Gostei muito do Club (Lido privado) na praia privada no Mondello. Gostei da segurança e da excelente localização. Gostei da amabilidade da Gestora Carla Mondello.

Genericamente gostei de tudo apenas recomendo a utilização de ingredientes típicos italianos ao pequeno almoço.

Die Lage war super. Kommunikation per Whatsapp hat auch gut funktioniert. Der Strandabschnitt war auch super. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und die Damen beim Frühstück waren sehr nett. Strandtuch wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Es war sauber.

Ein richtiger Schrank wäre schön gewesen, um die Sachen richtig zu verstauen. Es war sehr laut im Zimmer, man hat die Strasse und Personen im Gang sehr gut gehört. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert, es wurde nie kälter als 24 Grad im Zimmer.

Das Bett war super bequem, die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und es gab ein Smart TV. Lage top. Giovanni der Taxi Fahrer war super nett und hilfsbereit

Der Toilettensitz wurde nicht repariert obwohl uns zugesagt wurde, dass man sich gleich am nächsten Tag drum kümmern würde. Das Bad ist im sehr schlechtem Zustand. Schimmel im Bad und die Toilette ist direkt vor dem Waschbecken, Sodass man kaum Bewegungsfreiheit hat. In der Dusche Schimmel. Der Toilettenspültaster auch sehr locker. Frühstück eintönig, jeden Tag dasselbe. Kein Privatstrand, Kommunikation nur über WhatsApp. Einzige Kommunikation mit den Leuten vor Ort bei Ankunft und Abreise. Die Hauptstr davor sehr laut auch nachts viel befahren.

Très bon emplacement à deux pas de la plage, des commerces et des bus. Les chambres sont modernes et bien équipé et le petit jardin avec le jacuzzi est très agréable.

Une route passe au pied de l'établissement, les chambres côtés rue sont donc assez bruyante le soir car il y a beaucoup de circulation sur cet axe pour aller vers le centre du village. Pensez aux boules quies.

Location is great. Room was adequate but significantly overpriced.

No staff on premises so remote check in. Very noisy road. Woken numerous times by loud music from cars. Air conditioning was old and noisy. they do not have a private beach area which was listed on villacalipso.com-hotel.com. Apparently had one in the past…

Assolutamente niente e mi auguro di ricevere la restituzione del prezzo pagato visto che il posto non corrispondeva in niente con quanto descritto e non si tratta di un albergo a quattro stelle come dichiarato di Booking, ma di un B&B.

La non verità con quanto descritto su Booking e il comportamento del personale è stato aggressivo e per evitare commenti hanno urlato che loro avrebbero segnalato il mio nome. Sto considerando di presentare una denuncia alla polizia per truffa .

Das Frühstücks Angebot könnte zukünftig etwas ausgefallener sein. Mehr Obst und etwas weniger an Kuchen.

Če spite v sobah v pritličju, vas bodo zjutraj najbrz zbudili gostje, ki gredo na zajtrk pred vami - jedilnica je cisto zraven. Ali pa tisti, ki zajtrk pripravljajo. V sobe se precej slisi. Pri zajtrku je zmanjkalo salam in sira.

Leider sehr in die tage gekommen sollte dringend renoviert werden speziell das Badezimmer.Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Preis leistung passt hier gar nicht .

Hat alles sehr gut funktioniert, Lage in Mondello ideal, im November ist nicht mehr viel los, ziemlich ruhig. Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal.

Hotelik położony jest blisko plaży i kawiarenek. Pokoje są przytulne, czyste, łóżka wygodne, łazienka dobrze wyposażona: są podstawowe kosmetyki, suszarka, ręczniki. Niczego nam nie brakowało, pobyt udany, jakość odpowiednia do ceny!

Śniadania raczej monotonne, wybór słaby, gotowane jajka zimne, ser, szynka, pomidorki i pokrojony ogórek. Ale głodni nie zostaliśmy, więc już dobrze.

Leckeres Früstück im Garten, grosse Suite, gute Dusche, sehr kundenorientiert. Die Lage 100 m vom Strand von Mondello ist top! Das Parken mit dem Van war problemlos möglich auf einem Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe. Sehr empfehlenswert!

My husband & I stayed 5 nights recently. This is a charming property , 3 Min walk to the beach., with lovely private garden. A mature& quiet neighbourhood. Our room was spacious, with very comfortable bed. Bathroom, with fabulous shower, & Beautiful shower gel& shampoo provided. Carla is charming host & with her team run a great hotel. Breakfast is provided each morning & was delicious, served on the the terrace in a beautiful garden . She arranged airport taxi transfers for us too.

Das Zimmer war hervorragend. Wir waren zu dritt und die Unterkunft hatte zwei zusammenhängende aber separate Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Das Badezimmer ist sehr gut und die spezielle Dusche mit Massagedüsen ist aussergewöhnlich. Das Check In und Check Out war sehr unkompliziert und der Zugang geht über einen Code, den wir im Voraus erhalten hatten. Die Lage der Villa ist ausgezeichnet. Zum Strand sind es nur eine Minute zu Fuss. Am Strand waren für uns Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirmen reserviert. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Villa hat einen für alle Gäste zugänglichen sehr schönen Garten zum Verweilen.

Bardzo głośno od ulicy, nawet przy zamkniętych oknach. Pokój z widokiem na morze?! Mit.

