff truly made you feel welcomed.
The hotel is beautifully situated but a car is a must to allow you to enjoy the local area. The room was very nice , roomy with all of the amenities you could want. We landed in Alghero so it was about a 2 hr drive to get there but the roads are very good. We got to visit Porto Cervo and we went on a boat trip to explore the islands from Laconia. We also really enjoyed visiting Phi Beach if you like experiencing great food and great music… the DJ Themba was playing. My only reservation was the cost …. I was ok paying more for my accommodation however the practice of automatically including tips on everything I did not like and I was shocked to see that I was expected to tip again for every night I stayed on my final bill notwithstanding having paid tips on everything else !! I have never seen that before and it left a bad taste in my mouth. The service was friendly and helpful throughout but that’s what I expect when I am paying very high prices to stay in a 5 star resort. I don’t expect to be expected to reward good service multiple times.
we had a marvelous time in the hotel five stars for hamza thikra and dua
This was, without question, the biggest case of misleading marketing I have ever experienced when booking a hotel. I genuinely feel this property is being sold under false expectations, relying on the Hyatt name while delivering a product that falls dramatically short of what guests are paying for. The gap between the price, the advertised luxury experience, and the actual product is shocking. We paid approximately €1,500 per night for a mid-category room, expecting the standard associated with a Hyatt luxury property. Instead, what we found was, at best, a tired 3-star hotel. The most telling part of our stay is that we chose to leave after the very first night, despite losing a significant amount of money. We've never done that before. The experience was so poor that we felt sacrificing the cost of the remaining stay was preferable to sacrificing the rest of our holiday. The room was extremely small—to the point where it was difficult to even open our luggage. Everything felt dated, cheaply built and in desperate need of renovation. The air conditioning unit was old and incredibly noisy, making it almost impossible to sleep. The room itself felt like a dark, mouldy basement, with virtually no natural light. The glass door faced the main walkway, meaning there was no privacy whatsoever, and had to keep the curtains hut, there were no proper windows. If you're tall, you'll struggle to fit comfortably in the bed. What is most disappointing is the complete misrepresentation. This property is marketed as a 5-star luxury hotel, yet the reality couldn't be further from that. I've travelled extensively and stayed in everything from the world's leading luxury hotels to mid-range properties, and this is by far the biggest disappointment I've ever experienced. When we raised our concerns with management, there was no genuine attempt to resolve the situation. Instead, we were encouraged to pay even more to upgrade to another room, which completely missed the point. The issue wasn't the room category—it was the overall quality of the hotel. Unless you're comfortable paying luxury prices for what is, in my opinion, a run-down 3-star experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Hyatt should be embarrassed that this property is being represented as a luxury destination.
Fantastic time @ 7 Pines ! Great accommodation and property. Experience was elevated due to 1 person - Hamza. From the 1st day (jetlagged at the pool) he took great care of my family (wife&daughter) to the last (brohugs) He cares and is genuinely an amazing human being that we looked forward to seeing each day @ the pool. He did the job of 2 or 3 people and did it w/a smile under the hot Sardinian sun. Thank you Hamza. God Bless. Also the Concierge ladies were excellent and 2 excursions (Charter boat and vineyard day were highlights). Major damage shopping in Provo but hey you cant take it w/you. Ciao
My husband and I stayed here for a full week and made it our home base in Sardinia. There were many positives but we will not return due to our experience of the value. It was expensive, which was expected, but we did not feel it was worth it. The service was generally great. I used the concierge extensively to plan the trip and they were great, particularly Chiara. They booked meals, beach clubs and provided suggestions throughout the trip. I cancelled and remade many plans and they helped throughout all of that. The grounds are very pretty. We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was stellar. The staff at breakfast was also wonderful. We had dinner at Capogiro. While expansive, the food was good and the wine was amazing. The service was excellent. Our room had a beautiful, spacious terrace overlooking the water. We rented a car (which is necessary) and the staff who handled the valet were amazing. So friendly and helpful. We used the gym many times. While small, it was functional. However, some downsides. The rooms are very, very small. There was no room for a chair. Very difficult to stay in such a small room for a week. The beach is not great. We tried the main hotel beach and were not impressed. We went to many beach clubs but did not go to Cone Club, as the beach there didn’t not seem impressive. We drove to beach clubs everyday. Part of the value proposition was staying at a hotel with a beach and we were underwhelmed. We visited one of the secret coves and found that underwhelming as well. The pool was crowded at some peak times and it was hard to get a chair. The pool bar, although pretty, was extremely expensive. We ate at Spazio, which was awful and extremely expensive. We were upset after about our experience. We booked a boat trip through the hotel. It was nice but also extremely expensive. We learned we could have booked privately for 50% of the cost. In our room, the coffee was not refilled once and when we returned from the beach at 3pm one day, the room had not been cleaned. While these are minor points, at this price point my expectations are higher. If we come back to Sardinia, we will likely rent an Airbnb and explore more on our own.
