Lovely hotel, very nice staff
Small but pleasant room with nice view through double aspect windows Staff very friendly & helpful. Evening meal & breakfast good.
We did ask for an upper floor room & got one but didn't realise there was no lift so bit of a work out
Friendly staff. Location.
No lift.
Booked a night for my parents birthday they loved the views from their room, said breakfast was lovely and staff very helpful
Nothing
The staff were absolutely amazing .
The car park not being immediately on the hotel grounds . There is no lift. No advise when booking as to rooms on top/3rd floor were up Very steep stairs . I understand the property is old but it was no fun . The room was tiny and unbelievably hit . The window did not give much relief and did not then close properly . The rooms dated bed squeaky and a little lumpy. I was really disappointed .
We were given a ground floor room in 'the cottage' which is a separate building about 50 metres up the road. We didn't like the room as it was right next to the road and the door into the cottage (which closed very loudly) was next to our room. We asked to be moved and were offered a room on the 1st floor of the cottage which we much preferred. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was very good. The hotel has the original water wheel (enclosed by glass panels) in the bar/restaurant area which is novel and very impressive. We liked the area outside the mill - the pond and meadows are very pretty. It's easy to walk into town and there are lots of walks across the meadows, including a route to the old railway line which is now a walk and cycle path into either Sudbury or Long Melford. The staff in reception and in the restaurant were professional and friendly. We liked that Blue Light Card holders get 30% discount on food.
We weren't able to contact reception from our room (when the TV wouldnt work) as there wasn't a telephone in the room and no one answered our call to reception from our mobile - so we had to manage without a TV. Next morning we reported this to reception but it was a good job we hadn't experienced a real emergency in our room the night we stayed ! The quality of the hot food and preserves at breakfast could be improved.
Location & food were great
The showers were extremely poor - after complaining on the first night an issue with no hot water was rectified, but the water pressure is horrendous. The ground floor room wasn't too bad, but it was impossible to have a proper shower in the first and second floor rooms
Staff were friendly, always had a smile and tried to do what they could to help. It was a great location with walks just outside the door.
The hotel looked welcoming but once past the front desk you could see it needed a lot of attention. There were towels along the glass corridor to collect leaking water from outside, our toilet leaked, there was a must smell along the corridor and into the room and there was lots of dust and cobwebs. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and towels and not charging ports near the beds. When we arrived there was a fold up bed made up in our room which we had to take down and fold up. We were told we had a complementary upgrade however we could not see what this was. The room was tiny, we had a double bed and only a view of trees with one tiny window. The food was also very disappointing, we had to raise problems with our meal and were offered brunch however this was not served as described on the menu but by this time we could raise the food issues no more. Sadly, despite having high hopes, paying full price and it being our anniversary, we were left disappointed and wouldn’t go back.
Location was great Good parking Comfy bed
No EV charge points No Aircon in rooms (but there was a fan)
Weekend breakfast was good. Weekday was not so good as much less choice
Sticky tables sticky doors a bathroom fan that didn't turn off properly nobody came to fix it no USB points confusion over Blue Light policy endless tables uncleared
Room and en suite were small but clean and comfortable.
Requested a ground floor room due to limited mobility. However, there are many steps to climb to reach the room and no hand rails to assist. With no lifts and no rooms accessible step free, the hotel is totally unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. There are no disabled parking bays. The carpark is unlit.
Lovely location with walks on the doorstep. Comfortable room. Good choice of breakfast. Friendly staff.Nice touch having the singer on the roof terrace on Sunday afternoon.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice Staff where quick to clear tables ready for guests
A 13amp plug socket near to the bed would have been helpful
Fabulous location, lovely decking overlooking the river.
Maybe looking a little tired in areas but still a fab hotel.
Located near the centre of town
No lifts.
Location and attentive staff
No bottled water in the room Room was clean but tired, needs a new carpet and kettle Breakfast is always good but this time was a bun fight and they ran out of bacon, plates and milk ay one point
Location
No lifts and very small room
You advertised a bath tub. There is NO BATH TUB
Hotel was a good location and good facilities. Room looked comfortable and clean
Due to exceptional heat, the room was unbearable and was unable to be stayed in due to Health & Safety. The hotel have not offered any refund....appalling!!
