On a pris 2 chambres pour 5 jours, Les chambres, le service housekeeping est à revoir... C'était sale, joint dans la douche avec de la moisissure, ventilation pleine de poussière tête de douche et robinet en mauvais état... le service housekeeping était mauvais... Les salles de bain ne sont pas nettoyées proprement, les cheveux cachés derrière la porte, même pas un coût de serpillère ou d'aspirateur, les coussins laisser par terre... Étant moi-même accommodation assistante manager avant je trouve ça absolument pas possible au vu du prix des chambres... Ensuite le petit déjeuner est juste ridicule, mauvais oeufs, nourriture toute sèche pas d'option buffet à moitié vide a 8.30 pas de menu... Franchement ça ne vaut pas le prix qu'on a payé pour le séjour, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel trop cher pour ce que c'est

Helpfull staff, comfy bed. The swimming pool was a great facility. Especially for the children over our 3 night stay.

Very friendly staff throughout our stay. I had requested if they could have something in rhe room saying "welcome (ny nephew's name)" and it was not in the room when we arrived which i didn't mind because hotels are always busy...well sure enough a few hours later, 2 staff members arrived at the door with a brownie and a sign saying "welcome (ny nephew's name) to The Lady Gregory Hotel. It was just so lovely and it put the biggest smile on his face. It was just a real nice touch. We loved the homely feel The Lady Gregory Hotel has and I love that it's character is unchanged to the beige modern look. It was a comfortable stay. The pool and food were great too. All so lovely.

Spotless. It was late, terrible weather, I was too tired to continue driving and this provided safety, clean, value for money, peaceful environment two minutes from the motorway and shops.

The location was amazing. The staff was exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful, the bed was big and comfortable. And the food was very good.

The showers could definitely use some upgrading and maintenance. At the faucets and plumping were not ideal. But they worked well enough.

Great value for money. Really beautiful rooms that were slightly dated but classy with large windows and really functional

Breakfast was frustrating. When you arrive down for breakfast you wait to be seated and asked if you want tea or coffee. The staff are fine but it’s a job to them and not very friendly. Breakfast selection was limited. You Have to request fried eggs and when you do they are cooked poorly. Pastry selection was very limited. Toast was a disaster. One 4 slice toaster and 2 slices weren’t toasting properly so it was excruciating slow to have toast. No soda bread available but have to request it and if I hadn’t have seen someone else request it we wouldn’t have known it was available. No ketchup or sauces available for the cooked breakfast. Small jugs of milk at big tables so have to go on the hunt for milk mid way through breakfast. Staff were avoidant

Room wasn't clean. Reception staff were not great ( sorry to say). I also stood in restaurants bar waiting to be seated amd no kne came to me so I left. The pillows very uncomfortable. I was so disappointed as I have stayed in GN hotels previously in other locations and this wasn't my experience. Maybe I came on an off day but it wasn't worth 200+euro room only!

Toilets in swimming pool changing rooms were terrible. One toilet was out of order and second one clogged up to the top…

Très bel hôtel. Le personnel est incroyablement serviable et accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et joliment décorées. L’accès au club est un véritable atout, pour une halte reposante.

Room was large and clean. Staff exceptional and willing to help with any questions. Food and lounge delicious and inviting.

Struttura molto bella, camera ampia e letti singoli molto comodi. Bagno grande, lavandino con i soliti due rubinetti anglosassoni per acqua calda ed acqua fredda, vasca da bagno con doccia un po’ macchinosa e soprattutto rumorosa. La colazione l’ha fatta solo il mio compagno e mi ha detto che per il prezzo di € 18,50 era molto deludente . Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità / prezzo considerando i costi elevati delle strutture irlandesi.

Bedroom, clean spacious, well equipped. Evening meal was excellent, tasty, just right amount of food. Very well cooked. Breakfast was adequate, could have had more choice. Leisure facilities were excellent, clean, plenty of room in pool area, location for us was perfect. Pool attendant, she could cheer up a bit, very formal. Otherwise everything excellent. Thank you.

Proximity to the town centre was very handy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was very tasty and the bar area was cosy.

The hotel needs updating in all areas.

