Ganz allgemein freundliches Personal, da gibt es gar nichts zu sagen, bis auf eine Dame im Service, die mich extrem unfreundlich zurechtgewiesen hat, weil ich beim nachhause kommend spät abends, einwenig Wasser aus dem Wasserspender an der Reception in meine Trinkflasche abgefüllt hatte. Möchte hinzufügen, ich kann mir auch mein Wasser kaufen. Aber wie diese Angestellte auf mich losging, war schon unterste Schublade.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Super Zimmer Reinigung. Wenige Minuten zum Strand. Mit Bus oder Bahn in 30 Minuten am Flughafen und in 45 Minuten in Barcelona. Reichhaltiges frisches Frühstück. Schöner großer sauberer Pool. Angenehme Umgebung mit Restaurants, Strand Bars, Supermarkt etc.
Es war alles prima. Fassade aus Steinplatten altersbedingt etwas trist ... aber sonst alles innen und außen tipptopp. Der Pool ist erst ab 9 Uhr geöffnet. Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr, dass ist etwas knapp. Straße und Flugzeuge sind außen zu hören. Innen ist es durch Doppelfenster und Klimaanlage schön ruhig und kühl.

the hotel was very noisy, especially at night. There were a lot of people talking and noise around the property, which made it very difficult for me to sleep. The bathroom was spacious, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, it had a persistent unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Cleanliness and staff: Although the hotel is quite old, the room was very clean. The reception staff was welcoming, polite, and pleasant. Breakfast highlight: The fresh orange juice at breakfast was absolutely delicious.
Lobby bar service: The bartender in the lobby was rude and impolite. He refused to make any cocktails, even though they were listed on the menu, and bluntly offered only vodka, rum, or wine instead. Pool condition: The swimming pool desperately needs cleaning, as there is visible mold inside. Food and coffee quality: The breakfast selection is very limited and basic. The omelet was served undercooked and raw, the coffee tasted terrible, and the plates were dirty.

Tuvimos un problema con el parking; mi coche cabía perfectamente pero cedimos la plaza a otro coche más grande, y por la mañana tuvimos que retirar el coche porque una empleada no podía salir tras terminar su horario. Por este motivo, nos invitaron al desayuno y al parking. La verdad que nos sorprendió muchísimo y estuvimos muy agradecidos. ¡Repetiremos seguro!

Si bien el baño es grande, es pésima la distribución, si fuera invierno, al sentarte en el inodoro tienes el radiador pegado q te toca la pierna. La ducha está re mal ubicada, tiene bañera y la ducha está cruzada, pésimo. La cama te dicen 2 0lazas pero sin dos de 1 unidas por lo q la parte media es lo más molesto que pueda pasar.

But if you want to commute to Barcelona city the transport is not at your step , be prepared to walk for a few mins. Taxi is expensive. Rooms were clean, Pool was clean . Good breakfast options.Staff were good to accommodate last minute requests too!
While the in house breakfast was amazing, the picnic that they packet for a takeaway breakfast was very minimal as a vegetarian we could only get a cheese sandwich and a doughnut. Could improve that. The coffee in the restaurant /bar was very average.

A steady noise from inside the building every 1-2 minutes, most likely from some utility systems, like air conditioning, or hydraulics. It was a bit annoying. We didn't like much the breakfast, but there was some variety to choose from. The center of Barcelona is quite far, so if you want to visit the Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, etc., you'll need to take a taxi (30 minutes) or public transport, which takes 1 to 1 hour 40 minutes.

1. Leżaki, czy siedziska które są przy basenie często były brudne, zanieczyszczenia powodowane przede wszystkim przez ptaki które latają. 2. Tak samo krzesła, które są przy stolikach. 3. Brak urozmaicenia śniadań. Każdego dnia to samo. A szkoda, bo jest wiele opcji które możnaby wprowadzić aby jedzenie nie było monotonne.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Hotel in direkter Nähe zum Strand und zu vielen Restaurants und kleinen Supermärkten. Es gibt eine super funktionierende Klimaanlage, die auch für einen tollen Duft im Zimmer sorgt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Poolanlage ist schön und gepflegt.
Das Hotel verfügt nur über einen kleinen Parkplatz, der bei unserer Ankunft schon voll belegt war. Da wir mit dem Auto reisten, war die Angabe des Parkplatzes der ausschlaggebende Grund für unsere Buchung. Einen freien Parkplatz an der Straße zu finden, war im August schwierig.

Personnel non attentionné et incompétent. J’ai payé une suite avec jacuzzi plus de 230€ et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, littéralement laissé à l’abandon par le personnel.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Espacioso, limpio y funcional. El personal es muy atento y profesional. Algunos elementos de las habitaciones (ventanas, bañera...) tienen cierta edad, pero están prácticamente como nuevos gracias a un buen cuidado y limpieza. Muy tranquilo.
La insonorización de las habitaciones es mejorable, pero la tranquilidad del hotel y de su entorno, incluso a mediados de agosto, evitan cualquier incomodidad.

Az ágy csak 2 összetolt heverő volt, amik könnyen szétcsúsztak. Egy szárítókötél a teraszra elfért volna a száradó törölközőknek, fürdőruháknak. A szobánk nem volt annyira modern mint 1-2 képről gondoltuk, pláne a hotel ára alapján.

No Tea or Coffee in room Coffee shop for paid coffee not open for our entire stay No kettle in room No smart TV NOT ABLE TO GET ANY APPS. Everything blocked including TV guide SHOWER TERRIBLE it took 5 mins to get some hot water.( No exaggeration) Shower is over bath with shower curtain,small and slippery HAIR DRYER- old fashioned tube hair dryer took drying short hair 30 minutes as Not much air plus overheating PARKING- Hotel 22 euros over night. street parking 3.6 euros per hr 10-2100 every day. ICE- Not for drinks, not even for sprained ankle! NOISY- Doors constantly slamming We are seasonal travellers but this was expensive and really not up to scratch. You get better accommodation and services at basic two star hotel. Please don’t bother!

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Hôtel situé à quelques minutes de la plage. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien. Par contre, il n'y avait plus de place au parking (car nous ne pouvons pas réserver) et nous devions mettre la voiture dans un autre hôtel du groupe, heureusement qui n'est qu'à 5 minutes. Le personnel était très bien. Castelledfels est bien situé pour aller sur Barcelone et faire Port Aventura.

Every single member of staff was genuinely warm, friendly and accommodating. The service feels so personal—you never feel like just another guest. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, cared for and completely at home. It’s those little thoughtful touches and the genuine kindness that make a stay truly unforgettable. A very special thank you to Antonio, Xavi and everyone else on the team who looked after us so beautifully. Your warmth, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made our holiday even more special. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience.