The situation, the facilities and the free car park
The fire door outside my room had an inefficient slow closer and it banged so loudly that I thought someone was breaking my bedroom door down!! I am not sure why they have had heavy duvets on the beds all of the summer; I have stayed a few times over the summer.
The location is lovely and the bar / restaurant area is nice.
The rooms were dirty - our room had cobwebs and dust which was totally unacceptable. There is no excuse for visible dust and visible cowbeds. My other family members had visible mould in their rooms. I also found the staff during check in to be quite unhelpful and unfriendly.
Location, history, comfortable
Stairs to top floors
Amazing place lovely views of the meadows really relaxing had a nice meal in there restaurant. Dan was really helpful as I have a nut allergy he went off and spoke to the chef made sure for certain that I would be ok. The stay was great we will be back again real soon
Beautiful building, positioned by water meadows and great location for town and touring Suffolk.
Room was very small and needed updating. Breakfast was uninspiring and neither room nor breakfast was cheap. The hotel could be so beautiful.
The location.
Our room was not in the main hotel, our view was the side road and wasn’t in anyway sound proof. Breakfast was very basic.
Lovely place lovely scenery& great staff 🍾🍷
This hotel is in a beautiful location next to a protected wildlife area. There's a terrace bar that overlooks the view. The hotel is clean and our room (10) was quiet and comfortable. The food we had was very good too. Breakfast provided a nice mix of hot and continental options with fresh fruit. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar got a bit busy and there's only a small serving area. We were on a coach tour so were made to sit in rows on tables pushed together. Not my choice of dining and it caused blockages with staff struggling to move between 2 back to back tables. Im a bit flummoxed why the hotel did this. Others manage perfectly well with tables of 2 and 4. It felt like school dinners. Id go back to this hotel but would like the dining arrangements to be less for the advantage of the staff and more about a mature dining experience
Came for an evening meal, service great ,Dan was extremely welcoming chatting freely ,very friendly sharing our sense of humour . The meal was tasty Good value , we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
Location Good size room Very friendly helpful staff
As it is an old building it is very noisy in the room. You can hear everything from nearby rooms and people walking around room above. Alarm going off for in a room 30min early hour of morning Very tight access and parking in hotel due to others parking on road and also several vans parking not in spaces
Quietness, restful.
Room was a little small.
Great service specifically from Dan. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure we had everything we needed!
That location and the hotel
Been above the bar and my room room was very hot.
Lovely
Nothing , it was all amazing
Lovely location, friendly staff and good food. We were on a coach trip with Alpha travel. We were located room 507, which was smallish, but adequate. There was a lack of storage space, no drawers or shelves store clothes. There was bedrooms being renovated on the top corridor, which didn't bother us, but the corridor wasn't vaccumed, so there were bits all over the carpet. The worst part of our stay was being woken up at 6 15 am on Thursday 20 August by furniture/rubbish being loaded on a van. We were on holiday, and didn't appreciate being woken up so early. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of Sudbury.
Friendly staff, good bar & restaurant.
No lift- room was small & hot.
Very old quant in a beautiful location the location was gorgeous. Fantastic Sunday lunch and good value for money, would highly recommend it.
The Breakfast could have been better, very basic. The staff struggled to keep up with demand.
Have stayed here 3 times now on cycling trips. Secure bike storage. Friendly staff. Receptionist phoned us immediately as we had left an item in the room, so I was able to return to retrieve it. Great experience
Excellent bar and restaurant, as well as everything else.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic, as it wasn't clear how one should set about serving oneself or asking to be served.
Perfect place to stay while visiting family
Our room overlooking the meadow on the ground floor was great.
Very original building, great character. Very well placed on edge of town. Good food. Perfect for some walking in local countryside as well.
Room a little basic .
The staffs were amazing, going above and beyond to assist. The location of hotel too is ideal to go everywhere and to access nature and cities.

Stayed here to attend a nearby wedding. The location is lovely with beautiful surroundings & a great pub on site. The room itself was adequate. It was located on an upper floor and required climbing a few flights of stairs but that wasn't an issue for me. The staff were also very lovely/friendly (especially the receptionist).