Die Unterkunft ist klein, einfach, aber sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber es gab alles, was man braucht, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Das Hotel befindet sich an einer belebten Straße, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Die gartenseitigen Zimmer sind sicher ruhiger. Die Lage ist fantastisch, da der Strand nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt ist. Die Unterkunft hat einen privaten Strandabschnitt, was ein grosser Pluspunkt ist. Strandtücher stehen in den Zimmern bereit und am Strand gibt es Duschen. Die Liegen sind bequem und haben Auflagen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ein schöner und sauberer Ort, um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wenn Sie jedoch vorhaben, auch den Strand zu nutzen, sollten Sie sich darauf einstellen, dass Sie auf einen sehr unfreundlichen Strandmitarbeiter treffen können.

Leider waren die Liegen am Morgen, obwohl der Strand um 9:00 Uhr öffnen sollte, um 9:30 Uhr mehrheitlich noch nicht mit Auflagen versehen. Aus diesem Grund baten wir freundlich um zwei Auflagen. Ein Mitarbeiter am Strand hat uns daraufhin aufs Übelste beschimpft und uns die Auflagen schliesslich auf den Boden geschmissen, woraufhin wir uns den Rest unseres Aufenthalts am Strand unwohl gefühlt haben. Zusätzlich erklärte der Mitarbeiter, dass er den Strand öffne, wann es ihm passe, da er der Chef sei. Es hiess seitens der Villa Calipso / AWA Mondello, dass der Strandmitarbeiter immer sehr freundlich sei und es somit keine Konsequenzen gab. Leider wurde auch Abfall auf dem Boden nie weggeräumt, was teilweise von Touristen selbst erledigt wurde, wenn die Situation zu schlimm wurde.

Chambre grande

Pas d’accueil mais instruction pour arrivée alors qu’il n’était que 19:00 : ressemble plutôt à un AirBnB. Les photos laissent à penser que nous séjournons en face la mer mais en réalité il y a une route et nous sommes à 200m. Pdj quelconque.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal. Hilfsbereit. Schöner privater kleiner Strand. Tolle Strand Handtücher.

Ausstattung schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Ziemlich schmutzige Vorhänge, die schon länger keine Waschmaschine mehr gesehen haben.

Servizio spiaggia ottimo a due passi dalla struttura. Colazione buona anche se avrei aggiunto qualche prodotto in più, tipico della zona.

Mancanza di una macchinetta del caffè nella zona comune a disposizione degli ospiti.

There is no free parking as claimed. The room is very noisy unless you decide to close all windows and turn on the AC. The room has no storage, not even a luggage rack. Our room was on the first floor and I had to drag my luggage on the stairs. Definitely does not deserve what we paid for it!

The location was really fantastic, only a block from the beach and maybe a 5-10 minute walk from the main area of restaurants and a gourmet grocery store. There's also a really beautiful and scenic nature reserve park with high cliffs along the sea only 15-20 minutes away by foot. Our morning and afternoon walks/runs in the park were one of the highlights of our stay in Mondello. For roughly 3 euros a person, Palermo was about a 45-min bus ride away, so perfect for a day trip. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. When we had a small problem the morning after arrival, they resolved it within 10 minutes. The room itself was a normal size in the interior, but we really appreciated having the only room in the hotel with a spacious balcony that had a bit of a sea view. The pictures of the room on Booking.com matched what we saw on arrival. The bed was comfortable, and we slept pretty well. The garden out back was very cute and quiet, and we spent some time there relaxing in the sun while having breakfast or a glass of wine. The building was easily accessible on arrival and the breakfast service was great. Overall, we were really happy with the hotel and would definitely consider going there again for a relaxing vacation!

There is a road with light to moderate traffic not far from the hotel's front, but as it got closer to the Easter holiday weekend, noise from the growing traffic of holiday goers (likely from Palermo) increased. There's also no window screen in the room, so its easy for mosquitos to get in at night if you want to leave the windows open for fresh air, but that's an issue almost everywhere in Italy and there aren't so many mosquitos in April. There wasn't a lot of storage space in the room, but for a stay of just a few days this was fine. We were very happy that the room had a large safe for valuables, but it really should be bolted down to something to prevent it being easily removed from the room.

Breakfast was not that great . I was offered to upgrade for sea view room which I took to find out that it only see the sea from the corner of the balcony and was certainly not worth the extra.charge.

Great location. Great room. Lovely products in the bathroom. Ample hot water. Kettle and mini bar. Very helpful staff and good communication. Good heating in main room and bathroom.

Breakfast options limited. Strong smell of cigarettes as we were having breakfast which was unpleasant. Bathroom sink did not flow away easily. Shower tray at risk of overflowing.

Villa was very cute.Pretty garden area with hot tub and tropical plants,including a banana tree.Eating breakfast there is lovely.We had a room with terrace. The location is perfect,a minute from from beautiful beach,restaurants, and 3minutes to the bus to Palermo. The staff are fantastic,so friendly,professional and helpful.

The air conditioning smelled like sewer when we turned it on so we were unable to use it. Forced to sleep in a 27-28 C room. The property was unable to fix it and provided no remedy for us.

The room could be cleaner and the breakfast was really poor all they had was biscuits, cakes few boiled eggs and ham but there wasn’t normal bread.

Need better directions to get there. GPS address dropped us off a block away so we had to wonder trying to find it. Small sign said AWA not Villa Calipso. Very confusing. But we finally found it!