Property location
Staff is super super not organised. concierge is terrible. we missed flight because they didnt manage to bring buggy for 53 minutes Food and location heavily overpriced
Avoid this resort I would not recommend 7Pines Resort Sardinia. For a property that presents itself as a luxury resort, the service, food, rooms, and overall appearance were shockingly poor. We had bad meals at two of the on-property restaurants. At one of them, the restaurant was nearly empty, yet we waited close to an hour for our food to arrive. When it finally came, the food was terrible. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated issue — the food across multiple restaurants on the property was extremely disappointing. The service was equally poor: slow, inattentive, and completely inconsistent with what you would expect from a resort at this level. Even more frustrating, when issues were raised with the staff, the response felt indifferent. There was little urgency, accountability, or genuine concern about fixing the problems. After lunch, the problems continued. We asked for a golf cart to take us back to our rooms from the restaurant below reception. The carts were only about two minutes away at reception, and we were told it would take five minutes for one to pick us up. Instead, we waited more than 40 minutes. There was no urgency, no meaningful communication, and no apology that matched the inconvenience. The rooms were also a major letdown. They were very small, and there was a terrible smell coming from outside that made the stay uncomfortable. The property as a whole was also disappointing. It did not feel polished, elegant, or aesthetically consistent with a luxury resort. In appearance and atmosphere, it felt much closer to a three-star property than the high-end resort it markets itself to be. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and nowhere near the standard advertised. For the price and positioning of this resort, the level of service, food quality, room comfort, and overall presentation were unacceptable. I would not return.
We had a wonderful stay at 7Pines Resort Sardinia. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of fresh food, and we really enjoyed our meals at Spazio by Franco Pepe. The pool was clean, relaxing, and perfect for spending the day. A special thank you to Hamsa, who made our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly professional, kind, and always willing to help. He even brought pool toys for us, which was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. His outstanding service made a big difference in our experience. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to coming back!
My stay at 7Pines Sardinia was outstanding in every way. The hotel is beautiful, the service was excellent. The best part of my stay was spending time by the pool. I would especially like to thank Hamza, the Pool Manager, for his exceptional professionalism and outstanding hospitality. He took great care of us throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed with genuine kindness and attention to detail. The restaurants inside the hotel were also excellent. Hamza recommended the best dining options, and every recommendation was perfect. We truly enjoyed the food and the service. He is honestly one of the best people I have ever met in hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this wonderful resort.

A special thank you to Hamza, the Pool Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He made us feel truly welcome and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His restaurant recommendations were also excellent, and every meal was a great experience. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. The resort is very beautiful and the facilities are well maintained. The staff are also quite friendly. But in general the service is extremely slow, at a level far below what you would expect from a 5 star property. For those of you who are World of Hyatt members, there was also zero recognition of our status throughout the stay. I mean absolutely no benefit at all: we had the worst room on the property, our room was ready 2 hours late on arrival, and we were also denied late checkout. To make matters worse, the hotel tried to sneak an additional €65 per day onto our bill (€455 total for our stay) for additional tips, despite the fact that tips had already been added to every transaction during our stay. This was infuriating after the service that we had received, but especially so because they clearly tried to do this without us noticing. We asked for this charge to be removed, and they did take it off the bill, but if we hadn't noticed or said anything we would have been charged an extra €455 for no justifiable reason. We left the hotel with a bitter taste in our mouths, feeling that they were just trying to rip us off. I almost never write a negative review, and I wouldn't have done so in this case either, but I felt like I had to leave this review to warn others about this unexpected charge on the bill.
Dat alles werkt en klopt in de kamer, goede faciliteiten.
Overal stond harde muziek aan en bij de vraag of het iets zachter mocht, was het “no”.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at 7 Pines in Sardinia was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service made us feel right at home. Every aspect of our experience was enhanced by the dedicated staff, who truly prioritize guest satisfaction. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotless as is the whole resort. The pool area was a highlight, with attentive team members ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect day of relaxation. I have to give a special shoutout to **Hamza**—he never takes his eye off the details! Whether it's rolling a towel just right for your head while lounging by the pool or engaging with guests of all ages, he is simply amazing. His warmth and enthusiasm make everyone feel special, including the kids! He is a diamond and 7 Pines are lucky to have him. Overall, 7 Pines seamlessly combines stunning surroundings with outstanding service. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough and look forward to returning for another incredible experience! Kids club is also fabulous

Location was good but would have liked a walk into town but located in mountains every member of staff really nice and helpful very clean low noise level 1 member of staff stood out great personality nothing was too much trouble shout out to hamza he looks after pool area and bar
Accommodation is nice
Service was far from perfect. Noone ever send any offer to book a table for lunch or dinner-as a result could not find a single place in tge restaurant fir dinner for me as tge guest who lived in tge hotel. Service at breakfast was too slow. 25 min to wait for a porrige. I decided to call and order in advance-noone answered the phone… only on a third day a senior manager (was really nice) was visiting breakfast-personell changerd immeciately and even selection of food changed..And in the snd during check out the autaumatically added tips… 56 euros…
Amazing place, hidden beaches , great Piza Great Staf , wonderful sunset
It's a little piece of paradise. This was a special occasion for my family, so we reserved one night as a very-very special treat and every penny was worth it. The grounds are stunning with beautiful beaches. All the facilities inside are amazing: gorgeous pool, spa, fitness centre, restaurants including the world's best pizza (it really was). We go a family suite overlooking the pool and it was perfect. The staff was so attentive, my daughter said we were treated like royalty, and I agree. We had a late flight and they offered us to keep our room late at no extra charge, which was very kind. We did not want to leave. It's not a place I could afford to come back to every year, but if you are looking for a very special and memorable experience, I would strongly recommend it.
