Algo totalmente ajeno al hotel, está frente al acuartelamiento del aire de los Alcazares, unas instalaciones que en su dia serian un orgullo para los españoles y que están totalmente dejados, faltos de limpieza y mantenimiento, se están cayendo. Pero como digo esto no influye en mi experiencia en el hotel.

The breakfast was very nice and already included in the price which is rare in spain. No doubt to stay here if I comeback.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Es ist ein sehr sauberes und ruhiges Hotel, direkt in der Nähe von Meer und Strandpromenade. Das Zimmer ist groß und gut geschnitten mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Das Tollste ist die Aussicht aus dem Bett auf Meer und Jachthafen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir schon den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht haben.

По-хубавата плажна ивица, според мен, се намира по-далеч на север, на около 10 мин. с кола. Зад ъгъла на хотела има малко ресторантче с маси на улицата и с превъзходна и не скъпа храна. Трябва да се запази маса, защото е много посещаемо, дори и в началото на юни. Само там ходихме вечер

Non abbiamo avuto difficoltà con il parcheggio perchè davanti alla base militare c'è un grande parcheggio gratuito dove abbiamo sembre lasciato l'auto. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La spiaggia vicino è un ottimo appoggio tattico nel caso in cui il vento dovesse agitare il mar mediterraneo esterno, visto che il Mar Menor rimane tranquillo!
Unica cosa che migliorerei è la luce di standby della tv che rimane accesa durante la notte e non abbiamo trovato le spine per staccarla. Nulla di non rimediabile con un piccolo pezzo di carta se a qualcuno dovesse disturbare.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026A szálloda, bár nincs túl sok szolgáltatása, remek választás egy murciai nyaraláshoz. Tiszta, nagyon rendben tartott. A szobák tágasak, minden részletre odafigyelve kialakítottak. Az elektromos redőny nagyon hasznos, segít a meleget és az utca zaját is távoltartani. Az erkélyünkről, két épület között kinézve, nagyon jó kilátás volt a Mar Menorra és az öböl szemközti oldalán La Mangára. A város déli szélén fekszik, ami nagyon nyugodt, csendes. 5 perc sétára található egy kellemes strand. A szálloda mögötti utcában van egy nagyon népszerű étterem, mindig tele van. A reggeli egyszerű, felvágottak, sajtok, baguettek, édes péksütemények, pirítósnak valókból áll, ha valami elfogy, gyorsan újratöltik.
A parkolás nehézkes. Kb. a szobák felére jut parkoló a szálloda körül. Nekünk általában 4-5 háztömbnyire sikerült csak parkolót találni esténként, volt, hogy fél órát kőrözve a környéken.

We couldnt fault the hotel itself but the beach was awful. The water was black in parts. We were told by a local it had been closed earlier in the month because of e.coli. i understand this isnt the hotels fault but had we have known this in advance we wouldnt have chosen to stay in Los Alcazares.

It seems much renovated and kept up to date from the moment one walks in; the room was very spacious, and the bathroom too. Very good aircon and wifi. Excellent friendly staff at reception, very good quality breakfast buffet. Located at the end of Los Alcazares beach, which makes it very quiet and lovely. I loved it and will definitely return.

Las insatalaciones del hotel están muy nuevas y las habitaciones muy limpias y bien aisladas, no se oyen ruidos de otras habitaciones. Además, el personal del hotel es muy profrsional y amable.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Excellent location, just 4mins from the beachfront. Staff were so helpful, and kind. Room was spacious, and spotless. We had a balcony room, and it looked onto the water which was lovely in the evening. Breakfast was fresh, and again staff were helpful.
Nothing, it was perfect for us.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely, warm shower. There was a small balcony for us to have our wine on! Cleaners were around daily, and the common areas were spotless. The staff were very helpful when we accidentally bought wine with a Cork instead of a screw top! Breakfast had a good variety.
Wish the nearest beach was less seaweed-y!

Very nice location in a quiet street facing the compound of the old hydroplane airbase, walking distance to the seaside, to the center of Los Alcázares, and conveniently connected to any nearby location: Murcia, Cartagena, La Manga among the other. Team made the stay awesome, they provided me with any kind of travel, sightseeing and culinary advice, always available for a hint. The property is very nice, spacious room fitted with amenities, immaculate. Very quiet, noisy guest are not welcome there. Breakfast in the morning: get ready to a sumptuous breakfast with local delicacies, and feast on them! A good day, working or leisure, start with a great breakfast. Indeed the buffet let all wishes fulfilled. Fancy some snack out of "tapas time"? a vending machine is filled with anything you might fancy. To complement the snack hotel has a bar where you can savour the coffee in all ways "cortado", "con leche", "americano" Flawless wi-fi to keep in touch with the world.