There were some spiders around the inside window. I appreciate the hotel is in the countryside but as someone who is quite scared of spiders I would have hoped the room would have been free of these to start with. What disappointed me most was the value for money. We paid £130 per night which didn't include breakfast- whereas friends (who possibly booked directly?) told us they paid £100 per night with complimentary breakfast and were given £50 credit. If this had been the case for us I'd have left a much higher rating - as this would have felt a lot fairer value.
Nice location
Room in separate building the Cottage very small and very hot. Small fan no help. Hairdryer was fixed to bathroom wall and useless. Expensive for no breakfast included. Impossible to get served at the bar until 10.30pm sat night!
Nice location, good parking, restaurant and bar.
Whilst the cost was very reasonable the standard double room was very small for a couple.
This was a very relaxing hotel with both a modern and traditional atmosphere. The restaurant food was excellent and the bar area and views very nice. Staff very attentive.
The breakfast could have been better.
We found The Mill very good value overall. Our room was small but clearly recently refurbished, extremely clean and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and the shower was excellent. The lady on reception was particularly friendly and helpful, and that friendly attitude was reflected across the team. We had drinks on the terrace, which is a lovely setting, although service was bar-only and the sticky, unwiped tables and some litter rather detracted from what should be one of the hotel's highlights. Dinner in the restaurant was good. It's not fine dining, but certainly a cut above standard pub food and, importantly, very good value. Unfortunately, breakfast was the real low point. The sausages were overcooked, the bacon was particularly unappealing with the white residue you sometimes get from cheaper bacon, and the orange juice tasted like standard catering-pack juice. There was no real pastry selection and the bread was basic sliced catering bread. Most frustratingly, the hot water for tea came from a flask and simply wasn't hot enough to make a decent morning cup of tea. At £12.50 per person, breakfast isn't expensive, but value isn't just about price. If the quality is bordering on inedible, being inexpensive doesn't really help. This was particularly disappointing because the food at dinner demonstrated that the kitchen can do considerably better. That aside, we enjoyed our stay. At around £100 for a double room including breakfast, The Mill represented excellent overall value: clean, comfortable, quiet, recently refurbished and staffed by a genuinely friendly team. Improve the breakfast and pay a little more attention to the terrace tables and this would be a very easy hotel to recommend.
Location was perfect. Surrounding area was lovely. The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. The atmosphere was calm & comfortable. The amenities were excellent. Food and drinks were good value however we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast we had as we found it undercooked. Room was comfortable but expected more for the money we paid.
Undercooked scrambled egg & hash browns.
One member of staff was realy helpful when I rang to ask about early check in. Another could not have been less helpful or cared less
The fact you cannot check in until 4pm.
Breakfast was fine. Waited for poached eggs a little longer than expected. Friendly, helpful staff, nice looking property
Our room wasn't cleaned, despite requesting it . No a/c so it was a little too hot . There was a fan in the room which helped but the design of the windows restricted the amount of fresh air coming in.
The room was well presented and very clean with spectacular views. The Mill is in a wonderful location and is very peaceful.
We were disappointed with our meals. The Guinness and ale pie was watery although it tasted ok. The cooked breakfast wasn't great either. The Mill did seem to be fully booked which may have impacted things.
Beautiful location, brilliant staff and very comfortable and clean room.

Nice size room, historical building, good value breakfast, friendly staff.
It's an old building so don't expect AC. We had a first floor room at the front that over looked the smoking area. Unfortunately we had to close the windows which made the room hotter.
Just had a beautiful stay at the mill, what a Stunning location We had a lovely family room in the cottage, comfy beds, very clean and fresh , lovely big bathroom and shower and everything provided you would need, including iron, hair dryer, toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again if visiting Sudbury again.
Stayed here for my my husband's 50th, on arrival we were greeted from a lovely lady in reception, our brother had us upgraded so we had a lovely big room and there was a birthday cake waiting in our room. We had a lovely stay and the surrounding areas of the hotel are beautiful if you like great views and nature. We left our hard drive in the room when we left and the lovely reception lady got it sent back to us the next day. If you have problems with stairs then please book a ground floor room. Breakfast was ok, buffet style and they cooked us some veggie sausages when we said we were vegetarian. We had a lovely stay and would go back.
