As I checked in in the morning on 24th around 6am and my return train ticket was at 3pm , I requested for extension of checkout time till 2pm. With lot of arguments they finally agreed till 1pm after speaking to the higher-ups.( Reason was fab doesn't permit ). I think it's better to stay away from fab if they are not accommodative with such requests atleast when there is no busy Booking for the following dates.