All was perfect
We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the resort, staff were extremely attentive but we had to leave a review and mention Hamza! He made sure we had everything we need and was so friendly, a credit to the 7 pines team! 😊
Globalist stay with suite upgrade award to a ocean view suite. Suites are on a smaller side but was nice to have. Service was amazing. Hotel staff anticipated needs and were accommodating. Hotel restaurant on the pricey side so we mostly ate at local restaurants, which was worth the drive. The pizza restaurant at the hotel was good but overrated and overpriced. Overall, stay was excellent and would come back here.
The hotel was stunning and staff were lovely—we were even upgraded to a beautiful Laguna room with direct pool access. However, we visited in mid-October and were disappointed to find most nearby places already closed for the season. The hotel had only one restaurant open with limited options and very high prices (€162 for two pizzas and a bottle of rosé). We tried exploring Baia (20-25 minute walk) and Porto Cervo (10 minute taxi, costing €40 each way), but both were mostly shut down. Even online listings showed places as open, which was misleading. By Day 4, we decided to rent a car, which was more cost-effective than taxis. We had room service once for lunch, but most days we relied on the nearby supermarket (about a 5-minute walk). They had fresh rolls, meats, and cheeses, which we brought back to our room. One day when the weather wasn’t great we decided to play tennis court, this cost us €80 for an hour! It’s a real shame there wasn’t clearer communication about the seasonal closures. Sardinia is stunning, and we would have loved to experience it at its best. Had we known, we definitely would have chosen a different time of year to visit!
Lovely grounds and rooms but only 1 restaurant open all week with another Thursday to Saturday. As hotel part of US group (Hyatt) I’d expected pool to be heated out of season - it wasn’t and was 22C. I know it’s Italy and I wasn’t expecting US pool temperatures but at the price point some heating surely reasonable?
A wonderful experience from start to finish. We were met by fantastic reception staff who were very friendly and offered a drink on arrival and we had an upgrade with a sea view, thank you! Beautiful beaches and fabulous pools. A huge thank you to Hamza around the pool who was so helpful and had great interpersonal skills with everyone I saw him interact with. We had dinner at Capogiro which was sensational. We have never had a raw langoustine before but it blowed our minds. The meal at 160 euros each was money well spent, pure theatre in the best surroundings. All the staff were incredibly kind and I hope they all continue to do very well in their careers in hospitality. A big shout out to all the room attendants, breakfast staff, front of house and chefs, grounds people, gardeners and anyone else I’ve forgotten. . Magical!
We had high expectations for a Category 8 Hyatt property (equivalent to the Park Hyatt in Paris or New York, or the legendary Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz). The property is large and has several beach access points. Unfortunately, the resort's architecture & decoration lack the sophistication and refinement expected of a category 8 Hyatt property: - the design of the common areas, including the pool, is similar to that of a mid-range property. - the service: it could be more attentive, especially during the low season. - F&B: decent breakfast and gourmet dinner at the Capogiro restaurant. However, the decor, furniture, and dinnerware could have been more refined.
Great hotel, with an amazing breakfast and nice beach. Room is quite small and beach is private and nice but there are definitely better beaches within driving distance. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Need a car to drive to dining and shopping. Pizza restaurant on property was amazing btw, best pizza we ever had!
Great hotel in a beautiful setting which provided a perfect base from which to explore the island for the week we stayed. Car rental is essential as the location is relatively remote. The staff were extremely welcoming throughout, special mention to Hamsa for his help around the pool and the reception for whom any request was never too much trouble. Only downside for ourselves is that due to the season about to end, The Cone Club had closed the week before.
Nice location and the staff were accommodating
A cappuccino was $7, a club sandwich was $35 euro & to hire the pickle ball courts above the initial room fee was an additional $25 euro.. they don’t miss ya with the additional costs.
Beautiful property and excellent staff
It could have been cleaner. Our floors looked clean but were dirty when I wiped them.
We had a nice week at 7Pines, our room overlooking the main pool was good and the housekeeping throughout the week was outstanding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices of hot and cold food and the service was always very good. I wish the hotel would set a dress code for breakfast, I find it very distasteful people coming to breakfast in bikinis. The pool service was also very good, always checking on you to make sure everything is okay. The main reason I gave the resort a ‘good’ rating is that the food and drinks are extremely expensive and therefore we chose to eat out in Baja most evenings.
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A couple of things really stood out to us: when I explained that our original room wouldn’t work, the staff immediately upgraded us to something much better without any fuss. On the day we checked out, they went out of their way to provide us with a room to freshen up before our taxi collected us at 6pm—such a thoughtful touch that made our journey so much more comfortable. The service was genuinely attentive, and those small but meaningful gestures left a lasting impression. Highly recommend this hotel. There were so many stand out moments. Another point to mention were the staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Names that come to mind were Nicola on Reception, Alberto around the pool area, and of course the famous Hamza. He really is a fantastic asset to the hotel and is brilliant with everyone who comes to the pool or beach. Another lovely touch is there is water in your room, and around the pool... The gym is outstanding and what a place to do your workout! There is also an amazing breakfast. Fabulous and abundant. A few points to mention, which I wouldn't even say were negative because overall this is an amazing place, but I think they need mentioning. The Aperol Spritz are really not good. They consisted of a splash of Aperol, a splash or Prosecco or soda and the rest was ice. It was literally 19 euros for a cup of ice. It was a shame, because customers do notice this sort of thing. My only other issue were the prices, this place is very expensive and you are a bit of a captive audience so just something to mention, but again as I've said overall this didn't dampen our experience and 7Pines Sardinia deserves a 5 star review because of the service and staff.
