Posizione cortesia disponibilità gentilezza del personale

Qualcosa che in bagno emanava un forte cattivo odore ma non era sempre e non abbiamo capito il motivo visto che tutto era pulito alla perfezione (qualche scarico evidentemente)

Gute Lage, mitten in der Stadt. Viele Geschäfte in der Nähe und gute Bäckerei. Schöne Aussicht vom Dachterrasse.

Schwierig war das Parken und Parkplatz zu finden. Beschränkte Anzahl von Hotel Parkplätze und sehr schmalen Straßen.

Auf den Bildern sieht es „etwas“ schöner aus als es tatsächlich ist, wir waren in einem relativ alten Zimmer im 1,5 Stock. Dabei mussten wir unsere Koffer das letzte Stück eine Treppe hoch tragen. Ansonsten war alles sauber, Personal nett, Frühstück okay.

Lunga attesa all'arrivo, le stanze non erano pronte, io sono stata accontentata nella mia richiesta abbastanza rapidamente ma era una stanza poco illuminata, con la macchina dei condizionatori davanti alla finestra posta in un pozzo di luce, per me andava bene lo stesso in quanto sono rimasta solo una notte, ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo non mi è sembrato coerente.

La struttura almeno per le mie esigenze si trova in posizione strategica per visitare le principali attrazioni tra le province di Trapani e Palermo

La camera che mi è stata assegnata con letto singolo addossato alla parete, fortunatamente separato da una struttura in legno.

arredamento delle stanze è un po anni 70 .... soprattutto l'armadio mare non troppo limpido qualche problema con il parcheggio, l'hotel ha 6 posti disponibili in tutto

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Alcamo. In der näheren fußläufigen Umgebung sind, wegen der zentralen Lage, diverse Restaurants und Cafés zu finden. Das gesamte Hotel macht einen "sauberen" Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Bett ist bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Das Frühstück war - italienisch - sehr süßlastig. Mehrere Kuchen und Croissants stehen zur Auswahl. Es gibt aber auch Panini und etwas Wurst und Käse. Kaffeespezialitäten werden von zwei freundlichen Damen serviert, die sich auch sehr schnell merken, welche Spezialität man bevorzugt. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Alcamo. Toll: es ist zentral. Schlecht: es ist zentral. Das Hotel liegt in einer schmalen, aber stark befahrenen (Einbahn)Straße. Mit der entsprechenden Geräuschkulisse. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Es fehlen lediglich Möglichkeiten eine Jacke (o. ä.) außerhalb des Schrankes aufzuhängen. Die vom Hotel reservierten Parkplätze vor dem Hotel reichen nicht für alle Gäste. Man wird deshalb damit rechnen müssen, auf kostenfreie oder kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der näheren oder weiteren Umgebung auszuweichen.

La camera era spaziosa e molto pulita. lo staff si è dimostrato cortese e disponibile ad ascoltare e soddisfare le nostre esigenze. La posizione dell'hotel è in centro ad Alcamo a due passi dal corso e dal castello. molto comodo per visitare la parte storica della città ed è in punto strategico anche per uscire dal centro urbano per recarsi in macchina nelle altre località marine e storiche.

essendo in centro, ed avendo pochi posti a disposizione è stato davvero complesso trovare parcheggio. anche nella via principale che è quasi sempre assediata dai cittadini ed è difficile trovare posti dove parcheggiare. essendo lo stabile nel centro storico presenta per caratteristica molti spostamenti con scale e scalini, e anche se c'è l'ascensore, nel nostro caso la metà degli spostamenti era da fare attraverso le scale di raccordo, non comodissimo soprattutto con le valigie. per un hotel 4 stelle e per la mia esperienza, mi aspettavo una colazione un po' più ricca. Peccato che la sala colazione sia una zona senza finestre dell'hotel. avrei apprezzato di piu poterla fare in terrazza visto che c'è lo spazio per poterlo fare.

Il personale top. Camera grande e accogliente. Condizionatore in camera perfettamente funzionante e regolabile.

Parcheggio problematico. Colazione non da 4 stelle.

Great hotel in the center of Alcamo, had parking outside the hotel very convenient!

Lieu géographique en plein centre historique, chambre au calme, vaste et confortable, très belle salle de bains, rooftop avec bar et jacuzzi et belle vue sur la ville, petit déjeuner parfait (manque un vrai jus d'orange frais).