Lovely meal, great food, f antastic service. Really friendly and helpful staff.
The setting is fabulous, great food and helpful staff. Rooms are large and comfortable
Location and views
Shower not draining well.
Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was amazing, had everything we needed. Lovely views with neighbouring cows.
If anything the shower pressure was a bit weak but that was no biggy.
Lovely building in a beautiful setting.
Sadly the hotel is slowly deteriorating, breakfast get slightly less impressive every year, it seems to close the facilities earlier and earlier, and each visit, I feel the customers are becoming less and less valued.
Location
We booked two rooms, a twin and a double. The twin was very nice indeed, unfortunately the double was small and on third floor, no lift and the stairs were worn and tired looking
Absolutely fabulous brunch we all had at the Mill hotel Sudbury wednesday 22nd July 2026. Dan looked after all off us and made us feel very welcome and made sure our food and coffee and tea was perfect and delivered a excellent customer service. Well done Dan. We will definitely be back for another brunch soon.

Customer service
The location of this hotel is what makes it appealing. The staff at the reception desk were friendly. A fan was provided in our room and the provision of a sheet rather than needing to use the duvet, was appreciated.
The room was very hot and stuffy with a window that only opened a crack and there was a lot of noise outside the window early in the morning when bins were being emptied below it.
Beautiful setting, friendly, attentive staff.
Roof terrace bar fairly noisy for rooms above it.
The location was absolutely great. The staff were brilliant the room was very nice. The breakfast was lovely and even had a lovely afternoon tea.
The room but was very uncomfortably hot with only a small desk fan, the shower was low pressure and only one position and you couldn’t open the windows due to outside being covered in cobwebs and midges due to the lake. The corridor leading to the bedroom could of done with a good Clean
The WiFi is dreadful but that is just the start. The room we had was comfortable but unfortunately the bathroom has nowhere to hang clothes or even a towel. The only space is the floor. The passageways are walked on by staff but not cleaned. We were there for three days and a dropped tissue was there from day one and still there as we left. Breakfast, don't ask for a fried egg, it took so long to arrive the rest of the breakfast was eaten. I would have gone for scrambled egg but it was so over cooked. Nonot the best place for a short break.
Location great. Hotel was really nice and would def go again . Although we missed it . Live music on terrace at weekend was a great idea. Staff were lovely and helpful
Bit untidy outside . The carpet at entrance and outside terrace (which was lovely )looked like it needed a good sweep… small thing but let it down. It’s such a lovely spot but def needs better housekeeping in communal areas As no shops nearby a couple of bottles of water in room would be helpful.
Location and lovely selection of fresh fruit for breakfast
Too hot despite a free standing fan in our room. The glass corridor was like a sauna so maybe some insulating blinds.
The location and the clean environment
I was allocated a room that the tv remote was not working reallocate me a room on the 3rd with no lift in the property , it took the management over 45 minutes to
Great location
Everything else, would not stay again. Service with attitude, dated room, bathroom ancient and in need of replacement, dirty throughout
Location & friendly staff.
Plug sockets by the side of bed were a slight issue as couldn’t use them but there were sockets by dressing table which were sufficient just not as convenient during the night. Because of extreme temperatures the hotel dining room had issue with flies which made eating meal during evening meal a little frustrating. Had stayed on other occasions & there were no issues with flies.
