Easy to walk to the old town from the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and polite. The hotel itself was clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Sometimes very busy at breakfast making it difficult to get a table.

Location is great, rooms were very comfy -- I particularly liked the outdoor area (my room was on the ground floor). Included breakfast was lovely as for me, eating "at home" is preferred way to start a day. It had great choice of foods in the buffet. Location is also great, a short trolley ride or even a walk to the old city centre. Talking about the trolleybus -- included with our stay was the daily public transport ticket, which was a nice bonus :-)

Excellent location for Old Town. Friendly, efficient staff. Comfortable bed. Clean and tidy throughout.

Small bathroom. Slow shower. Soap dispensers were difficult to use for those with arthritis .

Die Lage ist super, durch den Tunnel ist man in 5 min in der Altstadt. Das Frühstück bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Das Zimmer ist OK. Die Tiefgarage ist auch für grössere Fahrzeuge geeignet.

Sehr schönes Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

הגענו ללילה אחד. קבלנו חדר עם דלת מקשרת ושמענו את האורחים בחדר הצמוד. בקשנו להחליף חדר, ונענינו מידית. החדר שקבלנו היה קצת יותר קטן, ללא נוף, אבל שקט הצוות היה אדיב וקשוב לבקשות

למלון יש אפשרות לחנייה, אך המחיר גבוה - 32 יורו ללילה. עובד של המלון לוקח ומחזיר את הרכב, אבל רק החל מהשעה 7:30 בבוקר. מאחר והיינו צריכים לצאת קודם, שלחו אותנו לחנייה שנמצאת מול המלון, ובסופו של דבר שלמנו 23 יורו מהשעה 16 עד 7:00 בבוקר

Location was good., walkable to most things .Parking garage under hotel easy and convenient Staff friendly and helpful . Breakfast was ok. Had lipstick on my glass. Yuk! They ran out of coffee mugs , and had to wait along with food. Eggs were cold and fruit looked old. Staff looked stress . Coffee machine was out of service one morning but good thing they had 2. We enjoyed the bar in the evening .

De ligging van het hotel was goed bereikbaar als je via de autosnelweg Salzburg binnenrijdt. Er is een betalende parking bij het hotel. Het hotel ligt op 8 min wandelen van het stadscentrum. De kamer was netjes, de badkamer niet zo groot maar heel netjes. De matrassen waren zeer comfortabel. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid met warme en koude gerechten, yoghurt, ontbijtgranen, … Het personeel aan de incheckbalie was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Het ontbijt de eerste ochtend (op zondag) viel wat tegen door het grote aantal gasten en het tekort aan personeel. Ook de koffiemachine werkte niet naar behoren, waardoor het enige personeelslid alles voor haar rekening moest nemen. De volgende ochtend was het wel rustig omdat er meer personeel was.

Kedves a személyzet teljesen természetes hogy a közlekedés bele van építve az idegenforgalmi adóba így segítséget nyújtanak hogy a telefonodra megkapd a QR-kódot és az ott léted alatt ingyen tömegközlekedsz. Kényelmes az ágy jó a szoba felszereltsége. minden egyes nap a szobába egy hét és fél decis enyhén savas vizet ingyen. reggelizni 1/2 11-ig lehet minden egyes nap. A buszmegálló közvetlen a szálloda előtt van így nagyon gyorsan el lehet jutni bárhová.

A reggelinél talán az az egy kis probléma volt hogy a tojás nem megfelelően volt megsütve illetve akadt olyan reggel amikor 3/4 10-kor kérni kellett már hogy töltsétek újra akár a felvágottas akár a tojás készletet. Ez természetesen nem volt jellemző minden reggel. Zuhanyzásnál sokszor előfordult olyan hogy hirtelen megváltozott egy kicsit az érkező víz hőfoka ami a zuhanyzás komfort fokozatát csökkentette.

Die Größe des Bettes für 2 erwachsene

Das einzige war das Bett im Zimmer und die sehr gute Klimaanlage.