Had an accident getting into the shower, where I was slipping there was nonstick on the floor left myself all bruised on my right arm. We went to the restaurant. We waited one hour to be served before our food came because they forgot about us. The breakfast was unbearable. You could not eat it. Everything about the hotel was horrible

Very comfortable bed, proper bath, nice lamps in room and two desk-type spaces for reading and writing (a desk and a table with chairs). Helpful staff at reception including the night porter. Lovely time in swimming pool. Excellent dinner in bar. I was impressed by the decor in the public spaces which seemed to have used reclaimed Victorian tiles and to have based the staircase and paneling on Victorian designs. Plenty of parking.

Breakfast was OK but the Rice Krispies were rather stale and there was no Weetabix. It might be an idea to have separate spoons or tongs at least, if not able to have these in separate warming devices, for meat / pork products and vegetarian products.

We loved the hotel! Staff was nice, the room was huge and the bed was comfortable. We had lunch there and the food was good! We also used the gym and it had everything. The location was good too.

No AC which is the norm but it was warm at night!

Arrived a little early after flying from the US so we were very tired. Seemed like we had pre-assigned rooms which we had to wait for instead of giving us the first available.

Bedding had the thickest quilt, the weather was so hot , needed a summer quilt Buffet breakfast, full Irish great But cold by time I sat to eat it Coffee in a pot super though

There was a wedding function on with very loud music underneath our room until midnight then lots of shouting and laughing past 1:30am When we arrived the curtains were wide open and the sun was shining in making the room unbearably hot. we were told there was a fan in the wardrobe but there was no fan anywhere. So we were in a hot and noisy room, unable to sleep until finally everything quietened down after 2am. Very little sleep but the whole point of booking the room was to have somewhere to sleep. Really disappointing experience. The hotel did refund 20 per cent of the nights cost but that seems too low. If I’d known when booking that it would be noisy I would not stay at this hotel, not even if they were paying me.

Lovely warm welcome staff were very nice the bar staff on the night off arrival in the bar were very very nice especially the 2 girls that did the bar and the food one off them was doing the breakfast shift then also.The pool and health suite was amazing also place couldn't be faulted just pity we had to go home again from it . Would highly recommend and will definitely be back again hopefully in near future again.

The location was very peaceful , the room was super spacious with latest updated tv , perfect for us to relax after our long day and this spot is great to explore both co Clare and co Galway ! Would highly recommend .

We enjoyed our night's stay in the hotel. The staff were attentive and friendly. It is a fine hotel we didn't get a chance to use the leisure facilities so we can't comment on that.

The shower curtain in the bath, I'd prefer a glass panel. The food was not nice, I got the Hake, which was dry and cold to the touch. There were bones in it so I could not finish eating it.

Staff were very accomadating as I sent in a request for a room near a lift for my mum with poor mobility..fiona moved me from the 2nd to the 1st floor door near radiator.. Leisure

There was a linen room beside our room near the lift on the 1st floor and staff gathered in there and were very nosey late night and at all hours. Woke me uo at 5AM..

Great location! It was easy to walk just a few minutes and be in town. The restaurant was great. We had delicious pizza there plus a great spread for breakfast each day.

Het was een prettig hotel ,eten in het restaurant was heel goed ,rustig. Wij waren er voor 2 nachten .

De kamers waren erg warm en niet koel te krijgen . Ook niet door een raampje open te zetten . Het bleef 23 .4 graden . Terwijl de gangen wel een koude luchtstroom hadden doordat er deuren tegen elkaar open stonden

La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda. El hall era muy bonito de estilo victoriano como todo el edificio.

El edificio es muy bonito pero le faltan algunos retoques para tener el esplendor que debió tener en su mejor época.

Access and parking was easy. The staff were welcoming and great to work with. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was O.K.

When we first arrived (June 11) the heat in the room was on as high as it could go (27 C=80.6F). Because the heating was delivered through the floor it took several hours for the room to cool down to the point we could be in it, even with the windows wide open. Save yourselves some $ and monitor the heat. The TV remote had no batteries. We had the proper size batteries, installed and left them for the next occupants. Seems like the remotes could easily be checked by staff just by turning the TV on and off after every occupant departs. The pillows are too flat (no loft) and hard. Please invest in some decent pillows. The men's changing room at the spa could use a regular cleaning. The steam room in the spa was in horrible condition. There were tiles missing from the walls and floor and there were broken tiles scattered on the floor. It was not clear whether towels were provided at the spa or if we were to bring our own from the room to use.

The only negative is the was no air conditioner at the property and we went on one of the warmest day of the year