5 star luxury from the moment you checkin. The staff were so kind, accommodating, friendly and went out of their way in every instance to make us feel welcome. We were shown around the beautiful property by Gloria and were blown away by the beauty of the property. The pools, beaches, and all the amenities were just stunning. Gloria was so helpful and excited to tell us about all the resort had to offer. We saw her multiple times throughout our trip and she always stopped to ask how we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything else. Hamsa at the pool area was incredible and helped us multiple times with reservations both on and off property, including a sail in Palau. He was so wonderful and friendly and we loved our daily chats with him. The crew at Capogiro and Spazio were amazing. We ate at Capogiro twice and did both sides of the tasting menu because they were just that incredible. We were even invited back into the kitchen. It was honestly a once in a lifetime trip. I cannot say enough good things about this resort. We looked forward to seeing all the waitstaff at the hotel and chatting with them because they were just that lovely and we wished we had more time to chat with them! They got wind one of the nights it was my birthday and made a cake and brought it out during the meal and told me about the traditional Italian breaking of the candle. It was really quite amazing and something I will never forget! On top of the people, the resort itself is of course top notch, all the pools and beaches are beautiful. We had a suite that was beyond stunning and it was honestly just heaven. 10 of 10 would stay again and again if I could. Thank you 7 Pines for an incredible stay.
amazing location & great staff
This is a great resort. The service is exceptional, Serean at the pool bar was a standout, nothing too much trouble, she always had a smile and was so much fun. Watch out for the roof terrace room, the stairs are not in the room, so you have to walk out to access, that wasnt clear at the time of booking, so whilst lovely, it meant we didnt use, we thought our room had a roof terrace view, but the room was on the ground floor, disappointing and not worth the upgrade price. Overall the resort was great, very expensive, so we ate out every night, and didnt eat lunch at the resort either. Breakfast was superb.
Just wow. We had the best experience at 7Pines Sardinia. Check in: When we pulled into reception, we were greeted by a team of staff - valet for our car, bellhop for our luggage, waiter for a bubbly drink, a concierge and golf cart driver to our room. We were seated with a drink in hand within 60 seconds, and whisked off for a tour and welcome to our room in minutes. After a long day of travel, this was a most welcome experience! Concierge: The 24 hour concierge was fantastic and so helpful. They flagged potential issues with tours (weather) early on so that we were able to make other arrangements. We overheard the staff speaking several languages with fluency: english, italian, german, and arabic, but probably more. Pool: The pool was stunning and service was five star. You order food and drink by QR code and it is promptly brought to you. They also brought a free sunset beverage. Restaurant: We ordered a la carte, and they still brought us 3 bread courses, an amuse bouche, and three desserts. The sommelier made perfect recommendations. And their 6-hour roasted lamb was absolutely killer, maybe the best I've ever had. Sunset views were spectacular. Room: Spotlessly clean. Daily room service and turndown service with a little gift each night. Very modern, great AC, and we had a stunning view from our room and rooftop deck.
For every positive at this property, there was an equal, if not greater - negative. Unfortunately, I left with a disappointing impression, which is especially sad as 7Pines Sardinia was meant to be the highlight of our summer travels. Pros Location: Beautifully secluded just outside Porto Cervo, making it easy to relax and unwind without the party scene. Beaches: Multiple beach options — a private beach, beach club, and a hidden beach. Breakfast staff: Every single morning staff member at breakfast was A+++. They created a warm, inviting environment and genuinely cared about our day. Front desk staff — especially the woman with Tom Ford glasses and Nico — also stood out as kind and professional. Resort condition: Fresh, modern, and immaculately maintained. Cons Communication & service gaps: I’ve never heard “fully committed” more in my life. There was no welcome email, no orientation, and no information about amenities or services (we only discovered there was an app from a QR code on our keycard). As a result, we were left unaware of holiday closures and restaurant reservations, leading to a series of frustrating dead ends. Even on-site dining wasn’t prioritized for guests — we were left ordering delivery in paper bags. Arrival experience: While I had no issue with our room not being ready, reception couldn’t even provide an iced beverage on a 35°C day — instead suggesting we go buy one at the restaurant (where a basic iced latte was €12). Small, but far below the standard of a five-star resort. Air conditioning issues: This was the single biggest problem. On night one, the A/C reset to 25°C, making sleep impossible in the heat. Engineering visits confirmed the issue but never resolved it. By the second night, the power went out after another “fix.” With no suites available to move into, the problem continued our entire stay. Nico offered to move us to a sleeping room during the 3rd night, but since we had a boat charter scheduled for early AM, we opted to stay. He was kind and one of the only people who followed up, but the technical issues and lack of solutions and communication made things worse. Cone Club seating: Marketed as “first come, first serve,” yet the desirable cabanas and 2 rows were permanently blocked with “reserved” signs — even though they sat empty. Only upon departure were we told about a minimum spend policy. Transparency upfront would have avoided a lot of frustration. While the resort’s design, setting, and a handful of exceptional staff gave glimpses of what it could be, the lack of seasoned management, poor communication, and unresolved service issues overshadowed it all. As frequent travelers (120–150 nights a year in hotels), this stay fell far below expectations for a property of this caliber. Regretfully, a resort I had been eager to visit for the last few years ended up being the disappointment of our summer. Seems as if management could not care less. Brought these issues up during departure, assuming they would reach out to apologize and received again, no communication. Seems on par with our experience from the beginning, but come on 7Pines, do better.