We arrived at 6pm, myself, my husband, and my elderly parents, who are both in their 80s. On arrival, we were told that both of our rooms were on the third floor and that there was no lift. My father has severe muscle wastage in both legs, and my mother suffers from rheumatoid arthritis, so this was a huge problem. We explained this to reception but were told the hotel was fully booked and there was no possibility of moving us to a lower floor. I found this unacceptable, as I would have expected some effort to be made to accommodate guests with such obvious mobility issues. It took a great deal of effort for us to help my parents climb the seven flights of stairs to their room. My husband and I managed because we are able-bodied, but it was extremely difficult for my parents. Our room was very basic and unbearably hot when we arrived. The temperature was around 30°C, the windows were closed, and the curtains were open, making it feel like an oven. We opened the windows to try to cool it down before helping my parents back downstairs for dinner. Our room was reasonably spacious with a large shower and two windows, although still very basic. My parents’ room, however, was much smaller, with only one window. It also had a large bathroom but a very small shower and was equally hot and stuffy. By this point, my father was feeling unwell. Instead of looking forward to a drink and dinner, all he could think about was having to climb all those stairs again later that evening. It was upsetting to see how distressed he had become. The only thing that caught our attention was the defibrillator on the wall outside, which sadly didn’t inspire much confidence given how unwell he was feeling. Dinner was disappointing. My father’s main course didn’t arrive until the rest of us had almost finished eating, so we couldn’t enjoy the meal together as a family. Because of the delay, we skipped dessert altogether. Getting my father back upstairs afterwards was extremely difficult. We practically had to push and support him all the way. My mother was also in significant pain from climbing the stairs. The following morning, my mother was suffering badly because of the previous evening’s climb, and my father said he would not return to the room until bedtime because he simply couldn’t face the stairs again. This completely spoiled our weekend. Despite raising our concerns, there was no attempt to find an alternative room or offer any solution, which was very disappointing. Breakfast was acceptable, with good-quality bacon, sausages, eggs and mushrooms. However, it was let down by the cheap pre-sliced bread. Fresh bread would have made a big difference and seemed an odd place to cut corners. By the time we checked out, I was simply relieved that we didn’t have to tackle those stairs again. We just wanted to go home. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. It is dated, tired, shabby, and in places quite dirty and run down. The lack of consideration shown for elderly guests with mobility issues was extremely disappointing, and what should have been an enjoyable weekend away became a stressful and upsetting experience. I genuinely wish I could have written a much more positive review.
The main building is great. The situation is beautiful .
I was given a room in a separate building, which is in the middle of the car park. If I had been told in advance, I could have left my things in the car and not carried them all the way up to the main building and then have to carry them back again to my room next to the car. Also, there were two brown recluse spiders in the room and they do bite. The rooms in that block are very small but comfortable.
The room was very comfortable.. That a member of staff helped me carry my stuff up stairs. I really needed that. The heat was so intense, I felt ill.
I thought I'd booked a breakfast on Booking.com
Dan , who was on his first shift as a waiter at the hotel, served us in the restaurant. He was able cheerfully manage our complex orders and went out of his way to help me with my mobility needs, Many thanks.
Rooms were clean and staff were good
corridors smelt a bit mouldy

Location Area
Poor selection of menu and quality of food very poor We’re obliged to eat out after first meal
In a beautiful location we stayed in the Annexe section which we thought didn’t match the rest of the property, the room was clean and comfortable overlooking the meadows very nice
Nothing to say here apart from if I was being picky the bathroom was a little bit on the small side
Lovely spot by the river, restaurant/bar overlooking beautiful fields, close to shops and walking distance from station
Very hot stuffy room, check-in not until 4, terrace closes at 9
The room we stayed in you could not swing a cat in .We had a two night stay last week and to be fair the weather was very very hot .But the room we had which was right at the top was unbearably hot .The hotel had put two fans in but that was totally inadequate The window only opened a few inches .In the end we left much earlier then we had planned to just to get out of that room. There should have been a AC unit in there or we should not have been put in that room. Breakfast was very poor and totally unorganised .No staff around . I did email the hotel and to be honest there response was totally unacceptable. The reply came back saying sorry ,but I do hope we see you again soon . No we will not be staying there again and I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
This was the state behind the toilet in our room. I noticed it not long after arriving but it has obviously been leaking for months or longer. The management can't be up to much if they have either missed it or failed to attend to it. Avoid.
The location is stunning overlooking the meadows and water. The hotel was very clean and much bigger than I thought it would be. Breakfast was very good with a self-service selection. If anything was getting low it was soon topped up. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I wouldn't say I didn't like anything. The building is very old and does not have air-conditioning. Our visit was during the week of very high temperatures (37° to 38°). A fan was in the room and the windows were able to be opened wide. Some people complained about the heat in the rooms. The set up was fine for us. We go to Malaysia quite regularly and the temperature is usually 30° to 35° we usually turn the air-conditioning off as it is too fierce.
Friendly staff. Amazing location. Easy parking. Beautiful walks
Breakfast was quite basic.
