The swimming pool was closed for 2days that was 50 percent of our stay not good enough as needed to cool down in summer heat was told by staff to use the jacuzzi but that was warm and no good to cool down also the sun beds could do renewing as were very uncomfortable have stayed at this hotel before with no issues and was expecting the same this time but was very disappointed

Good location on strip close to all bars and clubs

The room was not clean there was someone else's dirty underwear on the floor when we arrived. The pool area is very small and there is not many beds available, there is many beds but staff lets people reserve a bed all day even if they are not there. Bar is overpriced

It was a fabulous location. Right in the centre of all the bars and restaurants. Supermarkets and money exchange locations. The staff were so lovely! They called us taxis when we needed them and they looked after our stuff until we needed to leave the town. We couldn’t check in as soon as we arrived but they let us keep it in storage and use all the facilities. The cleaners came every day which was a real treat. They were also very sweet and always said hello. The beds were comfy and we had an interconnecting room which was so useful as we had 2 rooms booked. When we have asked for that in the past at other places we’ve never had it. The gym was good 👌 and the sauna 👌 The mini bar price was reasonable and didn’t rip us off but the bar at the pool was a bit overpriced.

The outside swim pool was disappointingly small but the 2 jacuzzis made up for that. The view from the roof top was great 👍 There’s also no door to the bathroom. So showering isn’t very private but there is a slide door to the toilet.

Hotel was very cllean . Breakfast was good . Great location.

The plunge pool was very disappointing. Seat and parasols broken .

Es el segundo año que voy a este hotel. Relación calidad precio está muy bien, los empleados muy amables , la limpieza excelente, buen parking , tranquilo , …. Para el tipo de vacaciones que yo buscaba de descansar y estar tranquilo unos días es excelente. Piscina pequeña pero con encanto .

Rooms were tired. We had mould in the bathroom. Pool area was dirty. Paul was tiny and very dirty like it been cleaned for a long time. Aircon was terrible. We asked for a fan from reception four times and still didn’t get one for the whole two days. We’ve stayed there. I wouldn’t stay again.

Wonderful family stay at 525 Hotel Los Alcázares as a family of 3. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very welcoming, and the staff were all so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a great choice and something for everyone. A real highlight for myself was the spa — absolutely outstanding! It was the perfect place to relax and unwind and really added something special to our holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend 525 Hotel Los Alcázares to anyone looking for a lovely, relaxing break. We would definitely return! ❤️

This hotel is fabulous! Staff are friendly and efficient. The roof top pool, bar and spar area were great. Breakfast very good, rooms large and very comfortable. Even though you are right next to all the bars and restaurants (which was ideal), there was no noise, so no issue sleeping. Just 5 minutes from the beach. We will definitely return.

AC funkade ej på mitt rum 419, sa till i receptionen 2 ggr men inget hjälpte mycket tråkigt pga av detta problem. Dom kunde ha erbjudit mej ett annat rum eller fixat AC:n. de var 33-40 grader.

Me gustó todo bastante, quizás la piscina podía ser más grande. EL late check out podía ser más económico.

Pool. 2 girls kissing each other relentlessly and clearly drunk. Kept being served. Room was damp. No door on bathroom and a bad fitted sliding door to lavatory. Very noisy until 3 am ( and we like a good time)

La cama era muy grande y cómoda. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el personal era muy agradable. Muy bueno el parking tb que no nos pareció caro y había plazas para carga de coches eléctricos

We booked Junior Suite for 4 nights. It was excellent value. We were visiting ex-pats that have escaped the UK. The room was large, the bed was great, over 6’ wide and very comfortable. The room had all you need. Fridge, tea and coffee facilities, air con and safe. The WiFi in the room was a bit hit and miss, it kept dropping out. But throughout the rest of the hotel it was fine. The shower was over the bath which was a negative and needs updating but apart from that no complaints. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Cleaners were good. We didn’t book breakfast as the hotel is literally overlooking the ‘Strip’ so there were loads of alternatives to eat. We used the pool area which is small but works well enough. A great place to chill, there was a bar up on the same floor which was great for drinks. There’s a fair size gym and a sauna. Pool towels are available from reception at 5 euros deposit, which you get back when you hand them back in. We never had breakfast at the hotel (there are so many options on the strip) which are cheaper. But the breakfast area one the first floor is a cocktail bar of an evening and is a great position overlooking the strip. Overall this is a nice hotel in a great position. It’s the best we’ve stayed in the area (this is the third) and I think it’s excellent value. We will definitely stay here again. I would recommend it. Overall a great option for Los Alcázares.

There was mould on the bedroom ceiling which we alerted the staff too, we did not want to move as we only stayed 2 days, I had unpacked and my husband was ill in bed! The room was excellent just tired and in need of some decorating, the bathroom was very clean and a great standard. A small gesture would have been appreciated. Can’t remember the name of the restaurant but it’s a 3000 step stroll along the beach promenade and well worth a visit as the food was superb!

El hotel en general esta bien, uno de los mejores hoteles de la zona, la parte de fuera tiene una plaza con comercios para comer y desayunar muy buenos, tal vez por que fui e una convención habían varias personas que estaban como un estresada y las contestaciones no fueron normales.

El checking se hace muy largo el proceso por lo que la cola es bastante larga, y un detalle seria poner escobillas en el baño, porque es muy incomodo tener que limpiarlo.
