Ubicación excelente, muy buen servicio y unas instalaciones nuevas. Mucha limpieza. Es el tercer verano en el que acabamos las vacaciones en el mismo hotel y, sin duda, repetiremos.

Air condition war viel zu kalt, die angezeigten Temperaturen entsprechen nicht der Realität. Die letzte Nacht stellten wir sie auf 26 Grad und froren zum ersten Mal nicht. Hunde sind erlaubt, was mich an und für sich nicht stört ich hatte in meinem Leben auch schon Hunde und bin sehr tierliebend. Wenn sie dann aber auf einem Stuhl am Frühstückstisch sitzen und mitessen oder auf dem Sofa in der Lobby liegen und das Hotel nicht eingreift, finde ich das schon sehr unhygienisch. Und dass ein durch einen Hund verursachter „See“ im Flur nicht gemeldet und lange nicht weggeputzt wurde, ist rücksichtslos und eklig.

Molta tranquilitat. Molt ben situat. Facilitat parking. Bon menjar.

Beautiful and stylish hotel, with pleasant and helpful staff in every encounter. We loved the large room and bathroom, and the large terrace which we upgraded to and really enjoyed for our week stay. The bathroom was gorgeous with an amazing shower, much needed for our hot August trip. The location on the beach was fantastic - a few minutes walking distance to a beach club on one side and one street back from a busy stretch of bars, restaurants, and corner shops on the other; really convenient. We also really liked the pool area, especially on the quieter days, and we always got sun lounges and a choice of shade or sun to sit in. The mature shrubs and trees around the pool area and the front of the hotel really added to the aesthetic.

Early morning noise in the corridors, but I guess not everyone sleeps late on holidays 🙂

Das Hotel war in Ordnung und sauber . Würde eher 3 Sterne kategorisieren als 4 Sterne In den Sommermonaten / Ferienzeit aber völlig überteuert Lage war recht gut

Parkplatz 22€ pro Tag , bei eh schon völlig überteuerten Preisen .

Le buffet du petit déjeuner n'est pas assez complet, fourni. La Piscine ne ressemble pas du tout au photo, elle est bien plus petite, dommage.

L'entretien de la piscine pourrait être amélioré, planches décollées, le jet ne fonctionne pas. Le petit déjeuner pas assez varié, pas de choix de yaourt certains jours pas de fruits frais et le café de mauvaise qualité.

Que reservé una habitación con balcón y con dos tumbonas ya que viajé con mi perrito que tiene restringida la entrada a la zona de piscina y queria tomar el sol en el balcon, pues no habia tumbonas..... la chica de recepción no estuvo a la altura de resolver nada de nada..... Una decepción!!

Ubicación.

He estado otras veces en este hotel y he estado encantada. Esta última vez ha sido una decepcion. Empezando con el recepcionista del turno de mañana del dia 6 de agosto, con comentarios que llegábamos muy pronto y que nuestras habitaciones no las íbamos a tener hasta las 15h de la tarde. Nos asignaron las peores habotaciones, sin terraza y al lado de la piscina, abrias las ventanas y te veia todo el mundo. La recepcionista de la tarde, nos da solo una tarjeta de la habitacion, sin los descuentos del restaurante ni del chiringuito. Agradezco a Sol, la directora, su profesionallidad y educacion. Nos cambió las habitaciones. Pagando casi 900 euros por dos noches es vergonzoso que te den las peores habitaciones del hotel. Hay ciertos comentarios y malas caras por parte de algun personal de recepcion que no tengo.que tolerar. La educacion y el respeto es primordal cuando estas cara al público. El personal de limpieza un 10.

Restaurant closed on Sundays Noticed a few People coming in from street to use pool So therefore not enough sunbeds.

The Hotel was exactly as it was advertised. The room was perfect, the AC worked well. The view from the room and the balcony was really fantastic. Everybody was very kind, especially Gyongyi at the Front Desk.

Lage direkt am Stand und Zimmer mit sehr großem Balkon und Blick auf Strand und Meer sorgen für Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant waren sehr gut.