A really pretty hotel. We ate lunch and it was good. Breakfast was pricey for what it is but good quality. The room was clean and good but very warm, they did provide a fan and to be fair in a hotel of this age you don’t expect air conditioning. The only thing that we found disappointing was the terrace closed at 9pm we moved to the front of the hotel so can’t really understand the difference in being under back bedrooms to the front bedrooms. But all in all a nice hotel. My main advice, book taxis it’s an absolute pain trying to get one.
Location lovely, staff lovely, room and bed clean and comfortable. However, lots of issues! Agreed to special deal - possibly wrong decision?! Wanted twin room - got a double on top floor up 52 stairs and down 9 stairs to room, no lift, no help with luggage. We’re neatly 70 years old and husband with bad knees so stairs a huge problem. No phone in room, safe didn’t work, tv buffered all the time. Went to reception for maintenance- safe fixed with sellotape (!) told us internet ongoing problem all the time. We ended up watching programmes on our mobile phones as best we could - not happy. Breakfast reasonable - ok for me as I only have fruit and cereal but hubbie said bacon thin and hard, scrambled egg tasted and looked like powdered. Couldn’t get into white bread for toast - wouldn’t open for him or staff!! Fire alarm went off at inconvenient times in error - frightening bearing in mind we were as high up as could be!! No apology no reason but that maintenance to investigate after weekend when we asked 🙄.. Common areas lovely but staircase carpet etc need good clean and refresh.
Lovely location in a heritage building
Stayed here in 2024 and loved it, then in 2026 and found it disappointing. It’s less of a hotel and more of a glorified pub with rooms these days. No room service, no ability to charge things to the room, no guest menu or light-bites type food for if (as I had) been travelling for some time and arrived late- even a travel lodge does this. The throws on the bed smelled and clearly hadn’t been washed even though the bedding had been. Limited plugs in the room-none near the bed. More rooms than parking spaces made taking the car anywhere stressful as it wasn’t guaranteed we’d have somewhere to leave it when I got back. The rooms and carpet felt tired, the bathroom door was dented and split at the bottom, there was paint missing from the skirts in the bathroom too. Staff were patient and kind- I got the impression they knew things were a bit creaky but they did their best. Every time I passed reception they appeared to be handling another issue, so credit to them for doing the best they could. Once I’d have given them a ten now I’d struggle to go beyond a five. It’s not bad, it’s just not good either.
What a great setting! On a river, and surrounded by trees and meadows. Yet it was perfectly easy to walk into town.
The room hadn't been properly sorted out when we arrived. It was clean enough, but the tea/coffee/milk hadn't been topped up (we had to ask for these), and bins not emptied. Minor issues in the grand scheme of things.
Staff were mostly friendly and polite.
No air conditioning. One small fan on hottest day/night of the year. Would benefit from small air con units. Good order was completely wrong. No bottled water in room.
Amazing setting and great hotel
Parking a bit of a challenge , but the hotel was very busy
The location
The bedrooms are in desperate need of a refurb.
location parking view over the mill pond etc
no lift and stairs steep

The building was lovely, room was nice and big.
This is a very poorly run hotel - unlike it's sister hotel the George in Colchester which is superb. Our room had not been properly cleaned - there was a dirty pair of the last guests socks left on the floor. The breakfast was shocking, the staff were disorganized and lacked interest. There was an older waitress who was trying to do everything herself instead of instructing some of her younger colleagues who seemed oblivious to the fact that there were no cups, cereal bowls or plates - one of them kept yawning even though it was after 9am. The food kept running out as well - a buffet breakfast is not a difficult operation to manage and deliver. The biggest issue however was the large number of flies that plagued us as we eat. I would estimate 50-70 in the dinning area, a real health hazard. I raised this to be told there was nothing they could do about the flies. We had a table at lunch too. That was no better, more flies than before and the food was cold, and overcooked - the number of flies seemed to have increased and on ever order, except dessert there were errors. I wished we could have found an alternative venue (but they were all booked) we will certainly never eat there again.
Beautiful hotel lovely views from hotel room . Great location
Everything about the property was great . Was abit surprised there was no water in the room and not a very good selection of teas no lemon or green tea .
Large comfortable room
Shower was very low power. Noise from neighbouring rooms was high.
