Una estancia maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, el anfitrión fue increíblemente atento, amable y cercano, y consiguió que me sintiera como en casa. Se nota que cuida cada detalle y que realmente se preocupa por el bienestar de sus huéspedes. El ambiente es muy acogedor y la atención hace que la experiencia sea todavía más especial. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y que recomendaría a cualquiera que busque sentirse cómodo, bien recibido y como en casa durante su estancia.

We had a lovely stay at Michael and Adrian’s home. Everything was super clean and extremely comfortable. Michael was insanely helpful during our whole stay.. from providing us with all the info on the area, food recommendations, and even very kindly driving us to the wedding we were attending! 10/10 communication throughout. Would highly recommend!

The property is perfectly located, walking distance to town and extremely clean. The bed was also very comfy and we had everything we needed. The hosts are also incredible, really making us feel welcome and answered all of our questions. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Accogliente casa appena ristrutturata. La stanza pulitissima e ben arredata con tutto l’occorrente per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. Ma soprattutto i padroni di casa, persone accoglienti e veramente simpatiche, che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e coccolati. Tutto ineccepibile! Superconsigliato!!!

Ottima posizione tra Shannon e Galway. Camere molto confortevoli, ben arredate e pulite. Il letto molto comodo, il bagno dotato di tutto il necessario. Michael ci ha accolti offrendoci dell' ottimo vino e delle bevande da sorseggiare in uno splendido giardino. La sua disponibilità e cortesia sono state eccezionali - ci ha assistito e consigliato su tutto: posti vicini da visitare, ristoranti, logistica. Siamo grati per l'ospitalita' ricevuta e per il tempo che ci ha dedicato

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Een wijntje werd ons aangeboden op het terras. Ideale uitvalsbasis om de streek te ontdekken. De host gaf tips voor zowel avondmaal als omgeving te ontdekken. Alles in de kamer wat perfect. Heerlijke douche.

Es war ein besonderes Erlebnis, das sich durch die Persönlichkeit des Gastgebers ausgezeichnet hat. Adrian ist ein unglaublich freundlicher, offener und interessierter Gastgeber, der seinen Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht und mit Charme und Liebe für die Region immer tolle Tips hat und auch ein Gespräch schätzt, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein. Die Unterkunft selbst ist stilvoll, besitzt ein tolles riesiges Bad und überall ist es sehr sauber jedoch auch hier mit Liebe für Kunst & Details. Im Lavally house fühlt man sich sehr willkommen. Gort selbst ist keine besonders attraktive kleine Stadt, sie hat aber ihre Geheimnisse und auch eine Geschichte rund um Lady Gregory, die mit einer kostenlosen Busrundfahrt ( Tip des Gastgebers) erkundet werden können. Wir waren sehr glücklich in Gort an einem ruhigeren Ort abseits des mainstream.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort auf der Durchreise. Michael ist ein außergewöhnlich herzlicher Mensch. Wir haben abends mit ihm auf der Terasse gesessen und uns lange unterhalten. Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind werden wir bestimmt wieder bei ihm übernachten

We received a very warm welcome, as did our dog. The location is easy to find and central for Gort. Our room was spotless and Adrian was a fantastic host, helping us find great places to eat and explore.

Beautiful spot, inside the town. 5 star for cleanliness. You can sit around the back which we did and enjoy the beautiful garden. The host Micheal also brought us wine, and was wonderful to chat.

Stunning, spacious, clean modern/classy room on a first floor of a remodeled house (1 short flight of stairs). Location is on a main town street in a quiet, clean, and nice neighborhood. Our host Adrian did all and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and pampered, including our little dog who got treats, blankets and even filtered water :) The location is well connected with public transportation, steps away from the town center and all it has to offer. The place exudes well taste in its decor, high quality functional features, and comfortable in any way possible. There is a covered back porch where you can sit and enjoy gorgeous garden views. Water temperature and pressure were great. Great modern windows and black out curtains block any noise or light for an awesome sleep. Open the windows for a cross breeze or enjoy a cozy heated room. Bed and linens are super comfortable, plenty of towels, toiletries and, still water, tea/coffee items. Lighting, heating, TV, and internet worked perfectly. Thanks Adrian for being so welcoming and attentive, for providing great tips and touristic information with great knowledge of the area, and hosting us for quite a relaxing awesome stay in Gort. Our little dog felt so comfy and spoiled, we are sure he didn't want to leave. :) We hope the place boosts with renters that enjoy it as much as we did! Cheers and have a great rest of the year!

It’s safe clean very luxurious amazing bathroom allowed me to bring my doggo and generally liked her being there doggo rates it 4 paws as she doesn’t have fingers there were treats for her too From the moment the host opened the door were made welcome and hosts very knowledgeable on area and wider area of where to visit and eat

La stanza ed il bagno sono molto ampi e di impeccabile pulizia. Struttura davvero silenziosa nonostante si affacci sulla strada. Bellissima la ricerca del dettaglio negli arredi, che rendono il soggiorno confortevole anche allo sguardo. L'accoglienza é stata splendida, e di forte empatia, davvero grande la disponibilità a rimediare immediatamente ad un mio errore di prenotazione. Posizione ottima per gli spostamenti, e vicino al centro del paese.

Our bedroom and bathroom were beautifully decorated and spotless. We had a very comfortable bed and our hosts were charming, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed the gorgeous garden with a glass of wine after dinner and had a super visit the next day to Thor Ballylee along with our planned walk around Coole Park. Highly recommended stop.

A truely amazing and stay here. Such a comfortable and homely BnB. Immaculately clean and wonderful welcome and settle in with host Michael. We will absolutely be rebooking here.

