Bathroom quite smaller than expected in a 5 star hotel. Price of Veg lunch buffet could have been reduced.

Nice hotel and location, this was my second stay in two months , nice rooms cordial staff. Chefs ready for off the menu preparations as well. Nilanjana from the restaurant helped out in choosing the right menu

There is an open cupboard for hanging our clothes. It is quite bad if a visitor sees used clothes hanging when they enter the room. I don't like to stay again.

the hotel room beds are good and the food was good but the staff was very rude.

the staff was very rude and they didnt accommodate well as i requested to check in early as i want to visit the temple with family. i asked refund if you dont to issue me the rroms but even for that they want to charge. so i had forcefully take the rooms which are not worthy and good.

Staff is very friendly and great experience

It was the worst hotel I ever went to ,the staff was so rude that they asking my child about a missing bottle in another room the property was renovated but is still looking old the rooms smell like cigarettes. They didn’t even provide an iron box. When we asked for a water bottle they gave a basic plastic water bottle🤮

I like the location of the property, it’s located in the city, walkable distance to malls and so many outlets, great for shopping.Its only 20minutes away from the airport. The rooms are spacious and the best part about the hotel is the staff members. Special thanks to Ms Laxmi, Ms Ahana, Ms Melaresh, Ms Nilanjana, Ms Sanjana from f&b team for taking such good care of all the guests. They are polite, friendly and professional. They are a true asset. Kudos to the team!

It was so great to be here in Vivanta Vijayawada. The restaurant staff here, Ratan, Lakshmi, Sanjana, Rashmi and the restaurant manager Joseph were very helpful and made my business meet professional and hassle free for me. I thank the staff for their hospitality and support for the event.

Wonderful experience dining at Vivanta always. We prefer the restaurant on the second floor, Bay Leaf, for authentic South Indian food. Ask for Lakshmi when you dine, she is very professional and consistently elevates the customer’s experience. She deserves a raise for being such a valuable team member!

After an already exhausting journey, I ordered tea and snacks—unfortunately, the experience set a poor tone right away. The tea quality was substandard and basic service expectations, like serving it in a flask, were not met. The next morning at breakfast, the situation deteriorated further. Reception handling lacked professionalism, staff response was indifferent, and the food spread was underwhelming. Hygiene standards were particularly concerning—items like salt and pepper were visibly unclean. When highlighted, the staff casually replaced them from another table without addressing the root issue. A simple request to pack a few muffins for the kids could not be accommodated due to lack of availability, reflecting poor planning. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing stays. Service quality, hygiene, and basic guest sensitivity were all below acceptable standards. Strongly recommend opting for a better-managed property if you value a minimum standard of experience.

Excellent stay with tasty food. Location is in city center with access to all important places. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Additionally, there has been no proper communication or updates regarding the status of our requests. This lack of response is causing inconvenience. The location, atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall amenities are excellent and really enhance the experience. The vegetarian food is absolutely delicious and stands out in quality and taste. However, the non-veg starters like chicken tikka and fried fish were just about average and could be improved.

The service provided by Taj Vivanta is truly on par with the best. Regardless of the situation, the team is always helpful, especially the front desk lady, Salma. She listens politely and goes out of her way to assist in any possible manner. Most of the time, I arrive at the hotel early, around 9:30 AM, and Salma ensures I get my room at the earliest opportunity, which is extremely valuable as I visit regularly for business trips. The efficiency and professionalism she demonstrates make my stays much more comfortable. In addition, the food and ambience of the hotel are consistently excellent, creating a welcoming environment that makes me look forward to each visit. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was awesome.. The chef Gayatri was very good. She shared a lot of recipes with us. Check-in was seamless. The staff went over and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. This was our big family get together and it will be a memorable one.

My recent stay was truly outstanding, and I want to especially recognize manager Joseph along with the wonderful staff members Abhrajit and Neha. From check in to check out, the service was warm, professional and attentive. Manager Joseph ensured everything was perfectly arranged and made us feel genuinely valued. Abhrajit and Neha to were incredible courteous, always ready to help with smile and went above beyond to make our stay comfortable. During my stay, I was feeling unwell, and she went out of her way to help me by arranging medicine without expecting anything in return. He made sure I had proper food arranged for Sehri as I was fasting the next day and even provided a janemaz for prayer, which is a rare and deeply meaningful gesture. Shortly after, the front office receptionist, Salma, assisted us with an early check-in, which was very helpful and much appreciated. I liked the hotel’s no-plastic policy, which reflects their commitment to sustainability. The breakfast menu was also enjoyable, offering a good variety of options. On the downside, the stay felt costly compared to the hotel’s current condition. The property clearly needs renovation, as the age and wear are noticeable throughout the premises. A special mention goes to the staff’s attentiveness—during checkout, I accidentally left behind my luggage. The team promptly helped trace it, and my friend was able to collect it later without any hassle. Overall: Warm hospitality and eco-friendly practices stand out, but the hotel would benefit greatly from modernization to match the premium pricing