Es herrschte ein Mangel an Vertrauen gegenüber den Gästen. Da es im Zimmer keinen Wasserkocher gab und wir morgens warmes Wasser trinken wollten, ging ich zur Rezeption und fragte danach. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war ein freundlicher Mann und gab mir zwei Tassen warmes Wasser. Beim Auschecken beschlossen wir jedoch, die Tassen und die Zimmerkarte sofort abzugeben, nachdem wir unser Gepäck im Auto verstaut hatten. Die Dame (anscheinend die Geschäftsführerin/Inhaberin) kam auf dem Parkplatz zu uns und versuchte mit aller Kraft, uns die Schuld dafür zu geben, dass wir die Tassen mitgenommen hatten. Warum sollten wir sie mitnehmen, wo ich doch dem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption selbst gesagt hatte, dass ich sie ihm zurückbringen würde? Das zeigt auch, dass es an der Kommunikation zwischen den Mitarbeitern mangelt. Ich möchte noch hinzufügen, dass wir uns durch ihr Verhalten wirklich gedemütigt gefühlt haben. Ein weiterer Vorfall ereignete sich beim Frühstück, als wir der Dame am Eingang bereits unsere Zimmernummer genannt hatten und sie auch in den Unterlagen vermerkt hatte, dass wir zum Frühstück da sind. Während des Frühstücks kam eine andere Dame auf mich zu und fragte mich vor allen Leuten nach meiner Zimmernummer (als wäre ich kein Gast des Hotels). Es geht nicht darum, was man fragt, sondern darum, wie man es fragt. Eine wirklich unerfreuliche Erfahrung.

Parking jest dość mały i zabrakło miejsca podczas pierwszej doby pobytu. Odnośnie czystości, to korytarze wymagają renowacji.

Good breakfast choice, something for everyone including our toddler. Lifts all the way to the 4th floor - for a family with stroller in Salzburg this was an absolute bonus. Rooms were exceedingly quiet - we were on top floor (4th floor) facing street but they appear to have well insulated windows. Location for the old town was amazing (depending on where you were heading, it was as little as 1 one busstop). We also had buses going to the station, to the Mirabell Gardens, to the river etc. We left the car in the parking garage for the entire 5 night stay. Our rooms were much more spacious than expected. The bathroom had a modular modern shower and was ultra clean. Staff exceptionally polite and helpful, particularly when I needed a charger for my phone.

Tiny things like small milks for coffee and a bottle opener, but these are minor and I have noticed hotels offer these less and less these days.

Lokalizacja świetna, tuż przy przejściu na stare miasto i ogromnym parkingu. Pokoje dość przyjemne, łózka wygodne, śniadania dobre.

Brak tv streamingowej typu Netflix, brak możliwości zarezerwowania wcześniej miejsca parkingowego w hotelu, po przyjeździe nie ma miejsc i trzeba płacić 6€ więcej za dobę na parkingu miejskim.

Schönes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, kurzer Fußweg (5 bis 8 Minuten) durch einen Tunnel zur Altstadt, sehr sauber. Eine Klimaanlage, die man selber regeln kann. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Der Preis war viel höher als im letzten Jahr zur ungefähr gleichen Zeit.

Das unerwartete Upgrade

Personal an Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend! Glücklicherweise hoteleigenen Tiefgaragenplatz ergattert! Obstsalat frisch geschnitten - nicht aus der Dose!! Kurzer Fußweg in die Altstadt. Wie vorab erbeten ruhiges Zimmer erhalten! Preis/Leistung insgesamt sehr gut!

Kopfkissen nicht so bequem. Frühstücksbuffet räumlich etwas beengt.

Super, war das Frühstück und die Lage, aber es war auch sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Grundsätzlich war es recht warm, aber die Klimaanlage hat es ausgeglichen.

Der angegebene Kühlschrank war nicht sehr kühl. Und der Parkplatz reicht anscheinend bei weitem nicht für alle Besucher. Deswegen mussten wir sehr teuer parken. Aber im Hotel wären es auch 18 Eur (!) zusätzlich am Zag gewesen. Das war beides schade, denn wir hatten extra ein Hotel mit Kühlschrank und Parkplatz gesucht.

You can tell the hotel has not been maintained. For the price and being austrian i expected better. Garage is very small, hospitality staff often seemed reluctant to help.

In realitate parcarea nu este disponibila decat in parcarea publica la 300m distanta=26 euro. Domnul de la receptie doar a ridicat din umeri, spunand ca nu este treaba lui sa ne asigure acest serviciu. Era ok sa fie parcare cu plata la locatie. Dezamagitor, cu 2 trolere dupa noi.

我提前一天下午告知前台，希望第二天我早上离开的时候帮我打包早餐带走，我要赶火车，但是前台没有提供帮助，他说我要在当天吃早餐的时候给早餐处工作人员讲。但当时是下午了，我无法见到早餐处员工，前台不愿意给早餐处的员工沟通。我付的早餐费等于白付了，是酒店占了我便宜。

Camera pulitissima, arredi nuovi. Bagnk perfetto. Biancheria nuova e pulita. La posizione è eccellente, si raggiunge il centro in 5 minuti. Il garage sotterraneo (19 euro) è collegato con passaggio interno. Ci siamo pentiti di non aver fatto colazione il tunnel

Hotel vicino al centro storico, camera spaziosa per una famiglia da 4 con due bambini. Pulizia TOP. Comodo il parcheggio in struttura, anche se a pagamento.

