Our room on 601 had damaged window in the kids room ( sofa room) the window can be fully opened and the fear of my toddlers climbing on it was giving me anxiety. We did complain and cleaner came to try fix it which resulted in it not closing at all. An hour later guy from reception came up and closed the window but didn’t fix the issue of it being possible to open wide. So in the end i slept on the floor beside my two toddlers as i was afraid they would climb out of the bed and open the window. Also the carpark is a fecker to find!! Should have a postcode to that so the gps can take you there.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The room is spacious and clean, and the bathroom is large and very well equipped, with a shower cabin, bathtub, and bidet. The only downside for me was the mattress, which I found a little too firm. The area is very safe and quiet. You can reach Bilbao city centre relatively quickly by metro, from Ansio station. From the hotel to the metro station, it is about a 15–20 minute walk through a clean and well-maintained park.
There are also some aspects that could be improved, especially considering that the hotel is rated as a 4-star property. However, overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend the hotel

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Goed hotel, groot. Parkeren onder het hotel (betaald) en fiets konden we ook daar stallen. Nette kamer, schoon en fris. Heerlijk groot bed. We hebben niet gegeten in het hotel. Zwembad fijn om even af te koelen na een dag Bilbao. Het was erg warm en helaas geen parasollen. Locatie perfect, wij fietsten heerlijk naar Bilbao (10 minuten).

A bit noisy as there was a function nearby. It is a little out of the city but that can be an advantage. Please tell the girl on reception she can smile! However she was efficient.

Our bathroom smelt awful. The Restaurant food was expensive. The breakfast had good choice but the food was cold. One of check in staff was unfriendly. Car park was a nightmare to find. It would have been good to include a map with the emailed booking.

Me ha parecido un poco cara la estancia . El hotel está bien, pero relación calidad precio me parece algo caro, El desayuno me pareció un poco excesivo 20euros, aunque tenía cafetería para poder desayunar algo más ligero.

Tanto la piscina como el resto de las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y cuidadas, y todo se encontraba en muy buenas condiciones. En general, disfrutamos mucho de la estancia y destacaría especialmente el buen trato recibido y el cuidado de las instalaciones

Das Personal , das die Zimmer sauber gemacht hat war sehr laut, um 0800 morgens hat Ihre Mitarbeiterin im Nachbarzimmer die Betten durchs Zimmer geschoben und heftig an die Wand gestoßen. Bei mir hat sie dann die Klimaanlage auf volle Heizung gedreht, im Sommer. Ich war alleine in einem 3Bett-Zimmer untergebracht. Das war beengt. Erst am 2. Tag wurde das 3. Bett in ein Sofa umgewandelt. Die Qualität des Frühstücks war nur mittel für ein 4* Hotel. Die Dame war auch nicht flexibel. Ich hätte für ein Lunchpaket bezahlt, aber sie hat mir untersagt ein Sandwich für die Reise mitzunehmen. Der Pool war nur klein. Das Hotel liegt ungünstig, wenn man auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen ist.

Desayuno un poco caro tanto la opción buffet como la de cafetería, aunque hay buenas alternativas en las inmediaciones del hotel.

Notre salle de bain était équipée d'une douche et d'une baignoire. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé au sous-sol (17 €/nuit).
Manque de bouilloire dans les chambres (selon la catégorie). Prix du petit-déjeuner/buffet adulte trop élevé (20 €) pour les petits estomacs, privilégier le petit-déj/express au bar (9,50 €).

Die Sauberkeit muss besser gehen, das Bad hatte mehr als ein Haar auf dem Boden, den Kopfkissenbezug mussten wir direkt wechseln lassen, er hatte eine Menge Rotweinspritzer auf der Rückseite, die nicht zu übersehen waren. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Sanierung. Der Fernseher ist kein Smart TV, somit ist es für internationale Gäste schwer das passende Programm zu finden, da fast nur spanische Programme vorhanden sind.

Die Möbel und die Ausstattung im Zimmer waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ein Stuhl war völlig zerfleddert. Das trübt dann die Laune direkt beim Ankommen direkt ein wenig. Die Lage empfand ich im Nachhinein als Ausgangspunkt für Bilbao als suboptimal. Es ist eher ein Businesshotel in einem Gewerbegebiet von Barakaldo.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Przestronny, wygodny hotel, z dobrą komunikacją do centrum i/lub innych miast. Do metra trzeba kawałek przejść, ale do autobusów to 5 minut drogi. Obok hotelu są sklepy i restauracje. Pokój wygodny, ładny, klimatyzowany. Szybkie windy. Świetna strefa chillout. Personel bardzo miły, uprzejmy i pomocny.
Łazienki mogłyby być lepiej sprzątane (zwłaszcza wanny!! - zostały nam ślady po kąpieli, nie zostały usunięte, a w łazience nie ma niczego czym można by sobie tą wannę umyć), pomimo serwisu na podłodze, w kabinie i umywalce zostały włosy i piasek. Prośba o lepsze uzupełnienie żelu do mycia. Brakowało mi świeżych warzyw na śniadaniu.

Het zwembad is zó klein, lijkt op foto’s veel groter. Er is niet goed nagedacht over de verlichting in de badkamer. Je moet dat aan de buitenkant aan doen, dus degene die nog slaapt krijgt het licht vol in het gezicht omdat de deur naast het hoofdeinde zit. Het ligt redelijk ver van de stad en metro op 1200 meter, als het regent best ver.

Check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. We really appreciated the welcome details (coffee capsules, sugar, etc) and other things like shower gel that came in very handy and made us feel really welcome. But the best for sure is the hosts, who could not have been kinder and more accommodating, and whose suggestions helped us make the best of our stay. Thank you! We’d love to be back.
The property is by a road, which is very noisy. Luckily the house is also well insulated and you cannot hear the road with windows closed.

Le dotazioni in camera, per un 4*, molto scarsa: set bagno quasi inesistente, nessun bollitore per the/caffè, acqua offerta solo il primo giorno (noi siamo rimasti 3), ciabattine neanche l'ombra (avendo la piscina sarebbe stato comodo). Onestamente da un 4* mi aspetto un pò più di attenzione al dettaglio.