Had a mixed experience on 7Pines. The staff and property are amazing. The staff really goes out of your way to make sure you are having a special stay. Hamza at the pool was a favorite of my kids. He found out they love soccer and always made it a point to chat them up about their favorite players while ensuring great service to us. Hamza was definitely the highlight of the hotel for them! The property is large and expansive so you definitely need the golf cart to get around. They have a kids club which looked really nice but we did not end up using. Our only issue with the property was the management team - who informed us about our room being downgraded 2 hours prior to arrival. Upon check in we asked to talk to the Manager who never showed her face and hid in the office and let the staff be the bearer of any bad news. The hotel itself is in a good location right outside of Porto Cervo, we rented a car and it was easy to drive around.
I would like to thank Mr Hamza who was assisting us at the pool area he is very helpful and caring and his service was excellent
Beautiful surroundings , the hotel is really well positioned and has been built with beautiful outside areas . Rooms are well equipped and clean. However for more than 2000 euros a night we found that’s it is not 5 star service and extremely overpriced for the services received. We found the staff either under trained or unfriendly. We spent our last two days of our honeymoon here. We found the room small and complementary services overpriced ( ex: tennis court rental, basic snacks and soft drinks). Unfortunately we felt like nothing was personalised , for example : we had to ask for coffee capsules in the room, we warned of a very early morning departure but had to ask for a breakfast box and only got one for 2 people that we got asked to pick up… Having worked in luxury hotel industry I would expect more personnalisation and such services to be offered as we check out or when asked of our check out time. In this case felt like they asked our check out time for housekeeping staff and not to accommodate us. We enjoyed the Spazio by Franco Pepe, we have been waiting a long time to eat there and try the tasting menus, only thing missing is drinks price list ( quite a shock price for a local Ichnusa beer)
I recently stayed at 7Pines Resort Sardinia and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very nice, calm, and relaxing — perfect for a peaceful getaway. The food was excellent as well. A special thanks to Hamza for recommending the Cone Club, where we enjoyed a truly memorable lunch. Hamza told us about the talented team in the kitchen — Chef Pasquale, an awarded Michelin-star chef, together with his Moroccan right-hand chef. Their collaboration creates a unique mix of flavors, where you can taste both the essence of Sardinia and the spirit of Marrakech on the same plate. Hamza was always gentle, professional, and helpful with every small detail, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for all 7 pines team Highly recommended!
This is a beautiful resort and there are a lot of good aspects of this hotel. However, the service in my view is what makes a hotel really special. When you pay for a luxury hotel, you expect good service. After my last experience with the 7 pines, I will definitely never go back to a 7 pines. After a private boat experience, I ordered a car to pick us from the pier at 4:45 pm through the conciege (the same car that dropped us off for 150 euros). The car did not show up until 6 pm (an hour and 15 minutes later). We ended up taking a different transfer as we were with two young kids and the hotel tried to charge me 400 euros for a transfer that showed up late. They eventually agreed to charge me 150 euros. Hyatt corporate did not nothing because they said I was compensated by the reduction in price. In my view you should not have to pay for a transfer that shows up over an hour late and does not notify you. I have never experienced this and the customer service team at both the Hyatt brand level and the hotel were not helpful. The transfer company was in the right apparently. This was something I've never experienced before.
Hamza ist der Beste
Der Service langsam sehr lamgsam Nicht 5 sterne Hotel 2 oder 3
Secluded beaches, watersports, concierge service, reception staff.
The staff does not meet the 5 star standard. Half of the staff doesn't speak English, so they often brought the wrong food, the massage was average because the staff simply didn't understand what you were saying to them in English. This is not what you expect when you pay 20 thousand euros for a 5-star hotel.
We came here for about 4 days at the end of our European trip. It was me, husband and our two best friends. We came in from Sorrento and got in late. We were starving but they were able to create some amazing pizza for us. Our rooms were perfect sizes for each couple. Loved the covered balcony-we could see the water and boats. It was our 28th anniversary. They had flowers, balloons, chocolate dipped strawberries and champagne. The people were all so amazing! Huge shout out to Mossimo, Antonella (who made the best espresso martinis) and Serena (who painted a beautiful picture of Sardinia making us want to come back). Breakfast was always amazing. Great selection of food and servers were awesome. Pool areas were gorgeous and we took advantage of the bar and their menu for lunch was delicious. We were told the hotel was full but except for breakfast, we never saw anyone. The sunset area where we ate lots of raw food had one other couple. Cone Club was good but hardly anyone was there. We took a private boat for a day and it was nice. The hotel had a small dock where we were picked up. Our flight took off much later than our check out but the staff were happy to keep our things safe and let us enjoy the pool and amenities until we left. It was a great stay.
We stayed in what seemed to be the largest suite on the property and absolutely loved it — spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped (especially appreciated the ice cubes in the mini freezer!). The staff were incredibly attentive throughout our stay, and the property itself is beautifully laid out and never felt crowded. The pool was very nice, and while the beach was a bit steep for our taste, it was still enjoyable. Our suite offered great privacy — even with its oceanfront location, the bushes limited the view but added a peaceful sense of seclusion, which we loved… until Saturday night. Unfortunately, loud music from a neighboring property (not affiliated with the hotel) blasted through a massive speaker pointed directly at our wing of suites. Staff were sympathetic but explained they couldn’t intervene until after midnight — and even then, there was no guarantee the music would stop or that authorities would be able to respond. Breakfast was another highlight — a lovely, generous spread each morning.