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich!

Klimaanlage kühlte nur bedingt, das Fenster konnte in der Nacht nicht geöffnet werden, da es direkt an der Treppe zum Innenhof gelegen ist. Vor dem Fenster im Badezimmer befand sich das Außenteil der Klimaanlage (Lärm!). Frühstück bestand zu großen Teilen aus Kuchen bzw. süßen Croissants.

Hôtel situé en plein centre-ville, pratique pour se promener. Les chambres sont spacieuses (chambre supérieure) et au calme. Le personnel (accueil) est très sympathique et cherche à parler le français. La vue sur le toit est sympa, mais en ce début mai, rien n'était installé, pas même les transats..

La restauration est très moyenne (le soir : souvent du surgelé) Le petit déjeuner est correct mais n'est pas inoubliable. L'établissement est très vieillissant, il demanderait un bon rafraichissement. Stationnement des voitures très limité devant l'hôtel (une 1/2 douzaine de place environ). En ce début mai, pas de souci cependant, on a toujours eu une place, mais en juillet-août...

Set within a busy street it offers a few free parking spaces which we managed to secure after our trips out. Initially given room 101 but this smelt heavily of smoke , even though rooms non smoking. Reception did freely change us to room 106 which had a small Juliette style balcony overlooking the busy road but with the shutters and doors closed noise was minimal. Stayed on a half board basis, dinner was a separate menu of 3 appetisers, starters, mains of which you could decide which 2 to pick from , then a side dish if you had opted for a main , it was a selection of 2 sides plus 2 desserts. Green salad was literally just green iceberg lettuce! . Staff were helpful in assisting with translation. Breakfast buffet, usually scrambled egg , but once it had gone it didn't appear to get replenished, along with many sweet options , yogurts, fruit and freshly barista style coffee. If asking for a latte be aware you will only get hot milk!! Sadly the advertised panoramic roof top terrace wasn't opened , no mention of this in any correspondence or at the hotel which was a big disappointment especially as warm sunny weather during our stay .

Already old, needs renovation, the towels didn't smell fresh, exactly the opposite, when we opened the bathroom window, dried peageons poop fell inside, bathrooms were unconvenient, even the floor of the shower was slippery and one of us fell with bruises.... For the price and category very little amenities (for example no slippers), breakfast was under average, especially being on Easter days, they should have put something typical or at least small chocolate in room. Kettle in room not working properly. Having the name Spa Hotel and no Spa at all (or something small and old for additional price) is also strange.

Ubicazione ideale per visitare la città, peraltro veramente ricca di emergenze artistiche e monumentali, a piedi senza l'ansia di dove lasciare la macchina.

Hotel centralissimo, in un bel palazzo, con parcheggio gratis davanti all'entrata. Camere ampie, spaziose, silenziose. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Consigliato!

Non li chiamerei aspetti negativi, ma solo piccole accortezze per migliorare: gli asciugamani di spugna sembrano un po' vecchi e potrebbero essere sostituiti; la colazione potrebbe essere più ricca; il "pacchettino di lucida scarpe" in bagno potrebbe essere sostituito con un altro piccolo confort, meno retrò (per es. la cuffia per la doccia).

We've had the best time in this hotel. Excellent service, super clean, the staff are kind and professional. Gluten free options for the breakfast are available. AND the highlight of my stay was the full body message by Giovanna, one of the bests I've ever had. I vividly recommend this experience. Can't wait to be back !

Se garer n’est pas forcément chose aisée même si l’hôtel dispose de deux places réservées devant l’établissement. Salle du petit-déjeuner accessible uniquement par un escalier de quelques marches.

Wij stayed mid November one night in a superior twin room (208), we had a room with a double and a single bed. The hotel is located on a busy one direction street. We had luck and could park our car on one of the (few) reserved parking places along the street. The hotel is ideal located (30 minutes) for the Palermo airport, we had chosen it for that purpose. Near the hotel are sufficient nice restaurants and the old castle is only a five minutes away on foot. The large room was clean, well maintained and had a window on an inner court. The lady at the reception was very friendly and the breakfast was more than sufficient, with a lot of sweet things.