We had a wonderful stay at LaVally House. Gort is a hidden lovely small town in the countryside, we have family that lives here and wanted to stay near them. The property is charming and beautiful. The garden in the back was stunning. Michael and Adrian, the host were absolutely delightful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and felt at home. The property is quiet and we would stay there again without hesitation.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. My only regret is not taking photos of the gardens.

We wanted to be near Shannon airport so the location worked well for us. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The property has a nice back patio in a garden setting . The owner was helpful and welcoming.

Esta todo muy limpio y es una casita muy bonita con una zona exterior para relajarte. Lo mejor fue el anfitrión Michael, una persona muy amable y atenta. Volveré!!

No me disgustó nada. Por poner alguna crítica constructiva diría que el baño es igual de grande que la habitación. Quizás me hubiese gustado la habitación más grande y el baño algo más pequeño.

The location was perfect and all the amenities of Gort were just minutes away.

L’accueil du propriétaire est incroyable. Il nous a donné l’accès au logement en avance pour pouvoir nous changer pour le mariage de nos amis.

Un très bel endroit, à la fois beau et accueillant. Nous sommes ravis de cette expérience. Hôte très agréable. On le recommande fortement. Hôte nous a bien expliqué la région avec une carte et de tous les attraits touristiques.

Der Gastgeber war soo hilfsbereit. Er hat sich super um uns gekümmert. Wir hatten das B&B nicht gefunden, da hat er uns mit dem Auto abgeholt. Später ist er mit uns gemeinsam zur Touristeninformation gefahren und hat uns dann noch zu einem etwas weiter entfernten Museum gebracht.

Es war alles fantastisch.

Michael was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. He gave us great travel advice to explore Burren. The accommodation is very nice, clean and comfortable. Quiet place. Gort is a nice small town, lively but not too much touristic. Great food at the Field and live music at Hennelys. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Adrian was a very accommodating and caring host and gave us great tips for excursions. We felt completely at ease at all times, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The garden is also fantastic. I will come back for sure :)

Lavally House was a brilliant place to stay for a base for a trip to Galway races. The host Adrian met us on arrival and he was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The house is amazing and the room was very clean, comfortable and spacious and right in the centre of Gort. I would recommend this to anyone and we will definitely book again the next time we come to Gort.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The host was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The location is excellent - just a short walk to great restaurants. Highly recommended :)!

The house was excellent and our room inc en suite was perfectly clean. The hosts were charming and most helpful if giving us tips about touring the Burren. They don't offer breakfast which suited us fine because we could get exactly what we want down in a nearby Centra rather than paying a big fee for a full breakfast in a hotel or B&B much of which probably wouldn't eat.

The accomodation was very clean. In a quiet neighbourhood , but in walking distance from the centre. The owners were very helpfull in guiding us with dinnerplans, and travelplans. There is a beautifull garden where you have a privat space you can relax.

The staff were very helpful and kind! We enjoyed a nice complementary glass of wine on the back deck. It is very spacious!

Everything was fantastic! Michael was a brilliant host & my mother and I couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough. We brought our dog and the whole perimeter was secure so our dog could be off leash and roam freely. Michael also had a bag of treats and water for our dog too! The room was lovely, super clean and comfortable. The bathroom was massive and well equipped. There was coffee, biscuits etc and we walked to the town and brought back food and Michael had cutlery etc waiting for us at a lovely outdoor seating area when we came back. Great location - only a 5 minute walk into the town. Couldn’t fault anything! 10/10! We would love to come back :)

This property was perfect for our stay - the room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It also had outside space where we could chill out in the evening - Our host Michael offered to provide glasses, plates etc for any refreshments we were having outside. We had our little dog with us and Michael was excellent with her ensuring she had lovely chilled drink and treats on our arrival - he treated her like the princess she is. We would recommend this property to anyone going to the Gort area and will definitely be back!

We stayed in 5 places on our vacation and this was our favorite. The hosts have taken a lot of time to think of everything you would need. We were late for our arrival but the host waited for us to arrive with a smile. He was so nice and friendly.

Lavally House was a wonderful surprise in Gort. Adrian, the owner, greeted us and was friendly, helped us book a great place for dinner, and organize breakfast close by. The parking was easy, and the room was very nice. I would happily stay there again! Lady Gregory's Coole Park is close by.

Lavally House is a great choice of location to overnight on a long road trip. It has gated parking and very close to main street in Gort. The bedrooms are ensuite, beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. Hosts Michael and Adrian have great taste in interior design. I highly recommend this property. I loved it so much that I came back and stayed again on my return road trip.

I liked.... The beautiful flower garden and terrace! Spacious bathroom. Proximity to town center. Very clean, bright spacious house. Attention to artistic detail in house décor. Safe overnight parking. The welcome we received and privacy of stay. Room rates are very fair!

Really there wasn't anything not to like, it accommodated for all that's necessary to relax and enjoy a few nights away.

The room was big, clean, comfortable and we could easily park the car. The host is amazing, very kind and willing to help.

Firstly the host michael is a very kind,accomodating and helpful person,we had a brilliant stay the room,bathroom and facilities all was superrr clean,new and satisfied. Looking forward to come again in december,town,food,pubs etc it’s all walking distance you have aldi and centra it is so convenient to do and get what you needed ohh plus the train station very near to lavally house.

Lovely bright, fresh and spacious room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect with a short walk to shops, pubs and restaurants. The host, Michael, was so helpful. He even gave us a plant from his beautiful garden upon our departure. Highly recommended!