This Resort is Situated in an Exotic and Serene Location with Breathtaking Views and Private Beaches. The Staff was Exceptionally pleasant, and we have to Mention Mr. Hamza and Ms. Agnes which Made our Stay even More Special...
For the price charged, I would definitely not consider this a 5 star resort. While Sardinia is beautiful and the hotel property is very nice as well, there are several things lacking at this resort. First off, the rooms are tiny. There is no room to keep your luggage out while having room to walk around. For 2 people with normal size suitcases, the room will feel very small. The staff is very kind, but many of them barely speak English. This was very frustrating. I have never been to a resort like this where communication was so difficult. Shout out to Hamza who was incredible though. The staff is also very poorly trained. We felt like we were at camp with kid counselors versus being at an exclusive resort. Our orders were incorrect every single breakfast we were there, and sometimes they were never even brought to the table. Sardinia is beautiful and the hotel property is beautiful as well. For the price charged I would chose to find another hotel in the area.
I like the hotel and the man at the pool and all the service is relly good also thank you so much! the food! I will be back agin
Amazing hotel, views, service, restaurant. Truly incredible!!!! Hamza from the pool made our trip. Thank you for making every day extra special for us Hamza!! We will miss you the most. Thanks for recommending the cone club it was amazing!!
🌅 An Unforgettable Stay at Seven Pines, Sardinia Upon our arrival at Seven Pines in Sardinia, our spirits were low—my luggage had been left behind at Athens airport, and understandably, we were upset. But within moments of stepping into the resort, everything began to shift. We were welcomed by Gloria, a radiant young woman whose smile instantly warmed the atmosphere. Her kindness and gentle reassurance lifted our mood, and her gracious tour of the property and introduction to our room made us feel genuinely cared for. Gloria was a breath of fresh air—her professionalism and deep local knowledge made planning our trip effortless and enjoyable. 🌞 Breakfast Bliss & Friendly Faces The next morning, breakfast was filled with delight. Roberta, whose tireless dedication didn’t go unnoticed, greeted us daily with cheerful energy. Mara, always smiling, served our coffee and breakfast with such warmth that it felt like home. The breakfast manager and team were equally wonderful—starting each day with their positivity and good vibes was a gift. Thank you all for being the sunshine that kickstarted our mornings. 🌊 Concierge Excellence After breakfast, we headed to the concierge where we met Ginevra—spectacular in every sense. With her upbeat personality, warmth, kindness and thoughtful recommendations, she helped us uncover amazing restaurants and beach clubs that made our Sardinian experience truly memorable. Like Gloria, she was an absolute joy to encounter each day with a heart of gold. Gloria and Ginevra became our dynamic duo—their small surprises, genuine care, and shared laughter created an ambiance we’ll never forget. Seeing their smiling faces each day was something we looked forward to, and we’re deeply grateful for their support. 🎯 Hospitality Heroes We made sure to express our admiration to their manager Rebecca and to Antonio, whom we believe leads the concierge team. Their depth of knowledge, constant helpfulness, and infectious warmth made an incredible impression. Agnes was also amazing, pointing us to a fantastic nearby restaurant. To all of you—we believe this team is the very definition of hospitality perfection. You should be cloned and celebrated! 🚪 Extra Helping Hands Special shout-outs to Dario at security and Mateo, who rushed to assist when we locked ourselves out—both greeted us with joy and made even stressful moments feel light. 🧳 From Lost Luggage to Found Joy Yes, I eventually got my luggage back. But much more importantly, I left Seven Pines with a heart full of joy, a deep love for Sardinia, and unforgettable memories of the incredible people who made our stay so meaningful. To each and every staff member—thank you. As seasoned travelers, we can truly say this was one of the finest resort experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re considering a visit to Seven Pines, don’t hesitate. With any luck, you’ll be welcomed by the same beautiful souls who transformed our trip into something magical. We’ll miss you all and carry your kindness with us always.
Am Pool war Hamsa sehr aufmerksam , hilfreich und sehr nett
“We came with a pass day and we enjoyed the beauty of the hotel 7 pines Hamsa, the pool attendant, was incredibly helpful and attentive to all my needs and requests. He made the whole experience by the pool truly enjoyable. Excellent service and a great attitude throughout—thank you, Hamsa!”
Las instalaciones, la amabilidad del personal, el desayuno, los restaurantes.
Algunos empleados, a pesar de ser muy amables, puede faltarles un punto de profesionalidad. Pero por decir algo a mejorar. Estancia de 10!
The resort is well maintained. The restaurant staff are excellent! The concierge team work harder and are more friendly than I have encountered at other resorts.