What we disliked was that the shaft of the elevator was on two sides of our room. Until late and starting early we heard the noise of the elevator. Furthermore the room was very warm, what we only could solve by opening the window. When we left, we saw that the room had a kind of floor heating that was switched on. It would be convenient if there was information about switching on and off such things in the room. I hope we had ‘bad luck’ with our room, but our experience will not stimulate us for another stay.

Desk person was nice enough although failed to provide Request for addition pillow since only 1 provided. The entry of hotel was filthy although our room seemed adequate clean. Nothing special. Single sheet on hard bed. Linens to include bath towels worn and like sandpaper. There was No hot water in sink or shower for bathing. Not how my husband starts his day! The room fee was significantly higher than prior stays during our tour. It was also the poorest choice. Everything at hotel is old and wore out. Exercise rm, jacuzzi,bar & restaurant.

L’hotel nel complesso non è male però onestamente le 4 stelle non le abbiamo viste nemmeno in una notte serena dal terrazzo! Anzi proprio sul terrazzo c’è uno dei punti deboli della struttura. Una vasca idromassaggio vecchia e mal tenuta con acqua praticamente mai pulita, un bar non presidiato da nessuno! Altro punto negativo è la rara disponibilità dei pochi posti riservati all’hotel che sono spesso occupati da auto della polizia; trovare posto nei Vicoletti di Alcamo spesso può essere molto complicato e ti costringe a girare per diverse volte a vuoto. Altro punto criticabile è la colazione, non le darei nemmeno 2 stelle e mezzo per come è organizzata e gestita( se arrivi alle 9:30 trovi i tavoli con le briciole sopra),la scelta è molto limitata per essere un hotel a 4 stelle; unica nota positiva le torte che non sono male. Nel complesso la stanza è spaziosa e pulita ed Alcamo è molto carina

Nice enough hotel in good position for Alcamo town. We needed it near enough to Palermo airport (30 minutes drive) and easy to get to Trapani for boat trip ( 50 minute drive) & near a nice beach ( Castellammare del Golfo 20 minute drive). Nice town in its own right with coffee shop/ pastries a 1 minute walk and a lovely pasta restaurant a 3 minute walk! Hotel is BASIC with cheap Ikea style furniture. Breakfast was good & freshly prepared, bathroom clean, plenty towels & powerful shower. Reception staff friendly & helpful. The spa looked closed & the faded frayed list of treatments with no prices off putting. The jacuzzi/ roof bar has a lovely outlook, but only 4 sun loungers ( always taken) and a grubby rim on the jacuzzi, and hair in the outlet, and the head cushions falling or fallen off- needs some attention/ cleaning. Good for us for a couple of nights, cheap for what we got. Spotless room & bathroom mattered most, and friendly staff.

Mi è dispiaciuto l'essere stato preso in giro. Prenotato e pagato una camera per due con degli standard ben specifici ed a caro prezzo. Invece, all'arrivo, mi viene assegnata una camera fatiscente di appena 10 mq (sembrava uno sgabuzzino,con affaccio diretto sulla canna fumaria delle cucine (un odore di pesce fritto "gradevolissimo"). Nonostante le immediate lamentele solo il giorno dopo mi è stata fornita la camera realmente prenotata quasi come se mi stessero facendo un favore (perché ovviamente, la camera prenotata serviva ad una famiglia più numerosa, "quindi giustamente è necessario accontentare tutti" a detta loro ed a spese mie) Struttura vecchia. Forse venti anni fa poteva essere un 4 stelle. Docce vecchie e con soffioni ostruiti dal calcare. Per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo molto di più. Per non parlare di solo 3-4 parcheggi per la struttura con dissuasori removibili (a mano eh!) Ed almeno uno sconto per il disguido (più che altro presa in giro!)

Très grand sens du service du personnel et beaucoup d'attention.Très arrangeants même si réservation d'une seule nuit pour une fin de séjour. Très bonne situation par rapport à l'aéroport de Palerme (25 minutes) et des belles villes portuaires typiques et animées de Sicile. Quant à l'hôtel, très bon standing et "classe" de l'ancien.

La chambre était grande, climatisée et propre. Il y a un mini bar payant dans la chambre. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle et de nombreux petits produits sont mis à disposition. Le personnel a l'accueil comprend un peu le français donc plus facile de se faire comprendre. Le petit déjeuner est sympa mais sans plus.

Difficile de se garer l'hôtel n'a que très peu de place devant l'établissement.