Clean cool roomy room with beach view. Comfy bed. Close to neighbourhood cafes etc, and close to airport.

Reception staff a bit officious. Car park ramp very steep and tight - i had one wheel spinning in the air!

Die Zimmer Ausstattung ist sehr einfach. Es gibt auch nur sehr wenig Pflegeprodukte. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar.

Buena localización justo enfrente de la playa, buen restaurante,el desayuno buffet merece la pena el personal amable y habitaciones correspondientes a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Me gustaría volver y pasar más días.

El personal es supremamente amable, Laura en el bar es excepcional! Siempre intentó hacernos sentir en casa y fue la extra milla con los cócteles.

Location: The hotel is right on the beach in a beautiful area; location is a major selling point. Rooms: The rooms were comfortable, clean and fairly spacious. Upgrade: We upgraded to a sea view room for a bit of extra and I would highly recommend this option. Comfort and service: We had a large terrace where we could relax, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Shower and bathroom: The shower drainage wasn’t working properly, and the bathroom began to flood. This might have been a problem in our room, but it could vary by room. Value: The price felt a bit high for what was offered. While the hotel’s location and cleanliness are excellent, I expected a bit more value for the cost. Overall, if you’re prioritizing location and a pleasant stay by the beach, this hotel is a strong choice.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, direkt am Strand und ist sehr ruhig. Empfang war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist grossartig, schön, dass alles öffentlich zugänglich ist.

Der Zimmerservice erfolgte teilweise sehr spät, einmal erst nach 14.00 Uhr. Die Minibar wurde während des ganzen Aufenthaltes nie aufgefüllt, sodass kein Mineralwasser vorhanden war. Zudem war der Kühlschrank defekt und kühlte nur minimal.

Location awesome. Room was great.

I was disappointed to not be able to get coffee without waiting for the restaurant to open. And then had to pay full price for that coffee. Those little pods in the room don't satisfy the needs for a great cup of coffee from a drip coffee machine, which even the restaurant did not have. We would have used the breakfast option but 20 euros for sandwich meat and bread is not really breakfast compared to what we might see in other locations. My only other suggestion would be supply some way to get ice for drinks. Having to go beg for ice from the restaurant, who weren't impressed by the request, was embarrassing. Half the time the bar/ restaurant was closed because it was not quite busy season yet.

De locatie op het strand is top. Er zijn veel restaurantjes in de buurt en er is ook een restaurant in het hotel zelf. De kamers zijn ruim en net. Er is een privé parking, die is betalend, maar in vergelijking met de omliggende parkings valt dat mee.

Het personeel is karig in informatie. We zijn na het inchecken nog terug gegaan om te informeren naar de locatie van het ontbijt en de check out tijd. We vonden de uitgang van de parking niet, etc. Op zich geen onoverkomelijke zaken, maar toch jammer.

Me indicaron que me iban a cambiar de habitación, pero eso nunca pasó

De locatie is fantastisch. Aan het strand, vlakbij een paar goeie strandbars.

De parking kon enkel worden bereikt doorheen het restaurant. Wel vervelend als je behoorlijk wat bagage bij hebt. In een kast, vlakbij onze kamer, begon 's avonds een luid en vreemd gezoem. De juffrouw aan de receptie zou iemand sturen, maar dat gebeurde niet. Later was de nachtportier er maar die wist ook niet hoe het op te lossen en een andere kamer was niet beschikbaar. De hele nacht lawaai dus. Aan het ontbijt was een proper bord zeer moeilijk te vinden. Algemeen: voor een 4-sterrenhotel gewoon ondermaats.

Nespresso disponible dans chambre. Literie confortable.

No fueron capaces de solucionar correctamente el mal funcionamiento del desagüe del lavabo.

Consiglio vivamente questo hotel nuovo e di livello. La posizione è bellissima, lo staff molto gentile e disponibile e le camere bellissime e pulitissime. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente! :)