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and could not have been more impressed!! Everyone treated us like family, especially Hamza, who went above and beyond for us at the pool. We had a nice dinner after recommendation of Hamza to meet Franco Pepe and chef Pasquale . Also, I had a wonderful massage that Hanna convinced me to do—- he was so right, Everything is beautiful, delicious, amazing view and super clean property. You will feel like privileged royalty when you stay here!!! In Gratitude, Elisa and Scott Pontone
The 7 Pines Resort in Sardinia was a gem located in the Baia area of northern Sardinia. It is a beautifully landscape property with all the modern amenities as this resort has only been open for a few years. We had a beautiful spacious suite with a living room, kitchen area and blatio off of the besroomOne of the first highlights of this property is the Cone club restaurant and Sunset bar. Located on the waters edge it is the perfect place for a romantic sunset dinner or cocktail. Getting around the property is quite easy as the staff can drive you on one of their many golf carts and they are there to assist your any needs. The property is dog friendly and they provided our dog with water and food dishes, as well as a very comfortable bed for her. There are many wonderful staff members, almost too many to mention, so I will give my shout out today to the Pool concierge named. Hamza. He puts a smile on everyone’s face.
Had a day pass here and it was very disappointing. Extortionate price of €150 for absolutely nothing apart from a pool bed. Terrible food - absolutely not 5*. We ordered pasta and it was overcooked, tasteless and so expensive. They then tried telling us we couldn’t put a parasol up by the pool. The only saving grace was a very very helpful pool staff member called Hamza who was always very helpful and kind - thank you Hamza for being a superb asset to this disapppointing hotel.
We stayed at the 7 pines resort for 10 days. The hotel was excellent. After a few minor hiccups which both the Guest Concierge Agnes and Hotel Manager Vito who corrected the issues immediately. The hotel is in an excellent location and ammenities are first class. The pool attendant Hamza made the stay most pleasureable. The only drawback is the virtually non-extistent Uber service and the local taxis are expensive. Recommend you hire a car is staying at this hotel
My husband and I went to 7Pines through their day pass. 150€ per person, with a 75€ credit for food or services. We heard they are no longer offering the credit moving forward and the price will remain the same. We had a great time using the amenities and dining at the restaurant. Particularly, we thought Hamza was amazing! He helped us at the pool to find the best loungers, he told us stories about his home country, and overall his was extremely helpful throughout the day. Thank you Hamza for making our stay spectacular!
We really enjoyed our trip to Sardinia. 7 Pines’ staff and hospitality was amazing. Hamza was at the pool everyday and was absolutely amazing. His kindness and gentle compassion made each day enjoyable and personable. The concierge staff was amazing. Our suite was perfect for a family of 4. This trip will forever be a part of our gracious memories. Thank you for welcoming and inviting us into your culture. Evans Family-
Spent a week at 7 pines for our honeymoon and had a lovely time! A special mention and thank you goes to Hamza the pool supervisor who made sure we felt relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay and we can honestly say he is one of the nicest, kindest and caring people we have ever met, the food is ok but there are also some nice restaurants a 10 minute walk away, all in all we really enjoyed our honeymoon at 7 pines, thank you 😃
I would recommend this hotel for the facilities but overall, I would caution anyone who expects a 5-star experience. This 5-star resort earns five stars for its property and the overall range of facilities (two pools, two beaches, the Cone Club, etc.). Unfortunately, the guest relations and management is a 3-star experience, at best. Staff members who routinely interacted with guests (receptionists, hosts at restaurnats) seemed undertrained and unprofessional. The food quality is high but portion sizes are small, making menu prices disproportionately expensive. Rooms are nice but less than one would expect for a 5-star resort. Overall, I do not think this resort earns its price tag.
Breakfast - outstanding food , poor service. Dinners delicious! Quiet pool excellent though no service. Sunset memorable. Staff very welcoming.
‘Beach ‘ very disappointing and poor service. Boom-boom music non stop from main pool interfered with our sleep, ambiance. Room too small even though a ‘king’ and so noisy.
The ratio of staff to guests was great. Hansa and Massimo were fantastic. Breakfast was all quality.
Coffee was never hot enough. Staff at evening restaurants need supervision from experienced hospitality professionals. We dined at the Cone Club with a party of 12. It took an hour before we were offered a menu, and even longer to have drinks order taken. The food served at evening restaurants was ordinary. It failed to reach the quality and standard that we expected. Disappointing
The rooms, beach and pool were beautiful. Very serene environment. Lots of toiletries provided. Staff can drive you around the resort in golf clubs
A few technical difficulties such as room phone not working and alarm clock buzzing at 6am. Cone club was disappointing and many people were complaining about their food. Breakfast service was very slow
Location Facility Staff were brilliant. They were well coming ,helpful and so friendly
Nothing
We have a wonderful stay for seven nights in June this year. The location is superb and the facilities are excellent. The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. In particular the breakfast team were superb. A lovely start to the morning and the quality and selection of the breakfast offering was excellent. The beach and pool areas were lovely and special mention must go to the pool manager Hamza who could not have been more friendly and attentive. We prefer to explore local restaurants so cannot comment on the on site evening dining. Prices for dining as well as wine prices seemed rather expensive but that is the only point that I would make in terms of constructive feedback. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Overall it was an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. It is located in a very beautiful area and the weather was perfect too.
Amazing place
Very nice hotel in a quiet area.
A truly first class experience. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces at the gate, then halfway to Reception and then at Reception by four different staff members. A quick tour around the resort in a buggy and then to our rooms for a further explanation were welcome. Staff are Exceptional and a special mention and thank you must go to the bar staff at the pool and importantly Hamza (future Hyatt CEO) who looked after us lucky he personally owed the resort.