Very close to downtown. Very clean delicious breakfast.

L’emplacement est parfait. Le parking est sous l’hôtel et la voiture devient inutile pour le reste du séjour. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. L’hôtel est bien tenu et le personnel au petits oignons pour les clients.

Die Lage ist gut.

Zimmer und Bad heruntergekommen. Frühstück sehr spartanisch. - Rechtfertigt den hohen Preis nicht.

Wir waren schnell in der Stadt und konnten alles zu Fuß erledigen. Man muss nur durch den Fußgängertunnel. Das Auto war sicher in der Garage. Das Zimmer nach hinten war sehr ruhig und komfortabel.

Gute Lage – die Innenstadt ist nach einem kurzen Spaziergang durch den Tunnel unter dem Mönchsberg hindurch zu erreichen. Angenehmes Hotel, freundliches Personal. Die Hoteleigenen Parkplätze waren belegt, zwei Parkhäuser sind aber in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Frühstück, dass von einem Catering-Unternehmen angerichtet wird, erfüllte nicht unsere Erwartungen. Sehr hektische Atmosphäre, das Nachlegen von zum Beispiel Brot erfolgte erst auf den freundlichen Hinweis, dass schon einige Zeit alle Brotkörbe leer waren; dass relativ viel Personal im Frühstücksraum unterwegs war, half dabei nicht. Für denselben Frühstückspreis haben wir in anderen Hotels schon wesentlich besseres Frühstück bekommen. Wenn wir wiederkommen sollten, würden wir außer Haus frühstücken.

Kleines Zimmer und sehr kleines Bad. Beim Frühstück zu wenig Platz, sodass man in/an der Bar frühstücken musste - an der Theke oder an den niedrigen Bartischen.

Front desk staff was super helpful. Hotel location is great, a short walk from main tourist area. Area is still very quiet for a peaceful night. It was really hot during this period and we appreciated the AC being super cooling as compared to some of the other hotels we have stayed in.

Great location, being walking distant to the Old Town and tourists attractions, but being on the other side of the mountain meant it was away from the crowds. Also was able to get a public bus from the airport to right outside the hotel.

The room was lovely. Being from the UK I would have liked to have a kettle as a standard in the room. However I brought my own and asked for milk at the reception, which was very happily provided by the gentleman at the reception desk. The room was great, except the basin in the bathroom was not cleaned very well. Everything else in the room was perfect. The air conditioning was very welcome. I liked the choice of food at breakfast. Everything that I wanted to eat was available. There are tables to sit at in the outside area, which is great but this means that the door was open and there were quite a few wasps and flies in the breakfast area, which is not ideal. Maybe some sort of fly trap could be used to keep the numbers down. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. You are far enough out of the town for it to be perfectly quiet at night. But near enough to easily walk into the old town. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the city centre, and we were given a room facing the inner courtyard/garden. It was very quiet and made for a lovely and relaxing stay. We were also given transport tickets, which made travelling around the city very easy and convenient. The hotel provides complimentary snacks, cookies, and water near the lobby every day for guests to enjoy. It is such a lovely and thoughtful gesture.

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren ziemlich klein.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und effizient; sie wollten uns etwas Gutes tun und haben uns ein sehr schönes Zimmer hinten raus mit Terrasse gegeben. Das Hotel liegt fantastisch - man kann die Altstadt zu Fuß erreichen und ist sofort im Festspielhaus.

Leider hat in unserem Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, was an einem der heißesten Tage und Nächte im Jahr leider suboptimal war.

Hôtel à proximité du centre de la vieille ville : vous y êtes à deux minutes à pieds dès la traversée du tunnel qui traverse une roche. Le personnel est accueillant. Il garde vos bagages en attendant le Check-in. La chambre était très bien équipée. Le plus de l’hôtel : il y a un roof top équipé de chaises longues très agréable.

Le parking attenant à l’hôtel est très bien mais finalement on ne s’y est pas garés car arrivés dans la matinée, la place n’était pas dispo et nous sommes allés nous garer dans le parking juste à côté et comme il y avait des forfaits journée cela ne valait plus le coup financièrement de déplacer la voiture. Pour le balcon, un peu de désherbage de la terrasse serait une bonne idée.

Standard hotel a pochi passi dalla Festspielhaus e al centro di Salisburgo (si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi attraverso un tunnel pedonale che trapassa una collina). La camera è spartana, ma luminosa. Una bottiglia di acqua in camera accoglie gli ospiti.

Il personale è gentile, ma non del tutto preparato a rispondere alle domande degli ospiti.