Firstly I cannot fault the helpfulness of the staff. Stayed here in May. Booked because it had a beach & beach club and we love being on the beach. It wasnt until we arrived that we were told that the beacj and beach club wouldnt be opening until June.We complained that there was no information on the hotel website regarding this. This was a massive issue for us because we dont like sitting around a pool. We booked a deluxe sea view room. Upon arrival we were given our room that overlooked a small marina and buildings not quite the sea view we were hoping for. Rooms are very small here at 20sqm you think thats going to be ok but they are really small. we were offered another room with a side view of the sea which we accepted but you couldnt walk around both sides of the bed. During the night I got up banged my head and knee on the post sticking out of the wall. We ended up having to pay another 3000 euros to get a room that would make our trip nice. This was allegedly a 4000 euro a night best suite in the hotel at 56sqm & something we have stayed in similar hotels for 800 euros a night. The manager did however agree a 500 euro a night surcharge for this room which we took. It felt like once you were here you paid over the top for everything. I bought a beer at the pool bar in what looked like a 500ml oval glass. half filled with beer half filled with froth. I questioned it and was told "thats how we pour them" after ten minutes I was given the bill for 15.5 euros for 250 ml of beer. Cocktails 30 euros. we never drank around the pool and to be honest not many did it was just a rip off really for people that had already spent a fair amount of money to go there. We played Padel Tennis twice & that was 80 euros per hour. First night in the Pizza restaurant where they serve the best pizzas in the world were on par with London Pizzas. again expensive and we were served a very small frozen Tiramisu at the end that lacked taste & for this calibre of place should have been freshly made. The breakfast was always cold on the heated top, bacon sausage etc was always cold. You can order a la carte but again small portions but much nicer. I think there must have been other complaints re the beach as by Friday the day before we were leaving they partially opened the beach with about 10 beds & we managed to get on there and it was the best day of the holiday. I reached out to Hyatt about what happened & our disappointment but despite promising to come back to us...they didn't & its been a few weeks now, so I felt I needed to write this review. My advice get a car and get out to enjoy the many restaurants and stunning views Sardinia has to offer. If you plan on staying around the hotel I think this place is incredibly expensive & you could probably go to hotels with bigger rooms, better facilities and reasonable prices to eat and drink there. Ive heard Sardinia is incredibly expensive well this hotel certainly was BUT the restaurants and places outside were much cheaper & thats a big negative for 7 pines. Not just going there but when you get there also its expensive. Once again the staff were lovely.
Nice property but expensive pizza
We were greeted with moscatto at arrival. Our bags were delivered to the room and we got a small tour of place place, which was very big. We got a room with sea view, but actually partial since there were trees in front of the window and a roof from the room in front of us. The place is immaculate clean, well kept. The bed was wonderful with very nice quality of sheets, pillows and such. Rooms nicely decorated and it seemed newly redone. It is a quiet place, private beach, close to other hidden coves. We enjoyed very much.
The 7 Pines is a beautiful property with very well kept grounds and facilities. The rooms are very small and we were unlucky to be on the bottom floor and upstairs had kids which sounded like elephants. (Definitely request upstairs). The food at the restaurants was nice but very expensive. Breakfast was outstanding with a good spread of hot and cold foods. Views from the restaurant were pretty special as well
Our experience was “OK”… the grounds are absolutely beautiful and everything about this hotel is very much “for show” without much real substance. Room looked great, but the phone didn’t work, the key for the room didn’t work, the app didn’t work… Breakfast was tasty but like eating in a museum/library, dead silent. The main Spazio restaurant was very expensive and a limited menu, Capogiro was a tasting menu so also very limited and expensive. On the whole, beautiful looking hotel desperate to appear glamorous, but needs to work on the details. We hired a car and went to local restaurants which saved us for a few days.
Stunning scenery and excellent staff and service. With everything this hotel has at its fingertips a few adjustments could really elevate the stay here. We stayed in May and the champagne bar and cone club don’t open till June. A shuttle service to the village a few miles away would really open up options for guests, especially those on a budget. At least provide seating, preferably shaded, to allow guests to wait in comfort for taxis. The pool music is intrusive and too loud. Everyone has the own phones and access to their music of choice with headphones. The peaceful sounds of flowing water and birdsong are drowned out by a monotonous base for 12 hours a day. Please switch off one of the speakers and allow for a quiet zone by one of the pools. Guests were covering the rock speakers with towels to try and muffle the sound as when staff turned them down upon request, managers would turn them back up! The attentive, caring nature of those that work there really shone through however. We were addressed by name and not room numbers, Hamza at the pool ensure we had towels, water and sunscreen, the ladies at the bar made my Margaritas exactly how I liked them and Johann listened carefully to the above suggestions. We look forward to returning in the future.
We did a day pass here and had a relaxing and beautiful day by the pools. The people and the service were amazing. Hamza was a highlight. He was extremely friendly, very attentive to us, made us feel at home with beyond exceptional customer service that made us want to come back
7 Pines Sardinia was an incredible hotel from start to finish. I stayed there with my boyfriend for 2 nights 17-19 May and everything was beyond amazing. The staff were so friendly, the atmosphere throughout was so welcoming and the location beautiful. The Molten Brown products in the bathroom were wonderful and the room felt very luxurious but it was a super laid back Italian kind of luxury. The flip flops and beach bag were such a lovely extra touch. I have not even begun to talk about the food from the incredible breakfasts overlooking the sea with the best coffee, to the exquisite tasting menu we enjoyed on our first night. From the carpaccio to the sea urchin to the ricotta map of Sardinia!!! I really hope we return as we had two quite literally magical days.
